Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule, structuring them to reflect any expansion identified.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to help identify expansion opportunities, resolve blockers and keep renewals moving.
Communicate proactively and transparently with customers and internal stakeholders, adapting to GitLab's communication framework.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM/renewals system for forecasting and reporting.
Prioritize tasks with guidance from more senior team members to drive quality, timely results.
Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively with peer RM’s.
What You’ll Bring
Can execute basic renewal processes independently ("basic knots") and has been introduced to more advanced scenarios ("complex knots") such as multi-year deals, upsell-attached renewals, or non-standard terms.
Developing understanding of GitLab's way of working, values, and high-performance culture.
Awareness of GitLab's remote work best practices.
Growth mindset and sense of ownership — proactively seeks out ways to learn and improve, and takes action rather than waiting for direction.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing many renewals at once.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions appropriately.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching from senior teammates and manager.
The ability to travel for events such as trainings, team offsites, customer meetings, etc.
About the team
The Renewals team focuses on protecting and growing GitLab's recurring revenue by managing the full contract lifecycle for our subscription customers. As a Renewal Manager, you'll be part of a quota-carrying team that works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely, accurate renewals and strong customer retention across regions in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. The team is responsible for forecasting renewal outcomes, identifying and addressing churn risk, and uncovering opportunities to expand GitLab adoption, while continuously improving processes and best practices that support predictable, sustainable growth.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consulting is Ramp's post-sales technical delivery team. When a finance org needs Ramp to work the way their business actually runs, this is the team that takes customers through that transformation, from complex accounting issues to integration errors to everything in between.
The Manager, Technical Consulting, Enterpriseleads the team responsible for Ramp's largest accounts. You'll own post-sales technical implementation for this segment end to end — from technical discovery and solution design through go-live, adoption, and expansion — working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Customer Activation team, with whom you'll co-own activation milestones and time-to-value.
Strategic customers arrive with multi-entity structures, legacy ERPs, in-flight finance transformations, procurement and treasury requirements, and executive sponsors who expect a named technical leader in the room. Your team is the last line of technical escalation for these accounts — there is no tier above you.
This role suits an experienced leader who can hold two things at once: the operating rigor to run a delivery function at scale, and the technical credibility to sit across from a Controller or VP of Finance and design the solution live.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow the Enterprise Technical Consulting team — coach senior and principal-level consultants, own hiring, onboarding, performance, and career architecture, and build a bench deep enough to scale with the segment
- Own post-sales technical implementation for Ramp's largest accounts — accountable for solution quality, delivery timelines, and technical outcomes across the portfolio
- Co-own activation milestones with Customer Activation — build a joint operating model where TC drives technical design and Activation drives adoption and enablement, with shared accountability for time-to-value and a single, coherent customer experience
- Serve as the terminal escalation point for complex technical and delivery challenges — ERP integration failures, custom API work, at-risk go-lives, and commitments made pre-sales that need to be re-scoped
- Define the Strategic delivery model — scoping standards, solution design review, rules of engagement with CSM/Activation, staffing and capacity models, and quality bars that hold up under enterprise scrutiny
- Run the function with operational rigor — forecast capacity, balance workload across accounts, instrument the team with KPIs (time-to-value, go-live on-time rate, escalation volume, adoption and expansion attach), and use the data in coaching and planning
- Partner cross-functionally at the leadership level — Customer Activation, Strategic CSM and AM, Sales, Product, Engineering, and GTM Ops — to align on roadmap, feedback loops, and segment strategy
- Turn field insight into product influence — synthesize what Strategic customers actually need, champion it with Product and Engineering, and close the loop back to the field
- Set precedent where none exists — make sound calls in ambiguous, high-stakes situations, document the reasoning, and teach the team to do the same
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years in technical consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, or professional services — with substantial time on enterprise or strategic accounts
- 2-3+ years managing individual contributors and owning team-level outcomes; experience managing senior or principal-level ICs strongly preferred
- Proven track record owning post-sales implementation for large, complex customers — multi-entity, multi-system, executive-sponsored engagements
- Deep fluency in ERP and financial systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics), APIs, SSO/HRIS integrations, and core accounting workflows (chart of accounts, subsidiaries, approval hierarchies, month-end close)
- Ability to assess and guide technical solution design at enterprise complexity — and to tell the difference between a configuration problem, a product gap, and a customer process problem
- Experience building the operating model between two functions — e.g. delivery and onboarding, or services and customer success — and making shared accountability actually work
- Executive-grade communication — able to hold the room with a CFO or Controller, advocate for your team internally, and translate technical trade-offs into business consequences
- Demonstrated judgment in ambiguity and a bias toward ownership in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at an ERP or financial systems vendor (Workday, NetSuite/Oracle, Sage Intacct, Coupa) or in a Big 4 / systems integrator implementation practice
- Background in fintech, spend management, or AP automation
- Experience standing up or scaling a technical consulting / professional services function from an early stage
- Experience managing managers or team leads, or building the career ladder for a technical IC track
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ABOUT MOTHERDUCK
Don’t let the quirky name fool you: At MotherDuck, we’re on a mission to make data warehousing fun, frictionless, and ducking awesome for developers and data practitioners building blazing fast internal and customer-facing analytics experiences. We're building a cloud-hosted version of DuckDB, working hand-in-hand with the creators of the fastest-growing and fastest-improving query engine on the planet. Unlike other databases, MotherDuck was architected to unify local development with cloud operations to bridge the gap between software and data engineering workflows. Our team is a mix of thoughtful, passionate, and empathetic data industry veterans.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
We’re looking for a Product Marketer who lives at the intersection of words, product, and customers. You’ll take what our engineers build and turn it into stories that make developers and data teams lean in. You’ll own positioning and messaging, write the pages people actually read, and make sure our sales team walks into every conversation ready.
This role can be based in our Seattle, San Francisco or New York City office.
Key responsibilities
- Write. A lot. Website copy, landing pages, launch posts, product one-pagers, emails. You care about every word and you know when to cut.
- Help shape how we tell our story. Work alongside product, sales, and leadership on who we’re for, why we’re different, and how to say it in a way a data engineer won’t roll their eyes at... then keep it fresh as the product and market evolve.
- Build the web and the artifacts. Ship landing pages, comparison pages, demos and interactive assets... ideally hands-on with AI tools rather than waiting in a queue for design and eng.
- Arm the sales team. Create battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling, and competitive takes that AEs and Customer Engineers actually use in deals. Sit in on calls and bring what you hear back into the messaging.
- Run launches. Plan and ship product launches end to end with product, engineering, DevRel and growth.
- Stay close to customers and the market. Talk to users, track competitors (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery and friends), and turn what you learn into sharper stories.
- Work AI-first. Use Claude and other tools to research, draft, prototype and ship. Help set the bar for how marketing at MotherDuck uses AI.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 to 10 years in product marketing, ideally at a B2B software or developer-focused company
- Excellent writing. Clear, punchy, and specific... you can make a technical idea land in one sentence
- A real knack for positioning: you've taken a product to market and can show the before and after
- Experience building web pages and landing pages, and comfort shipping them yourself with modern tools
- A track record of sales enablement that sales teams actually used
- Genuine curiosity about technical products. You don't need to write SQL for a living, but you want to understand how the thing works
- AI fluency. You already use AI daily to do better work, and you're excited to push that further
- A bias for action. You'd rather ship a good version this week than a perfect one next quarter
WHAT PEOPLE SHOULD BE SAYING IF YOU’RE DOING DUCKING AWESOME
- “I sent the new landing page to a prospect and they replied ‘this is exactly our problem.’ Didn’t have to explain a thing.”
- “Honestly, I understand our own feature better after reading the launch post.”
- “The battlecard came up in the call and I had the answer before they finished the question.”
- “They showed me a workflow they built with AI last week and now half of marketing uses it.”
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Feather-ruffling compensation – competitive salary and stock options so you have a stake in our flock’s success.
- Top-notch healthcare coverage – 100% paid medical, dental, and vision for employees, plus 80% coverage for dependents (because we care about your whole nest).
- Flexible PTO – take the time you need to recharge, explore, or just have a lazy day by the pond.
- 401k plan – because even ducks need to plan for the future.
- Flexible work environment - spend most of the week in the office collaborating with the flock, and work from wherever you're most productive the rest of the time. Specifics are role dependent and as agreed upon with your manager
WHY MOTHERDUCK
We're a ~110-person, Series B team building on one of the fastest-growing open source projects in data. We're small enough that your work shows up on the website next week, and growing fast enough that there's always something new to figure out.
How we work comes down to four values:
- Thoughtfulness. We care about the people we work with and the craft behind what we ship.
- Flexibility. Plans change. We adapt without drama.
- Unorthodoxy. We question the default way of doing things, including in marketing.
- Agency. We own outcomes and don't wait for permission.
PLEASE APPLY
Does this role sound appealing to you, but you’re missing some of the requirements or don’t quite think you’re qualified? Please apply anyway. Research has shown that underrepresented groups in technology often shy away from roles which aren’t a 100% match. We aim to build a diverse team and will strongly consider applicants who bring many of the requirements plus have other experiences which round out their qualifications.
MotherDuck is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. MotherDuck is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical and mental disabilities.

About Backblaze
Backblaze (NASDAQ: BLZE) is the high-performance capacity storage layer for AI. Founded in 2007, we scaled the business on less than $3 million in outside funding until our 2021 IPO on the Nasdaq. Today we manage over five billion gigabytes of data for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including AI platforms, GPU clouds, businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
About the Role
As a best of breed storage platform, a robust partner ecosystem is how Backblaze reaches the AI market: GPU clouds, AI infrastructure vendors, data and AI platforms, and the events where that ecosystem gathers.
You will serve our Partnerships & Ecosystem team, and report to the VP of Marketing. Product Marketing, Campaign leads, Content and Creative, Demand Generation, Communications, and Analyst Relations all back you up as you provide the bridge between corporate GTM efforts and our partner orgs GTM efforts. You work at a senior level and carry the work yourself, with strong collaboration and teams to support your efforts.
The job is to give partner marketing the same structure, standards, and ambition as everything else Marketing does, and to make every partnership worth more to Backblaze, to the partner, and to the customers we share.
What You’ll Do
Set the plan and the operating rhythm
Build and run a rolling six-month partner marketing plan with the Partner team with a focus on priority partnerships in the AI space
Structure the work in manner that keeps the teams aligned and informed with shared calendars, clear intake paths, and a point of view on what Backblaze will and won’t do
Fold partner marketing into Marketing’s broader planning so partner programs, launches, and campaigns move with brand, product marketing, and demand generation priorities
Stay agile and responsive as opportunities evolve and shift around you
Lead the reporting cadence on impact, in collaboration with the business intelligence team, at a level consumable from c-suite to team meetings
Translate our story for partners
Take Product Marketing’s core positioning and materials and adapt them for each partner’s sellers, architects, and customers: joint value propositions, partner-facing narratives, and co-branded messaging that stay true to how Backblaze talks about itself.
Equip priority partners’ teams to get Backblaze right, with kits, one-pagers, and sales plays built alongside Enablement and Partnerships
Build brand with the ecosystem
Raise Backblaze’s profile with the most credible names in AI through joint narratives, co-presented content, webinars, and thought leadership that establish Backblaze as a storage leader for AI
Coordinate announcements with Communications, including the disclosure requirements that come with being a public company
Working with the events team, advocate for Backblaze’s presence at AI-first events and moments where we can show up with strategic partners
Bridge marketing and enablement
Working with the content and creative team, build co-branded reference architectures, joint case studies and customer references, and informative announcements that help customers make decisions
Work with DevRel and Sales Engineering around content and enablement with technical depth, they can provide the substance but you’ll need to provide structure and promotion
Own how Backblaze appears on partner surfaces: integration and partner pages, directories, marketplace listings, co-branded assets, and Powered By Backblaze materials, and documentation. Keep them accurate, current, and consistent
Support analyst submissions for partner-validated architectures alongside our Analyst Relations team
The Right Fit
Required
7–10 years in B2B technology marketing, including 4+ years in partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing at an infrastructure, cloud, data, or AI company.
A record of launching and running co-marketing with partners larger than your own company, and of earning priority from a partner’s marketing team
Proven skill at translating core product positioning into partner-specific narratives, and the writing ability to draft them yourself. Bring samples
Technical fluency to work with Sales Engineers and partner architects: cloud and object storage, S3-compatible APIs, and how AI and data pipelines use storage (training data, checkpoints, inference)
Experience planning and executing a presence at major industry conferences, ideally in the AI ecosystem
Comfort reading pipeline and campaign data in Salesforce and dashboards that others build, and turning it into decisions
The discipline to work solo: set priorities, hold them, and use AI tools to multiply your output without lowering the bar
Strongly Preferred
Partner marketing experience at an AI cloud, AI infrastructure vendor, or data platform.
Experience with partner-hosted conferences and co-presented programming at GTC scale.
Public company experience, including work within disclosure requirements for partner announcements.
Experience standing up partner marketing in a function that did not have a home.
A background producing technical proof: reference architectures, benchmark-backed content, and customer references.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Contracts Manager to support our commercial and technology transactions. You'll partner with our GTM teams on enterprise customer deals, including some of our largest and most complex agreements. You'll review, draft, and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts that support our AI systems, and build the contracting processes that help us scale. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Research, and Procurement.
We're a relatively small legal team supporting big things, so everyone works across multiple areas. We'd love to hear where else you'd be interested in pitching in, whether because of your experience or your interests.
Key responsibilities
Draft, analyze, negotiate, and close complex commercial and procurement transactions with enterprise customers, vendors, and strategic partners, including IP licensing agreements
Propose and build scalable solutions that improve contracting efficiency
Work with business units and legal team members to streamline contract management, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvement
Partner with Sales on customer calls and live negotiations, working directly with customers' legal and procurement teams to resolve open issues and close deals
Manage your deals from first redline through signature, including next steps, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination
Turn what you learn on deals into better templates, playbooks, and guidance for Legal and Sales
Minimum qualifications
Have substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in support of technology transactions, sales organizations, or partnerships
Are a self-starter who spots what needs doing, takes ownership, and manages complex contractual matters and competing deadlines autonomously
Perform well in an environment that moves quickly, with shifting priorities, incomplete information, and new types of deals and contract issues
Are comfortable and confident in front of customers and senior stakeholders in live settings
Have substantive knowledge of software agreements, reseller agreements, services agreements, strategic partnerships, and general contract terms
Understand what matters most in a contract, when to be flexible, and when to hold firm
Explain contract issues clearly and concisely, without legalese
Collaborate across functions and levels to keep contracting moving and build strong working relationships
Preferred qualifications
4 years of related contract management experience, with at least 3 years supporting technology transactions, sales organizations, and/or partnerships
Experience at a technology startup or another environment where priorities shift quickly
Experience with IP licensing agreements
A track record of identifying and implementing efficient processes and policies
Comfort working outside your areas of expertise and in uncharted legal territory
Interest in developing a deep understanding of our technical teams and what we're building
Excitement to grow with the organization and help shape the culture of the commercial function
Role-specific policy:
For this role, we expect all staff to be able to work from our Seattle or San Francisco office at least 3 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary:
$135,000
—
$170,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An Overview of this Role
As Senior Manager, Data Science, you'll lead Product Data Science: a team of 6 Data Scientists within GitLab's data organization, reporting to the Director of Data Science. You have two mandates:
Drive product impact now.
Set the analytical agenda for your product areas and make sure the team's work changes decisions.
Build the merged Data Science function.
Define excellence for a Data Scientist who blends analytics and data science, and grow the team to that bar.
You lead mainly through others, and step in hands-on when it matters: reviewing a model, pressure-testing an analysis, or writing the query yourself.
What you’ll do
Set a long-range vision and roadmap for Product Data Science, and show the team how its goals connect to company strategy
Own prioritization and trade-offs across product areas, and adapt the team as priorities shift
Be the go-to partner for Product and Engineering leaders on complex and urgent questions, choosing the right approach: a deep dive, an experiment, or a production model
Raise risks and resource gaps early, and bring senior leaders clear options to drive timely decisions
Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team: build career paths, act on team feedback, and make tough talent decisions when needed
Build a high-trust culture of urgency and accountability, where the team communicates openly, shares progress on a predictable cadence, and delivers quality results on time
Set standards for experimentation, causal inference, metric definition, and production modeling
What you’ll bring
10+ years in data science, product analytics, or a related field, including 3+ years managing data science or analytics teams in B2B SaaS or tech
Strong product sense and a track record as a trusted partner to Product and Engineering leaders
Exceptional communicator who makes complex problems and findings clear to any audience, from Product leaders to executives, and coaches others to do the same
Thrives in ambiguity: structures undefined problems, gathers the right information, and makes sound decisions on high-risk, cross-team issues
Courage to challenge: offers dissenting views, asks tough questions, and fosters inclusive debate
Deep expertise in statistics and experimentation, including hands-on use of quasi-experimental methods (difference-in-differences, synthetic control, propensity score matching)
Expert SQL (Snowflake preferred) and strong Python, with experience taking ML models to production
Fluent with AI tools, with sound judgment on when AI output can be trusted
Able to use GitLab, thrive in an all-remote, asynchronous company, model GitLab's remote working competencies, and work in line with GitLab's values
Nice to Have
Experience with developer tools, DevSecOps, or product-led growth products
Experience measuring adoption and quality of AI-powered product features
Thought leadership in data science or analytics, internally and externally
Advanced degree in a quantitative field
About the Team
Product Data Science brings Data Science and Analytics together into one function. Our Data Scientists are business partners first, pairing strong product judgment with deep skill in SQL, Python, statistics, and machine learning. We help Product and Engineering decide what to build, measure what worked, and understand how customers get value from GitLab.
The opportunity is growing fast. AI is driving growth in GitLab's consumption business, creating new ways for data to drive growth. As AI takes over routine reporting, the team focuses on the hard problems: experimentation, causal inference, production models, and recommendations leaders act on.
