ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, RURAL MARKETS
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for expanding Clipboard’s presence across rural communities throughout the United States. You’ll identify new opportunities, build relationships with Long-Term Care facility leaders, sign new facility partners, and help them successfully adopt our platform.
Most of your prospecting and relationship-building will happen remotely through phone, email, and video. However, success in this role also requires getting into the field. You should expect to travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for in-person facility visits, customer meetings, and local market development. Travel will often involve multiple facility visits across a region and may require overnight stays.
Your success will be measured primarily by the revenue generated from new customers, along with your ability to build a strong and sustainable pipeline in the markets you own.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect, pitch, and close new Long-Term Care facility partners through a combination of inside sales and in-person relationship building
- Travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for facility visits, customer meetings, and market development
- Build relationships with facility administrators, clinical leaders, operators, and other key decision-makers
- Create new demand in markets where Clipboard may have limited brand awareness or an early-stage presence
- Develop thoughtful travel plans that maximize the number and quality of facility visits within each region
- Attend relevant conferences, Clipboard-hosted events, and other industry functions
- Develop a deep understanding of the Long-Term Care landscape, our customers’ operational challenges, and the competitive environment
- Partner with internal teams to ensure new customers receive an excellent experience and successfully adopt the platform
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity data in our CRM
- Own your territory and consistently deliver against new-business revenue goals
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING
We’re building a team with a range of experience levels. You may already be an accomplished field seller, or you may be earlier in your career and ready for a role with significant autonomy, travel, and growth potential.
You bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across both clinical and business audiences
- Comfort initiating conversations, walking into facilities, and building relationships in person
- A willingness to travel approximately one week per month, including overnight trips to rural communities
- Curiosity, persistence, resourcefulness, and a bias for action
- The ability to create opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound interest or an established pipeline
- Strong organization and autonomy in managing your schedule, territory, travel, and sales pipeline
- Comfort working remotely while remaining highly accountable for your results
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, staffing, hospitality, or another relationship-driven environment
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet the transportation requirements associated with regional facility visits
Experience selling into Long-Term Care or another healthcare setting is helpful, but it is not required. More important is your ability to learn the industry, earn trust, and consistently generate new business.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary and uncapped commission
- Insurance benefits and 401(k) options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Reimbursement for approved mileage and business travel expenses
- Remote flexibility when you are not traveling
- Meaningful ownership over your markets and customer relationships
- A clear growth path into senior individual contributor or management roles
Please note: We are currently accepting applications only from candidates based in PST/MST. This role requires you to be located in PST (UTC-8) time zone.

About the Role
Fivetran + dbt Labs is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a
Senior Staff Systems Engineer, Data and Integrations
to join our Systems Engineering team and set the technical direction for the data that runs Fivetran's business. In this role, you will own the data architecture behind our marketing, sales, billing, and product operations: the canonical data models, the contracts between systems, and the pipelines and transformations that move data reliably between them. You will lead our largest and most consequential data initiatives, such as system migrations, org consolidations, and re-platforming of core integrations, from design through validation and cutover.
This position sits at the crossroads of data engineering, data modeling, and business process. You will partner closely with our Systems, Analytics, and Engineering teams, as well as Marketing, Revenue Operations, Accounting, Product Operations, and other business partner teams, and you will mentor the engineers who build within the standards you set.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland, California office.
Technologies You’ll Use
Our core systems are Salesforce, Netsuite, Coupa, Workday, and Zendesk, with BigQuery as our data warehouse. Our current integration stack includes Celigo and Fivetran itself. You should be an expert in SQL and strong in a general purpose programming language such as Python or TypeScript, and comfortable evaluating and adopting new tools when necessary.
A data engineering background is required, with expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, data quality testing, and data validation at scale. Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework, and with API-based and event-driven integration patterns, is preferred. Help us bring established data engineering practices to internal business systems, and define what those practices should be here.
What You’ll Do
Data Architecture and Standards
Own the canonical data models for Fivetran's marketing, sales, billing, and product operations integrations, and define how business concepts map to data across our core systems.
Define team-wide standards for data modeling, data quality, testing, governance, and documentation, and drive their adoption across Systems Engineering and partner teams.
Contribute to the design of integration architecture, establishing guidance for when to use batch, real-time, and event-driven data movement.
Delivery of Complex Initiatives
Lead the design and execution of our most complex data initiatives, including bulk migrations, system consolidations, and re-implementation of core integrations, from target-state design through validation, cutover, and stabilization.
Build, review, and ship the SQL and Python transformations and pipelines behind these initiatives, setting the bar for code quality on the team.
Design the validation and reconciliation approach for migrations and pipeline changes, and sign off with stakeholders that record counts, values, and business rules reconcile.
Reliability and Observability
Design the monitoring, alerting, and data quality framework that gives end-to-end visibility into data freshness and accuracy across systems, and define the KPIs used to measure integration and data health.
Lead root cause analysis on the most complex cross-system data issues, and drive the systemic fixes that prevent recurrence.
Business Partnership Technical Leadership
Translate ambiguous requirements from cross-functional business partners into data models and technical designs, and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities.
Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for business data within the Systems Engineering team.
Mentor other engineers and review their designs and code, raising the team's proficiency in data modeling, testing, and pipeline design.
Write and maintain design documents and data flow documentation for current and target state, so decisions are legible to the team and to partners.
Skills We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a similar role, with a deep focus on modeling and transforming business data and a track record of technical leadership on complex, multi-team initiatives.
Expert SQL proficiency, including complex transformations, performance tuning, and large-scale data reconciliation.
Strong proficiency in a general purpose programming language such as Python or TypeScript, with experience building production-grade, tested data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with business systems data models such as those for Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, or Zendesk, including a data migration, org merge, or major re-implementation.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering large-scale ETL/ELT solutions and the data quality, validation, and governance frameworks around them.
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between short-term delivery and long-term data architecture health, and to communicate those decisions clearly.
Ability to lead through influence, driving alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority.
Bonus Skills
Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework.
Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Workato, or Boomi, and with reverse ETL tools, including experience choosing between them.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD for data pipelines.
Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities to augment data quality, matching, and automation.
By stepping into this role, you will define how Fivetran's + dbt Labs business data is modeled, governed, and moved, and lead the initiatives that make it scale.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data team at WorkOS plays a central role on the company operations to ensure information and insights are accurate and available from any surface, whether that's a visualization tool or an agent's response, to accelerate company growth and scale. The team owns WorkOS's internal data platform end to end: ingestion, orchestration, the Snowflake warehouse, dbt transformations, governance and access controls. We also own the consumption layer: the reverse-ETL syncs that land data in Salesforce and Slack, the semantic views that agents query, the definitions that keep reporting consistent across the company, and the visualization tooling the company uses (ask us about Flashboards https://workos.com/blog/reporting-tool-with-no-editor).
We run on an agent-first operating system: we are a lean team that moves fast, we document so agents can execute, and AI agents query the warehouse, run our runbooks, and open pull requests alongside us. We trust each other's expertise, we work out loud and in the open, and not opposed to rapid experimentation to get to the right solution for the business.
We're hiring a Data Engineer to own and evolve the systems that move, transform, protect, and serve data across our internal warehouse. This is a high-ownership role on a lean team: you will be the DRI for the platform and its core data models, partner directly with Product Engineering, RevOps, Finance, GTM Engineering, and Security, and raise the bar on reliability, correctness, and operational rigor. The role spans the platform and what runs on it. You will own ingestion, orchestration, and access governance; the dbt models and metric definitions that depend on them; and how AI is applied across the data stack, so that trusted data is easy for both people and AI agents to discover, understand, and work with.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. The best data engineers at WorkOS are the ones who notice in a Slack thread that a number doesn't match, trace it from the dashboard through the Gold model to the connector, fix the connector, and confirm the definition with its owner before the weekly review. When a business team asks for a field in Salesforce, they don't hand it off; they build the model, write the sync, and add the test. They would rather automate the runbook than run it a third time. They enjoy collaboration with different parts of the business and can find simple, scalable solutions to ambiguous problems. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the reliability, freshness, and scaling of the ingestion and orchestration pipelines that land source data in Snowflake, including monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and backfill and reprocessing patterns
- Design, build, and scale the core dbt models (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for billing and usage, CRM, product events, and GTM funnel reporting
- Partner with Product, Finance, RevOps, and GTM to define metrics and codify them in the warehouse, and diagnose and resolve data quality and freshness issues at source, not just downstream
- Own Snowflake RBAC, dynamic masking, and PII classification for humans, agents, and service accounts, so sensitive data is protected without blocking legitimate use, and review DDL and access requests from Engineering and GTM
- Own the reverse-ETL layer and the runbooks that deliver warehouse data to Salesforce, Slack, and internal agents
- Extend the semantic views, context, and evaluations that let agents answer business questions accurately, and expand what agents can operate directly, from runbooks and ingestion to pull requests
- Build and advance the CI/CD review gates in the data-platform monorepo, including the automated review that agent-authored pull requests pass through
- Own the infrastructure the data platform runs on: the compute, deployments, secrets and access patterns, and environments behind ingestion and orchestration, with attention to availability and failure modes, in partnership with our infrastructure engineers
Example problems you might work on, possible paths rather than a fixed roadmap:
- Standardizing how Postgres and SaaS sources are ingested, and consolidating end-to-end pipeline deployment and orchestration in Prefect
- Managing Snowflake RBAC, resource management, and masking policies as code with Terraform
- Using query history to improve analytics tables and semantic views, and to keep agent answers accurate and consistent as data grows and metrics shift
- Automating masking coverage as new data sources arrive, so adding a new table no longer needs a human in the loop
- Automating near-certain matches in the Identity Graph
- Pseudonymizing product data in the ingestion path, alongside compliance and data-deletion policies
- Extending transcript aggregation across sources, including PII detection before transcripts enter the warehouse
- Building the reverse-ETL framework and runbooks that deliver data to other tooling and agents
- Running self-hosted data services on Kubernetes and managing their AWS resources (IAM, storage, secrets) as code with Terraform
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years (or equivalent) building and operating production data platforms, including the transformation layer
- Deep experience with Snowflake, dbt, and an orchestrator such as Prefect, Airflow, or Dagster, and with ingesting data from production databases and SaaS sources, including backfill and reprocessing patterns

- Experience with warehouse access governance: RBAC, masking policies, and PII handling
- Strong data modeling judgment and an understanding of schema evolution

About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to support the go-to-market planning process across our Commercial, Enterprise, and supporting overlay sales teams. This is an individual-contributor role sitting in GTM Strategy & Operations. You'll help set quotas, design territories, and plan headcount that determine how the sales org is organized and measured. You'll work with sales leadership, Finance, and People/Recruiting, helping translate top-down revenue targets into a bottoms-up operating plan the field can execute against.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland / Denver / New York / Austin office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Support annual and quarterly sales quota-setting across the Commercial, Enterprise, and overlay segments, contributing to the top-down/bottoms-up reconciliation across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
Help apply and maintain the framework and methodology for designing territories that are balanced, distributing opportunity equitably and supporting coverage targets
Partner with Field Operations team to segment and assign the installed base across the business on a quarterly / semi-annual cadence
Contribute to headcount planning in partnership with Sales leadership, Field Operations, and Finance, helping tie ramp assumptions and capacity to the revenue plan
Support development of sales strategy with our Field Operations team: segmentation, coverage model, and go-to-market motion recommendations grounded in pipeline and productivity analysis
Help design experiments to test current GTM strategy and use the results to inform broader GTM transformations
Produce recurring capacity, attainment, and productivity analyses that inform in-year adjustments to territories and headcount
Contribute to top-down revenue and churn forecasts to help the business adapt to changing market conditions
Partner with other GTM Strategy & Planning teammates to ensure pipeline targets align with the business strategy and goals
Skills We’re Looking For
4 to 7 years in sales strategy, sales planning, revenue operations, or a comparable analytical GTM role, ideally with exposure to quota-setting and territory design
Strong organizational and program management skills
Solid quantitative modeling skills; able to build capacity, quota, and territory models from data, working from existing templates or from scratch
Working SQL and Salesforce proficiency; comfortable pulling and validating your own data rather than relying solely on pre-built reports
Ability to help turn ambiguous revenue targets into concrete, defensible operating plans that support sales leadership decisions
Ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and People without formal authority

About the Role
The Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager sits at the intersection of B2B marketing strategy and performance analytics. You sit within GTM Strategy & Planning and act as the right hand to the VP of Growth - helping the team decide where to spend their next dollar, setting marketing-level targets in partnership with Finance, and making recommendations of how to maximize the revenue yield from demand.
The marketing team you’ll be supporting owns the digital/technical marketing channels that are heavily reliant on data-driven decisions and insights. The team’s outcomes support both the sales-led business and our PLG motion, and we make decisions around lead routing between the two businesses so that we maximize revenue yield.
This is a high visibility role with direct exposure to marketing leadership. We're looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, has the business judgment to challenge assumptions, and can move fast without sacrificing rigor. You translate performance data into investment decisions and defend those decisions to senior stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland, Denver, Austin, or New York City offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including one to two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Target Setting and Impact Measurement
Own annual and quarterly target setting for the Growth marketing organization, including channel-level targets and budget allocation driven by a documented planning model
Support annual budgeting and in-quarter re-planning with recommendations on investment levels and channel mix
Own marketing ROI analysis: calculate and report on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, CAC by channel, and marketing efficiency ratios
Develop segment and region level views of marketing performance to support resource allocation decisions
Design and maintain models to quantify the impact of marketing programs across the buyer journey
Conduct ad hoc deep dives to diagnose pipeline trends, marketing channel performance, or funnel conversion issues and proactively surface recommendations
Executive reporting & Cross-functional Alignment
Support the weekly and monthly business review process: prepare data and partner with leadership to build a narrative that converts data into actionable insights
Drive alignment on ICP across product marketing, product, sales, and marketing so targeting, messaging, and investment point at the same accounts
Scope dashboard needs and partner with the Analytics team to build them out
Commercial Pipeline model
Own the Growth pipeline model, aligning sourced and influenced contribution across partner, sales, BDR, and marketing
Work with Field Ops for Commercial and the BDR org to ensure marketing's pipeline contribution supports the coverage needed to hit the business target

Drive promo-funding strategy & efficiency:
create playbooks for promo funding/co-funding (local & Mx), set co-funding targets, ensure campaign efficiency and measurement (e.g., orders uplift per promo euro).
Own ads revenue and adoption targets:
grow ad sales revenue within the book, drive adoption of evergreen campaigns and AutoBidding, and increase ARPA from advertising and promotional products.
Performance & Analytics:
Establish and monitor the right metrics, dashboards and reporting; use data to optimize coverage, productivity and targeting.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Product, Finance and Operations to align acquisition to post-sale motions, surface product feedback, and improve customer outcomes.
Customer Advocacy & Escalations:
Represent customer needs internally, lead resolution for strategic/high-impact accounts and systemic issues, and steward voice-of-customer insights.

Lead workforce planning, staffing models, and budget recommendations for the account management organization.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for distributed systems engineers and product-minded generalists to build the distributed runtime that powers large-scale LLM inference on Baseten. Our inference platform empowers customers to deploy and operate cutting-edge models with industry-leading performance, scalability, and reliability. It also powers Model APIs, our hosted endpoints for the latest open-source models. You'll work across the stack, from the developer experience customers use to deploy models, through the libraries behind features like tool calling and reasoning, down to the systems that orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes and route traffic efficiently. Your job is to make sure every model on our platform is fast, reliable, and cost-efficient. You'll join a small, high-impact team at the intersection of distributed systems, model performance, infrastructure, and product, helping define how developers use AI models at scale. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning systems in production, solving hard integration problems, and making complex infrastructure simple and reliable for users.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
You'll get to work on these types of projects on our Inference Platform:
- The Baseten Inference Stack at NVIDIA Dynamo Day https://www.baseten.co/blog/nvidia-dynamo-day-baseten-inference-stack/
- 2x faster inference with KV cache-aware routing https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-baseten-achieved-2x-faster-inference-with-nvidia-dynamo/
- How Baseten multi-cloud capacity management (MCM) unifies deployments https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-baseten-multi-cloud-capacity-management-mcm-powers-cloud-self-hosted-and-hybr/#comparing-deployment-options-cloud-vs-self-hosted-vs-hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the infrastructure and orchestration systems that deploy and run large-scale distributed LLM inference, including routing, autoscaling, scheduling, and runtime management.
- Design, build, and operate Model APIs, with a focus on advanced inference capabilities: structured outputs (JSON mode, grammar-constrained generation), tool/function calling, and multimodal serving.
- Implement platform fundamentals such as API versioning, validation, usage metering, quotas, and authentication.
- Instrument deep observability (metrics, traces, logs) and build repeatable benchmarks for speed, reliability, and quality. Help set best practices for testing, release automation, and operational excellence.
- Debug and harden complex production systems spanning Kubernetes, distributed runtimes, networking, and GPU workloads to improve reliability and scalability.
- Partner with Inference Performance engineers and other teams to make new optimizations broadly available to customers and easy to configure.
- Own projects end to end, from architecture through deployment, monitoring, and iteration on customer feedback. Along the way, make thoughtful tradeoffs between performance, reliability, operational simplicity, and developer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years building and operating distributed systems, backend infrastructure, or large-scale APIs where reliability, latency, and scale are first-class concerns.
- A proven track record of owning low-latency, reliable backend services, including rate limiting, auth, quotas, metering, and migrations.
- Infrastructure instincts with a feel for performance: profiling, tracing, capacity planning, and SLO management.
- Comfort debugging performance and reliability issues across multiple layers of the stack, from application behavior down to runtime and infrastructure internals.
- A strong sense of developer experience. You think about how systems are used, not just how they work.
- Eagerness to learn new languages, frameworks, and systems, and a real interest in inference engineering. Prior ML or LLM experience isn't required, though experience with model serving or inference systems is a plus.
- Excellent written communication and collaboration skills, including writing clear design docs and working across functions.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with or contributions to LLM inference engines and frameworks such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, TGI, or Dynamo.
- Deep Kubernetes experience, including operators and custom resources, plus familiarity with service meshes or API gateways.
- Experience with distributed scheduling, autoscaling, or service orchestration.
- Experience operating GPU workloads in production.
- A background in developer-facing infrastructure or APIs, or contributions to open-source infrastructure or ML systems.
- Familiarity with observability tooling, CI/CD systems, or release automation.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
