Analyze and interpret people data and trends to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement
Contribute to and improve core People programs, onboarding, L&D, DEI, total rewards communication, within your client groups
Collaborate across the broader People team on cross-functional initiatives and process improvements
About You:
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or HR generalist role supporting corporate / G&A functions
Experience operating in a fast-scaling, global tech company; startup or high-growth background strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior executives and operate as a genuine business partner, not just an HR service provider
Deep expertise in organizational design, performance management, talent planning, and employee relations
Strong analytical skills; you use data to tell stories, identify trends, and inform decisions
Outstanding communication, facilitation, and executive presence; equally comfortable in a 1:1 coaching session and presenting to a leadership team

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years in Infrastructure TPM or related roles (cloud engineering, SRE, or infra-focused software engineering), with hands-on experience in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Deep technical expertise across infrastructure components - storage (S3, RDS, DynamoDB), caching (Redis), search (OpenSearch), and event-driven systems (Kafka) - with the ability to reason across org-level goals, architectural trade-offs, and component-level details
Track record driving large-scale infrastructure programs such as migrations, cost optimization, encryption/key management, and reliability initiatives for high-availability, business-critical services
Strong cross-functional program management skills, including coordinating multi-team engineering orgs, tracking performance bottlenecks, optimizing infrastructure SLAs, and establishing PM best practices in ambiguous environments
Proven stakeholder management, with experience engaging external partners (cloud providers, enterprise customers) and translating complex technical challenges into clear executive-level communications
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
A track record of setting up and scaling TPM functions or program management practices within an engineering organization
Experience working on high-visibility enterprise security and compliance programs (SOC 2, FedRAMP, encryption key management)
Infrastructure incident management and analysis experience

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
The Marketing Engineer, AI Deployment will design and build programmatic go-to-market systems and AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency, impact, and execution across Marketing. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and marketing with a focus on turning strategy & manual work into scalable, automated systems.
This is not a traditional operations role. It is a systems-focused role dedicated to building the infrastructure, workflows, and intelligence layers that power a modern, product-informed revenue and efficiency engine across marketing. The ideal candidate is an expert in building interconnected data layers optimized for AI, driving AI adoption, and translating complex business challenges into scalable, automated technical workflows that directly drive revenue and operational efficiency.
Success in this role is measured in three ways: agents live—the count of AI systems you've shipped into real, recurring use by marketers; hours saved—manual work returned to the org and reinvested in higher-leverage problems; and revenue driven—pipeline, conversion lift, or deal velocity directly attributable to what you've built. Everything else flows from those three numbers.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Identify and define high-impact AI use cases across marketing, taking them from prototype to full deployment
Coach and partner with marketers to take them from novice to full workflow transformation and self-sufficiency
Build custom tools, agents, automations, and integrations (APIs, MCP Servers) tailored to each operator's responsibilities—campaign ops, lifecycle, content production, intelligence reporting, and beyond
Own and evolve a GitHub-managed marketing AI cortex of prompts, skills, context files, and agents. Treat it like a product: versioned, documented, and continuously improved
Recognize patterns across your cohort and systematically productize what works—tools built for one marketer should become reusable for peers, then the broader org
Measure what works. Define evaluation criteria, instrument AI workflows, and track adoption to identify which agents, prompts, and skills drive impact—and retire the ones that don't
Document every workflow, tool, playbook, and transformation pattern so knowledge scales beyond any one person
Stay ahead of AI trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic systems—and share wins visibly with your cohort and leadership to build momentum and inspire adoption
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
A demonstrated track record as an AI builder—agents, LLM workflows, automations, or prompt systems you've shipped into production and seen real users adopt. We care more about what you've built than how many years you've spent in any one function
Deep, hands-on expertise in Gumloop (preferred) or equivalent agent orchestration platforms such as n8n, Workato, or Zapier—including authoring shared workflow templates that non-technical users can adopt and modify on their own
Experience building and maintaining shared prompt libraries, skill catalogs, or AI-readable knowledge bases—bonus if you've managed them in version control (GitHub, etc.) with proper documentation and evals
A bias toward measurement—you instinctively instrument what you build, define what “good” looks like, and iterate based on signal rather than vibes
5+ years of experience building systems for go-to-market teams—Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, AI Transformation, or Technology Transformation. We're open to less time-in-seat if your AI builder portfolio is strong
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Operate marketing automation and composable CDP tools (e.g. Customer.io, Hightouch, Census) with reverse ETL workflows
Query data using SQL across warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery, with light scripting in Python or TypeScript for integration prototyping
Lead cross-functional enablement, training, and change-management programs that translate stakeholder needs into structured AI workflows
Apply product-led growth principles to shape product-informed marketing motions and campaign strategies
Engage with Figma's product ecosystem and the broader design and developer tooling landscape
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Voice of the Customer (VOC) Program Manager to build and run a company-wide VOC program at Figma. Sitting within the Product Support org, this role is responsible for pulling insights from across Figma's customer-facing surfaces, Support, Sales, NPS, community, and more, and translating them into fast, actionable signals for Product, Engineering, and Support. This isn't just a reporting role: you'll own the full insight loop, from surfacing and prioritizing the biggest customer pain points to tracking whether they're being addressed and bringing wins back to customer facing orgs and our product partners. You'll work cross-functionally across Support, Sales, Research, Marketing and Product, and leverage AI to move faster than ever. It's a rare opportunity to build something that matters at company scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own the rhythm of VOC reporting and define the mechanisms that feed into the program, including launch insight reporting and ensuring insights are visible, shareable, and easy to act on across the org
Surface and prioritize the biggest customer pain points, align with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization, and advocate for customer needs – bringing wins back to Support and Sales to demonstrate program impact
Monitor and report on customer sentiment from pre through post-product launches, providing recommendations across Product, Support, and Sales on where to act — from unresolved pain points and product gaps to process improvements and sales blockers
Set shared, data-backed goals with Product and Engineering partners and monitor progress to help keep those goals on track
Work directly with Sales to bring customer problem statements into the VOC program and ensure field insights inform priorities
Integrate signals from NPS, Research, Sales, and community alongside Support data into a unified narrative that reaches Product and Engineering swiftly
Strategically implement AI workflows to build scalable processes that generate and deliver insights faster
Communicate customer insights across a range of audiences, from frontline support to Product leadership, with clarity and a strong point of view
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience building and running a VOC program, as a PM or Manager, with a strong POV on what good looks like
A background in a customer-facing function (Support, Success, or Sales – Support preferred)
Demonstrated ownership mentality — a track record of identifying problems, driving solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing when capacity is limited
Fluency in AI workflows and demonstrated ability to build lightweight, scalable processes quickly
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling customer narratives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive action across a range of audiences
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Previous experience with Figma products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. You will be the first engineering manager for Growth Platform, and you’ll help shape its vision, starting with the Communications capability.
Today, running a growth experiment requires engineering work, code rollouts, and manual coordination. We are creating a new Growth Platform team with two core missions: enable 10x more experiments at quality, and own the shared notification platform that powers all notifications and transactional emails across Figma. Together, these capabilities help teams experiment faster and deliver reliable, personalized communications to users across every Figma product.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build and lead the team: Hire the initial engineers for the Growth Platform’s first team. Set the team’s culture, operating rhythm, and engineering standards. Mentor engineers, create career growth opportunities, and help scale the organization as scope expands
Build capabilities that unlock new experiments: This isn’t about building an experimentation platform—it’s about building the product capabilities (personalized messaging, self-service publishing, cross-system integrations) that make it dramatically easier for teams across Figma to run growth experiments without engineering bottlenecks
Leverage AI to scale quality and speed: Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches—for brand consistency checks, visual quality validation, copy generation, and experiment governance—that allow experiment volume to grow without proportional growth in manual review
Provide hands-on technical leadership: Guide architecture decisions, review system designs, and make build-vs-integrate choices
Partner across the company: collaborate with Marketing to align on cross-channel messaging, partner with growth teams to identify platform capability needs, and work with product teams to ensure growth messaging improves rather than detracts from the end-user experience
Shape the platform vision: Define what to build next based on adoption, impact, and what you learn from each phase. The roadmap will evolve as we learn—you’ll be central to how it evolves
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years in engineering management, with a strong track record of building and shipping application platforms
7+ years of software engineering experience at the application or product tier
Experience driving outsized impact from small changes—say, a UI layout change that lifted growth 20%—and energized by enabling such wins at 10x scale
Demonstrate strategic insight to optimize impact for both longer and short term.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, delivering continuous value while building toward a longer-term platform vision
Track record of prioritizing by impact, leveraging existing assets to accelerate, and scaling through platform-level thinking
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience at a product-led growth company during a period of multi-product expansion
Experience building platforms that enable non-engineering teams (marketing, design, content) to run experiments or publish content independently
Background in personalization systems, recommendation engines, or ML-driven content selection
Experience integrating with customer data platforms, marketing automation systems, or building user attribute services from product usage data
Familiarity with using AI for quality assurance, brand consistency, or content governance at scale
Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) infrastructure

From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. Figma's AI Tools team builds the AI-powered workflows, platforms, and tooling that make every engineer at the company more productive. From agentic CI auto-fixing and AI-assisted code review to background cloud agents that turn a Slack message into a pull request, this team owns the systems that are transforming how Figma builds software. The team operates across a three-layer platform stack—sandbox runtime, cloud agents, and workflow orchestration—while shipping and maintaining a growing portfolio of org-wide developer workflows that compound across hundreds of engineers.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for building and operating Figma's AI developer workflows and the cloud agent platform that powers them
Own the technical strategy and roadmap for AI Developer Experience, spanning sandbox runtime infrastructure, cloud agent reliability, workflow orchestration, and org-wide agentic workflows
Hire and scale the team - establishing team culture, execution cadence, and operational processes from the ground up
Drive the reliability, observability, and scalability of our cloud agent platform, ensuring it meets production-grade standards as adoption grows across the engineering organization
Partner with product engineering, security, infrastructure, and DevEx teams to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for AI-assisted developer workflows and drive adoption
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools, models, and agent frameworks, making strategic bets on which capabilities to build versus buy
Establish evaluation frameworks to measure the quality, cost, and impact of AI-generated code and agentic workflows across the organization
Coach and mentor engineers through career development, performance feedback, and technical leadership, fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and high-quality execution
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience managing infrastructure, platform, or developer experience engineering teams, with a track record of scaling teams and delivering high-performing systems
Strong software engineering background, with Staff-level or above technical depth before moving into management with deep understanding of distributed systems, platform architecture, and the operational challenges of running production infrastructure at scale
Demonstrated fluency with AI/ML systems, LLM-based workflows, or agent architectures - as a builder, not just a consumer - with the ability to reason about tradeoffs in nondeterministic systems
Experience hiring, onboarding, and growing engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Ability to set technical direction, drive cross-functional alignment, and make sound architectural decisions while balancing speed of execution with long-term sustainability
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Direct experience building AI developer tooling, agent platforms, or AI-assisted engineering workflows
Familiarity with agent frameworks such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar background agent systems, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal, n8n, or Tines for multi-stage automation
Background in developer experience platforms including CI/CD systems, build tools (Bazel/Blaze), or large polyglot monorepo environments
Experience building evaluation and quality frameworks for AI-generated outputs
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
We’re seeking a Customer Solution Architect Team Lead to captain a high-performing team of Customer Solutions Architects and help drive the adoption of Supabase across a diverse range of customers: from agile startups building towards their first launch to established brands with highly scaled workloads. This role will support the East Coast region across the Americas.
As the CSA Team Lead, you will be responsible for both people management and customer outcomes - supporting team execution while developing repeatable best practices across pre-sales discovery, proof-of-value onboarding, and technical success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Supabase, CSA Leads oversee a portfolio of high-value customers by empowering their team to deliver technical excellence and long-term customer success. You'll work directly with the team to:
- Hire, coach, and grow a global team of CSAs who serve as trusted technical advisors to our customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to define and scale the CSA motion across the full customer journey—from discovery through adoption and renewal.
- Create structured onboarding, training, and development plans for CSAs to level up in technical storytelling, Postgres optimization, and customer success strategy.
- Ensure CSAs consistently deliver successful outcomes, unblock adoption, and drive value for paid Team and Enterprise accounts.
- Work directly with strategic customers when needed—especially during complex escalations, architectural deep dives, or critical onboarding milestones.
You'll be joining our team to support Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, where you will be expected to lead and innovate around the following areas of responsibility:
PRE-SALES DISCOVERY:
- Lead and review technical discovery led by CSAs to uncover business and technical objectives, set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform, and define the criteria for success.
- Guide CSAs in designing and presenting platform demonstrations tailored to high-value customers, helping them clearly articulate the value of the Supabase platform and team.
- Collaborate with Growth team members to size deals, provide anticipated usage estimates, and identify potential workloads supported by the Platform.
PROOF-OF-VALUE ONBOARDING
- Support your team in defining and executing proof-of-value scopes that balance business outcomes with low-friction onboarding.
- Ensure CSA-owned timelines, success criteria, and engagement tactics result in a high proof-to-conversion success rate.
- Build reusable onboarding flows (email sequences, docs, templates, webinars) that accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS & EXPANSION
- Help your team build detailed account plans focused on both short-term adoption and long-term expansion opportunities.
- Provide ongoing technical coaching for CSAs conducting architecture reviews, schema design evaluations, and performance tuning for production workloads.
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer feedback, share emerging customer needs with Product & Eng, and communicate roadmap milestones back to customers.
TRUST & PLATFORM ADVOCACY
- Coach CSAs to act as internal and external champions of Supabase, building trust with customers through consistency, clarity, and deep product expertise.
- Uphold a standard of excellence in customer engagement, ensuring Supabase becomes embedded in the way our customers build.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering.
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth, technical startup environment.
- Strong background with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), with a deep understanding of schema design, indexing, and query performance.
- Hands-on experience building modern web applications using frameworks like React, Svelte, Vue, or Node.js.
- Clear, confident technical communicator and storyteller. Must be able to distill complex technical topics into actionable outcomes for customers and team members alike.
- Experience navigating stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving across teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and internal BI dashboards.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Enterprise is our composable observability platform focused on large-scale operators with security and regulatory requirements who need to self-operate their observability solutions. Grafana Enterprise features are also part of our Grafana Cloud service. Grafana Cloud is an integrated suite of observability applications offered as a service. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software, including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, and Tempo, without the overhead of installing, maintaining, and scaling their own observability stack.
The Grafana Enterprise team is a diverse team of expert technologists working remotely from around the globe. The team focuses on innovative solutions to large-scale customer challenges and developing solutions that improve security, robustness, flexibility, multitenancy, and interoperability on behalf of our customers. We work across the larger Grafana Labs organisation and directly with external customers, including major cloud service providers and global enterprises running observability and build infrastructure at massive scale, to solve their most demanding distributed systems challenges. Our customers include software engineers, site reliability engineers, and platform operators at medium, large, and global enterprises.
As a company we are remote-only and global; we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. Our meetings tend to happen between 14:00 and 17:00 UTC, but we are flexible and responsive to the needs of our engineers and our customers. We measure ourselves by our openness, helpfulness, and our shared successes.
We are looking for experienced software engineers who are passionate about distributed systems and building reliable, scalable backend infrastructure to join our growing team. Our backend is Go, and we build tools for people operating some of the world's largest observability and software delivery stacks. Backend Engineers at Grafana also contribute to open source communities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Earning the trust of our large-scale operator customers to further Grafana's "big tent" philosophy of data accessibility and to meet clear business objectives
Designing and leading the development of backend services, distributed systems, and enterprise features at scale
Driving continuous improvement of our engineering culture through words and actions
Driving projects from initial ideation through the development lifecycle to production
Contributing to the scalability, reliability, security, and multi-tenancy of the Grafana platform trusted by some of the world's largest operators
Owning the operational health of our platform by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and separate weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations. (Yes, we prioritize ops load reduction.)
Hiring and developing the best engineers to build the future of Grafana
Developing your skills as a thought leader to drive continuous improvement of engineering and operational practices across Grafana Labs
As we are remote-first, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so strong teamwork and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction.
We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards.
You’ll also have access to frontier models (e.g., GPT-Codex 5/3, Claude Opus 4.7, Gemini 3 Pro).
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You work well as a communicative member of a team of engineering professionals.
You earn trust by saying what you mean and doing what you say.
You are customer focused and especially attuned to the needs of large-scale operators who rely on Grafana as critical infrastructure. You start with their needs and work backwards.
You insist on the highest standards and work to develop the skills and knowledge of your fellow team members.
You take on complex distributed systems challenges, break them down into digestible problems, and leverage your team and organization to deliver.
You design modular solutions, deliver minimum loveable products, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively.
What will you be doing? (Role specifics)
As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will design and build the backend systems powering Grafana Enterprise — the platform trusted by the world's largest operators to run their observability and software delivery infrastructure.
Hiring and developing the best engineers we can to deliver the future of Observability.
Architecting and implementing distributed backend services in Go, with a focus on correctness, observability, and performance at scale
Designing APIs and service contracts used by thousands of enterprise operators and cloud service providers
Collaborating with Product and UX to shape features and partnering with frontend engineers to ship complete, end-to-end solutions
Driving scalability and reliability improvements that matter to large-scale operators running Grafana in regulated, high-availability environments
Engaging directly with large enterprise customers and cloud service providers to understand their requirements and translate them into robust engineering solutions
Advocating for our customers at every stage of the development lifecycle
What technical competencies are we looking for?
Deep professional experience writing production services, from ideation through to production operations at scale
Strong distributed systems fundamentals: replication, consistency models, partitioning, fault tolerance, and the trade-offs that come with operating at scale
Demonstrated experience designing and operating systems for large-scale, high-traffic, high-availability, or multi-tenant environments, ideally in the context of infrastructure, observability, or software delivery platforms
Professional experience building and consuming gRPC/protobuf APIs and designing clean service contracts across service boundaries
Strong database skills, such as PostgreSQL and/or MySQL; including schema design, query optimisation, and schema migrations at scale
Experience with large-scale CI/CD systems and build tooling, designing, operating, or integrating with continuous delivery pipelines that serve large engineering organisations or external operators at scale
Comfort working with Kubernetes and containerised deployment environments, including patterns for operating stateful workloads and multi-tenant clusters
Experience with observability tooling: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus metrics, structured logging, and distributed tracing
Familiarity with dependency injection patterns (e.g., Google Wire) and clean, testable service architecture
What are your "nice to have" technical competencies?
Experience with TypeScript and React for contributing to frontend features and collaborating closely with frontend engineers
Experience with Grafana's LGTM+ observability stack (Loki, Mimir, Tempo, Pyroscope, Alloy)
Prior experience at or building for large-scale cloud service providers, IaaS providers, or global enterprises with demanding SLA requirements
Experience designing or operating large-scale build infrastructure artifact registries, distributed build caches, hermetic build systems (e.g., Bazel), or developer platform tooling
