Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
As the Engineering Manager for Design Systems Adherence, you'll lead the team building the workflows, tools, and quality feedback loops that help customers create design and code that correctly adheres to their design system when working with Figma’s Agents. This work spans context engineering i.e making guidelines, examples, and documentation useful to AI, agent architecture improvements as well as creating datasets, evaluators, and benchmarks that show how well outputs follow a customer's design system. You'll set strategy across these areas, raise the bar on adherence measurement, and turn evaluation results and customer feedback into feedback loops that make design quality better.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Figma's Agent and improve overall design quality. An organization’s Design System is one of the key differentiators of design quality as we can use it to make agent output adhere to their specific brand, products and design language. We are also aiming to solve Design <> Code parity and minimize drift away from the defined design system in both code and designs.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow a 6-8 engineer team responsible for Design Systems Adherence across our workflows
Coach and develop engineers through career growth, feedback, and technical leadership, building a culture of ownership and high-quality execution
Own and evolve design system context: make guidelines, examples, documentation, and other guidance available to AI as useful, actionable context that improves how it applies a customer's system
Set the technical strategy for adherence measurement - including high-fidelity evaluation datasets, quality rubrics, evaluators, and deterministic regression checks that catch issues as Figma's Agent evolves
Build benchmarking, tools, and dashboards that help Figma and customers understand design system adherence and act on the results, while tracking visual quality, latency, and cost
Partner closely with Product, Design, and AI Research teams at Figma to achieve business impact
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience leading and growing high-impact engineering teams with a track record of strong impact
Hands-on depth in building AI assistants, evaluation systems, and using the latest large language models and harnesses
Fluency with modern AI development and evaluation workflows, such as context management, dataset curation, automated evaluators, benchmarking, and regression testing
A strong foundation in software engineering and a platform mindset: you build tools and systems other teams adopt and rely on, alongside workflows that solve real customer problems
A high quality bar for customer experience, data quality, and reliable measurement, and the ability to set technical direction and drive cross-functional alignment in complex environments
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Strong understanding of design systems, including components, tokens, usage guidelines, and their integration across design and code
Proven ability to establish evaluation and customer feedback loops to continuously improve AI products
Skilled in benchmarking AI products across output quality, latency, and cost, translating findings into actionable product priorities
Track record of developing shared evaluation tools, curated datasets, or dashboards to measure quality and prevent regressions
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT YOU
The Xsolla Offerwall puts rewarded offers in front of players inside the games and apps of our publishers. A player opens the wall, picks an offer, completes it, and earns in-game currency. Whether they do depends on what they see: the offer card, the creative, the video, the playable, and the reward moment.
Those units come from several places. Some are native offers we render ourselves. Some arrive as VAST video, HTML or MRAID creatives, or OpenRTB Native assets from demand partners. Each format has its own rules, and each one has to look right in a publisher's game, on a phone, without breaking what the advertiser sent.
You'll own how offerwall ads look and perform. You'll decide which formats we support and how they render. You'll design what the player sees, and turn that into specs engineers can build from. You'll measure whether a change made players more likely to engage, and you'll use AI to make better creative faster than a manual process allows.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Responsibilities:
Ad experience and creative
Own the look and feel of every ad unit in the offerwall: offer cards, detail pages, video, playables, interstitials, and the reward flow.
Set creative standards for advertisers and publishers: layouts, asset specs, safe areas, aspect ratios, and branding rules.
Balance three groups who want different things: players want a clean experience, publishers want it to match their game, and advertisers want their brand shown properly.
oRTB formats and rendering
Define how we support VAST, HTML and
MRAID
, and OpenRTB Native inside the offerwall, across Web, iOS, Android, and Unity.
Write the requirements for format support: which VAST events we track, which
MRAID
calls we allow, and how Native assets map into our own templates.
Work with Engineering on creative QA and rejection rules, so broken or non-compliant creatives get caught before a player sees them.
Design to engineering
Turn ideas into Figma designs and prototypes that engineers can build without guessing.
Write PRDs and acceptance criteria that cover states, edge cases, and device differences, not just the happy path.
Work with our designers on the offerwall's design system, and keep it consistent across publishers and platforms.
Experimentation and performance
Run A/B tests on layouts, creative treatments, and formats, and read the results yourself.
Track the metrics that show whether the ad experience works: CTR, video completion rate, offer start and completion rates,
IPM
, and eCPM.
Turn what you learn into a prioritized roadmap, and explain the tradeoffs to Engineering, Demand, and leadership.
AI in creative and workflow
Find where AI can improve ad units: generating creative variants, adapting assets to new formats, auto-cropping and localization, and checking creative quality.
Use AI tools in your own work: prototyping, writing specs, analyzing test results, and getting from idea to something testable faster.
Cross-functional work
Work with Engineering, Design, Demand, Publisher Success, and Data every week.
Give the Demand team clear creative guidelines they can share with advertisers.
Bring what publishers and advertisers say back into the roadmap, in a form engineers can act on.
Qualifications & Skills:
Around 5 years of product management experience, with a significant part of it in AdTech.
Hands-on experience owning ad design or ad experience: ad units, creative formats, or how ads render in an app or game.
Working knowledge of oRTB ad formats. You know how VAST, HTML and
MRAID
, and OpenRTB Native creatives work, what breaks them, and what the specs allow.
Comfortable with data. You can design an A/B test, read the result, and write SQL or use a BI tool to answer your own questions.
You write clear specs. Engineers should be able to build from what you write without coming back to ask what you meant.
Good visual judgment. You can tell why one layout works and another doesn't, and explain it in terms of player behavior.
Clear communication with engineers, designers, and commercial teams.
Based in Los Angeles or elsewhere in the US, and able to work across US time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with AI. This one matters a lot to us. Show us how you've used AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, or Figma AI to make ads, prototype products, or get more done. Come ready to show a real example.
Experience with offerwalls, rewarded ads, or rewarded video.
Experience designing in Figma: building prototypes and engineering-ready designs yourself, not just reviewing someone else's.
Experience in mobile gaming or app monetization.
Familiarity with ad SDKs, mediation, and how they render third-party creatives.
What Your Week Looks Like:
A demand partner starts sending VAST wrappers that time out on Android. You look at the VAST chain, work out where it's slow, and agree a timeout and fallback rule with Engineering.
Offer completion rates on one publisher are 30% below the network average. You compare their wall against others, find the reward value is hidden below the fold on smaller phones, and mock up a fix in Figma that afternoon.
An advertiser wants to run a playable in the offerwall. You check what their
MRAID
creative needs, decide what we'll support, and write the spec.
You use an AI image model to generate 20 variants of an offer card's hero image, test four of them, and share the winner and the lift with the team.
Engineering asks how Native title and icon assets should behave when an advertiser sends nothing. You answer the same day, with the rule written into the spec.
How Success Is Measured:
Offerwall engagement improves: higher CTR, offer start rate, and completion rate, backed by test results rather than claims.
The formats we support render correctly across platforms, and creative rejections and rendering bugs go down.
Engineering builds from your specs and designs without long back-and-forth.
Advertisers and publishers have clear creative guidelines, and the Demand team uses them.
AI is part of how the team makes and tests creative, not a side experiment.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.
Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:
Xsolla is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Accessing confidential company data

Content Operations Manager/Project Manager/Operations Manager

- Впевнено володієш Google Sheets/Excel (формули, зведені таблиці, обробка даних), маєш досвід побудови операційної звітності та відстеження KPI.
- Створюєш і підтримуєш SOP, інструкції та чеклісти для складних операційних процесів.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Fivetran
Fivetran is the global leader in automated data movement, helping organizations centralize data from hundreds of sources into the destinations that power their analytics and AI. Our Databases product area is core to that mission: we build the connectors and underlying engine that reliably, securely, and efficiently move data out of the systems enterprises run their business on, and into the modern destinations they analyze it in.
About the Role
Fivetran's Databases portfolio spans source connectors for the OLTP and legacy systems enterprises depend on — Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, SAP, and more — as well as the destination connectors (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others) that land that data for analytics and AI use cases. Underneath both sides sits a shared core data processing engine that captures, transforms, and loads data reliably at scale across Fivetran’s 700+ connectors.
We're hiring a Product Manager to help define what's next for the portfolio. This is a technically-oriented, high-leverage role for someone who wants to own roadmap decisions that sit close to the metal — replication mechanics, schema handling, CDC — while still being fluent in the business case (ARR, customer focus, competitive dynamics) that justifies the investment.
You'll partner closely with the engineering teams building and improving connectors, work with the sales and marketing teams to launch new features and drive adoption, and with company leadership to influence product strategy.
What You'll Do
Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities for new Fivetran database source connectors and destination connectors, grounded in customer demand, competitive gaps, and revenue potential.
Partner with engineering leadership on platform features to shape the roadmap for how data is captured, transformed, and loaded reliably at scale across every connector that depends on it.
Write and evangelize clear PRDs that translate customer and market signals into specs engineering can build against with minimal back-and-forth.
Own roadmaps end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, spec, build partnership, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Deeply analyze market and customer behavioral data to drive evidence-based product investments.
Engage directly with customers, prospects, and field teams (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support) to validate problems and de-risk investments before committing engineering resources.
Represent the Databases product area in cross-functional planning.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to data infrastructure, databases, ETL/ELT systems
Comfort operating at technical depth (schema design, replication mechanics, CDC, data types) and business altitude (ARR, TAM, competitive positioning) in the same day.
A track record of owning outcomes for complex, engineering-heavy roadmaps
Strong written and verbal communication skills: PRDs, feature briefs, and roadmap narratives that engineering and executives can act on without additional translation.
Bonus: direct experience with database internals, log-based CDC, or building/operating a data replication or processing engine.

About the Role
AI is changing how data practitioners write, debug, and ship dbt code. As
Staff Product Manager
for
Developer Experience
, you will set the strategy for how that change plays out in dbt.
You will own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the end-to-end developer workflow: the
Studio IDE
,
Developer Agent
(our AI coding assistant inside dbt Wizard), the
Cloud CLI
, and the
dbt VS Code Extension
. These surfaces are the daily home of tens of thousands of data practitioners, from seasoned analytics engineers to newer practitioners who rely on AI to move faster with confidence.
This is a Staff-level role with broad scope and direct influence on company direction. You will be the key partner to the
Fusion team
, the engine behind dbt’s next-generation compilation and intelligence. You will decide how Fusion’s capabilities become differentiated developer experiences, and you will make sure developer needs shape the Fusion roadmap. The feedback loop between Developer Experience and Fusion is central to how dbt Cloud evolves, and you will be its architect.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on: a leader who can define where AI-native developer tooling is going, and who is deeply passionate about
AI agents
and what it takes to build them well.
In This Role, You Will
Set strategy and own the roadmap
Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for developer experience across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension, and translate it into clear priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
Align developer experience investments with company strategy, product-led growth goals, and the Fusion platform direction. Set success metrics and hold yourself accountable for the outcomes.
Make high-stakes bets on where to invest, what to build, and what not to build, using market insight, customer evidence, and technical judgment.
Lead AI agent product development
Define what a best-in-class AI coding agent looks like for the full range of dbt users. This includes agentic workflows, multi-step task execution, context management, natural language interaction, and guided experiences that meet users where they are.
Shape principles for trust, transparency, control, and evaluation in agentic experiences, so users can rely on the agent for real work.
Track the fast-moving AI development landscape (Copilot, Cursor, Devin, and beyond) and turn it into a differentiated point of view, not just feature parity.
Drive cross-functional execution and influence
Partner with the Fusion team to co-define the boundary between platform and product, agree on API contracts, and keep roadmaps coordinated.
Lead engineering, design, and GTM teams through a predictable shipping cadence, and keep teams aligned on what matters and why.
Influence senior leadership and stakeholders across the company with crisp strategy docs, compelling demos, and clear framing of complex tradeoffs.
Mentor other PMs and raise the bar for product craft, rigor, and technical depth across the organization.
Stay close to users and the market
Build tight feedback loops with the dbt community and enterprise customers, with particular attention to power users and technical practitioners.
Use user research and competitive analysis to ground strategy in evidence and bring a sharp external perspective into planning.
What Success Looks Like
A clear, widely understood developer experience strategy that engineering, design, and leadership are aligned behind.
Developer Agent is recognized as a differentiated, well-regarded AI coding product for data practitioners, not just a feature.
Developer satisfaction and engagement (activation, session depth, feature adoption)
The Fusion partnership runs on shared roadmap visibility, clear contracts, and coordinated launches.
The Cloud CLI is a first-class product that developers actively choose.
You’re a Good Fit If You Have
8+ years of product management experience
, including a track record of owning strategy and roadmap for developer platforms at scale.
Direct experience owning developer environment products
, with an informed point of view on what makes development tools excellent and where modern IDEs fall short.
Hands-on experience with AI agents.
You have built, shipped, or led agentic features (multi-step LLM workflows, tool use, context management, evaluation), and you are passionate about the space. You use AI coding assistants daily and have strong, well-reasoned opinions about what works and what doesn’t.
A history of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority, including across platform and product team boundaries.
A strong technical foundation: you can reason about system architecture, engage deeply with engineers, and contribute to technical decisions.
Experience turning user research and developer feedback into prioritized, well-scoped product work.
Excellent written and verbal communication, from crisp specs to executive-level narratives.
Comfort working asynchronously on a distributed, remote team.
You’ll Have an Edge If You Have
Experience building or shipping AI agent products at the frontier, such as agentic UX, evaluation frameworks, or agent orchestration.
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar SQL-first transformation frameworks.
Familiarity with LSP, tree-sitter, or other IDE infrastructure primitives.
Experience with CLI tooling and developer workflow automation.
Background in open source or strong engagement with developer communities.
Knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and the analytics engineering ecosystem.

YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy leading engineers while staying closely involved in technical discussions, architecture, and complex problem-solving.
- Get excited about building and operating large-scale distributed systems where performance, reliability, and efficiency matter.
- Have a strong interest in analytical databases, storage engines, query systems, and the engineering challenges behind processing massive volumes of data.
- Like working through difficult technical tradeoffs and turning ambiguous requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Take pride in building reliable production systems, understanding how they behave under load, and continuously improving their performance.
- Enjoy collaborating with product engineering teams and understanding how infrastructure decisions influence the end-user experience.
- Want to lead a team whose work directly supports Sentry's core products and growing AI-powered capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant professional software engineering experience, including experience managing and developing engineers, leading technical projects, and driving engineering execution.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, analytical databases, or large-scale backend systems.
- Hands-on experience building, scaling, or operating complex data-intensive systems, with depth in at least one of the following:
- Analytical database infrastructure: Operating, scaling, optimizing, or maintaining OLAP systems such as ClickHouse, Apache Pinot, Apache Druid, or similar technologies in production.
- Complex distributed data platforms: Designing and building sophisticated systems using analytical databases or distributed storage technologies as foundational components, with meaningful ownership of the underlying architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Experience making architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs involving system scalability, performance, reliability, or operational complexity.
- Demonstrated ownership of production systems, including troubleshooting, incident response, performance optimization, and operational improvements.
- Experience leading engineering projects from technical design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing operations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical requirements into actionable engineering priorities.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with ClickHouse, Pinot, Druid, or other column-oriented analytical databases.
- Experience with query optimization, analytical storage architecture, or high-throughput data processing.
- Experience building infrastructure for observability, telemetry, developer tools, or event-driven applications.
- Experience working closely with product engineering teams to develop infrastructure supporting customer-facing features.
- Proficiency with Python, Rust, or similar backend programming languages.
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $400,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
