Workplace: Hybrid
OVERVIEW
The Workplace Experience team powers and connects the workday for all Perplexity employees across our global offices.
We are hospitality and experience-driven at the core. We are made up of People people, meaning that we love supporting each other and all of the People in our workplace. We take on the good and the bad with optimism and with a positive, kind approach to solving problems, dealing with the obstacles handed to us, and proactively creating good around us. We think about each moment through the lens of our colleagues (our customers) so that we can create thoughtful and memorable experiences no matter what task we have at hand.
As our Global Workplace Business Operations Lead, you will manage the business operations and cross-functional program delivery that enable our global Workplace Experience team to scale. In collaboration with the Head of Workplace Experience, you will set the operating framework for your areas, make decisions within agreed priorities and approval limits, and remain hands-on in delivering results. You will own the effectiveness of portfolio operating processes and internal project delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the Workplace operating framework: Lead annual and quarterly planning for your areas, translate team strategy into priorities and resource plans, and establish clear decision rights, delivery commitments and measures of success. Resolve sequencing and capacity trade-offs within agreed parameters and recommend when to add people, vendors or technology.
- Lead internal capital-project delivery: Take accountability for integrated delivery plans across office openings, refreshes and other capital initiatives. Direct the work of external PMs within agreed scopes, align internal workstreams, resolve delivery issues and hold partners accountable for schedule, cost, quality and operational readiness.
- Own portfolio controls and insight: Establish dependable lease administration, obligation tracking, space and occupancy information, and portfolio reporting. Set data and control standards, ensure actions have owners, and turn trends and risks into recommendations before deadlines or capacity constraints become problems.
- Drive financial planning and performance: Own the processes and quality of operating and capital forecasts, commitments, actuals and variance analysis in partnership with Finance. Challenge assumptions, recommend corrective actions and investment trade-offs, and give the Head of Workplace Experience a reliable basis for budget and commitment decisions.
- Set the systems and reporting roadmap: Own business requirements, governance and improvement priorities for workplace tools such as Envoy. Establish useful performance measures, improve data quality, and automate repeatable work while maintaining appropriate controls and keeping processes practical for the team.
- Lead EHS program governance: Establish a risk-based plan, clear responsibilities and a review cadence with qualified vendors and internal teams. Drive follow-through on assessed obligations and remediation across offices and remote populations, maintain evidence of completion, and escalate material risks without substituting for specialist advice.
- Set standards for delivery and handover: Own the development and use of project playbooks, planning processes and operational-readiness criteria. Bring together design standards and occupancy requirements, and ensure completed projects transfer to local operations with the documentation, training, vendor arrangements and issue ownership needed to run well.
- Serve as a senior operating partner: Lead cross-functional operating and project reviews, surface decisions with clear recommendations, and represent your areas with internal and external partners. Drive resolution within your authority, escalate material changes with options, and build accountability without adding unnecessary layers.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Senior functional leadership: 8+ years in workplace business operations, corporate real estate, facilities programs or a closely related field, with increasing responsibility for complex, multi-site programs and their outcomes. You have operated with substantial autonomy, not only administered plans set by others.
- Project and program management expertise: You are a project manager at the core. You are quick and agile, but methodical when it comes to planning for, organizing, tracking, and executing on a project in a way that keeps everything and everyone aligned and on task.
- Relevant delivery depth: You have a record of delivering office buildouts, relocations or capital improvements as an internal owner, with accountability for scope, financial performance, schedules, change control and external delivery partners.
- Strong financial and analytical judgment: You have experience driving forecasting and reporting processes, challenging assumptions and translating portfolio data into resource or investment recommendations; strong spreadsheet and analytical skills.
- Experience building an operating framework: You have established planning, governance, performance measures and systems that helped a growing function deliver more predictably. You know when structure improves execution and when it becomes unnecessary process.
- Leadership across organizational boundaries: You can secure commitments, challenge constructively and resolve competing priorities across teams and vendors. You communicate risks and recommendations credibly to senior leaders and know which decisions to make independently and which to escalate.
- Hands-on ownership and sound judgment: You can move between portfolio-level trade-offs and project details, deliver through others without losing accountability, handle sensitive information responsibly, and maintain a kind, service-oriented approach under pressure.
- Helpful, not required: International portfolio experience, workplace technology ownership, EHS program governance, or a relevant project-management credential.

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company with an unusually large organic top-of-funnel, where tens of thousands of people discover and sign up for Netlify every day. That organic motion is real and meaningful, but paid acquisition is a new investment area for the marketing team, and there's a clear opportunity to build that capability from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and the agency relationship that supports execution. You'll report to the CMO, with a planned transition to the VP of Growth Marketing as that function scales, and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users don't just land, but convert and stick. This is a builder role at a company where the organic foundation is already strong, and your job is to build the paid layer that extends its reach.
What You'll Do
Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and any other channels worth testing and proving out.
Own the call on where paid creates incremental value for Netlify. Design the tests, prove which channels and audiences drive growth our organic funnel wouldn't have delivered anyway, and decide where to scale, where to hold, and where not to spend at all.
Manage the agency relationship(s) supporting paid/performance work by setting the brief, holding the agency accountable to targets, and deciding what to bring in-house as the function matures.
Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend, and make the case for where to double down or pull back.
Partner with Marketing Operations to get attribution and UTM tracking right before scaling spend, so every dollar is measurable.
Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify's ICP; partner with Product Marketing on messaging inputs for paid creative.
Build the measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel.
Partner with Lifecycle and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding and activation journeys, not just land and drop off.
As the program proves out, build the roadmap and case for a fully staffed paid/performance team.
What You'll Bring
6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself - not just briefing agencies or reviewing their reports
A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid acquisition program at an early stage, where you had to build the infrastructure and not just optimize what was already there
Experience managing an external agency or partner relationship, including setting performance expectations and holding partners accountable to them
Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, and a history of partnering with Marketing Ops or Data teams to get tracking right before spend scales
Some experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion where paid acquisition runs alongside a large organic and self-serve funnel
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You're energized by building and scaling a new paid program, not just optimizing one that's already mature.
You think like an owner of budget and outcomes, not just a briefs-and-reports manager of an agency.
You're comfortable moving between strategy (channel mix, targeting, budget allocation) and getting into the details yourself when it matters.
You care about attribution being right before spend scales, not as an afterthought.
You want to build in close partnership with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops rather than run paid as a separate lane that hands off a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?

When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.
Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer - AI & Agentic Architecture
This is a senior individual-contributor role combining deep hands-on engineering with multiple agentic frameworks & SDKs, harnesses, MCP, and APIs, technical leadership, and close collaboration with engineering, security, and product teams. You'll design and ship agentic systems, developer tooling, and reusable platform capabilities that improve productivity across SIE.
What you'll do:
Agentic & AI Engineering
Design, build, and operate production-quality agentic applications using agentic SDKs/harnesses — including multi-agent orchestration, subagent delegation, tool integration, and lifecycle hooks.
Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool and resource interfaces that give coding agents/harnesses safe, reliable access to backend systems and enterprise data.
Engineer prompts for reliable structured output (JSON schemas, few-shot examples, validation/retry loops) and build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve output quality.
Manage context effectively across long documents, multi-turn conversations, and multi-agent handoffs; design escalation and human-in-the-loop patterns for production reliability.
Developer Productivity
Configure and extend Codex/Claude Code for team-wide use:
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md
hierarchies, custom slash commands, Agent Skills, path-specific rules, and plan mode.
Integrate agentic development into CI/CD pipelines for automated code review, test generation, and PR feedback, tuned to minimize false positives and duplicate findings.
Build and maintain MCP server integrations (project- and user-scoped) that extend agent-native development capabilities across engineering workflows.
Identify high-value opportunities for AI-assisted development and design reusable capabilities that multiple teams can adopt, not just one-off solutions.
Discovery, Prototyping & Production Delivery
Partner directly with engineering teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities through hands-on discovery.
Rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities with real users, then take successful prototypes into secure, observable, maintainable production systems.
Own the full lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting of agentic systems.
Mentor engineers on agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and agent-native development practices.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and documentation that help other teams build effectively with agentic development tools.
Requirements
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands-on work building and operating AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++) and solid engineering fundamentals — API design, testing, debugging, code review, maintainable code.
Practical, production-grade experience with agentic SDKs/harnesses, MCP, and LLMs — tool use, orchestration, RAG, context management, structured output, and evaluation.
Experience designing MCP tool/resource interfaces and reasoning about tool selection, error handling, and reliability in multi-agent systems.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into CI/CD and developer workflows.
Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, evaluate tradeoffs, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and leading through influence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling.
Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack.
A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this role
is eligible
for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our
