An overview of this role
We are hiring a Staff Product Security Architect to join our Security Platforms and Architecture organization at GitLab.
Rather than operating as a purely consultative body, Security Architecture at GitLab functions as a hands-on technical driver. Our mission is to embed proactive guidance directly into modern developer workflows and automated coding environments, embedding security standards into the software development process from the outset. We strive to enable teams to deliver secure, resilient software seamlessly while minimizing reliance on manual security gates.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product engineering organizations, spearhead architectural strategy for critical capabilities, and serve as the primary Security Owner driving risk reduction for key entries within our risk management framework. Your daily work will span architectural design reviews, technical prototyping, and establishing scalable patterns that enable engineering teams to execute autonomously.
What you’ll do
Partner with engineering and product leadership across GitLab, developing enough context in their domains to anticipate security problems rather than react to them
Lead security architecture and design work for strategic initiatives, and provide direction to the cross-functional teams delivering them
Identify, assess, and prioritise systemic security risks, and act as Security Owner for high-priority items in the Product Security Risk Register, co-executing remediation with the teams who own the code
Codify recurring security decisions into reusable artifacts — guardrails, standards, design patterns, skills, and reference threat models — delivered into developer and AI coding tool workflows
Build proofs of concept and prototypes to unblock engineering teams and shorten the distance between a security requirement and a working implementation
Conduct security architecture reviews for large or strategic projects, and coordinate with Application Security so that review coverage is comprehensive and correctly prioritised
Threat model new and existing systems, and establish the patterns that let teams threat model their own work
Work with Security Research on proactive exploration of unknown risks in GitLab's architecture
Anticipate emerging security challenges and propose architectural responses before they reach implementation
Mentor security engineers across the division, and represent security architecture to engineering audiences
What you’ll bring
Depth in application security architecture, including authentication and authorization models, privilege escalation, multi-tenant isolation, and trust boundary analysis
Experience securing distributed systems, including service-to-service authentication, secrets handling, and the failure modes of security decisions made across process boundaries
Working knowledge of software supply chain security: build and release integrity, artifact provenance, and dependency risk
A track record of proactive architecture work — identifying risk before it becomes an incident, and designing something that prevents a class of problem rather than an instance of one
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with engineering leadership and influence technical direction through expertise rather than gatekeeping
Experience defining security standards or patterns that teams adopted without being compelled to
The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on, including reading unfamiliar code, building prototypes, and contributing changes
Clear written communication, and the ability to make a security argument to an engineering audience that does not already agree with it
A view on how security guidance should be authored and delivered for AI coding tools, not only for humans
About the team
Security Architects are a part of our
Security Platforms and Architecture

As the Core DevOps architect, you'll be part of a team that includes architects focused on AI and the Sec Section, creating opportunities for collaboration on cross-cutting security challenges while maintaining specialized expertise in your domain.

This role is fully remote from the states of Massachusetts, Virginia, NY, NJ or Florida.
We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast - and just as effectively.
🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.
You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes.
🚀 BUILD ONBOARDING THAT SHORTENS RAMP TIME AND BOOSTS IMPACT
- Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- Track and continuously improve ramp time through tailored strategies and performance feedback loops.
- Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly.
📚 CREATE SCALABLE ENABLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them.
- Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field.
🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS
- Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.
📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.

- 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels.
- 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams.

This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. About the Team
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, high-volume roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses.
You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. The team acts as a strategic partner to the business, owning demand, market context, and pipeline health. You'll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, using hiring data and talent-market insights to guide decisions on hiring strategy, attraction, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs. You'll proactively identify risks, recommend interventions, and coordinate cross-functional partners to resolve blockers and keep hiring plans on track.
You'll also identify opportunities to improve how we work, partnering with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption. You'll balance local business needs with the centralised platform model, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility and the right support to achieve their hiring goals.
You're excited about this opportunity because
Own the business partnership for Wolt Market hiring across the North region.

Use historical funnel performance and talent-market insights to establish required sourcing and application volumes.
Coordinate role activation with the Platform Hiring team, ensuring clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.

Identify pipeline risks and coordinate targeted sourcing interventions or specialist sourcing support.
Partner with low-volume recruiting teams and business leaders where work crosses operating-model boundaries.
Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Identify recurring business challenges and escalate friction with evidence, volume, impact, and recommended solutions.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their impact on manual work and decision speed.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Represent the voice of the business and contribute to continuous improvement of the Platform Hiring operating model.
We're excited about you because
You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program role.

You have experience translating hiring demand into practical hiring plans and coordinating sourcing, conversion, offers, and onboarding dependencies.
You are comfortable owning a defined business portfolio and proactively managing its hiring risks and priorities.
You have confidence using hiring data and funnel performance to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You communicate clearly and proactively, with strong business judgment and a focus on candidate experience.
You can coordinate effectively across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You're comfortable with Fountain, Greenhouse, dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management.
How success is measured
Wolt Market hiring demand is validated and activated with complete, accurate information and alignment with business priorities.
Pipeline volume and conversion remain sufficient to support agreed hiring dates and business needs.
Business stakeholders have a trusted partner who proactively advises them on hiring progress, market conditions, risks, and required decisions.
Business updates surface blockers early, assign clear owners, and preserve lead time to act.
Sourcing interventions are targeted and supported by funnel evidence.
Business stakeholders have clear visibility into hiring progress, risks, and required actions.
Manual work declines through documented improvements, automation, AI adoption, and effective platform usage.
The Wolt Market North portfolio operates with a predictable, healthy hiring pipeline, clear stakeholder ownership, and strong alignment between business needs and hiring delivery.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior or Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our professional trading tools and end-to-end trading experience.
This role is focused on products for active and professional traders. The scope includes advanced market analysis, trading workflows, order execution, position and risk management, workspace customisation, and selected automation capabilities.
You will develop a deep understanding of how professional traders use leading platforms such as TradingView, 3Commas, Bookmap, ATAS, and Quantower, and translate those insights into a differentiated, reliable, and intuitive trading experience.
Experience in the crypto industry is a strong plus. We welcome candidates who have built professional trading products for equities, futures, options, FX, commodities, or other electronic markets. Experience with crypto markets and products is a strong advantage.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of professional trading tools and the broader trading experience.
Build a deep understanding of active and professional traders, including their daily workflows, trading behaviours, pain points, and expectations.
Lead the development and improvement of market analysis, charting, order execution, position management, account monitoring, and workspace customisation.
Identify opportunities to introduce advanced trading and automation capabilities that improve efficiency while keeping users in control of their trading decisions.
Improve the quality of the end-to-end trading journey, from discovering an opportunity and placing an order through execution, position monitoring, and post-trade review.
Ensure the product meets professional standards for performance, stability, accuracy, usability, and transparency, particularly during periods of high market volatility.
Conduct structured user research and competitor analysis across professional trading terminals, charting platforms, and trading automation products.
Define product success metrics and use customer feedback, behavioural data, and trading data to evaluate performance and guide priorities.
Work closely with engineering, design, data, quantitative research, risk, compliance, operations, customer support, and commercial teams.
Translate complex trader needs and market concepts into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences.
Manage technical and commercial trade-offs, dependencies, and delivery risks across multiple teams and product areas.
Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders and distributed teams.
Support and mentor other product managers and contribute to the broader trading product strategy
What We Look For In You
5-7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex user-facing products.
Meaningful experience building professional trading tools, trading terminals, charting or market-data products, execution products, or trading automation solutions.
Relevant experience may come from equities, futures, options, FX, commodities, multi-asset platforms, or crypto. Direct experience at a crypto company is not required.
Strong understanding of electronic trading workflows, including market data, order placement and execution, position management, margin, P&L, and risk controls.
Familiarity with leading professional trading products such as TradingView, 3Commas, Bookmap, ATAS, Quantower, or comparable platforms.
A strong understanding of the needs of active traders and the ability to simplify sophisticated trading workflows without removing essential control or flexibility.
Experience owning the full product lifecycle, including research, strategy, prioritisation, requirements, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Strong product judgement and the ability to balance customer value, usability, technical complexity, business impact, operational risk, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to use qualitative research and quantitative data to make product decisions.
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams on real-time, data-intensive, or high-performance products.
Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment.
Excellent written and spoken English. English is the working language for meetings, documentation, and daily collaboration.
