ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
Our growth stack has a lot of moving parts. The app and the website send events through a customer data platform to the ad platforms, our mobile measurement partners and the data warehouse. Most launches touch several of those systems and a few different teams.
You'll own the growth roadmap and work day to day with the MarTech and growth engineers who build and maintain all of this. Your job is to keep launches moving, make sure they get properly tested, and make sure the numbers on the other side can be trusted.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the growth roadmap. Turn requests from marketing, paid media and product into scoped tickets with clear owners and dates. Keep the roadmap, runbooks and data flow docs current, and automate the repetitive parts with scripts or AI tools.
- Lead testing and QA with the MarTech and growth engineers. Write test plans, check changes in staging and on test devices before they ship, and confirm they worked after launch.
- Keep data flowing into paid media. Manage customer data platform destinations, audience syncs, reverse ETL and server-side events. Watch for dropped events, low match rates and schema drift, and write or tweak simple scripts when a setting isn't enough.
- Own our relationship with the mobile measurement partners. Debug attribution problems, keep SDK and ad network integrations healthy, and handle support escalations, renewals and roadmap requests.
- Keep tracking specs consistent across the app, the website, the customer data platform and web analytics, and dig in when numbers from different sources don't match.
- Run SDK upgrades, attribution migrations and new vendor onboarding from evaluation through cutover, with a rollback plan.
- Support paid and acquisition work across search, social, app-install networks, app store search ads and affiliates, including click ID plumbing, exclusion lists and test setup.
- Bring Privacy and Legal in early, so consent, data-sharing limits and data subject requests are part of the plan and not a surprise at launch.
YOU BRING
- 8+ years in technical program management, supporting growth, performance marketing, martech or data teams.
- Hands-on time with a customer data platform. You've connected it to several ad platforms, mapped and filtered events, and synced audiences with consent rules applied. You can read a tracking plan or a destination config and spot where a launch will break.
- Experience with a mobile measurement partner and a good grasp of attribution: click IDs, ATT and SKAdNetwork, view-through versus click-through, and platform-reported versus first-party conversions. You've debugged discrepancies and dealt with the vendor directly.
- Experience doing testing and QA with engineers on tracking or integration launches: test plans, staging checks, debug tools, test devices, and regression checks after SDK or release changes.
- You write SQL and pull your own numbers.
- A track record of running programs across engineering, design, data and marketing, with clear specs, honest status updates and a written record of decisions.
- Good judgment on priorities, and comfort saying no. You're fine with ambiguity and with working asynchronously on a remote-first team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a consumer fintech or another regulated company.
- Reverse ETL into paid media (conversion APIs, offline conversions, audience uploads) and keeping it healthy: match rates, deduplication, delays and dropped events.
- Reading and writing simple scripts in JavaScript or Liquid, for example to transform an event payload or build a template.
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse.
- A working understanding of marketing privacy rules: consent, CCPA and similar state laws, GLBA, and limits on sharing customer data with ad platforms. You know when to ask Legal.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

This is a highly outbound role where your research, outreach, and judgment will directly influence hiring outcomes. You'll also help strengthen sourcing practices by mapping talent markets, building pipelines, and improving how we identify and connect with great candidates in a values-driven environment. Please note this is a 12 month contract.

Deliver a strong candidate experience through thoughtful outreach, timely communication, and professional relationship building.
Continuously improve sourcing workflows, outreach approaches, and research methods to increase efficiency and quality.
Maintain accurate activity and candidate data in applicant tracking and recruiting systems, and stay open to learning new tools and processes.
What you'll bring
Relevant experience in recruiting and/or sourcing, including direct experience sourcing passive candidates in a fully outbound environment.
Experience sourcing for Account Executive and other sales roles, ideally within the software industry.
Strong research skills and the ability to identify, map, and engage talent across competitive regional and global markets.
Experience working directly with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies as priorities change.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams, candidates, and time zones.
Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple searches, deadlines, and competing priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Experience with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter is ideal.
Comfort working remotely in an asynchronous environment, along with willingness to learn and use tools such as GitLab.
About the team
The Talent Acquisition team at GitLab helps the company grow by finding people who can contribute to our mission and thrive in our all-remote environment. You'll work with teammates who care deeply about candidate experience, thoughtful partnership, and inclusive hiring practices. The team values clear communication, strong market insight, and steady iteration in how we work. This role is especially important as GitLab continues to grow go-to-market teams in APJ, where strong regional knowledge and effective collaboration across time zones can help teams hire with more focus and confidence.

About You
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who knows how to reach the right buyers on LinkedIn and beyond. You’re equally comfortable planning a full-funnel, account-based program and strategizing the creative that brings it to life. You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and a sharp eye for when creative needs a refresh.
About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn programs and run paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, creative briefing, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Search Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own LinkedIn as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, building, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll plan across the full funnel and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs, covering both broad reach and named accounts.
- You’ll own the creative pipeline for your channels, from requests and approvals through trafficking and rotation.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
- Build tactical strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU, and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build paid social campaigns end-to-end, including creative strategy, bidding, ad copy, and audiences.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, and UTMs before anything goes live.
- Partner with our EMEA team to localize global campaigns for their markets.
- Track tasks, requests, and SLAs in Asana so work stays visible and on schedule.
Audience Targeting and Management
- Own audience list hygiene and targeting across platforms.
- Build audiences from first- and third-party data.
- Manage pixels and primary vs. secondary conversion architecture, so campaigns optimize toward the actions that matter most.
Budget Pacing and Management
- Manage budgets against lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and ROI.
- Own pacing and anomaly detection, and keep documented budget pacing up to date.
Testing & Optimization
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, copy, and bidding.
- Run ongoing search query analysis and keyword optimization.
- Lead weekly cross‑channel optimization syncs.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that pairs results with clear recommendations.
- Lead campaign hindsights that capture what drove results, what we learned, and what to do next.
- Stay current on platform changes, privacy, and B2B trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within a media agency or performance‑focused environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing social campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta, ideally with a focus in lead generation
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixels, UTMs, and primary vs. secondary conversions
- Experience managing budgets and pacing against goals, preferably optimizing towards leads, pipeline, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Experience running structured tests and turning results into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with ad placements across YouTube, Display, DOOH, or LLMs
- Experience localizing campaigns for EMEA markets
- Experience building and maintaining audiences from first- and third-party data
- Experience with Hubspot, 6sense, Dreamdata, Asana, and/or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in QA
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Clear writer who can create ad copy that works for different audiences and markets
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Strong project management, able to run several campaigns in parallel

An overview of this role
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you'll be a trusted advisor to GitLab customers and prospects in Japan. You'll explain how GitLab's artificial intelligence-powered development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) platform addresses customers' business priorities and technical requirements, helping technical leaders and executives evaluate its value.
You'll translate technology into business value and help customers make informed adoption decisions. The initial sale isn't the end of the relationship: you'll support continued adoption, new use cases, and expansion into additional products and editions, helping increase GitLab consumption through greater customer value.
What you’ll do
Lead structured discovery to understand customer business priorities, development processes, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria. Connect proposed solutions to business value and return on investment.
Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies and customer action plans that move opportunities from technical evaluation to contract.
Lead demos, workshops, proofs of concept or value, architecture design, and technical validation, including Linux-based, self-managed, and air-gapped customer environments.
Design roadmaps for DevSecOps and artificial intelligence-enabled development across the software development lifecycle. Address processes, roles, governance, and developer experience. Resolve post-sale adoption challenges with post-sales teams and partners, and identify expansion opportunities across use cases, business units, workloads, products, and editions.
Build relationships with developers and business and technical leaders. Explain GitLab's competitive differentiation and address objections about existing tools, overlapping artificial intelligence capabilities, cost, and migration effort.
Create reusable proposals, architecture diagrams, proof-of-value plans, executive materials, technical content, and success stories. Present at webinars and marketing events to support pipeline development.
Share customer feedback and competitive insights with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Test GitLab, artificial intelligence, DevSecOps, and cloud technologies hands-on, and mentor team members to share best practices.
What you’ll bring
Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, technical sales, or a similar customer-facing role, using structured discovery, value selling, stakeholder mapping, and consensus building.
Practical understanding of the software development lifecycle, DevSecOps, security, and cloud technologies, with experience using GitLab or comparable source control, continuous integration and continuous delivery, and developer collaboration platforms.
Experience leading demos, workshops, proofs of concept or value, technical proposals, or solution architecture design, and the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations with customer technical teams.
The ability to explain technical trade-offs and business value to developers, technical leaders, and executives, and collaborate with Account Executives on opportunity strategy, adoption, and expansion.
Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation and Model Context Protocol, and the ability to discuss their use in artificial intelligence-enabled development.
The ability to mentor team members, share reusable knowledge, and give and receive feedback with empathy and respect for others' expertise.
Fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English.
Helpful but not required: a background in software development, systems integration, or project or product management. Other useful experience includes developer productivity, cloud-native technologies, enterprise platform governance and rollout, post-sales recommendations, consumption-based models, or creating reusable technical content.
About the team
The Solutions Architect team is part of GitLab's Sales organization. We work with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, post-sales teams, and partners across regions, collaborating asynchronously to share reusable knowledge and best practices. An overview of this role
As a Staff Global Partner Programs Manager, you’ll turn GitLab’s ecosystem strategy into repeatable programs that help partners create value across the full customer lifecycle: Acquire, Commit, and Consume. You’ll own a portfolio of global partner program workstreams, such as partner sourcing, services attach, adoption, renewals, managed service providers (MSPs), global systems integrators (GSIs), hyperscaler, and marketplace motions, and make them clear, usable, and measurable for partners and sellers across regions.
This is a strategic individual contributor role. You’ll lead through expertise and influence rather than direct reports. You’ll partner with Ecosystem Sales, Partner Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Enablement to launch and improve programs, recommend changes to incentives and policy, and connect program activity to pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes. In your first year, you’ll focus on building a clear roadmap for your portfolio, simplifying partner requirements and rules of engagement, and setting up consistent reporting on program performance. As the team grows, this role may expand to include leading partner program managers.
What you’ll do
Own the roadmap, priorities, and execution for an assigned set of global partner programs across Acquire, Commit, and Consume, within agreed strategy, policy, and budget.
Coordinate requirements, milestones, owners, and risks across Ecosystem Sales, Partner Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, Product, Enablement, and regional teams.
Improve the partner journey from onboarding and capability building through activation, co-selling, adoption, and expansion, turning partner and field feedback into prioritized program improvements.
Support the design and rollout of partner incentives, including margin, rebates, market development funds (MDF), deal registration, services attach, and consumption, and build business cases with Finance and Ecosystem leadership.
Maintain program guides, eligibility rules, approval flows, and documentation, partnering with Legal and Finance so programs are compliant, auditable, and easy to understand.
Create playbooks, launch materials, and training with Enablement and regional teams to drive adoption of new programs and commercial changes.
Define success measures for each program, such as partner-sourced pipeline, services attach, adoption, and incentive use, and partner with Revenue Operations to report on them consistently.
Use performance data to recommend investment changes, reduce exceptions and manual work, and escalate decisions that go beyond your scope.
What you’ll bring
Experience in partner programs, channel strategy, alliances, ecosystem operations, or a related go-to-market function.
A track record of taking complex programs from design through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
Understanding of partner economics, including incentives, deal registration, MDF, services programs, co-selling, and rules of engagement.
Ability to lead global, cross-functional work without direct authority, setting clear owners, decisions, and escalation paths.
Analytical judgment and the ability to connect program activity to pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes.
Strong written communication, including the ability to make complex commercial concepts simple for partners and sellers.
Program management discipline across prioritization, dependencies, risk, and follow-through, with a bias toward practical execution.
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, DevOps, or AI partner ecosystems; consumption-based pricing; or hyperscaler marketplace and co-sell programs is a plus.
Openness to candidates with transferable experience who can build trust across teams and turn strategy into results.
About the team
The Ecosystem team helps GitLab grow through partners, including GSIs, MSPs, professional services partners, resellers, and cloud hyperscalers. We’re building a more intentional partner model that goes beyond the transaction to create value across sourcing, co-selling, deployment, adoption, services, and consumption. We work asynchronously across regions as part of a remote-first company, with occasional travel for partner meetings, planning, and program launches.

Almaty, Kazakhstan · Growth Engineering
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Higgsfield's Growth team runs on an internal platform. We need a Business Engineer to turn operational bottlenecks into software, from the data model and API to the screens the team uses every day. You own features through launch, adoption and production support.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Turn growth team problems into useful features. Define a small first release and build it across backend and frontend.
- Own database schemas, query performance and safe migrations on a live database.
- Build third-party integrations that handle API quotas, rate limits, retries and webhooks.
- Make payment and messaging workflows safe to retry, without duplicate payouts or sends, and keep an audit trail.
- Ship LLM features and measure quality, latency and cost per result.
- Own environments, releases, monitoring, security and access. Share on-call responsibility.
- Define success metrics, track adoption after launch and improve what you ship.
MUST-HAVES
- Production experience. You've built and operated backend systems and can explain your decisions, personal contribution and results.
- Strong Python and full-stack delivery. You build backend services and React screens when a feature needs them.
- Deep PostgreSQL knowledge. Data modeling, query plans, indexes, transactions, locking and migrations on live databases.
- API security. Authentication, object-level authorization and role isolation. You prevent IDOR on reads and writes and test access as different users.
- Hands-on operations. Linux, containers, CI/CD, monitoring and debugging production from logs. You can run what you build.
- High agency and ownership. You find worthwhile problems, remove blockers and follow through without waiting for assignments.
- Low ego. You welcome direct feedback, admit mistakes and change your mind with evidence.
- Energy for an intense pace. The team ships daily, priorities shift and urgent production issues can need you outside regular hours.
OUR TECH STACK
- Languages: Python and TypeScript.
- Backend: Python and Node.js services, REST APIs, background workers and scheduled jobs.
- Frontend: React with server-side rendering.
- Data: PostgreSQL and S3-compatible object storage.
- Infrastructure: Linux, Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- AI: LLM APIs from major providers.
- Quality: Static typing, linters and automated tests in both languages.
Bonus experience: Influencer marketing, affiliate programs or creator payouts; large-scale YouTube data within API quotas; email outreach and deliverability; LLM evaluations, prompt regression sets and cost tracking.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Recruiter screen: role expectations, logistics and fit.
2. Technical interview: a difficult system you shipped, what you personally decided and built, and how your work made the team more capable without leaving it dependent on you.
3. Practical task: a real problem from our backlog, under NDA. You design the data model and API, write the core of it and explain your trade-offs.
4. Product interview: turn a growth team problem into a small first release, decide what to leave out and explain how feedback would change it.
5. Offer.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth engineer to help grow Notion’s Startups and SMB programs. You’ll work closely with our Ecosystem Growth Lead to help more businesses grow with Notion.
You can spot opportunities in the data and own the executing on the plan that follows. You’re comfortable getting into the tools yourself, moving quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and staying accountable for results.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Work with a small team that operates like a growth lab. Startups and SMBs are the proving ground for ideas that can change how Notion grows.
- Build and launch new growth programs, from creator-led acquisition to AI-powered systems for testing new audiences and campaigns. Bring your own ideas and take responsibility for getting them off the ground.
- Move quickly from a rough hypothesis to a live experiment. Write code for new in-product experiences and build alongside Storytelling, Product, and Engineering to get your work into customers’ hands.
- Use SQL and customer research to find overlooked opportunities. Measure what changes customer behavior and revenue, and use the results to choose where to go next.
- Turn the strongest experiments into programs other teams can run. Build the systems and playbooks for them to expand across Notion, then take on the next growth challenge.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2+ years and a record of shipping growth or operations projects. You can explain what you personally built and what changed as a result.
- Typescript, Full-stack, and Systems-thinking
- Strong SQL and analytical judgment. You can work through messy data and distinguish a promising signal from a misleading result.
- Hands-on experience building campaigns or automated workflows in tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- The ability to take an ambiguous goal and execute on growth initiatives. You unblock yourself where possible and communicate clearly when you need another team’s help.
- Experience with self-serve SaaS or startup and SMB customers is a plus. If you’ve done similar work but with a different title, we’d love to hear from you!

A NOTE ON AI

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Truly unique opportunity to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems for Growth. This role exists to turn our performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into the operating system. The opportunity calls for deep paid-growth expertise and a strong grasp of how channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation fit together. You’ll set the strategy and operating model, and guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life. You’ll partner with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT, interpreting always-on geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90:
- Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish an operating model that turns those signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill/scale decisions, with agents supporting execution.
- Build a deep understanding of onboarding and activation, and how paid acquisition connects to downstream user quality; partner with Growth PM and Ecosystems PM on meaningful improvements.
- Establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system—from analysis and hypothesis generation to creative and audience development, experiment QA, and reusable workflows—improving decision quality, not only execution speed.
- By the end of year one:
- Graduate the program from managing the experimental budget to managing the majority of paid spend, while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative.
- Establish stronger measurement and a clear, connected view of which experiments move which metrics, why they work, and how results vary by user cohort; use that understanding to shape more personalized experiences.
- Turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation, raising the standard for experimentation, measurement, and agentic marketing infrastructure across the organization.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems. You can see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; shape sound architecture and tradeoffs; and partner credibly with technical teams to make the system reliable.
- Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You understand how channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interact, and can connect those dynamics to real marketing outcomes.
- Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment: you can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, understand what is driving them, and make clear kill/scale decisions.
- Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains, with the ability to connect the parts into a coherent strategy and translate an ambiguous frontier into a system with a high quality bar.
- High-agency cross-functional ownership: you can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver the full loop from strategy through operating model and infrastructure to outcomes.
