ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a builder's role, where you'll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs' most exciting customers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You'll get ahead of the problem. You'll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. You'll own the number too: renewals, expansion and cross-sell. Success here means driving real revenue retention and growth for your book of business.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE DAY TO DAY
You'll run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs' full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents. You'll advise customers on production deployment, not just theory, digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
You'll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You'll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the DACH region
- Proven experience of owning and managing a defined Book of Business

- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Strong builder mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and being a pioneer, finding ways to innovate across a full region or market to drive revenue outcomes
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience working cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Manager, Mid-Market Solutions at Ramp, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants supporting Mid-Market prospects and customers. You will establish the operating rhythm for a high-volume, fast-moving pre-sales motion; coach the team on discovery, demos, solution fit, and value-based selling; and partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to deliver a consistent customer experience.
This is a player-coach leadership role. You will stay close to important opportunities while building a scalable team model: clear engagement standards, repeatable demos and discovery practices, strong capacity planning, and effective handoffs. You will use customer feedback and performance data to improve how Mid-Market Solutions Consultants help Ramp win, activate, and grow customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Solutions Consultants; set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth.
- Establish a high-quality operating cadence for pipeline reviews, staffing, deal strategy, call coaching, performance management, and cross-functional planning.
- Partner with Mid-Market Sales leadership to improve qualification, deploy Solutions capacity effectively, and build repeatable account and deal strategies.
- Coach the team to run high-quality discovery, deliver tailored and efficient demos, connect Ramp’s products to finance and accounting workflows, and navigate solution-fit conversations with confidence.
- Personally support the highest-priority or most complex Mid-Market opportunities, escalations, and customer-facing moments when needed.
- Build scalable playbooks, demo standards, discovery frameworks, enablement assets, and knowledge-sharing practices that raise the team’s quality and speed.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to translate recurring customer needs into clear feedback, strong handoffs, and improved customer outcomes.
- Define and inspect team health metrics such as coverage, conversion, cycle efficiency, demo quality, solution fit, customer outcomes, and talent development.
- Foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture grounded in customer empathy, collaboration, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Identify practical ways for the team to use AI to improve preparation, documentation, deal research, demo readiness, and customer-facing work while maintaining good judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or a related customer-facing technical role, including 2+ years of people management or demonstrated player-coach leadership.
- Proven success leading or mentoring teams in a high-volume SaaS, fintech, or other customer-facing commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting workflows, and the needs of finance and operations stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of business systems and integrations, including ERP, HRIS, identity, or accounting platforms; APIs and file-based integrations are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to coach others on discovery, solution fit, demo execution, commercial judgment, technical communication, and consultative selling.
- Strong operating judgment: able to prioritize team capacity, inspect pipeline health, use data to improve execution, and make clear trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales and post-sales leaders while protecting customer trust and delivery readiness.
- Track record of building repeatable team processes, assets, and rituals that improve consistency beyond individual contributions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and change-management skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, spend management, accounting automation, payments, or adjacent financial software.
- Familiarity with Ramp-relevant systems such as ERP, HRIS, identity, or accounting platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted workflows to improve solutions, sales, or customer-facing team effectiveness.

Solutions and outputs are reviewed by more senior team members and/or the direct manager.
What You’ll Do
Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals tracking key dates and driving them to on-time closure.
Have real, consultative conversations with customers throughout the renewal cycle to understand how they're actually using the product and where they're headed next.
Identify and surface expansion opportunities — additional seats, tiers, or modules — that come out of those conversations.
Probe for new use cases and unmet needs within existing accounts, connecting what customers describe to relevant GitLab capabilities they aren't yet using.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule, structuring them to reflect any expansion identified.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule.
Analyze moderately complex renewal situations (usage trends, contract terms, pricing) by reviewing existing account factors, escalating anything unusual to a senior team member or manager and helping to mitigate any risk identified.
Explain moderately complex renewal terms and issues to customers and internal stakeholders, working to build alignment.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to help identify expansion opportunities, resolve blockers and keep renewals moving.
Communicate proactively and transparently with customers and internal stakeholders, adapting to GitLab's communication framework.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM/renewals system for forecasting and reporting.
Prioritize tasks with guidance from more senior team members to drive quality, timely results.
Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively with peer RM’s.
What You’ll Bring
Can execute basic renewal processes independently ("basic knots") and has been introduced to more advanced scenarios ("complex knots") such as multi-year deals, upsell-attached renewals, or non-standard terms.
Developing understanding of GitLab's way of working, values, and high-performance culture.
Awareness of GitLab's remote work best practices.
Growth mindset and sense of ownership — proactively seeks out ways to learn and improve, and takes action rather than waiting for direction.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing many renewals at once.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions appropriately.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching from senior teammates and manager.
The ability to travel for events such as trainings, team offsites, customer meetings, etc.
About the team
The Renewals team focuses on protecting and growing GitLab's recurring revenue by managing the full contract lifecycle for our subscription customers. As a Renewal Manager, you'll be part of a quota-carrying team that works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely, accurate renewals and strong customer retention across regions in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. The team is responsible for forecasting renewal outcomes, identifying and addressing churn risk, and uncovering opportunities to expand GitLab adoption, while continuously improving processes and best practices that support predictable, sustainable growth.
