WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role is for a highly experienced Back-End Software Engineer who wants to work on core systems that shape how the platform (Model Vault) operates. You will help define the architecture of the platform where reliability, security, performance, and simplicity all matter, and where many of the problems do not have off-the-shelf solutions.
Model Vault is Cohere’s inference platform for deploying and operating models securely at enterprise scale. The team owns the systems between a customer and the underlying AI infrastructure, including identity, deployments, metering, billing, security, privacy, and confidential computing. We are strengthening these systems as Model Vault grows, with the goal of scaling to millions of users and supporting some of the world’s most demanding enterprise workloads.
AS A SENIOR/STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
- Evolve and scale the backend systems that power Model Vault, including authentication and authorization, deployment management, billing, metering, and customer lifecycle.
- Lead major architectural initiatives across identity, payments, usage systems, platform scalability, and other core product foundations.
- Build highly reliable control-plane services for provisioning, configuring, scaling, and operating model deployments across clouds and hardware platforms.
- Design APIs and distributed systems with strong guarantees around correctness, consistency, isolation, failure recovery, idempotency, and observability.
- Build security and privacy into the platform architecture, including tenant isolation, least-privilege access, auditability, secrets management, encryption, and confidential computing boundaries.
- Solve complex problems that span backend systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI inference, where conventional SaaS patterns are often not enough.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from architecture and threat modeling through implementation, rollout, production operations, and iteration based on real customer workloads.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:
- You are a strong backend engineer with excellent fundamentals in distributed systems, databases, networking, operating systems, and security.
- You have strong programming fundamentals and experience building production systems in languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar. You write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and make thoughtful tradeoffs between simplicity, performance, and correctness.
- You have designed and operated production systems where correctness, availability, security, and performance mattered at significant scale.
- You can take ambiguous, high-impact technical problems, define the right architecture, and drive them through to reliable production systems.
- You have strong systems-design instincts and understand concepts such as concurrency, consistency, caching, queues, rate limiting, backpressure, failure domains, idempotency, and graceful degradation.
- You think deeply about security boundaries and understand authentication, authorization, identity, cryptography, secrets, tenant isolation, and how small implementation choices can create significant security risks.
- You are comfortable reasoning across backend services, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and the cloud infrastructure they run on.
- You are comfortable diving into unfamiliar codebases and debugging complex problems that cross service or system boundaries.
- You care about the details of production engineering, including instrumentation, capacity planning, migrations, backwards compatibility, incident response, and safe rollouts.
- You are comfortable challenging existing architecture and evolving foundational components when the system’s needs change.
- You have a track record of taking technically difficult projects from an unclear starting point to systems that other engineers and customers depend on.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a team building and validating AI-powered and traditional features for a leading personal finance platform. You’ll own quality across web, mobile, and API — with a particular focus on testing AI/LLM-integrated components where standard deterministic methods don’t apply.
This role requires someone who understands the fundamental difference between testing software that has a right answer and evaluating AI outputs that have a probability distribution — and who has done both in production.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan, design, and execute test cases for AI-powered components and traditional features, applying the appropriate methodology — eval-based or deterministic — based on the target behavior.
- Analyze traditional functional requirements as well as AI model behavior specifications, prompt outputs, and edge-case scenarios.
- Turn business requirements, user flows, and business process procedures into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual feature testing across platforms and verify bug fixes.
- Create clear, detailed defect reports and document unexpected AI model responses, hallucinations, and performance regressions.
- Assist in developing QA practices for emerging technologies including AI frameworks, and disseminate best practices across the team.
- Become a subject matter expert in core systems, interfaces, business processes, and reporting tools.
- Partner closely with functional teams, engineers, and IT in a global environment with aligned LATAM working hours.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5–7 years of experience in software testing across web, mobile, and API.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright in a production testing environment — this is a primary requirement for this role.
- Hands-on AI feature testing experience — validating AI/LLM-integrated products for accuracy, relevance, robustness against adversarial prompts, edge cases, and safety/toxicity.
- Clear understanding of eval vs. deterministic testing — the difference between pass/fail based on exact input/output and evaluating probabilistic AI outputs using human-in-the-loop evaluations, score metrics, benchmark datasets, and semantic evaluation.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycles including iOS and Android specifics.
- Proven experience in integration, regression, performance/load, and UAT.
- Hands-on knowledge of browser DevTools and log monitoring.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with test management systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with HTML proxy tools such as Charles Proxy or Fiddler.
- Hands-on knowledge of Xcode logs and ADB logs.
- Experience in the financial services or fintech domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight.
You’re going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet.
We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude.
- Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro.
- Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back.
- Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it.
- Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay.
- Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers.
- Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself.
- Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t.
- Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming with experience in a player-coach role leading a small team.
- Product savvy. You understand how products work, why people use them, and how to turn features into growth.
- UX instinct. You can spot friction in a flow from a mile away and brief Product and Design on how to fix it.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Analytical rigor. Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation, and able to turn data into decisions and clear stories.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.

- Range as a marketer. SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships. You know enough about each to direct the work, and you can roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale.
- Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Join our Product and Regulatory Legal team, embedded with Kraken's Product, Design and Engineering teams to ship novel products and experiences that accelerate the global adoption of crypto. We are a tight, experienced group of lawyers from a diverse range of tradfi, fintech and crypto backgrounds who move fast, stay curious and take pride in the commercial accountability of our advice, partnering directly with Product, senior leadership and Compliance to chart clear, defensible paths to launch and to keep our licensed entities running smoothly.
This is a senior product-facing legal role for the European Union. You will be the lawyer the business trusts on questions that cut across several regimes at once: for example, a single product such as a tokenised equity, a card, or an institutional custody and prime brokerage service can touch the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive ("MiFID II"), the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation ("MiCA"), the Payment Services Directive ("PSD2"), the Electronic Money Directive ("EMD2") and banking rules at the same time. You will bring clarity on which regime applies, what it requires, and how to launch within it.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head of Product Legal, you will act as a senior legal adviser to European leadership on new products, licensing structure and regulatory strategy.
- Own cross-functional product counselling for European Union launches from discovery to design, launch and iteration, giving Product, Engineering, Compliance and leadership decision-ready advice with clear options and risk trade-offs
- Advise on the regulatory perimeter and classification of new offerings across MiFID II and the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation ("MiFIR"), MiCA, the European Market Infrastructure Regulation ("EMIR"), payment services and electronic money rules, and banking regulation, including where an instrument or service falls between regimes (for example tokenised securities, crypto-asset derivatives, margin and financing, and stablecoin-linked products)
- Advise on payments and electronic money offerings, including the Krak card and account propositions, safeguarding, open banking and account-access obligations, and the developing Payment Services Directive 3 and Payment Services Regulation framework
- Advise on banking-related questions that arise in the European Union, including bank partnerships and sponsor-bank arrangements, deposit-taking and lending perimeter questions, the Capital Requirements Regulation and Directive, and the interaction of these rules with our custody, prime brokerage and financing products
- Monitor and interpret European Union legislative and supervisory developments, take part in consultations and industry association work where appropriate, and translate their significance for the business proactively
- Draft and negotiate client-facing terms and conditions, taking clear, business-aligned positions
- Act as gatekeeper for European Union outside counsel engagements: scope the work, estimate and manage cost, and sign off before matters go externally
- Mentor and develop more junior lawyers in the team, set quality standards for plain-English, risk-based advice, and act as a senior sounding board for colleagues across the Regulatory Legal team
- Use AI-assisted tools (for example Enterprise GPTs) to speed up regulatory analysis, first drafts and matter tracking, and to build self-service tools that let stakeholders answer commoditised legal and regulatory questions themselves
- Advise on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements affecting products, including the Transfer of Funds Regulation ("Travel Rule") and the new European Union anti-money laundering package, and on market abuse, conduct, outsourcing and operational resilience obligations, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act ("DORA")
- Lead or oversee licensing, authorisation and variation workstreams in the European Union, including scoping requirements, mapping pathways, supervising outside counsel, preparing application materials and managing regulator interactions
WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualified lawyer admitted in Ireland, England and Wales, or another European Union Member State
- 15 or more years' post-qualification experience ("PQE") in financial services regulatory law, gained at a regulated financial services institution (for example a bank, payment institution, broker-dealer, exchange, central counterparty or crypto services provider) or at a leading law firm supporting such clients, ideally with in-house or direct product counselling experience
- Deep, current knowledge of several of the following, with real depth in at least two: MiFID II and MiFIR (investment services, market structure, derivatives and conduct), MiCA (crypto-asset services, custody, trading platforms and stablecoins), European Union payment services and electronic money regulation, and European Union banking regulation
- Demonstrated ability to analyse novel products against overlapping regimes and give a clear view on classification and perimeter, including in areas where the rules are unsettled or supervisors have not yet spoken
- Direct experience managing senior regulator relationships, including notifications, information requests, supervisory correspondence and examinations
- Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, outsourcing and operational resilience obligations, including DORA
- Proven ability to instruct, supervise and manage the cost of outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Outstanding analytical, drafting and organisational skills, with crisp, plain-English writing
- Ability to distill complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyer stakeholders and for senior leadership
- A pragmatic, commercially accountable approach to legal and regulatory risk that gives stakeholders a useful range of options and a clear recommendation
- Experience mentoring or managing lawyers, and the judgement to know when to escalate
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, remote environment
- Familiarity with using AI tools such as Enterprise GPTs to increase the efficiency of legal services
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience advising on tokenised securities and the European Union Distributed Ledger Technology Pilot Regime
- Experience with EMIR, including the clearing obligation, margin for non-centrally cleared derivatives and transaction reporting
- Experience with prime brokerage, securities financing, margin lending or institutional custody
- Experience advising on the United Kingdom cryptoasset regime or other non-European Union frameworks that intersect with European Union operations
- Experience supporting regulatory aspects of corporate transactions, such as change-of-control notifications and entity migrations
- Experience with European Union data protection and consumer protection rules as they apply to financial products
- Fluency in a second European language
- An authentic interest in crypto and digital assets, and familiarity with Payward's and competitors' products

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
For this role, we hire within the D-F level Range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Team
You will join our global Web3 growth and ecosystem team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of broader Web3 initiatives.
This is a global role working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Role Overview
This is a global Web3 growth and ecosystem role, based in Hong Kong and operating across markets. We are looking for a globally minded operations professional who is deeply involved in the on-chain ecosystem, understands diverse on-chain user communities, and can independently plan and execute campaigns across regions.
You will work around X Layer and OKX Wallet to connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users worldwide; bring high-quality applications to real users; and turn campaign participation into sustained on-chain usage and ecosystem growth.
This focuses respectively on public blockchain ecosystem partnerships and operations and global Wallet user growth and campaign operations. Both require strong ecosystem knowledge, cross-market user insight, and end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification
: Continuously track leading public blockchains and sectors such as DeFi, on-chain trading, and consumer applications across global markets. Identify projects with product value, an established user base, and growth potential, and develop actionable partnership and operational plans.
Ecosystem Partnerships and Development
: Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across regions. Drive globally scalable co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education, while continuously tracking post-launch activity and growth.
Global User Insights and Operations
: Engage deeply with on-chain user communities across markets to understand the motivations, decision-making habits, and barriers faced by different user segments. Establish user segmentation and feedback mechanisms, and optimise the conversion journey from first-time experience to ongoing usage.
Campaign Planning and Execution
: Independently lead global and regional ecosystem co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, community incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events. Own target-setting, campaign mechanics, budget planning, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Growth and Data Analysis:
Define metrics around qualified new users, first on-chain interactions, activity, retention, and partner-project growth. Evaluate performance using on-chain and product data, and continuously optimize participation requirements, incentive mechanisms, and operational investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to turn user feedback into product and operational improvements, ensuring a seamless connection between campaigns and the product experience.
What We Look For In You
Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations. Able to provide complete case studies of projects personally led, with verifiable results.
Long-term, hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem. Proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands core concepts such as token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; and can independently conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities. Understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users, and can distinguish short-term, incentive-driven participation from needs that support sustained usage.
Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics, including project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities. Able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns. Able to clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience, mechanics, budget, execution process, and final outcomes, and propose improvements based on post-campaign reviews.
Strong data mindset, with the ability to analyze operational conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs. Accountable for genuine user growth and business outcomes.
Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, cross-functional environment. Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required to work effectively with international projects, communities, and internal stakeholders. Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets are advantageous.
Preferred Global Experience
Deep involvement in on-chain ecosystems such as RWA and Meme, with an understanding of user personas, community culture, asset issuance, and trading mechanics across different sectors. Relevant project operations or growth experience is preferred.
Ongoing attention to and hands-on experience with emerging protocols such as Tapeout. Able to analyze product mechanics, user participation journeys, and growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete partnership or campaign proposals.
Experience in Meme community operations, trend-based campaign planning, or on-chain trading campaigns. Able to manage communication timing and drive community participation and user conversion.
Experience in user education, ecosystem partnerships, or campaign planning for RWA projects. Able to translate complex product mechanisms into clear, easy-to-understand content and participation flows.
An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators, with the ability to independently drive cross-market partnerships and produce verifiable growth results.
Demonstrated success in converting early momentum around emerging sectors or protocols into Wallet usage, on-chain interactions, and sustained retention.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten has emerging co-sell relationships with multiple strategic marketplaces and clouds, including OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/talk-to-us/openai/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid_search&utm_campaign=acquisition_ICA-OpenAI-Partnership_2026-09-30&utm_term=baseten%20openai&utm_campaign=Search+-+Models&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&utm_id=24316507588&hsa_acc=9990356727&hsa_cam=24316507588&hsa_grp=199416272086&hsa_ad=826599669780&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-2504168645905&hsa_kw=baseten%20openai&hsa_mt=e&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24316507588&gbraid=0AAAAAqCKh1tZ-ESp-CbtgHnyoj6pkRZGL&gclid=CjwKCAjw56zWBhB0EiwAdPOQOTzW3Bhx_UxkJI6XA8gB1rqClDpNVWFQtTzWlO0RBCV5Xx_yB54yDxoCcd4QAvD_BwE, NVIDIA and other Hyperscalers, Model Labs, and Data Platforms. The task at hand is to enable and activate partner sellers and to ensure that our internal field teams are well-supported to work successful with partner teams.
As Baseten’s Partner Enablement Lead, you'll turn each partnership into a repeatable field motion. You'll work out why a partner account executive should care about Baseten, which of their customers are a fit, and what joint execution looks like. Then you'll co-build what it takes for sellers on both sides to run that play: the value proposition, the account mapping, the talk tracks, the training, and the relationships with partner field leaders.
As always, the work starts with earning partner attention. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an ecosystem GTM operator who peaks in enablement. Your work will include deep cross-functional collaboration, instructional design, content development, and training delivery. You won't own partner-sourced pipeline directly, but you will make those who do much more effective.
Our partnerships span Hyperscalers, Model Labs, Semiconductors, Consulting and Systems Integrators, and Data Platforms. While much of what partner enablement looks will be in your hands to define, it will include getting in front of field sellers, developing co-sell opportunities, and driving adoption of marketplace incentives for customers to buy Baseten against the commitments they already have.
You'll report to the Head of GTM Enablement & Productivity and work closely with our Partnerships, Sales, FDE, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design the joint go-to-market motion with strategic partners
- Build a working picture of each partner's field: seller roles, how they're paid and measured, what makes them bring in a third party, and what gets in the way.
- Define joint value propositions, customer triggers, and target segments in partnership with our alliance leads and sales & revops leadership.
- Turn those into co-sell plays with clear entry points, owners, and next steps for both sides.
- Run account mapping with partner teams so the plays land on specific accounts, not just slides.
Activate partner field teams
- Activate partner sellers and their managers to be aware of Baseten, confident in when to pull us in, and motivated to do so.
- Build relationships with partner field leaders, partner development managers, and ISV teams so enablement reaches the sellers who matter.
- Plan and run activations by region and segment: field briefings, account planning sessions, joint office hours, and events alongside our partnerships team.
- Teach both sides how marketplace and co-sell mechanics work, so those programs make deals simpler and faster to execute.
Enable Baseten's own sellers on partner motions
- Make sure our AEs, SAs, and FDEs know how to work a partner-sourced or co-sell deal: how to engage the partner rep, how attribution and credit work, and which plays to run.
- Build or collate the playbooks, demos, and certifications our team needs, and keep them current as each partnership changes.
- Bring partner content into our onboarding and GTM Academy so new hires learn the partner motion from day one.
Measure and evolve programs
- Define how we measure activation: trained and engaged partner sellers, joint account plans, co-sell opportunities registered, and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Work with RevOps on the operational side of partner programs, including deal registration, marketplace private offers, and POC and MDF requests.
- Report monthly to GTM leadership on what's working, what isn't, and advise on where to invest next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in partner or alliance GTM, partner enablement, or field GTM at a cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure company.
- Hands-on experience activating co-sell with at least one hyperscaler or major platform partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or similar).
- You think in pipeline and seller behavior as well as in curriculum. You can explain a joint motion end to end, from partner incentives to the first customer meeting.
- Enough technical depth to be credible with SAs and engineers on both sides. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable learning inference, model serving, and GPU and token economics quickly.
- You want to build: the play, the deck, the training, the measurement plan. You don't stop at the framework.
- Comfortable working across teams you don't control, inside Baseten and inside partner organizations much larger than ours.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- Cloud alliances or partner GTM at a data or infrastructure ISV that co-sells with the hyperscalers.
- ISV, partner development, or marketplace roles inside a hyperscaler or NVIDIA.
- Partner enablement leadership at a technical company, with a track record tied to pipeline rather than training volume.
- A partner-facing SA or SE who moved into enablement or GTM strategy.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft co-sell programs, Azure Marketplace, or NVIDIA's partner and ISV programs.
- Experience at an AI infrastructure, model provider, or developer platform company.
- Built a partner function or partner enablement program from scratch at a growth-stage company.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.
Many questions about how customers use Fivetran and dbt together have never been asked. You'll be one of the first people to answer them.
Your work drives leadership decisions.
You'll focus on adoption, engagement, and retention, the metrics product leaders use to decide where to invest.
You own the work end to end,
from raw data to the decision it informs.
You'll analyze products built for people like you.
Our customers are data teams.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL (BigQuery / Snowflake)
dbt / dbt State
Looker / LookML / Omni
Hex / Sigma / Google Sheets
Claude Code / Codex
What You’ll Do
Partner with product managers and product line leaders to understand problems and potential solutions with data. Deliver regular analysis and insight on product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Proactively investigate trends in user behavior and product usage. Find issues and growth opportunities before anyone asks, and use them to shape product and growth strategy.
Define, measure, and monitor the KPIs that show whether our products are healthy and whether the company is on track.
Size the potential impact of new product initiatives and recommend how to prioritize them.
Analyze product launches and experiments, and recommend what to do next.
Find and reduce friction in the funnels users go through to sign up, activate, and adopt our products.
Tackle questions where product data meets broader business data, such as revenue, sales, and support.
Build and maintain the data models, metrics, and dashboards behind your work.
Help new hires, colleagues, and partners understand our data and use it well, so data-informed decisions become the norm.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.
