How we’re using AI today
On the Strategic Operations team, we’re using AI to cut through complexity, stay aligned, and move quickly. AI supports how we manage and execute programs by bringing together signals from across the business and turning them into decision-ready summaries, project plans, and executive briefs. We expect every team member to build at least one AI-powered workflow, and we’re committed to growing together through shared best practices, regular learning sessions, and team resources as we scale and collaborate across 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 7–9+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, program management, or a related field, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior or executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong ability to translate broad objectives into practical plans, roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Sound judgment and confidence working through ambiguity, resolving dependencies, and constructively challenging assumptions when needed.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and concise status updates.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities while maintaining accountability from planning through delivery.
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), cybersecurity, technology, product operations, or a similarly fast-moving environment, along with experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
What you can expect:
• Build and manage programs that improve service and outcomes for high-priority customer accounts.
• Support company planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), objective tracking, and other operating rhythms that help leaders make informed decisions.
• Create clear roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations that improve visibility and accelerate decision-making.
• Bring teams together to resolve blockers, align priorities, manage change, and deliver shared outcomes.
• Use modern tools, including AI-assisted analysis and workflow automation, to generate insights, identify risks and dependencies, and scale program execution.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

About the role:
As products, channels, and integrations multiply and regulatory requirements to protect customers and funds grow, you’ll own mobile security and antifraud as a dedicated product manager.
What you’ll do:
- Translate antifraud and risk requirements into product decisions and clear engineering tasks, working with mobile, backend, security, antifraud, data science, and compliance teams.
- Run a single roadmap for protective features across app protection, identity verification, authentication, and transaction control, and take each initiative from discovery to rollout with engineering.
- Research emerging fraud schemes, attack vectors, and security tools, benchmark how leading banks and digital platforms protect accounts, and turn findings into product changes.
What you’ll own:
- Own the roadmap for mobile security and antifraud: objectives, success measures, scope, and release sequencing, prioritized by risk reduction, business impact, effort, and customer experience.
- Own authentication and authorization journeys: passwords, OTP, biometrics, passkeys, Google and Apple login, and account recovery.
- Own identity verification flows: selfie verification, face matching, and liveness detection.
- Own device enrollment, trusted-device management, and app protection: app integrity, root/jailbreak detection, and device attestation.
- Define risk-based controls for sensitive actions and transactions: step-up authentication and real-time fraud signals built with the antifraud team.
- Protect customers from account takeover, unauthorized access, identity fraud, and account abuse, while balancing security with authentication conversion and operational efficiency.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 2+ years of experience in security, with a strong command of product management
- Experience in a regulated environment: banking, lending, or similar
- Ability to turn security and risk requirements into clear product specs and engineering tasks
- Experience driving an initiative end-to-end: discovery, design, rollout, performance evaluation
- Intermediate English
