About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer who puts internal users first. You'll be the person Finom employees turn to when something breaks, and you'll make sure they leave every interaction unblocked and well looked after.
You'll join the IT Operations team and work day to day across Windows and macOS devices, identity and access, and the SaaS tools hundreds of Finom employees rely on. The team builds and owns the core platforms; you'll run them, support the people who use them, and spot where things could work better.
About You
You enjoy helping people and it shows. You stay calm under pressure, explain technical issues in plain language, and follow up until the problem is actually solved. You treat every ticket as a colleague who needs help, not a queue item.
You're pragmatic and learn quickly. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you think like a builder: you notice recurring issues, ask why they happen, and suggest a fix, a script, or a better process. You document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to start over.
What You'll Do
Delivering Excellent Internal Support:
You'll be the first line of help for Finom employees through Jira Service Management and Slack. You'll triage and resolve requests within SLA, keep users updated, and close tickets with clear, friendly communication. You'll own the employee experience of IT, from a quick password reset to a stressful laptop failure before a big meeting.
Troubleshooting Windows and macOS Devices:
You'll diagnose and fix hardware, OS, software, and network issues on both platforms, remotely. You'll handle device enrollment and compliance issues in JumpCloud MDM, software installs and updates, and escalate complex cases with a clear write-up of what you've already tried.
Supporting Identity, Access, and the Employee Lifecycle:
You'll run day-to-day onboarding and offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handle access requests and SSO issues, and follow our access governance and least-privilege practices.
Administering Everyday Platforms:
You'll handle user-level administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion, and help keep JSM request types, knowledge base articles, and workflows accurate and easy to use.
Improving How We Work:
You'll spot trends in tickets and flag recurring issues. Where it makes sense, you'll write a knowledge base article, a small script, or propose an automation to the team. You'll support security and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) by following procedures carefully and keeping good records.
Who You Are
2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
A strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues, including under time pressure
Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration
Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and an identity provider (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) for everyday tasks like enrollment, password resets, MFA, and SSO issues
Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge base articles
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and a curiosity for automating repetitive work
Confident use of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and documentation
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) or SaaS management tools like Torii
Experience with meeting room and AV setups (Google Meet or Zoom Rooms)
Experience in a fast-growing or regulated company
What We Offer
A chance to shape the day-to-day IT experience of a growing fintech. You'll have real ownership of how employees are supported, room to grow your technical skills alongside an experienced IT Operations team, and a clear path toward systems administration and automation if that's where you want to go.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic, hands-on Lead Creative Producer to own and scale ad creative for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will lead a team of around 10 people (creative producers at junior, mid and senior level, plus a lead designer and motion designers). You will own the creative strategy, the quality of every ad that goes live, and the results those ads deliver. You will also create ad concepts yourself, alongside the team.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thinks in systems, not individual ads. You will analyse results in detail, give the team clear direction on what to produce and what not to, and support User Acquisition in growing the brand across every major ad network. You http://network.You will hold every creative to a clear quality standard, keep every ad compliant so our ad accounts stay healthy, and build the systems that keep production fast. - Maintain a documented library of proven angles and run systematic competitor and market research.
Performance Analysis & UA Partnership
- Own creative-level KPIs: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI.
- Turn performance data into testable hypotheses and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Support User Acquisition with high-performing creatives across Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, and new networks.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead.
Quality Control & Ad Network Compliance
- Own quality control: no ad goes live without meeting a defined quality standard.
- Ensure every creative complies with each network's ad policies, keeping ad accounts healthy with no rejected creatives.
- Track policy changes and keep compliance guidelines and pre-launch checklists current.
Team Leadership & Production Systems
- Lead and develop producers across levels, and direct the design team through its lead designer.
- Implement processes and systems that speed up creative production: briefs, templates, workflows, and automation.
- Set output, quality, and testing-velocity standards, and give specific, reference-backed feedback.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the ad creative unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years in performance marketing, producing ad creative for D2C app or SaaS subscription products.
- Proven track record of high-spend winning ads that held CPA and ROI targets as spend scaled.

- Experience directly leading and developing a cross-functional creative team, including producers and designers.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, and Applovin, including ad policy compliance and keeping accounts healthy.
- Ability to read creative-level data independently and build structured testing frameworks.
- Experience implementing processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that measurably increased creative production speed.

We’re looking for a commercial product-minded partner who can sell, design, and shape AI-first delivery outcomes - someone who thinks like a product leader, sells like a consulting partner, and closes like a top-tier enterprise dealmaker.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise consulting, product strategy, and AI-enabled delivery transformation. You will originate and close complex engagements where we don’t just sell capacity - we sell outcomes, fixed-price transformations, and AI-accelerated delivery models.
Core Responsibilities
Own enterprise deals end to end, from origination to signature
Build pipeline with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Digital and Product leaders in AI, software delivery and engineering scale-out
Turn business problems into productized, AI-augmented offers, shaping what we sell, not only how we deliver it

Strong ability to shift from staff augmentation → outcome-based + productized services
Deep experience in enterprise consulting-style selling
Strong commercial instinct for pricing and structuring deals

You will shape how AI is embedded into real enterprise delivery models
You get full autonomy over commercial strategy and deal construction
High-trust, low-politics environment with real execution depth behind you

We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
The Role
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +4 / -4 UTC.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to own day-to-day accounting, monthly reporting, and ERP activities for Oyster entities around the world, with a focus on EMEA coverage. You will combine rigorous accounting judgment with proactive stakeholder management, lead close and audit activities, investigate complex discrepancies, and improve the systems and processes that keep a distributed finance function accurate and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting and intercompany transactions for global subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review financial statements and balance-sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, maintaining clear checklists and documentation.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual local statutory filings and provide complete support packages.
- Oversee local statutory audits and resolve auditor questions and adjustments.
- Reconcile local statutory records to the ERP
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends or discrepancies, and present decision-useful insights.
- Own assigned ERP activities and improve accounting standards, controls, documentation, and automation.
- Proactively coordinate dependencies across Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external partners.
- Execute ad hoc financial projects and support junior teammates with practical guidance.
Core Requirements
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year operating at senior-accountant scope.
- CPA (or part-qualified) or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, close, and audit support.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and manipulation of large datasets.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a logical, evidence-based approach to problem solving.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain quality across several entities.
- Strong written and spoken English, with effective stakeholder management in an asynchronous environment.
- Proactive follow-through, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement and automation mindset.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
- Payroll accounting or SaaS experience.
- High-growth startup or rapidly changing international environment.
- Accounting across EMEA jurisdictions, including local statutory reporting and local-to-group reconciliation.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer a narrowly scoped, single-entity role with limited stakeholder contact.
- You are uncomfortable investigating ambiguous discrepancies or making evidence-based accounting recommendations.
- You need close supervision to manage deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, or keep work documented.
- You prefer manual routines and have little interest in improving controls, systems, or automation.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

Administer and support managed endpoints through MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance, policy deployment, and troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, proxy behavior, and the impact of enterprise security controls on user applications.
Own the reliability of local conference rooms and AV technology, proactively checking meeting spaces and ensuring executive and business-critical calls run without friction.
Act as a local point of contact for IT-related vendors and service providers, including ISPs, hardware suppliers, mobile carriers, and building management where technology services are involved.
Support Hong Kong office moves, expansions, build-outs, and other local technology initiatives, coordinating with global IT teams, Facilities, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing for the Hong Kong office, including readiness for local disruptions such as typhoons, power outages, and ISP or connectivity failures.
Support local mobile and communications requirements, including carrier management and relevant compliance tooling where applicable.
Partner closely with global Desktop Support and Helpdesk teams to align on standards, documentation, processes, tooling, and escalation paths.
Maintain clear local documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge articles so common issues can be resolved consistently and efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and reduce repetitive work through scripting, automation, self-service, or better tooling.
Communicate clearly with local office leadership and key stakeholders during incidents, major changes, office initiatives, and recurring problem areas.
Participate in the global IT Support 24/7 emergency on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, responding to critical incidents and urgent support needs by phone or remote access as required, as well as planned maintenance or project work.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in technical support, including significant deskside support experience in a professional, financial services, trading, or similarly high-performance environment.
Demonstrated experience acting as a senior escalation point, local IT owner, team lead, or equivalent role with responsibility beyond individual ticket resolution.
Proven ability to deliver white-glove support to executives and responsive support to business-critical users in fast-paced environments.
Strong working knowledge of both macOS and Windows operating systems at an administrative level, with hands-on experience supporting iOS/mobile devices.
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device management, configuration profiles, policy enforcement, compliance, and provisioning.
Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and related productivity tooling.
Experience with identity and directory services, including user provisioning, group management, permissions, access control, and troubleshooting authentication-related issues.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and how enterprise network and security tools can affect application behavior.

Experience using ITSM or ticketing platforms and working within SLA-driven support processes; able to prioritize effectively across competing requests.
Strong ownership mindset with a track record of seeing issues through end-to-end and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Director, Technical Accounting – Investments and M&A to join our Finance team at Anthropic. In this role, you will own the company's accounting for strategic investments, partnerships with investment components, and related capital transactions, and support mergers and acquisitions when deal volume requires. You will report to the Senior Director, Technical Accounting – M&A and Investments.
As Anthropic continues to scale rapidly and deploy capital into strategic investments, joint ventures, and novel commercial structures, including compute arrangements that carry warrants and other investment features, you will be a key technical resource on classification, consolidation outcomes, fair value, and financial statement impact across the portfolio. You will partner closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and leadership to ensure that investment economics are accurately reflected under US GAAP and that positions are defensible to external auditors, valuation specialists, and future regulators.
This is a builder role: you'll help stand up and continuously sharpen the portfolio accounting process, controls, and valuation governance expected of a world class finance organization, working alongside the Senior Director as the function takes shape. If you want to own a portfolio end to end — and still be in the room when deals are shaped — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Execute technical accounting for strategic investments, joint ventures, partnership structures, and related financing/equity instruments from entry through exit
Partner with and influence Corporate Development to steer investment structures toward preferred terms and outcomes, reviewing term sheets and deal documents before signing
Own entry accounting for each new investment — classification under ASC 321, 323, or 810, VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, basis differences, and the initial measurement memo
Run the quarterly portfolio review — reconsideration events, impairment indicators, observable price changes, and equity method pick-ups — and account for follow-on investments, conversions, down rounds, and exits
Own the investment rollforward, its reconciliation to the general ledger, and the portfolio reporting that supports close, FP&A, and leadership, including review of portfolio company financial statements
Manage third-party valuation specialists; review fair values of investments, warrants, and derivative features, including Level 3 inputs and impairment analyses
Assess warrants, equity rights, and other investment components embedded in partnerships and compute arrangements, partnering with Accounting Policy on how consideration is allocated
Support M&A transactions alongside the M&A lead when deal volume requires — accounting due diligence, purchase accounting (consideration measurement, PPA review, opening balance sheet), and measurement-period adjustments
Author and defend technical accounting policies & memoranda; partner closely with external auditors on investment, consolidation, and M&A matters
Help build the investments operating model — intake form and approval gates, memo templates, quarterly checklists, and SOX-ready controls — designed to scale as the portfolio grows including utilizing Claude, ERP systems and third party applications (as applicable)
Prepare and review investment and transaction disclosures for quarterly and annual filings, including fair value, equity method, and VIE disclosures
Present investment accounting conclusions and financial statement impacts to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in clear, decision-ready terms
Monitor standard-setting and SEC developments affecting investments, consolidation, and business combinations; support adoption and cross-functional education
Minimum qualifications
Bring significant Big 4 experience — ideally in a National Office, Transaction/Deal Advisory, or Capital Markets/Accounting Advisory group — paired with in-house experience at a technology company and public accounting or advisory experience
Proven experience leading complex valuations (e.g., business combinations, equity and debt investments, warrants and other Level 3 instruments), including directing and challenging the work of third-party valuation specialists
Have owned the accounting for a portfolio of minority/strategic investments, including quarterly impairment and fair value monitoring and at least one investment of meaningful scale or complexity
Possess deep command of US GAAP for investments in equity securities, equity method, consolidation and VIEs, fair value measurement, and business combinations, with a track record of positions that withstand auditor and regulator scrutiny
Are fluent in valuation concepts and can direct and challenge third-party specialists on private company fair value, warrant/option pricing, impairment, and PPA models
Have operated within an investments-accounting or deal-accounting function, contributing to playbook and controls design
Communicate effectively with Corporate Development, Legal, and Tax on structuring trade-offs, translating technical conclusions for cross-functional and senior stakeholders
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, translating complex investment and deal accounting into clear business implications
Excel at hands-on technical execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, shifting between portfolio work and live deals as priorities change
Are proficient with accounting systems (Workday preferred), consolidation tools, and advanced Excel/modeling
Curious about and quick to adopt new AI tools, including Claude and Claude for Finance
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years owning strategic investment, equity method, or consolidation accounting end-to-end
Have deep, practitioner-level expertise in one or more of the following:
Investments in equity securities, equity method, and consolidation (ASC 321, 323, 810), including VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, basis differences, and the measurement alternative
Fair value measurement, derivatives, and embedded features (ASC 820, 815, 825), including warrants and Level 3 inputs for private company investments
Business combinations and asset acquisitions (ASC 805), including contingent consideration and step acquisitions
Collaborative arrangements and consideration exchanged in commercial deals (ASC 808, 606)
Hold an active CPA license
Have built an investment accounting process from the ground up, including intake, quarterly monitoring, and SOX-compliant controls over non-routine/complex transactions
Have prepared or reviewed investment disclosures in SEC filings, including fair value hierarchy, equity method, and VIE disclosures
Have experience with novel AI/technology structures — investments bundled with compute or commercial agreements, warrants received from customers or vendors, revenue-share partnerships, and strategic investor rights — and are passionate about leveraging AI to automate portfolio monitoring, memo drafting, and close
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
