WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 4-7+ years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

We are hiring a Finance Transformation Lead to drive the modernization of the finance function. You will be the finance change agent and program owner across our biggest foundational bets: ERP implementation, process automation, a 5-day close, controllership and SOX-lite, and standardized data and dashboards.
This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role for someone who has run large finance transformations before. You will act as the finance PMO and process architect, reporting to the CFO and working across the entire finance organization and its advisors. You should be ready tomanage multiple complex workstreams, have an analytical mind, pay keen attention to detail, and love to get your hands dirty.
What you'll do:
ERP program ownership
Own the finance side of the ERP program (with system integrators and/or ERP vendors) from BRD through design decisions, data migration, parallel run, and cutover — including alignment with external auditors on post-cutover reporting.
Act as Airalo’s primary counterpart to the SI and other delivery partners, holding them to quality, pace, and commercial outcomes.
Lead design decisions across the finance value chain (revenue recognition incl. deferred revenue, breakage, rewards; COGS and inventory accounting; intercompany; multi-entity consolidation; period-end close; treasury; tax; AP).
Own the transformation roadmap and governance (SteerCo), manage stakeholders and dependencies, and drive adoption and training so change sticks.
Process redesign & controllership
Engineer and automate the core finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A), eliminate manual effort, and drive a shorter month-end close.
Own the data migration strategy, including chart of accounts design, master data ownership, and cutover balances.
Drive the design of the future-state finance operating model across group entities, including roles, controls, segregation of duties, and approval workflows.
Data, reporting & decision-making
Deliver standardized dashboards and driver-based forecasting (toward a ±5% accuracy target), with a single source of truth.
Embed finance in the company’s key decision forums.
Program & change management
Define and track the efficiency, accuracy, and cost benefits of the transformation.
Report progress to leadership and the Audit & Risk Committee.
Embed AI and automation opportunities into the design (close acceleration, anomaly detection, reconciliations, reporting) rather than treating them as an afterthought.
What you'll bring:
10+ years in finance with a clear track record of leading large-scale finance transformation.
Has led an ERP implementation end to end as the finance lead (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Deep process re-engineering and automation experience across O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.
Strong controllership and controls background (SOX / SOX-lite, ITGC, audit readiness).
Program and change-management discipline; can run a multi-workstream roadmap with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and/or a Big 4 / consulting transformation background.
Influence and credibility with senior stakeholders inside and outside finance.
Preferred experience
Prior exposure to telecom, MVNO, SaaS, marketplace or other usage-based / partner-settlement revenue models.
Experience embedding AI / automation into finance processes (close, controls, reconciliations, reporting).
Familiarity with modern data/BI tooling (e.g., dbt, BigQuery, BI dashboards) and finance data architecture.
Multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction experience; M&A integration a plus.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role
As an Account Executive on the Commercial Install Base team, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing Vercel customers.
You will lead the full commercial relationship across your accounts, including account strategy, pipeline generation, expansion, renewal, and retention. You will partner with developers, engineering leaders, product teams, executives, and procurement stakeholders to understand what customers are building and connect Vercel to meaningful technical and business outcomes.
This is a strategic hunting role within our existing customer base. You will use product adoption, usage signals, company priorities, and thoughtful account research to develop hypotheses, create new conversations, and uncover expansion opportunities.
You will also quarterback the broader Vercel team, bringing together Solutions Engineering, Developer Success, Product, and other partners to remove barriers and drive customer outcomes.
Success requires commercial judgment, technical curiosity, disciplined execution, and the ability to create momentum when the path forward is not obvious.
What you'll do
Own the commercial strategy, retention, and growth of a portfolio of existing Vercel customers.
Build account plans that identify customer priorities, key stakeholders, current workloads, risks, whitespace, and expansion opportunities.
Generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, multi-threading, product usage signals, and thoughtful account research.
Build trusted relationships with developers, engineering leaders, executives, procurement partners, and other key stakeholders.
Run end-to-end renewal and expansion cycles, including discovery, qualification, technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.
Identify customer risk early and develop clear plans to protect recurring revenue.
Connect Vercel’s platform to measurable outcomes such as faster product delivery, improved performance, stronger reliability, increased conversion, and greater developer productivity.
Partner with Solutions Architects to understand customer architecture, uncover new workloads, and guide technical evaluations.
Mobilize Developer Success, Product, Marketing, and executive resources at the right moments to advance customer outcomes.
Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunity plans, renewal timelines, and customer context in Vercel’s systems.
Use AI, automation, and repeatable workflows to improve account research, prioritization, and execution.
Share successful plays, customer insights, and market feedback to help the team improve.
What you need
We are looking for a commercially driven Account Executive who combines strong sales fundamentals with technical curiosity and a commitment to customer outcomes.
In practice, this looks like someone who:
Has a history of achieving revenue targets through pipeline generation, opportunity management, negotiation, and closing.
Has experience owning and growing existing customer relationships, including renewals and expansion.
Proactively creates pipeline rather than relying primarily on inbound demand.
Can develop a point of view on an account and turn thoughtful hypotheses into customer conversations.
Builds credibility with technical, executive, and commercial stakeholders.
Learns complex products quickly and is curious about how modern web and AI applications are built and scaled.
Can translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
Is comfortable navigating ambiguity, complex organizations, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Demonstrates strong account planning, forecasting, and opportunity management discipline.
Uses data, customer signals, and judgment to prioritize time effectively.
Is coachable, collaborative, proactive, and team-first.
Is resilient and energized by complex commercial problems.
Bonus if you
Have experience growing existing customers in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, developer tools, or a product-led growth company.
Have sold to developers, engineering leaders, product teams, or other technical buyers.
Have led expansions across multiple workloads, teams, or business units.
Have worked with customers navigating cloud modernization, AI adoption, or application development.
Have experience in a high-growth environment where go-to-market motions were still evolving.
Use tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
Use AI, automation, or self-built workflows to improve your effectiveness.
Aspire to coach others, own increasingly complex accounts, or grow into leadership.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to architect and lead the global, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for Vercel's platform and developer tools.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Events & Integrated Demand Generation and own Vercel's integrated campaign motion. You'll translate product and business priorities into cohesive campaign narratives that resonate with developers, technical decision-makers, and enterprise buyers, then orchestrate the cross-functional machine that brings them to life.
Working alongside Product Marketing, Growth, Digital, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and Sales, you'll unify individual channel efforts into a single integrated motion. Every campaign you run will blend developer-first storytelling with enterprise-grade messaging and span the full funnel from first touch to closed revenue.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Vercel's global integrated campaigns, from big-idea development through channel activation, measurement, and iteration.
Translate product and business priorities into campaign narratives and messaging architectures tailored to distinct audiences: developers, full-stack teams, product leaders, and enterprise buyers.
Orchestrate multi-channel programs across paid, owned, and earned channels in partnership with Growth, Digital, and Performance Marketing, ensuring every touchpoint ladders up to a unified story.
Partner with Strategic Events and Field Marketing to extend campaigns into trade shows, regional events, and developer meetups to create experiences that reinforce the campaign narrative in person.
Align with Sales and BDR leadership so campaigns fuel outbound motions with the right messaging, content, and follow-up plays that convert.
Build and maintain the global campaign calendar, managing dependencies, sequencing, and regional alignment across functions and time zones.
Define success metrics upfront, then measure, report, and optimize by running structured experiments across creative, messaging, channels, and audience segments.
Mentor and guide campaign best practices across the marketing org, raising the bar for how Vercel plans and ships integrated programs.
What you need
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years leading integrated or demand generation campaigns — within developer tools, cloud infrastructure or other technical SaaS products.
A proven track record of owning global, full-funnel campaigns end to end, with clear pipeline and revenue impact you can point to.
Deep understanding of developer audiences and the nuances of marketing technical products without dumbing them down.
A strong storyteller who can shape a campaign narrative and hold it consistent across every channel and region.
Exceptional program management skills: you can coordinate across regions, time zones, and a dozen stakeholders without dropping threads.
Data-fluent, with hands-on experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using performance data to make optimization calls.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Bonus if you
Have marketed directly to developer communities or run technical content programs.
Have launched campaigns supporting AI, cloud, or infrastructure products.
Have worked in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of our largest enterprise customers, taking it over from the Solutions Architect (SA) at deal close. Your focus is continuity: customers renew the annual TAM engagement because their technical outcomes improve each year. This role requires travel to customer offices 4 to 8 times a year.

Own the post-sales technical relationship and the annual TAM renewal for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, running a weekly check-in, monthly review, quarterly business review (QBR), and annual roadmap workshop for each
Lead incident follow-through when an escalation or a pattern of incidents emerges: run the post-mortem, find the architectural root cause, own the remediation roadmap, and respond to priority 1 and 2 escalations within 4 business hours
Deliver proactive architectural reviews, technical risk mapping, cost and usage optimization, and pre-launch readiness assessments
Scope hands-on engineering work for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and audits for Professional Services, and track their outcomes into the customer's technical roadmap, without shipping production code yourself
Relay customer technical needs to Product, Engineering, and Support, and hold those teams to the commitments you have made to your customers

5+ years in customer-facing technical roles at a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools company, such as technical account management, solutions architecture, developer success engineering, or support engineering
Owned customer relationships at the $1M+ annual contract value (ACV) tier, including QBRs, roadmap workshops, and renewals

Led technical outcomes across Engineering, Product, and Support without formal authority, and written the incident summaries, post-mortems, and executive readouts that came out of them
Bonus if you
Carried a TAM portfolio at a hyperscaler, infrastructure platform, or developer tools company, such as AWS, Cloudflare, Datadog, or GitHub
Built AI agents with the Vercel AI SDK or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
Led cloud financial operations (FinOps) or cost-optimization engagements, or ran an annual roadmap workshop or Well-Architected Review for an enterprise customer

About the role
We are looking for a Head of Solutions Architecture to join our global Field Engineering team. You will build and lead the technical sales organization behind our relationships with the new and leading startups shaping how web and AI products get built. These teams ship using Vercel's core platform, Next.js, and our AI stack, and the technical decisions made in their first architecture review often determine how far they scale with us.
You will own a global team of Solutions Architects within our Startups sales organization. You will set the bar for technical excellence across the deal cycle, coach your team through strategic accounts and critical deals, and step in yourself when it matters most: architecture reviews, migration plans, and high-stakes presentations. Beyond running the team, you will shape how Vercel wins in this segment. You will turn patterns from the field into repeatable plays and carry what startups tell you back to our engineering org so it shows up in the product.
You will report directly to our Global Head of Field Engineering and partner closely with Sales and Field Engineering leadership to win new business and expand existing accounts. You will also own org planning, staffing, budgeting, and recruiting as you build the team this segment needs.
This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, Austin, or New York, with 3 days per week in office.
What you'll do
Lead, develop, and manage Vercel's global Startups SA team, ensuring technical excellence across the pre-sales cycle.
Provide hands-on support for key accounts as needed (presentations, architecture reviews, migration plans).
Oversee and coach SA engagement on strategic accounts and critical deals, developing repeatable plays from trends you are seeing across your team.
Track and report SA performance to Sales and Field Engineering leadership quarterly.
Own org planning, staffing, budgeting, and recruiting.
What you need
10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar technical pre-sales roles, with at least 5 years in a formal leadership position.
Strong background in modern web technologies (JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, cloud infrastructure).
Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale technical teams in a high-growth environment.
Demonstrated success working with startups as customers across diverse industries.
Strong understanding of modern software development workflows (CI/CD, DevOps, frontend frameworks).
Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer success.
Bonus if you
Have experience working with Vercel, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
Have led SA teams at a high-growth developer tool or cloud infrastructure company.
Bring expertise in developer tooling, edge computing, or performance optimization.
Are comfortable presenting at conferences, webinars, or large-scale customer events.

RELOCATION TO UAE CoreConnect, a flagship product by VentureOne, the commercialization arm of the Advanced Technology Research Council, acts as the digital glue within the complex ecosystem of autonomous mobility in logistics. CoreConnect is building the infrastructure layer for autonomous operations in complex ecosystems. We develop a robot orchestration platform that enables logistics and other operators to deploy, manage, and scale fleets of autonomous robots across real-world environments. Our technology sits at the intersection of robotics, operations software, and intelligent automation.

Security, Scalability & Observability: Enforce standards for platform security and observability, implementing Multi-tenant Architecture (RLS) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering Leadership, and DevSecOps to build high-quality solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications
Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or other relevant fields and 5+ years of professional experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot delivering well-tested, complex systems in a SaaS startup environment.
Architecture & Data Mastery: Deep proficiency in distributed systems, Hexagonal Architecture, and scalable API design. Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL), geospatial data (GIS/PostGIS), and time-series data (TimescaleDB).
Real-Time & Integrations: Experience architecting low-latency communication (WebSockets, MQTT) and building abstraction layers for third-party vendor APIs.
Mindset & Execution: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, balance architectural purity with commercial objectives (managing technical debt, shipping MVPs), and take full ownership of the code lifecycle and incident management (root-cause analysis and prevention).
Security & Quality: A consistent focus on software quality and security best practices with hands-on experience in automated testing (unit and integration test suites), SAST, DAST, and setting up platform observability tooling.
Complementary Expertise:
Frontend Proficiency: Practical experience building interfaces with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
Infrastructure & DevOps: Mastery of cloud environments, specifically AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), along with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Helm).
Industry Experience: Direct background in logistics, robotics, or fleet management systems.
Communication: Fluency in Business English is a must.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive, tax-free salary and a comprehensive benefits package in a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment. Our benefits include an education allowance, free on-site meals, annual flight allowance, health coverage, relocation support (if applicable), and access to well-being activities such as sports and recreational events. The Opportunity
Grafana's Demand Generation team creates and accelerates pipeline across the full customer journey. We run a modern, AI-forward operation: lifecycle email programs driven by an AI engine, territory-level buying signals surfaced directly to sales leaders, and agentic workflows that handle work that used to take teams of specialists.
Our webinar program is one of the highest-leverage things we run: technical, practitioner-first sessions on a weekly cadence across AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, putting the product in front of the people who would actually use it. Hands-on sessions, not sales pitches.
We're hiring a Webinar Program Manager to own it. This is a specialist seat, not a generalist one. You'll inherit an established program with a documented process and a full handover from the person who built it, and you'll own the operating rhythm from there: the calendar, the presenters, the build and promotion of every session, the follow-up, and the reporting.
This is not a "run the playbook" role. Sessions run in parallel at a pace no one could manage by hand, so the way to raise quality is to keep automating the mechanics. We expect this person to build with AI as a default and treat automation as a first-class deliverable, not a side project.
You'd be joining a demand gen team that is genuinely rebuilding how the function works, where AI agents run real production programs and the people on the team design the machine rather than turn the crank. The webinar program already produces, and much of the pipeline it touches starts with a session rather than a seller. You're not here to prove webinars matter. You're here to make each one produce more with less manual work behind it.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the webinar calendar end to end.
Presenter booking, registration pages, campaign setup, promotion, live delivery, follow-up, and the flip to on-demand, across multiple regions and time zones.
Keep sessions practitioner-first.
Brief technical presenters, shape the outline, and keep a session useful to the audience that registered for it.
Bring data to topic planning.
Use past performance and downstream pipeline quality to recommend what we run and what we retire, and lock the plan with demand gen and product marketing each quarter.
Automate the production line.
Extend the automation behind session setup and promotion, and keep pushing into the parts of the process a person shouldn't be doing by hand, including repurposing recordings into other content.
Report
on what happens after the session. Registrations are the input. Connect sessions to product adoption and pipeline, report it honestly, and flag what isn't producing.
Grow the program's reach.
Expand into additional languages and formats where the numbers justify it.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4+ years in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company (open source or developer-focused a plus).
Hands-on ownership of a recurring webinar or virtual event calendar across multiple regions. A cadence you were accountable for hitting, not a handful of one-off sessions.
Hands-on with a webinar platform (ON24, Zoom Webinars, Contrast, Goldcast or similar) and the plumbing behind it: CRM campaigns, registration sync, attendance data, follow-up triggers.
Comfortable working with technical presenters. You can brief an engineer or solutions architect and hold the line on what the audience came for.
Hands-on with AI in your actual work: you've built automations or agentic workflows (or are visibly on that path), and you think about AI as leverage, not a threat or a buzzword.
Comfortable with data: you can pull your own numbers, sanity-check them, and build a program readout a VP would trust.
Strong program management fundamentals. Twenty-plus moving pieces at once is a logistics job before it's a marketing job, and you ship on time without needing a coordinator.
Bonus Points For
Content repurposing at scale: clips, blog, social, on-demand libraries.
Localized program experience, and a view on when translation earns its cost.
Familiarity with the observability, monitoring or open source ecosystem.
Customer.io, Salesforce and a modern data stack (BigQuery or similar).
Experience with product-led motions alongside sales-led ones.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the UK market. As Regional Partner Manager for UK, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our London sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and local services partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's UK partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the UK partner community.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Own and grow Notion's UK partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners
- Manage Notion's hyperscaler partnerships in the UK, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions
- Align partner activity directly to the UK sales team's pipeline — facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close
- Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for combined enterprise programs
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with partner leadership across the region, becoming a trusted extension of their go-to-market teams
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership
- Support services delivery by local partners on an ad-hoc basis, helping maintain quality and partner satisfaction
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach in the UK
- Collaborate with Notion's global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry
- Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership — comfort across both partner types is essential
- A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove
- Strong demand generation orientation
- Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
- Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams — you understand what reps need, and you make their lives easier
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager
- Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook
- Based in London with existing knowledge of the UK technology market; willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA
- Strong organisational and operational discipline — you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models
- Existing relationships with UK-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams
- Cross-market EMEA experience — e.g. managing partnerships across EMEA regions simultaneously

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
