THE ROLE
As Baseten scales, our equity program needs to scale with it - more countries, more entities, and more complexity in how we grant, administer, and report on equity. As the Global Equity Programs Lead, you’ll own that function end to end, building the operating model, controls, and systems that let equity run accurately and efficiently as the company grows. You’ll partner closely with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting to keep the program sound as it scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the operating model for equity administration as the company grows across countries, entities, and increasingly complex transactions.
- Run the recurring equity calendar - including grants, vesting events, exercises, releases, terminations, and other participant transactions - with clear ownership, deadlines, and exception management.
- Own the integrity of equity records and establish recurring reconciliations across the equity platform, HRIS, payroll, cap table, and accounting records.
- Translate compensation and plan decisions into executable workflows, system configurations, approval paths, and employee communications.
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting on the equity implications of international hiring, employee mobility, acquisitions, liquidity programs, and other corporate events.
- Coordinate the operational execution of equity refreshes, including data preparation, approval workflows, grant documentation, system uploads, and participant communications.
- Evaluate whether proposed award structures can be administered accurately and at scale, and surface operational, tax, compliance, accounting, and employee-experience risks before launch.
- Design a control environment that supports accurate financial reporting, efficient audits, and reconciliations.
- Develop reporting that gives Finance and People leadership visibility into dilution, grant activity, vesting, exercises, retention trends, and future program obligations.
- Own the equity platform and its surrounding data flows, including configuration, permissions, integrations, vendor performance, and system improvements.
- Create employee resources that make equity easier to understand at important moments such as onboarding, grant issuance, vesting, exercise, and departure.
- Identify recurring manual work and implement practical automation without compromising review, security, or control.
- As the function grows, help define the team structure and determine which capabilities should be built internally versus supported by outside providers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of progressive equity administration or equity operations experience, ideally in a rapidly scaling private or newly public technology company.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex equity operations - not only advisory or program-design experience, and a willingness to remain close to the underlying data and transactions.
- Strong knowledge of stock options, RSUs, vesting and settlement events, tax withholding, employee mobility, and the operational requirements of equity plans.
- Hands-on experience administering a leading equity platform and working with connected HRIS, payroll, accounting, and reporting systems.
- A strong control mindset, including experience designing reconciliations, approval workflows, documentation, and audit support.
- Ability to diagnose data issues, work through complex exceptions, and establish repeatable processes where no established playbook exists.
- Strong cross-functional judgment and the ability to clarify ownership and drive decisions across Legal, People, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and external advisors.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain an employee’s equity accurately without giving personal tax or legal advice.
- Strong discretion when handling compensation, ownership, transaction, and employee data.
- Ability to manage several time-sensitive workstreams while maintaining accuracy and following issues through resolution.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Equity Professional certification or meaningful progress toward it.
- Experience supporting international equity programs and cross-border employee mobility.
- Experience with significant corporate transactions affecting equity (e.g., acquisitions, tender offers, financings).
- Working knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting and the data Accounting needs for close, forecasting, audit, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with insider trading policies and equity compliance in highly regulated environments.
- Experience building or expanding an equity operations team.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER, PRODUCT DISCOVERY ENGINE
ABOUT US
Constructor powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you’ve probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We’re approximately doubling year over year despite the market slowing down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical. We’re a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a systems-minded Staff Product Manager to take Constructor’s search and discovery to the state of the art — and keep it there — across every retail industry we serve. This is a highly technical, high-leverage role at the core of our Product Discovery Engine chapter: the teams responsible for how we retrieve, understand, and rank the right products for every shopper, on every query, for every customer.
Your job is to raise discovery quality and, through it, our customers’ business metrics. You won’t be measured on features shipped — you’ll be measured on relevance and business outcomes, like conversion, revenue per visit, and search-attributed GMV, moving up.
You’ll start embedded with our Search Quality team, owning its strategy and roadmap and getting deep into the systems that decide what shoppers actually see. Over time, your mandate grows to setting direction for the entire Product Discovery Engine chapter — deciding where we’re heading and why across recall, ranking, query understanding, personalization, and the ML infrastructure underneath. This is a Staff role today with a clear path to Director as you take on chapter-wide leadership.
Search at Constructor is fundamentally a machine learning problem, so this role lives and breathes ML. You’ll partner closely with ML, data science, and engineering to turn the latest research into production wins, keep us ahead of both commercial competitors and academic state of the art, and be the connective tissue that aligns multiple teams — ML Recall, ML Infra, and, over time, teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management — behind a single, coherent vision for great discovery.
If you’re excited about driving innovation across dozens of the world’s largest retailers, being held to relevance and business outcomes, and pushing an already best-in-class product further ahead, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own business impact, not features. Drive measurable lift in search-attributed conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV alongside relevance across our customer base.
- Deliver across every retail industry. Move quality and business metrics across all the verticals we serve, accounting for the differences in catalog, language, and shopper intent.
- Keep us at the state of the art. Continuously translate the latest ML / IR research and competitive moves into production wins, and ship SOTA ML / LLM-assisted capabilities that beat our previous best on relevance.
- Set chapter vision and strategy. Define the multi-quarter direction for the Product Discovery Engine — where we’re heading and why — tie it directly to customer business outcomes, and rally teams behind it.
- Lead Search Quality first. Own its strategy and roadmap, driving measurable improvements in the relevance and correctness of results.
- Orchestrate across the pipeline. Unify recall, ranking, query understanding, and personalization behind one definition of quality and one set of business metrics, so improvements compound instead of colliding.
- Turn ML research into production wins. Partner deeply with ML and data science to take models — from candidate generation and recall to LLM-assisted interpretation — from idea to production, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Make quality measurable and explainable. Build the metrics, evaluation frameworks, and tooling the whole chapter uses to measure, attribute, and explain discovery quality and its business impact.
- Own quality under pressure. Lead investigation and triage when issues arise, and design durable, systemic fixes rather than one-off patches.
- Grow the mandate. Expand into chapter-wide leadership spanning ML Recall, ML Infra, and — over time — teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first year, you will have:
- Driven measurable lift in search-attributed conversion and revenue per visit — moving business metrics, not just quality metrics.
- Driven measurable business-metric lift (conversion, revenue per visit, GMV) and relevance lift across every major retail vertical we serve.
- Shipped at least one state-of-the-art ML / LLM-assisted capability into production that beats our previous best on relevance.
- Won head-to-head quality benchmarks against every major competitor in the verticals we compete in, with a repeatable, defensible methodology.
- Taken core quality metrics to best-in-class levels and kept them improving quarter over quarter.
- Stood up an evaluation framework and tooling that ties model and system investments directly to customer business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive product management experience (typically 8+ years) in search, discovery, ML, or NLP-heavy products, including time operating at a senior or staff level.
- A track record of moving business metrics at scale — conversion, revenue, engagement — not just shipping features, and of setting strategy across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end search pipeline: query interpretation → recall / candidate generation → ranking → reranking → personalization → delivery.
- Strong ML product depth — owning production models and reasoning about tradeoffs between high-capacity (LLM / batch) and low-latency (real-time) approaches — and a habit of staying current with state-of-the-art research.
- Fluency with retrieval and recall, query understanding (tokenization, synonyms, spelling correction, multilingual support), and search evaluation frameworks.
- A rigorous, measurement-first mindset that ties every quality investment back to business outcomes.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership — able to align teams with different goals behind a shared definition of quality and a shared set of business metrics, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, data science, and ML Ops.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, setting direction where none exists yet, and leading through clarity and credibility rather than the org chart.
BENEFITS
- Unlimited vacation time — we strongly encourage all of our employees to take at least 3 weeks per year.
- A competitive compensation package including stock options.
- Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee).
- Fully remote team — choose where you live.
- Work-from-home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- Parental leave for qualified employees.
- Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.
This position is fully remote — Constructor.io http://Constructor.io is a remote-first company.

This role sits at the intersection of
finance, data, and technology
. You will drive Finance’s digital and AI transformation, connecting finance, business, product, data, and engineering teams, and turning operational and financial management needs into workable processes, data products, and system solutions. Your goal is to raise financial operating efficiency and data quality, give management reliable BI and actionable insight, and help build the financial systems and internal controls the company needs as it scales.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, not just coordinate. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead Finance transformation programs end to end.
Build the roadmap for finance digitalization and AI transformation, prioritize projects, and define scope, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria. Run cross-functional delivery from requirements through launch, training, and continuous improvement.
Own financial BI and decision support.
Build a unified financial and operational metrics framework with consistent definitions and dashboards covering revenue, cost, profit, budget execution, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
Turn data into action.
Explain business changes and anomalies to management, identify opportunities in cost, efficiency, and resource allocation, and work with business teams to execute and track the results.
Design finance solutions and automate processes.
Map finance processes, business rules, and system requirements into clear process designs, data models, and functional specs. Drive automation across bookkeeping, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, budgeting, and management analysis, and coordinate integration across ERP, finance platforms, data platforms, and business systems.
Improve data quality and control.
Strengthen reconciliation, exception handling, and data lineage so that definitions are consistent and key numbers are traceable.
Land AI and Agent applications in Finance.
Identify high-value AI use cases across finance, business analysis, internal control, and audit support. Take them from prototype to production with product, data, and engineering teams, including intelligent analysis, anomaly detection, document processing, and knowledge retrieval. Define success metrics, human review, permissions, and audit trails.
Build compliance and internal control foundations.
Work with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Audit on gap assessments and remediation plans. Drive SOX-related controls, ITAC, and ITGC, and embed key controls into finance processes, systems, and data flows (access, segregation of duties, change management, data integrity, audit trail).
Keep leadership informed.
Give clear executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs, and act as a force multiplier by driving alignment and execution clarity across teams.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles, with a track record of turning finance requirements into system or data solutions and getting them adopted.
Solid understanding of finance operations: general ledger, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit, with the ability to identify business rules and key control points.
Strong data analysis capability.
Independently use SQL to query, validate, and analyze data, and know at least one mainstream BI tool. Able to define metrics, analyze performance, and turn findings into recommendations that management understands and teams can execute.
Experience designing solutions and building, integrating, or optimizing ERP, finance platforms, BI platforms, or automation systems, with the ability to work effectively with product and engineering.
Strong cross-functional project management: able to align multiple stakeholders, manage priorities and dependencies, and push through complex problems.
Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems, and the ability to judge where AI fits in finance scenarios and help validate and roll it out.
Independent thinking and high ownership.
You challenge assumptions constructively, form your own point of view, and operate with a strong bias toward action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IPO preparation, SOX, ITAC, ITGC, or internal control build-out at a listed company.
Experience building management-oriented business analysis and financial BI systems, and explaining how analysis drives decisions.
Hands-on experience implementing LLMs, AI agents, enterprise knowledge bases, or finance intelligence applications.
Background in banking, payments, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other high-volume businesses. Familiarity with trading, fund and asset flows, reconciliation, and finance operations in the digital asset industry is a plus.
Bilingual (English + Mandarin) to collaborate across global teams.

About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work.
You will:
• Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation.
• Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan.
• Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope.
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery.
• Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support.
• Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio.
• Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures.
Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management
• Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts.
• Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority.
• Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff.
• Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits.
• Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows.
Requirements
You Have
• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread.
• Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.
Nice to Have
• Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs.
• Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners.
Benefits
🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year
💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options
🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live

- Manage GTM headcount planning and capacity, including hiring plans, ratios such as quota-carrying reps to sales support, and attrition, and flag drift from targets before it affects the forecast

- Build working relationships across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and GTM to drive alignment without formal authority, and automate recurring reporting with SQL, spreadsheets, and AI tools

- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building models from raw data
You’ll thrive as a Financial Analyst, GTM if you:
- Have a working understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and renewals, and can trace them back to source data in Salesforce and the data warehouse
- Enjoy partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders and can explain financial results in plain terms to non-finance audiences
- Notice manual work and fix it, whether with SQL, spreadsheet automation, or AI tools
- Bring accounting fluency, including accruals and the monthly close; a CPA and a Big 4 background is preferred
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the role
The Principal of Marketing Insights sits at the intersection of growth strategy, investment planning, and performance analytics. You’ll partner with the office of CMO, marketing leadership, and cross-functional analytics teams to determine where we invest, how we improve performance, and what it will take to achieve our growth targets. You’ll translate business goals and performance insights into clear priorities, resource decisions, and coordinated action across Marketing. This includes shaping pipeline strategy, evaluating investment tradeoffs, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and efficiency across regions, segments, and growth motions. This is a high-visibility leadership role during a period of significant organizational change. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, challenges assumptions with sound business judgment, and drives decisions through to measurable results. You’ll work closely with marketing leaders, Finance, GTM Operations, Technical Marketing Ops, and Central Analytics to connect strategy, investment, and execution.
What you’ll do
Growth strategy & planning: Translate company growth targets into marketing plans with clear priorities, investment requirements, and performance assumptions. Lead the analytical foundation for annual and quarterly planning, developing scenarios that evaluate growth opportunities, resource needs, and tradeoffs. Own marketing’s pipeline planning models and assumptions, coordinating inputs across regions, segments, channels, and motions. Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity; partner with functional leaders to turn those opportunities into action.
Investment strategy & efficiency: Shape recommendations for allocating resources across programs, channels, regions, and segments based on expected business impact. Evaluate tradeoffs between headcount and program investment, partnering with Finance and marketing leaders to improve resource productivity. Identify where to scale, reduce, or reallocate spend, and measure whether those decisions improve pipeline yield and marketing efficiency. Develop models that connect marketing investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes, making assumptions and uncertainties clear.
Program management & accountability: Lead weekly and monthly marketing performance reviews, focusing leadership on the decisions and actions needed to achieve targets. Proactively identify performance risks, diagnose root causes, and align leaders on corrective actions, owners, and timelines. Track actions and assess their impact, adjusting the approach when results fall short. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, XDR, Sales, Finance, and Analytics, resolving dependencies and escalating decisions when needed.
Insights & measurement: Set the strategic analysis agenda around the business questions most consequential to marketing growth and efficiency. Define the metrics, scorecards, and decision tools marketing leaders need to manage performance. Partner with Analytics to deliver scalable reporting and with Marketing Ops to ensure consistent definitions, reliable tracking, and data quality. Translate complex analysis into clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what action to take.
Skills we’re looking for

Strong business judgment and a clear point of view, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and build alignment around difficult tradeoffs.

Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and balance speed with analytical rigor.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is the runtime control plane for the AI software development lifecycle (AI-SDLC). Thousands of engineering organizations, including more than a quarter of the Fortune 500, use LaunchDarkly to ship, measure, and control every change that reaches production, whether it is written by people or by AI. Feature management built the company. The next chapter is bigger: as the cost of writing code falls and the volume of change outpaces human review, the constraint is moving from writing software to controlling it. LaunchDarkly is building the critical infrastructure for the AI-SDLC. Customers build their own software factories. We build the rails they run on.
We are hiring the leader of Product Management for LaunchDarkly. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the product management organization end to end: the people, operating system, roadmap commitments, and commercial outcomes across every product pillar. You will sit at the technology leadership table as the Product Management peer to the heads of Engineering and Product Design.
The CPO sets the company’s product vision and strategic direction. You will build and run the product organization that turns that direction into a coherent portfolio, shipped outcomes, customer adoption, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on operating role for a product leader who knows how to build the machine, make the tradeoffs, and finish the work.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional product leadership.
Serve as the product counterpart to Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Resolve cross-functional tradeoffs, establish shared commitments, and ensure LaunchDarkly presents one coherent product strategy to customers and the market.
Build and lead the product management organization.
Design the organization intentionally, allocate resources effectively, maintain a high talent bar, build succession plans, and establish clear ownership for every product surface a customer or sales representative may ask about.
Own the product operating system.
Establish the cadence that turns strategy into shipped software and met goals, including quarterly commitments, leadership reviews, squad-level inspection, launch briefs, new product introduction (NPI), and the product-to-field handoff. Make execution predictable enough that the executive team does not have to ask whether something shipped.
Drive roadmap delivery across every product pillar.
Lead execution across Enterprise, Foundation, Observability, Experimentation, Agent Control, Automation, and the platform beneath them. Build a culture of doing what we say we are going to do.
Create portfolio discipline without slowing the company down.
Ensure new bets enter the portfolio through explicit decisions rather than hallway conversations, while preserving the flexibility to respond to market changes. Marketing dates should be commitments the product organization can confidently support.
Drive finishing.
A product is not done when version one ships; it is done when the team has iterated based on learning. A launch is not done when it ships; it is done when the field is amplifying it. A process is not done when it is written; it is done when it creates leverage for the team.
Own packaging execution and commercial outcomes.
Lead how pricing and packaging land in the product and in the field so every representative can sell the full platform and every pillar contributes to its commercial goals.
Stay close to customers and the field.
Spend time with the largest customers and most demanding evaluators, translate what you learn into product decisions, and build a process that brings customer and field insight into the roadmap at scale.
Use AI to increase product and engineering leverage.
Help the organization adopt AI-assisted development and product practices in ways that increase delivery speed while maintaining quality and judgment.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year:
The organization is complete. The leadership model is in place, product lines have the right pillar leadership, spans and layers are intentional, decision rights are clear, succession risks are understood, and the organization can continue to scale.
Delivery increases every quarter. Shipped output per team rises quarter over quarter as AI-assisted development compounds, with quality holding.
The operating system runs without the CPO driving it. Reviews, check-ins, launch briefs, and NPI happen on cadence and at a consistent bar.
The portfolio is staffed. Every initiative in flight has an explicit staffing decision and plan behind it.
The numbers move. Activation, attach, activity, and expansion targets for each pillar respond to the organization’s inputs.
The team is stronger than you found it. Product managers have more leverage, complementary strengths are valued over a uniform mold, and every hire raises the bar.
About You:
You are direct, decisive, and high-agency. You identify a problem, propose a fix, and act unless someone tells you not to.
You are a relentless simplifier, not a caretaker. When you find friction, your instinct is to remove process rather than add it. You know how to run a company of this size like a small company that ships.
You are a builder of people and move quickly on people problems. Product leaders who have worked for you say you made them better and would work for you again. You raise the bar clearly, promote based on evidence, and do not allow known performance problems to persist.
You are comfortable challenging a strategy and turning it into a sequenced portfolio. You can tell the story of an idea you pushed back on, how you used evidence to make the call, and how you maintained the relationship.
You write clearly and make decisions. You use written argument to create alignment, expect strong writing from your team, and end meetings with a decision.
You are customer-oriented and commercially grounded. You can move from a conversation with a developer or data scientist to a discussion with an executive buyer or sales leader without losing the thread.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Product Management, including 7+ years leading Product Managers and product leaders across a multi-product B2B platform
.
Experience leading Product Management at the VP, SVP, or equivalent level across a multi-product B2B platform.
Experience leading a product management organization of 20 or more product managers at a company with approximately $100M to $500M in revenue.
A track record of building and developing a product organization, rather than simply inheriting one.
Demonstrated ability to turn company strategy into a reliable operating system that delivers roadmap commitments and measurable business outcomes.
Experience working with a founder or visionary executive and converting a high volume of ideas into a sequenced, resourced portfolio.
Experience building products for engineering organizations and selling to CTOs, platform leaders, and data science teams.
Strong commercial fluency, including experience owning or materially influencing pricing, packaging, attach, expansion, and go-to-market execution.
Experience balancing enterprise and self-serve motions, including an understanding of what drives a large enterprise expansion and what creates value for a developer on a free plan.
Practical experience using AI agents in your own work and applying AI-native approaches to product management or software development. You should have clear opinions about how AI changes product management, supported by things you have shipped.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and improve delivery speed without compromising product quality.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
