Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the role
Finom is a licensed EMI operating across several EU markets, where information security and compliance are a big part of how we work. We're looking for an Information Security Officer to join our Cyber Security team and take ownership of security compliance and risk management day to day.
You won't be starting from a blank page. We already have a mature, certified ISMS and established processes for risk management, audits, vendor assessments and reporting. Your role is to get to know what we have, keep it running well, spot opportunities to make it better and make sure compliance works in practice, not just on paper.
You'll report directly to the CISO and work closely with our Cyber Security and Engineering teams, as well as Risk, Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit and other teams across the company.
What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain the ISMS and ICT risk management framework records: document and records register, control ownership and evidence repository.
- Perform and refresh information security risk assessments, maintain the risk register, prepare risk treatment plans and track their implementation with control owners.
- Prepare for and go through internal and external audits, certifications and assessments: own the calendar, collect evidence, work directly with auditors and track findings to closure.
- Run periodic checks of control design and operating effectiveness and raise gaps for remediation.
- Draft and maintain information security policies, procedures and guidelines and prepare them for annual review and approval.
- Collect and analyse ISMS KPIs and KRIs and prepare the regular security and risk reporting for management.
- Perform security assessments of new suppliers and periodic reassessments of existing ones together with Risk, Legal and the DPO.
- Prepare responses to security and compliance questionnaires from partners, customers and regulators.
- Review new projects, products and vendors from an information security and compliance perspective.
- Track changes in cybersecurity, ICT risk and privacy regulation and supervisory guidance, assess impact and propose required changes.
- Keep company-wide security awareness and training materials relevant and up to date.
- Automate evidence collection, control checks, questionnaire answering and reporting with templates, scripts and AI tooling.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in information security compliance, ISMS, GRC or related areas.
- Practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001: working with an ISMS and preparing for and going through certification or surveillance audits.
- Experience with information security risk assessments, risk registers and risk treatment plans.
- Experience answering security questionnaires and due diligence requests from partners, customers or regulators.
- Able to translate standards and regulatory requirements into practical controls, procedures and evidence that people actually follow.
- Hands-on and self-driven: you own tasks end to end, work directly with people to solve problems and do not wait for a perfect methodology before acting.
- Open to AI tools and automation and actively use them in day-to-day work.
- Strong written English and clear documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking, payments or an EMI.
- PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP or payment scheme assessments.
- Knowledge of DORA, NIS2 and GDPR, including working with a DPO on RoPA and DPIA.
- Vendor security assessment and third-party risk experience.
- Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CISA, CRISC or CISM.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the product team that builds the AI agents answering our 1M+ members' questions about their health insurance - reimbursements, coverage, claims, account changes and more - instantly and without waiting for a human.
Our AI agents already fully resolve more than 50% of members' questions. Your mission is to push that number further, increase the quality of answers and the trust members place in them, and make our agents work with the other AI agents at Alan, such as Mo our health companion.
Concretely, you will:
- Design and ship LLM-powered agents that understand a member's request, reason over their contract, claims and history, and take real actions on their behalf - building the tools, retrieval and context pipelines that give them the right information at the right moment
- Make our agents interoperate with other AI agents across Alan, such as Mo: handing off conversations, sharing context and calling each other's capabilities, so members get one seamless experience
- Bring automated resolution to new channels, starting with AI phone support: real-time voice conversations with the same quality bar as written ones
- Own evaluation: build datasets, automated evals and quality monitoring so we know an agent is right before members see it
- Measure and improve resolution rate, answer quality and member satisfaction in production, iterating fast on prompts, models and architecture
- Work hand in hand with care experts and product to identify the next topics the AI can fully resolve
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Every point of automated resolution means members get help instantly, when they need it the most - and directly drives Alan's scaling, growth and profitability.
- Applied AI at scale: You won't build demos. You'll ship AI agents that handle hundreds of thousands of real conversations per month in a regulated, high-stakes domain, where accuracy truly matters.
- Frontier problems: Agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation, safety and guardrails, cost and latency trade-offs - you'll tackle the hardest open questions in production LLM systems.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Strong backend experience (Python is a plus)
- Hands-on experience building products with LLMs (agents, tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) - ideally shipped to production
- An evaluation mindset: you know how to measure whether an AI system is actually good, and how to make it better
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- You stay on top of a fast-moving AI landscape and are pragmatic about what really works
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Rotational Product Manager
- Location: Espoo, Finland, with frequent travel
- Working type: Hybrid (3 days / in office per week)
- Department: Product Management
- Employment type: Permanent
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Few people get to start their product career in space. You will.
ICEYE's Rotational Product Manager program develops early-career talent into product leaders in the space industry. You don't need product management experience to apply. We're looking for people with an outstanding academic record, ideally in a technical field, and a track record of standing out at work, who are deeply curious and learn fast.
Over 24 months, you'll work in two product teams on our hardware or software products. In each one, you'll own a product end to end, from understanding the customer's problem to deciding what gets built and shipping it. Your work will shape how our customers use satellite data to make decisions that matter.
A senior product leader will mentor you through each rotation, and you'll go through the program with a cohort of peers. You'll work closely with engineers, scientists and senior leaders, and you'll travel to meet customers and our local teams, working on some of their toughest problems.
This program is fast and demanding, and it will stretch you. It may also be the most rewarding experience of your early career. When the program ends, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent product manager role, or to explore roles in other domains at ICEYE.
Spots are limited, and we review applications on a rolling basis, so apply today!

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for a product area in each rotation, and decide what the team builds next and why
- Talk to customers, users and internal experts to understand their problems, and turn what you learn into clear requirements
