What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Build and operationalize agentic workflows for analysis, modeling, and pipeline automation, with evaluation and monitoring that keep agent-generated insights accurate, traceable, and trustworthy.
Contribute to GitLab’s Semantic Layer enabling stakeholders and agents to self-serve metrics using trusts and tested sources.
Write production-grade Python and SQL that meets internal standards for style, maintainability, and performance in a high-scale database environment; maintain and advocate for these standards through code review
What you’ll bring
3-5 years of professional experience in GTM analytics, data science, or a similar technical role
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, measurable questions and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with experimentation and causal inference (A/B testing, power analysis, quasi-experimental methods) and with statistical and machine learning methods such as regression, classification, clustering, and survival analysis
Deep, hands-on understanding of SQL in cloud data warehouses (like Snowflake SQL), including working with product usage and event data, and in business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar)
Experience using Python for statistical modeling, machine learning, and production data science. With hands-on experience in pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Jupyter, and related libraries such as LightGBM and XGBoost
Hands-on experience building agentic workflows with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, OpenCode, or similar), including connecting agents to the right context, tools, and platforms such as MLflow, and evaluating their output for accuracy and reliability.
Experience working in a B2C company working with motions and metrics, including Consumption, CRR, ARR, and Churn & Contraction
Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills
Ability to use GitLab and to thrive in a fully remote organization

About Cantina:
Cantina is a new social platform founded by Sean Parker with the most advanced AI character creator. Our bots are lifelike, social creatures that can interact wherever people are online—across voice, video, and text. Create yourself, imagine someone new, or choose from thousands of characters to share infinitely scalable, personalized content and seamless group chat.
If you’re excited about how AI can shape creativity and social interaction, come help us build what’s next.
About the Role:
Cantina is looking for a Senior Visual Designer with serious graphic design chops and strong art direction instincts to shape how Cantina looks. You’ll be the keeper of the brand across every surface, from the website and campaigns to launch films, title treatments, in-app announcements, and printed posters.
You’ll develop a visual concept, get others excited about it, and execute the details yourself, with great typography, bold composition, and images that make you stop.
We’re open to a range of backgrounds. You might be a graphic and brand designer who also animates, or a motion designer and video editor with a strong design eye. Either way, great design comes first.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and evolve our visual identity across web, social, print, campaigns, and in-app product marketing surfaces.
- Lead art direction for campaigns, product launches, and branded content, developing concepts, mood boards, visual references, and design treatments that give the work a clear direction.
- Shape the look of launch films, trailers, and feature videos for our biggest product moments, designing and animating where it fits your strengths.
- Make exceptional graphic design: campaign identities, key art, posters, title treatments, layouts, social assets, and launch materials with strong typography and a distinctive visual language.
- Build and maintain our brand system across typography, color, composition, imagery, iconography, and motion, giving a growing creative team the tools and direction to make consistently great work.
- Art direct AI-generated imagery and video, making deliberate choices about style, lighting, color, framing, and composition, then refining and finishing the assets.
- Work alongside a team of video editors, motion designers, illustrators, and AI filmmakers, giving specific visual feedback and staying involved through final execution.
- Design websites, landing pages, and in-app marketing surfaces that bring the brand to life and make the product easy to understand.
- Create motion graphics, animated typography, and transitions that extend the visual identity into video.
- Stay hands-on: explore different directions, build the assets, sweat the spacing, and get the work out into the world.
What You’ll Bring:
- A portfolio (and a reel, if you have one) grounded in graphic design and brand identity, with strong examples of art direction across campaigns and multiple mediums.
- Exceptional typography, layout, composition, color, and image-making skills. You can make a single poster feel special and carry that same idea across an entire campaign.
- Experience taking a loose brief and turning it into a compelling visual concept, then directing and executing the work through production.
- Great taste and the ability to explain your decisions. You know when a design needs more energy, more restraint, or a completely different idea.
- Strong web design skills and experience translating a brand into responsive digital experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with motion and video tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or AI video tools is a plus.
- Experience incorporating generative AI into your creative process, with the craft to art direct, composite, retouch, and finish the output.
- The ability to ship launch assets on aggressive timelines, iterate quickly on feedback and keep quality high when the deadline moves.
- Nice to have: Hands-on motion design and motion graphics experience, especially animated typography, brand animation, and video graphics.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $200,000-$260,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays
- Generous parental leave & fertility support
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Lifestyle spending account – $500/month to use however you’d like
- Complimentary lunch and snacks for in-office employees
- One Medical membership, and more!

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Ramp is hiring Customer Activation Manager for Stack, Ramp's purpose-built AI accounting platform https://ramp.com/stack for accounting firms and in-house finance teams. Its agents follow each team's processes across connected systems to complete reviewable accounting work, from recurring tasks through close and reconciliations. You will help customers identify use cases, translate their accounting process into a practical implementation plan, and build trust in agentic bookkeeping through results, impact, and deployment. You will own the customer-facing path from discovery through adoption, partner with specialists on technical setup, and help shape the playbook as the product grows. This role calls for accounting judgment, experience bringing software or process change to life with customers, and an understanding of agentic workflows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Learn how each customer handles close, reconciliations, journal entries, exceptions, and review today; identify where Stack and agentic workflows can deliver useful value.
- Translate the current process into an implementation plan with clear inputs, owners, dependencies, validation steps, and human review.
- Guide Controllers, accountants, and other stakeholders from discovery through first use, training, and repeat adoption; adjust the plan when confidence or usage stalls.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other Ramp teams on deployments as well as process, systems, and product improvements
- Act as an advocate and expert on AI-assisted accounting work
- Turn early customer learnings into reusable discovery questions, launch steps, and adoption practices for the next implementation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Roughly 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success, software implementation, accounting systems implementation, finance transformation, consulting, or a related customer-facing role; level is flexible based on experience.
- Hands-on accounting fluency: you can explain source data, close or reconciliation steps, exceptions, controls, and sign-off with concrete examples.

🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n’s most strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site, solving real customer problems, and building reusable automation patterns that shape our product.
To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:
Drive high-impact enterprise deployments
Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements, arriving with a hypothesis and leaving with production workflows in place.
Partner closely with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities, stakeholder needs, and adoption goals.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders by turning complex customer environments into clear, actionable solutions.
Build production-grade automation solutions
Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to each customer’s environment and scalable beyond the initial use case.

Work across industries and tech stacks, getting productive quickly in new environments.
Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement, product feature, or platform capability.
Create a clear feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, custom nodes, and integration patterns to an internal playbook library.
Turn customer learnings into product and playbooks

Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
Help ensure every engagement makes the next one faster, stronger, and more productized.
Keep engagements focused and scalable
Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes, rather than open-ended professional services work.
Build solutions that customers can own and operate themselves.
Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
🧩 Integration-building expertise: You can create custom nodes, extend existing integrations, and work confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
🔧 Product-minded technical execution: You can distinguish between a one-off customer workaround, a reusable node improvement, and a product feature worth escalating.
🤝 Customer-facing confidence: You’re comfortable working directly in customer environments and can build trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.
⚖️ Strong technical judgment: You know when to build, when to push back, and how to avoid gold-plating solutions that should stay simple.
✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements, primarily across Europe.
⚡ Speed to productive: You can quickly understand new industries, tech stacks, and customer environments without needing everything to be neatly defined.
Nice-to-haves
🔁 Workflow automation experience: You have familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
🏢 Enterprise deployment experience: You’ve worked with strategic enterprise accounts in complex technical environments.
🧱 Node or connector development: You’ve built custom nodes, connectors, plugins, SDKs, or reusable integration frameworks.
🚀 Forward deployed experience: You’ve worked in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role at a product-led technical organization.
📣 Product feedback experience: You’ve helped turn customer learnings into clear product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specifications.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's Market Surveillance function is responsible for detecting, investigating and reporting market abuse across our regulated trading venues, spanning spot crypto markets, crypto futures, tokenised equities, OTC markets and consumer trading. As our licensing footprint and product range grow, so does the scale and complexity of the surveillance programme behind them.
We are hiring a Senior Compliance Associate Lead to take on our more complex casework, own an area of the surveillance programme, and act as a senior point of reference for the analysts around them.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Take the more complex investigations end to end, including those that begin as a referral rather than an alert, and present conclusions to senior compliance stakeholders and the business.
- Act as a senior reviewer for colleagues' work, and a point of escalation for judgement calls on how an alert or a case should be treated.
- Contribute to threshold and model reviews, recalibrating detection as trading behaviour, products and market structure change.
- Support surveillance platform and tooling work, including setting out what detection needs to achieve and validating that it does.
- Draft suspicious transaction and order reports and suspicious activity reports.
- Contribute to market abuse risk assessment work, and help translate the risks identified into surveillance coverage.
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 4 years investigating market abuse or trading conduct inside a firm subject to market conduct regulation.
- A track record running investigations end to end, including writing findings up to a standard a regulator can rely on and presenting conclusions to stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of the core market abuse typologies and how they present differently across asset classes.
- Hands-on experience with a surveillance platform such as Scila, Nasdaq SMARTS, Eventus or NICE Actimize, and comfort with SQL or a similar query tool.
- Exposure to threshold or model calibration, platform integration, or market abuse risk assessment work.
- Clear, evidence-first written communication, and the judgement to know when something needs escalating.
- Based in the UK, Ireland, Cyprus, Canada, with fluency in English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Exposure to crypto-asset markets is welcomed but not required.
- Experience mentoring or acting as a senior reviewer for less experienced analysts.
- Experience of a surveillance platform implementation or build-out.
- Electronic communications surveillance experience.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

As our portfolio is expanding, we're looking for an additional Customer Success Manager for our Guided segment. You will serve as the primary post-sales partner for a portfolio of approximately 30 enterprise accounts across the EMEA region, guiding customers from onboarding through scaled adoption and long-term expansion.
You’ll run a strong operating cadence across customer engagements — including kickoffs, success planning, executive business reviews, adoption reviews, and renewals — helping customers translate product usage into measurable business outcomes and clear ROI.
You will proactively manage customer health, identify risks before they become blockers, and drive resolution across technical and business stakeholders. In addition, you’ll help design scalable playbooks and programs that improve customer outcomes across the broader customer base.
Working closely with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales, you’ll turn technical success into durable revenue growth by driving adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities that contribute to strong enterprise net revenue retention.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own a portfolio of n8n enterprise customers, acting as the primary post-sales partner across onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Lead customer kickoffs and success planning, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes
- Drive onboarding and enablement across technical and business audiences, accelerating time-to-value and unblocking implementation challenges
- Establish a strong operating cadence (health checks, executive syncs, QBRs), using customer data and adoption insights to guide priorities and decisions
- Monitor customer health and product usage signals to proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Quantify and communicate business value throughout the customer lifecycle, building ROI narratives tied to adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact
- Identify and progress expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell), partnering with Account Executives on account strategies that drive customer growth
- Partner closely with Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to resolve blockers quickly and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to Product and Engineering, representing customer needs and helping shape roadmap priorities
