About the Position
The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) is launching the Contributory Linked Incentive. The program rewards PhilHealth members who keep up their contributions with benefit top-ups and other added support. The idea is simple: paying in today protects you tomorrow.
The program's success depends on more than good design and strong administration. Members also need to understand it and trust it. They need to know why contributions matter, how PhilHealth uses the money, what benefits they can expect, and how the program protects their health over time. That includes access to tuberculosis (TB) screening, treatment, and continuity of care. Steady contributions also make the Philippines more resilient. When members keep paying in, the health financing system stays strong enough to fight TB and to detect, prevent, and respond to outbreaks, advancing global health security (GHS) goals.
PHIC therefore needs a Senior Strategic Communications Advisor to develop a coordinated communications strategy that should build understanding and support among PhilHealth members and the general public, employers and other contribution partners, hospitals and healthcare providers, including TB treatment facilities, civil society and community leaders. The Advisor will support PHIC in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support PHIC in the development and implementation of an integrated Marketing and Communications Strategy and Plan for the Contributory Linked Incentive program.
Work with the information/communications department of the Agency and other relevant offices to monitor progress, ensure alignment of timelines, and flag technical, operational, or legal risks that need swift resolution among offices
Coordinate with the Department of Health, local government units, and TB and GHS partners to keep messaging consistent.
Specific Responsibilities
The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Advisor:
Conduct key informant interviews, analysis of available and forthcoming research findings, and supervision of subsequent research efforts.
Help develop an integrated Marketing Communications Strategy and Plan for the Contributory Linked Incentive program that includes a Stakeholders engagement approach and Social Media Strategy. The plan should incorporate messaging on public awareness and use of PhilHealth TB benefits, as well as public perceptions of health security risks and emergency preparedness.
Assist the Agency in the production and development of communication materials in appropriate languages (i.e. AVPs, TVCs, RCs, social media materials), including identification and coordination with third-party communications partners, whenever needed.
Perform other related tasks assigned by the PHIC's Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Key Outputs
Marketing and Communications Strategy and Plans incorporating TB and GHS components
Stakeholder's Analysis and Engagement Plans, including TB and GHS stakeholders
Social Media Plan for PHICS and the Contributory Linked Incentive program, including TB and GHS content
Duration of Engagement
About 6 months
Reporting
The Advisor shall directly report to PHIC's Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer as the clearing house for Agency communications
The Advisor will work day-to-day with PHIC's information/communications department.
For communication products that incorporate TB and GHS, the Advisor will coordinate with the DOH National TB Program, Epidemiology Bureau, Health Promotion Bureau and the U.S. Embassy Manila – Department of State point of contact.
The Advisor will provide a detailed monthly report to the U.S. Department of State, submitted by the 5th day of the following month. Additionally, they will participate in bi-weekly calls with U.S. DOS staff. The format for reporting may be adjusted with concurrence from the DOS Grants Officer Representative

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a Helsinki-born technology company founded in 2014, with a mission to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. We do this by making the daily lives of our customers easier, giving local restaurants and stores new ways to reach customers and grow their business, and offering flexible earning opportunities to courier partners.
Wolt joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. Together, the two companies now operate a local commerce platform across more than 40 countries, combining DoorDash's technology and scale with Wolt's operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
Israel is one of Wolt's most established and strategically important markets. As the business has grown — expanding beyond food delivery into retail, new categories such as pharmacy, and emerging mobility technologies — so has the complexity of the regulatory, legislative, and public affairs environment Wolt operates in locally. The platform economy in Israel is still relatively new and evolving quickly, which makes an active, senior public policy presence essential to the business's continued growth.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Head of Public Policy, Israel, based in our Tel Aviv office, to take full ownership of Wolt's public policy function in Israel.
You’ll be joining the DoorDash International Public Policy team, working closely with global centres of excellence, cross-functional partners, and local business leadership. This role reports to the VP, International Public Policy at DoorDash / Wolt / Deliveroo, based in Helsinki.
What You'll Be Doing
Own Wolt Israel's public policy strategy: identify, map, and prioritize the regulatory risks, legislative threats, and business opportunities that matter most, and build a plan to act on them.
Build and maintain senior relationships across government — relevant ministries, regulators, and the Knesset — to advance legislation that supports responsible growth of the platform economy and to counter legislation that would harm it, with particular focus on the future of platform work.
Engage constructively with the key regulatory authorities as Wolt continues to scale in a large, fast-growing, and still-maturing platform economy market.
Build and maintain relationships with mayors and municipal leadership to protect and strengthen Wolt's operating environment at the local level.
Identify and help unlock new business opportunities that require public policy engagement, such as expansion into regulated product categories.
Support the responsible introduction of new technologies relevant to Wolt's business as they become regulatory topics in Israel, including in the space of autonomy.
Partner closely with the Communications team so that public policy positioning and public perception are aligned.
Manage Wolt's external public policy / government relations agency and other third-party advisors.
Maintain relationships with other key stakeholders relevant to the business, including the U.S. Embassy.
Our Expectations
12+ years of public policy experience, in the public sector, private sector, or (ideally) both.
A degree in law, public policy, political science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred but not required.
A demonstrated network and credibility with senior Israeli government officials, regulators, and Knesset members.
Direct experience with, or strong understanding of, labor and platform-economy policy issues.
Experience navigating regulatory authorities.
Comfortable operating independently at a senior level — able to set strategy and represent the company externally, but equally willing to do the hands-on work of research and writing.
Experience managing external agencies or consultants.
A legal background or degree is an advantage, though not required.
Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English, with the ability to translate Israel-specific context for a global audience.
Prior experience working within a global or matrixed corporate structure is an advantage.
Comfortable working closely with Legal, Communications, and other cross-functional teams.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Directorate of Maternal, Child, Adolescent and Youth Health (DSM/E/A/J) is responsible for implementing public health policies related to maternal and child health. Its core mandate is to reduce maternal, neonatal, infant morbidity and mortality. Infant and neonatal mortality remain a constant concern in the country despite ongoing efforts by the government and its partners. Continuous availability of medicines and inputs for maternal, neonatal, and child health is a fundamental pillar for reducing maternal, neonatal, and infant morbidity and mortality.
In recent years, the national supply chain management system has undergone significant evolution characterized by:
The progressive strengthening of quantification and supply planning mechanisms
The increasing use of logistics data generated from DHIS2
The progressive reinforcement of the Quantification Analytics Tool (QAT) as the national reference tool for forecasts and supply planning
A growing need for advanced analysis of logistics data to improve continuous availability of inputs.
Given the complex logistics challenges, DSM/E/A/J requires support from a dedicated technical specialist to lead, optimize, and secure all processes within its supply chain. Accordingly, these Terms of Reference have been developed to recruit a high-level technical assistant who will support DSM/E/A/J in the effective use of the QAT tool and in strengthening mechanisms for planning, storage, distribution, and the continuous coordination of the system.
The Advisor will support the e-Maternal, Child, Adolescent and Youth Health Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to DSM/E/A/J in the overall management, operational monitoring, and strategic optimization of the supply chain for maternal and child health medicines and health products—from needs planning to last-mile delivery.
Quantification and Review:
Provide technical support for annual quantification exercises for maternal and child health products using the QAT tool and lead periodic revisions based on actual consumption data and available stocks.
Order Management and Follow-Up:
Coordinate with partners on order management and ensure rigorous monitoring of delivery timelines to prevent stockouts
Strengthen strategic use of logistics data for decision-making
Support the institutionalization of QAT as the national reference tool for forecasting and supply planning
Develop mechanisms for validation, triangulation, and quality control of logistics data
Support performance monitoring of warehousing and distribution carried out by ONPPC
Develop dashboards and supply chain performance indicators
Develop SOPs, guidelines, and standardized tools
Support the formalization of processes
Organize capacity-building sessions
Contribute to the progressive autonomy of national teams
Document achievements and institutionalized mechanisms.
Expected Results
Through this support, DSM/E/A/J aims to achieve:
Sustainable improvement in the quality of logistics data
Better capacity to anticipate stockouts
Institutionalization of QAT as the single source for logistics data management and quantification
Development of a data-driven management culture
Strengthened supply chain performance monitoring
Improved visibility of logistics risks
Progressive strengthening of national technical autonomy.

About the Position
Niger submitted a request to Gavi for support in optimizing Cold Chain Equipment (CCEOP). This submission includes a renewal and equipment allocation plan at the operational level over five years, from 2017 to 2021.
With UNICEF’s support, Niger updated the inventory of cold chain equipment in May 2017. The update revealed gaps in geographic coverage, storage capacity, and conservation capacity both at district levels and service delivery points, including Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and health posts (HP). The platform will enable the country to improve its supply chain and cold chain by increasing coverage with certified refrigerators and contribute to efforts to strengthen vaccination coverage and equity.
The Directorate of Immunization (DI) is responsible for implementing the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) across its five components. DI must guarantee the supply and quality of vaccines up to the last mile of the supply chain, to ensure continuity of vaccination services. Vaccines are biological products requiring the availability and functionality of cold chain equipment (CCE) to ensure their effectiveness. Niger has adopted a policy promoting the use of new technologies, including solar-powered refrigerators, refrigerators with cooling jackets, and freezers for which this CCEOP support request was submitted to Gavi in October 2016.
The updated inventory documented that at the service delivery level, 3,767 structures were recorded, including 1,361 Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and 2,409 other service delivery structures (health posts, clinics, and hospitals) that provide vaccination services. Among these structures, 2,491 (66%) have equipment, including 1,322 CSIs (35%) and 1,169 other structures (31%). Furthermore, a total of 1,279 structures (34%) has no cold chain equipment (refrigerator), including 39 CSIs (1%) and 1,240 other structures (33%).
Of the total 4,046 cold chain equipment units:
2,899 (72%) are solar refrigerators,
950 (23%) are electric
197 (5%) are gas-powered.
Among these, 279 units (7%) must be discarded due to obsolescence or irreparable complex failures.
In implementing this project, UNICEF plays an important role in managing procurement, from ordering to installation of equipment at districts and CSIs. UNICEF, through its supply center, handles procurement and has contracted two manufacturers (represented in Niger by two service providers), to implement the equipment operational deployment plan submitted by DI.
To support this effort, the U.S. State Department, through the LEAP project, is providing the Directorate of Immunization with a National Technical Assistant (TA) to help implement the CCEOP2 operational deployment plan, oversee installation and user training, support GEV preparation, and monitor vaccine management for a period of at least one year.
As part of the implementation of the MOU between the Government of Niger and the Government of the United States, specialized technical assistance is envisioned to support the strengthening of the health system, particularly through the Health Information System and digital health.
The Directorate of e-Health plays a central role in coordinating, providing technical guidance, harmonizing, documenting, securing, and monitoring digital initiatives in the health sector. It must ensure that digital platforms and solutions are coherent, interoperable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with national priorities.
The Ministry currently has several platforms and business systems used for data collection, reporting, analysis, and utilization. However, significant challenges remain including fragmentation of solutions, insufficient documentation, interoperability needs, variable data quality, difficulties in user support, insufficient ongoing training, and the need to strengthen data sovereignty and protection.
The recruitment of an Advisor in HIS and Digital Health will strengthen the operational capacities of the Directorate of e-Health, providing cross-cutting support to technical directorates and programs, particularly for needs related to maternal and child health and malaria, without replacing the structures responsible for the programs.
The Advisor will support the e-Health Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support the Directorate of e-Health in coordinating digital initiatives, preparing technical meetings, notes, reports, presentations, and monitoring documents.
Support the implementation of the e-Health master plan, roadmaps, action plans, annual priorities, and partner-supported activities.
Support the technical and functional monitoring of priority platforms such as DHIS2, eCHIS/CommCare, OpenClinic, mSupply/eLMIS, STELab, dashboards, and other solutions adopted by the Ministry.
Contribute to the mapping of data flows, indicators, and organizational units, the documentation of workflows, and the progressive application of interoperability standards.
Support the improvement of data quality, analysis, visualization, and use for decision-making, particularly in the areas of maternal health, child health, and malaria.
Contribute to addressing requirements related to data protection, cybersecurity, classification of digital interventions, service continuity, and digital sovereignty.
Support the establishment of sustainable mechanisms for training, e-learning, helpdesk services, knowledge base, user documentation, and skills transfer.
Produce and maintain guides, procedures, terms of reference, technical notes, reports, training materials, and knowledge capitalization documents.
Expected Results
The Directorate of e-Health has close, structured, results-oriented technical support.
Digital initiatives are better coordinated, better documented, and better aligned with the master plan.
Priority platforms, data, and interoperability workflows are better monitored.
Security, data protection, and digital sovereignty requirements are better addressed.
The capacities of national teams and users are sustainably strengthened.
Improved HIS for maternal and child health and malaria.
Expected Deliverables
Technical assistance work plan;
Technical notes, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations supporting the Directorate of e-Health;
Mapping platforms, data flows, interoperability needs, and prioritization matrices;
Contributions to Terms of Reference, specifications, guides, SOPs, procedures, and action plans;
Training materials, skills transfer documents, and knowledge base content;
Monthly or quarterly technical assistance reports, with operational recommendations.
REPORTING
:
The Advisor will provide a detailed monthly report to the U.S. Department of State submitted by the 5th day of the following month. Qualifications
University degree at Master's level (Bac+5) or higher in computer science, information systems, public health, statistics, epidemiology, data management, digital health, systems engineering, or an equivalent field.
At least five to seven years of experience in health information systems, digital health, health platform management, data analysis, interoperability, technical documentation, or institutional support.
Experience working with a Ministry of Health, a central directorate, a national program, a health project, or a technical partner; knowledge of the Niger context and digital sovereignty issues.
Good knowledge of the e-Health master plan/strategy, its strategic pillars, priority projects, governance mechanisms, and implementation requirements;
Strong command of digital health standards, principles, and frameworks, including the classification of digital interventions, architecture frameworks, interoperability standards, and data governance best practices;

Ability to translate business needs into clear, realistic, and actionable functional and technical requirements for service providers and technical teams;
Ability to produce professional documents: Terms of Reference, specifications, technical notes, reports, procedures, user guides, and training materials;

The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
As a member of Ramp’s Financial Crimes Compliance Team, you will play a key role in executing Ramp’s Anti–money laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance program. You will be responsible for conducting investigations, preparing unusual and suspicious activity reports (UARs, SARs), driving process improvement, and supporting AI and automation initiatives for the AML program.
This role is primarily focused on comprehensive investigations arising from escalated transaction-monitoring alerts and internal referrals. You will evaluate the customer relationship and relevant activity holistically, document clear and defensible risk conclusions, and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs when appropriate. You will flex into other Financial Crimes Compliance workflows as business needs evolve, including sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and enhanced due diligence reviews.
You will also help strengthen how Financial Crimes Compliance operates. This is an opportunity for someone who combines rigorous risk-based judgment with a builder mindset: improving review workflows, quality standards, and procedures while partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Data (PEDD) to develop the tooling, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that will allow Ramp to scale responsibly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, has strong analytical and investigative skills, and is excited about building scalable processes to support Ramp’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead comprehensive investigations of escalated transaction-monitoring alerts and internal referrals, maintaining appropriate case documentation, making defensible risk-based decisions, and meeting regulatory reporting obligations.
- Recommend account actions or restrictions based on financial crimes risk, and present findings and recommendations to the Account Review Board.
- Draft and file SARs and prepare applicable partner reporting, ensuring narratives are clear, evidence-based, timely, and confidential.
- Conduct secondary and peer reviews of investigations and filings, strengthening quality, consistency, and investigator judgment.
- Identify and drive practical improvements to investigation workflows, procedures, quality standards, tooling, and training.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, PEDD, and Operations to build scalable workflows, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Flex into other Financial Crimes Compliance work, including sanctions, PEPs, customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence reviews, as program needs require.
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BSA/AML advisory or operations teams, with at least 2 years in BSA/AML investigations
- Demonstrated experience drafting and filing SARs and making recommendations to leadership on account actions such as offboarding or risk acceptance
- At least 1 year of experience conducting secondary or peer reviews of financial-crimes investigations
- Deep knowledge of money-laundering and terrorist-financing typologies, with the ability to apply that knowledge to Ramp’s products, payment flows, and business-customer risk.
- Demonstrated experience improving financial-crimes processes, procedures, controls, tooling, training, or quality standards.
- AI fluency, including the ability to design repeatable, validated multi-step AI-assisted workflows with clear inputs, outputs, review checkpoints, and defined processes to identify, correct, and improve unreliable results.
- Prior Fintech experience
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with bank partners, card issuers, payment partners, or other regulated financial-services partners, including diligence requests, audits, reporting, or operational escalations.
- ACAMS certification or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience delivering automation or AI-assisted workflow improvements in a regulated compliance environment.

About the product
Total Battle is an MMO 4X strategy game with deep political systems and intense player-to-player interaction. Players build cities, forge alliances, fight monsters, and compete for dominance. The game runs on mobile and web, with millions of active players, which means every technical decision we make is felt at scale.
Why this role exists
Our framework team carries a wide mandate: we own the foundation that every game feature is built on — from the rendering and UI layer to the asset pipeline, build system, debug tooling, and developer documentation. That foundation has real problems today.
🎯Our mission: create a reliable foundation for product development — simple, fast, and high-quality — so that game features can be built without friction.
Right now we have two codebases (C++ mobile, C# Unity), slow developer iteration cycles, UI that only engineers can touch, and technical constraints that limit what we can ship. This hire is part of the team that will fundamentally solve these problems — and make sure they never come back.
What you'll work on
Your area of ownership spans the full client platform stack:
- Framework core and LibRocket integration
- Game engine layer and cross-platform support
- Tooling for artists, animators, and UI/UX specialists
- Build pipeline, CI, and test infrastructure
- App initialization and startup performance
- Debug tooling and observability
- Developer regulations and documentation
Near-term tasks in the backlog include: building an extensible asset loader, reducing nullptr risk, improving code testability, lowering the cost of adding debug functionality, and moving to a unified build pipeline. Alongside this, the team is validating an experiment that may lead to building a new client from scratch — a significant greenfield opportunity.
The north star
We're working toward a single codebase across all platforms, where business logic is engine-agnostic and platform-specific code lives only at the framework level. Features will be isolated modules with explicit interfaces and dependencies. Artists and animators will be able to see their work in the game without a developer in the loop. The game will react to player actions instantly — no spinners, no rollbacks. And no waiting on store review to ship fixes.
That's where we're going. Your job is to help get us there.
Who you are
We're looking for an engineer who goes deeper than the task description. When given a problem, you dig for the root cause before proposing a solution. You think in products: MVP first, iterate, measure against real metrics. You design APIs that don't become roadblocks six months later.
- Self-directed: you work from a problem statement, not a step-by-step spec
- Product-minded: you decompose work into deliverable slices and validate assumptions early
- Strong system designer: your APIs are clean, flexible, and future-proof
- Proactive: you identify problems others have accepted and propose solutions
- Communicates clearly in Russian: your day-to-day communication with your direct team
- Communicates clearly in technical English: written RFCs, code review, cross-team discussion
We're not looking for someone who wants a clearly scoped ticket to execute, or someone whose primary motivation is building gameplay features. This team builds the platform that makes gameplay possible.
Requirements
- 3+ years of C++ (17+) or similar experience in a client application at a product company
- Strong grasp of design principles and patterns (and knowing when not to use them)
- Experience with task decomposition and iterative delivery
- Proficiency in technical English (reading docs, writing RFCs, async collaboration)
Nice to have
- Active use of LLMs in your work to significantly boost your productivity
- Experience with game engines or framework-level development
- Commercial experience with Cocos2d-x
- Experience with Unity (C#)
- Familiarity with cross-platform build systems (CMake, CI pipelines)
How we work
You'll receive a problem, not a ticket. You're expected to explore the context, identify the root cause, propose and align on a solution, ship it, and then verify it worked based on feedback and metrics. Delivery is incremental: proof of concept to validate a hypothesis, then a full solution. Predictability matters as much as output.
After 12 months, a great hire here is fully autonomous — picking up problems that span both technical and product dimensions, delivering in predictable increments, and raising the capability of the people around them.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
