About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

InfluxData is the creator of InfluxDB, the leading time series platform used to collect, store, and analyze all time series data at any scale. Developers can query and analyze their time-stamped data in real-time to discover, interpret, and share new insights to gain a competitive edge. InfluxData is a remote-first company with a globally distributed workforce. For more information, visit www.influxdata.com http://www.influxdata.com.
InfluxData's North America Commercial sales team is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to own a territory end to end.
This is a hybrid new business and account management role. You'll hunt new logos across organizations of 1–500 employees in North America, and you'll carry a book of roughly 40 existing accounts that you are responsible for renewing and growing. The best people in this seat are as comfortable running a cold outbound motion as they are sitting with an existing customer six months before renewal, understanding where their usage is headed and what it will take to expand.
You are a hunter and a builder. You enjoy creating new relationships and deepening existing ones. You're all about working hard, supporting one another, ideating nonstop, and having a lot of fun while doing it.
InfluxDB is a purpose-built time series database used by engineering, platform, DevOps, SRE, and IoT teams to handle high-volume telemetry data. You'll be selling to technical buyers, which means the strongest AEs on this team are curious, consultative, and willing to get into the substance of a customer's architecture and problem.
What you’ll be doing:
New Business
- Owning the full sales cycle for new logos in North America Commercial — prospecting, discovery, scoping, POC, negotiation, and close
- Building and sustaining your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn, account research, inbound follow-up, and partner activity
- Running strong discovery: understanding the technical use case, the business impact, the buying process, the stakeholders, and what success looks like
- Understanding the competitive landscape — including open source alternatives — and positioning InfluxData to win
- Partnering with Sales Engineering to scope and run technical evaluations and POCs
Renewals & Expansions
- Owning renewal outcomes across a book of approximately 40 existing accounts, including forecast accuracy on every renewal in your territory
- Engaging renewals early — well ahead of the contract date — to understand usage trends, changes in the customer's environment, budget cycle, and stakeholder changes
- Identifying and closing expansion: new use cases, new teams and divisions, increased capacity, and upgrades
- Building multi-threaded relationships across your accounts so the relationship does not sit with a single champion
- Spotting and escalating retention risk early, and working with Customer Success and Support to resolve it before it reaches the renewal conversation
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with your accounts to keep value visible
Across the Whole Territory
- Building trust and credibility, both internally and with prospects and customers, from engineering to executive stakeholders
- Keeping opportunity detail, next steps, renewal dates, and forecast accurate in Salesforce
- Forecasting and managing your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and quarterly quota across both new business and renewal/expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling data solutions, SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience selling into commercial and mid-market organizations
- Experience managing accounts post-close through annual renewal cycles, with responsibility for retention and growth
- Demonstrated success running a full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline through close
- Ability to balance hunting and farming — the discipline to keep prospecting while carrying an active book of business
- Comfort selling to technical buyers and translating technical capability into business value
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills, including renewal and expansion negotiations
- Disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience selling open source or commercial-open-source products, and competing against free alternatives
- Experience with time series data, observability, monitoring, IoT or industrial telemetry, DevOps, or SRE tooling
- Experience carrying a combined new business and renewal quota
Interview Information:
Our interview process begins remotely. Interviews are typically conducted via Zoom. To ensure every candidate can participate, please let us know if you are unable to access Zoom. Some roles may require an in-person meeting with a team member as part of the final stage.
Our Core Values
Our employees are the heart of the company and only by having a core set of beliefs and values will we be successful. We hire and live by these core values:
- We value each other
- We get stuff done
- We believe humility drives learning
- We embrace failure

This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days in the office.

What You’ll Do
Pricing Operations & QTC Support
Support pricing operations changes through business requirement review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation, helping ensure pricing logic is accurately reflected in QTC workflows.
Validate pricing-related QTC changes across quoting, approvals, discounting logic, product configuration, and downstream order execution.
Help confirm that pricing changes are operationally ready before launch, including impacts to Sales, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Billing, Revenue, and marketplace workflows.
Partner with the Senior Pricing Operations Manager to prioritize pricing-related test cases, identify gaps in business requirements, and document expected system behavior.
Help maintain documentation for pricing- and order-related system configurations, known dependencies, and release-readiness criteria.

Participate as a Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expert in UAT project-managed by Technical Program Management (TPM) and executed under RevOps coordination, ensuring relevant business scenarios and expected outcomes are represented.
Execute assigned Pricing and Order Operations test cases and collaborate with the GTM subject-matter experts identified by RevOps.
Partner with RevOps and relevant subject-matter experts to develop and maintain Pricing and Order Operations test cases, including scenarios for quoting, approvals, signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, billing, and order management.

Maintain the Pricing and Order Operations portion of the regression test suite for recurring QTC changes.
Order Operations
Operate under defined business requirements for order operations rules within the QTC flow, validating execution across signature packet generation and e-signature routing, booking rules, marketplace offer configuration—including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake—and the booking-to-order management handoff.

Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria for technical and business audiences.
A proactive, organized approach, with the ability to work across IT, Pricing and Order Operations, and Sales and Deal Desk with minimal oversight.

- Automate end to end compliance related data solutions, governance controls, and automations to boost efficiency and minimize manual intervention
- Dive into large, complex datasets to turn findings into scalable, audit-ready data models that facilitate regulatory reporting and analytics

- Lead cross-functional projects with analysts, engineers, and compliance teams to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines and sources
- Coordinate client data quality monitoring by identifying issues, flagging remediations, and partnering with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution
- Support ad-hoc data requests for audits, exams, risk assessments, and day-to-day business needs
- Deliver insights that shape compliance direction through clear, data-driven storytelling
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within financial services or a regulated industry, with hands-on experience in compliance and regulatory reporting across frameworks such as AML, KYC, Sanctions, MiCA, or MiFID
- Solid understanding of regulatory risk and the ability to operate effectively in high-scrutiny, audit-ready environments
- Expert SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions, paired with proficiency in Python libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, and plotly
- Hands-on experience using dbt or similar tooling to model and organize high fidelity data for reporting and decision-making
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestration
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Superset to build executive-facing dashboards
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Alignment with the values outlined in Kraken's Tentaclements document
NICE TO HAVES
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Passion for continuous learning and approaching problems with a beginner's mindset

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker's Product-Led Growth (PLG) team owns turning product usage into revenue across the full Platform: the Container business (Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, Docker Build Cloud, Docker Scout) and the AI business (Sandboxes, AI Governance, Model Runner, MCP Toolkit, MCP Catalog). Lifecycle marketing is one of the fastest-scaling parts of that team: it already owns user and admin nurtures, renewal automation, and first-touch outreach for PQLs and inbound leads, running against a marketable base in the tens of millions.
As Senior Lifecycle Marketer, you'll report directly to the VP of PLG and partner closely with our existing lifecycle marketing lead. You'll take ownership of assigned products, audiences, and lifecycle stages, with real input into shaping the approach for what you own, not just shipping someone else's plan, and you'll help turn a fast-growing list of priorities into a structured, scalable lifecycle engine.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT MAKES SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Lifecycle Fluency: You think in full user journeys, not campaigns. You've done lifecycle marketing specifically, not just growth or demand gen, and you know how nurture, activation, retention, and renewal connect across a product's full lifecycle.
- Builder's Mindset: You'd rather own a program end to end, strategy, build, QA, and send, than hand pieces of it off. You bring structure to ambiguity: turning a fast-growing list of priorities into themes, a build queue, and a sequenced roadmap.
- Audience & Signal Validation: You know how to validate an audience and its underlying signal before it ships: spot-checking record-level data, sanity-checking targeting logic, and catching a bad segment before it reaches users. You don't need to write SQL yourself, but you can work directly with data teams to confirm a list is right.
- Cross-Functional Operator: You operate well across marketing, sales (BDR and renewals), data, and design/agency partners, and you know how to keep programs moving even when you don't own every dependency.
- Marketing Automation Execution: You've personally built campaigns in Marketo or an equivalent platform, not just briefed them: audience builds, suppressions and contact governance, pre-send QA and live proofs, and launch monitoring, including troubleshooting a broken data sync in the moment.
- Technical Translation: You can take a technical product or a raw usage signal, a feature adoption event, a usage threshold, a new capability, and turn it into messaging that reads credible to a developer or admin, not generic marketing copy.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the Lifecycle Engine: Own and build lifecycle campaigns (email and in-product messaging) across Docker's Container and AI Platform products, including Sandboxes and AI Governance, for both end users and admins.
- Scale Programmatic Sends: Design and run large-scale programmatic sends, such as recurring account health checks, to a base in the tens of millions, working within the team's marketing automation stack (currently Marketo and Mailgun; expect a platform transition in the next 6–12 months).
- Automate Lead and Renewal Motions: Stand up and run automated first-touch flows for PQLs and inbound leads, in partnership with BDR and renewals stakeholders.
- Validate Audiences & Signals: Partner with data and growth engineering to pull the usage signals campaigns depend on (Snowflake and internal data tools), and validate that an audience and its underlying signal are correct before every send.
- Manage Suppressions & Contact Governance: Own suppression lists and contact governance rules so campaigns stay compliant and don't over-message or reach the wrong audience.
- QA, Launch Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Run pre-send QA and live proofs on every campaign, monitor launches as they go out, and troubleshoot issues in real time, including broken data syncs.
- Translate Signals into Messaging: Turn technical product usage and adoption signals into messaging that reads credible and useful to developers and admins, not generic marketing copy.
- Shape and Sequence Strategy: Take a fast-growing list of priorities and turn it into a concrete build queue: itemize the work, sequence it, and flag capacity or dependency issues early.
- Coordinate Design & Agency Partners: Work with design and agency partners to keep campaign quality and turnaround on track.
- Operationalize Reporting: Own naming, tracking, and reporting on programs so the rest of the team has visibility into what's live, what's next, and what it's driving.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- Lifecycle Marketing Experience: A background specifically in lifecycle marketing, not pure growth or demand gen, ideally inside a PLG or self-serve motion.
- Proven Program Ownership: A track record of owning campaigns end to end (strategy, build, QA, send) and shipping programs that moved a real metric: activation, retention, or renewal conversion.
- Marketing Automation Build Experience: Hands-on build experience in Marketo or an equivalent marketing automation platform: audience builds, program/campaign setup, suppressions and contact governance, pre-send QA and live proofs, and launch monitoring.
- Data & Targeting Validation: Comfortable working directly with data teams to validate record-level data and targeting logic, for example auditing who's actually in a segment or spot-checking a list against expectations. Writing SQL yourself is a plus, not a requirement.
- Technical-to-Message Translation: A track record of turning a technical product or a raw usage signal into messaging that reads credible to a developer or admin audience, not generic marketing copy.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfort navigating developer ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, or complex multi-product software platforms.
- Independent Ownership: Senior-level judgment and ownership as an individual contributor: you can run with ambiguity and drive a program without every step spelled out, and you collaborate well with another senior peer on the team.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Immerse & Align: Get up to speed on Docker's PLG motion, product surface area (Container and AI), and the programs lifecycle already owns. Build a working relationship with data, BDR, renewals, and design/agency partners.
- Program & Tooling Audit: Audit the current state of user and admin nurtures, renewal automation, and PQL/lead outreach, and get familiar with the Marketo/Mailgun stack and its upcoming transition.
- Roadmap Calibration: Work with the lifecycle team to turn the current priority list into themes, a build queue, and a sequenced roadmap.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Ship Owned Campaigns: Take ownership of at least one full program, such as an admin nurture flow or a PQL first-touch sequence, from build through send.
- Contribute to Renewal Automation: Stand up a first version of automated renewal outreach in partnership with the renewals team.
- Build the Reporting Cadence: Put in place naming, tracking, and reporting so the team has clear visibility into what's live and what it's driving.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Own a Mature Program Set: Own a mature, scaled set of lifecycle programs across your assigned products, audiences, and lifecycle stages.
- Prove Impact: Show measurable lift in activation, retention, or renewal conversion tied directly to your programs.
- Scale the Function: Help lifecycle marketing operate as a predictable, automated engine rather than a set of one-off campaigns, as scope keeps expanding across the Platform.
Visa sponsorship: Not available for this role.

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Humanoid Robot AI Data Collector, you will teleoperate humanoid robots and follow well-defined procedures to generate high-quality datasets used for training advanced AI models. You will work hands-on with physical robots using on-site tools and interfaces—such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI)—to execute structured tasks and capture precise data. A significant part of the role involves annotation and labeling, requiring strong focus, accuracy, and pride in craftsmanship.
This role is for individuals who thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment; who take ownership, communicate openly, and embrace continuous learning. No technical background or formal education is required; full training is provided. This is a fully on-site role, working hands-on with robots and on-site systems such as UMI, and may involve periods of standing, regular movement, and interaction with physical hardware.
This position is a permanent night shift, with working hours of 10:30 pm - 6:30 am, and may require occasional travel in line with business needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Teleoperate humanoid robots with consistency, precision, and a strong sense of ownership over data quality.
- Perform on-site data collection using tools such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI).
- Capture and organise multimodal data (e.g., video, motion trajectories, task logs) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Annotate and label data following strict guidelines, treating the work as a high-skill technical discipline.
- Identify anomalies or issues proactively and escalate or solve them at the lowest responsible level.
- Suggest improvements to workflows, processes, or tools—everyone contributes to process design.
- Maintain clear, transparent documentation of progress and dataset quality.
- Move with urgency and focus, ensuring timelines and daily goals are met.
- Communicate openly with team members, sharing feedback and observations across functions.
- Collaborate respectfully and positively with teammates, helping create a supportive and high-performing culture.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- No formal technical education required — full training will be provided.
- Comfortable using computers and digital interfaces.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Strong time management, urgency, and reliability in meeting daily/weekly targets.
- Ability to maintain focus and high-quality output during repetitive tasks.
- Proactive mindset — willingness to take initiative without waiting for direction.
- Clear, transparent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with the team.
- Commitment to iterative learning, continuous feedback, and constant improvement.
- Interest in robotics, AI, or emerging technologies is welcome but not required.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- 30+ days time off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
YOUR CHALLENGE
At Taxfix, we have democratized tax filing for millions of people. Now, we are building our next major growth engines.
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work directly with our C-level leadership and Management Team to identify, validate, and build new business opportunities. You will take ideas from zero to one and help scale proven businesses from one to one hundred.
This role is designed for an ambitious recent graduate or early-career strategy consultant who wants to move from advising businesses to building them. You will operate with high autonomy, turn ambiguous opportunities into clear choices, and help launch ventures that can become meaningful parts of Taxfix’s future.
YOUR TEAM
You will join our New Ventures function and work closely with Taxfix’s C-level leadership and Management Team.
Depending on the opportunity, you will collaborate with colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax. You will bring the right people together, create clarity in uncertain situations, and drive initiatives from the first hypothesis through validation, launch, and scale.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify attractive customer problems and market opportunities through research, customer interviews, competitor analysis, and rapid experimentation.
- Design and run tests to validate customer demand, willingness to pay, commercial viability, and operational feasibility.
- Develop compelling propositions, business models, pricing strategies, unit economics, operating models, and go-to-market plans.
- Move beyond presentations by building prototypes, coordinating pilots, acquiring initial customers, and establishing the foundations for launch.
- Turn validated ventures into scalable businesses by developing repeatable growth engines, robust operating models, strong teams, and performance management systems.
- Translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready recommendations for the C-level team, Leadership Team, and Board.
- Mobilise colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax to move ventures forward.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a hands-on builder mentality and do not wait for perfect resources or specialist support.
- You use AI-native tools and vibe coding to rapidly build prototypes, automate workflows, analyse data, and turn ideas into tangible products and experiments—even if you are not a software engineer by training.
- You are a recent graduate from a leading university or business school, such as WHU, HHL, HSG, HEC, ESADE, or a comparable institution; alternatively, you have up to two or three years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a comparable firm.
- You want to build companies, products, or business lines and may aspire to become a founder in the future.
- You can break ambiguous questions down into hypotheses, analyses, experiments, and clear decisions.
- You combine strategic depth with a strong bias for action. You are willing to speak with customers, build a model, test a landing page, or solve an operational bottleneck yourself.
- You understand what creates customer value and can connect it to pricing, unit economics, distribution, and scalable operations.
- You communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- You act with pace, resilience, sound judgement, high ownership, and low ego.
- You are fluent in German and English.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.

What the Role Is
As the CS Enablement Program Manager, you’ll be the business owner of the systems that make both our human agents and AI agents effective, starting with the quality and integrity of the knowledge they rely on. As a highly autonomous, high-judgment IC, you’ll build and continuously improve the knowledge base, SOPs, training, and AI-powered workflows that underpin Customer Support across Babylist and Babylist Health. You’ll bring deep operational rigor and a strong understanding of how AI is changing customer support—using the technology in your own work while designing systems that make it more effective across the organization. This is a greenfield opportunity to build the CS Enablement function at a tech-first consumer company: identifying where knowledge, policies, and workflows break down, and partnering across CS, BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics to build a support system that gets smarter and more reliable as we scale.
Who You Are
Deep expertise in Support Operations, Enablement, or Knowledge Management
: you've owned documentation, workflows, and operational strategy in high-volume environments.
Can build and manage a knowledge base from scratch
(Zendesk, Gladly, Help Scout, Notion, Guru, or similar), organizing content and maintaining accuracy at scale so both humans and AI systems can use it effectively.
Can design for a hybrid AI-agent and human-agent support organization
: structuring content for AI consumption, writing effective prompts, evaluating output quality, and calling the line between what's automated and what stays human-owned.
Can write clear, usable SOPs
for complex, multi-step, or edge-case scenarios, and know when to automate them instead.
Can build and deliver training that actually changes how people work
: onboarding, process rollouts, tool adoption, AI workflow enablement.
Strong analytical instincts
: you can read support data (ticket trends, contact drivers, resolution times) and turn it into decisions about what to fix, automate, or rebuild.
Comfortable being the first person to do this job.
This space doesn't have an established playbook in customer support yet, you'll be creating it.
Effective cross-functional partner
who can work with BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering-adjacent teams to drive real change, not just executing within your own lane.
Demonstrated track record of using AI to do your own work better
. At Babylist every team uses AI daily. You're already using it daily to move faster and improve your output, and have real opinions about when it works and when it doesn't.
How You Will Make An Impact
Build the CS Enablement program from the ground up: create the systems that keep agents (human and AI) current on knowledge base, training, and copilot content as product changes accelerate.
Move support operations from AI-assisted to AI-native: rebuild workflows, documentation, and training so AI is the default operating model.
Build and maintain the knowledge base that serves as the source of truth for both AI systems and human agents, structured for AI consumption and kept accurate as products and policies evolve.
Close existing content gaps and continuously identify how to reduce unnecessary escalations and drive meaningful improvement in chatbot coverage and resolution rate.
Lead the implementation of an AI copilot and bring usage to 90%+ of agent interactions by making the copilot genuinely useful (better source material, better prompt design).
Build agent confidence through scalable training that teaches people when to trust AI, when to override it, and how to give feedback that improves it.
Create SOPs for complex scenarios so cases get handled consistently, audit and streamline fragmented workflows, and design new processes with AI built in from the start.
Partner with the CS Analyst to identify top contact drivers and documentation gaps, then act on them.
Establish feedback loops with frontline agents so the system keeps improving instead of just when someone notices a problem.
Why This Role
You'd be defining a role that doesn't have a template yet.
"AI-native CS enablement" isn't an established discipline in customer support. You won't be applying someone else's playbook, you'll be writing it.
The foundation is still forming, and that's the opportunity.
Most of the knowledge base, SOPs, and AI workflows don't exist yet, so the systems you build become how the org operates for years.
You'll have real influence on the roadmap, not just execution against it.
You're setting the agenda with BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics on what gets fixed, automated, and rebuilt next.
Your success is directly visible in the numbers that matter to the business
: chatbot deflection, copilot adoption, CSAT. This isn't a support role in the background, it's core to how CS scales.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$140,000 to $170,000
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Your Impact:
Go beyond formal execution by shaping and building product experiences that matter to customers, using metrics (e.g., customer value, adoption, reliability, and quality) to measure impact.
Own projects end‑to‑end: discovery and solutioning in partnership with product and design, planning and sequencing, execution, release preparation and launch, post-release follow-ups and maintenance.
Partner with product to define, communicate, and track team goals/OKRs aligned with product and company strategy.
Make thoughtful prioritization and trade‑off decisions between scope, quality, and speed.

3+ years of management experience, including leading cross‑functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results (e.g., business impact, customer satisfaction, technical metrics (improved performance, reliability, quality, etc.), delivery metrics (team throughput, etc.).
Experience giving direct, timely feedback and handling difficult conversations with clarity and empathy.
Solid engineering background with the ability to “speak the language” of engineers, review designs, ask the right technical questions and challenge decisions and estimations.
Experience with planning, prioritization, and execution of complex customer-facing projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience in setting team goals and using metrics to manage and improve team performance.
Strong track record in coaching, career development, and performance management.
Proficiency with agile development practices and iterative delivery.
Strong business and product sense: ability to connect technical work to customer value and company strategy.
Standout Qualities:
Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining high‑performing engineers.
Examples of effective communication: presentations, roadmap updates, etc. – targeting the entire team or stakeholders.
Established practice of using data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure outcomes.
Proven ability to introduce process improvements, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation within constraints.
Hands‑on use of AI/automation tools to streamline workflows and increase team productivity.
