About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and scaling Anthropic's consulting, GSIs and AI-native boutique partners in France.
You will be working closely with the sales team to make sure customers are adopting AI through our partners.
This is a builder role, not a manager role.
Given Anthropic's stage, we need someone who has proven they can take partnerships from zero to scaled revenue engines — someone who has built these relationships from the ground up, not just inherited and managed existing ones.
Responsibilities:
Partnerships and execution:
You will engage closely with the sales team to understand how partners can support customer Claude adoption
You will guide partners in creating repeatable customer solutions that address specific use cases across industries including financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, public sector, and professional services.
Performance and KPI ownership:
Own and drive key performance indicators, partner-influenced revenue, partner delivery, consultants trained and certified
Every deal influenced through your partner portfolio must be architected for customer success and long-term value expansion. You will establish success criteria for joint accounts, ensure proper implementation and adoption support, and create feedback loops that drive continuous improvement.
Report on partnership health, progress, and commercial outcomes with data-driven insights
Market Development & Brand Building
Amplify the Anthropic brand in France strategic partner relationships
Develop and execute market-specific GTM strategies adapted to local business practices and cultural nuances
Navigate local regulatory, compliance, and data sovereignty considerations
Create competitive differentiation through unique partner capabilities and joint value propositions
You may be a good fit if you have:
Builder mentality — comfortable starting from zero and creating scaled partnerships
Fluent in English and French
8+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships, ideally within cloud, AI/ML, or platform businesses
Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes and KPI attainment. Track record of driving incremental revenues through partnerships in the region
History of delivering exceptional customer success and brand protection through partner channels
Competitive drive — obsessed with winning and creating differentiation
Collaborative approach with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, product, marketing, and regional teams
Passion for AI and alignment with Anthropic's mission of beneficial AI development
Working Relationships
You will formally report to the International Partnerships leader, while your day-to-day work will be led by our South EMEA Partnerships lead. You will also partner closely with Anthropic's regional sales leader and their Account Executives, as well as the in-region Customer Success and Applied AI teams.
Location and Travel
This role will be based in Paris, France with travel expected to engage with partners and customers externally.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€220.000
—
€260.000 EUR
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS TEAM?
Internal Infrastructure builds the infrastructure and tools used to train, evaluate, and serve Cohere's foundation models. You will work with AI researchers and ML engineers on stability, scalability, and observability. The work accelerates the models behind Cohere's platform, North.
You will own the developer platform researchers use to write, build, and debug training code: dev environments, container images, CI, and training instrumentation. The role includes a compensated 24x7 on-call rotation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run secure developer environments that stay controlled and accelerate developer velocity as the research org scales.
- Own container image build and CI/CD tooling.
- Instrument training code and build self-service tooling so researchers can see why a run failed and debug it themselves.
- Set infrastructure best practices through AI enablement, documentation, and office hours.
- Troubleshoot production failures and performance problems, and leave the system easier to operate than you found it.
- Build automation, infrastructure-as-code, and observability so the platform stays maintainable.
We hire at more than one level. We set level based on the scope you've owned and how independently you drive work.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Run a developer platform in production: CI, image builds, dev environments, or internal tooling that many engineers depend on.
- Made ML engineers or researchers faster without making the platform fragile.
- Enough Linux and Kubernetes to debug production systems. Experience operating a GPU cluster is a plus.
- Written software in Python or Go. You would rather extend a solid open-source project than rebuild it.
- Worked with researchers, ML engineers, or another team whose goals were not identical to yours.
- Found a bottleneck, proposed a fix, and driven it in a fast-moving environment.
If this does not line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)

You will build the platform that runs training, evaluation, and reinforcement-learning workloads: job lifecycle, scheduling, workload networking, and the storage those jobs depend on. The role includes a compensated 24x7 on-call rotation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the platform that schedules and runs training, evaluation, and reinforcement-learning jobs on Kubernetes: who gets capacity, what happens when a job fails, and how a researcher finds out whether the platform caused it.
- Build the networking and runtime isolation those workloads need, including agent and sandbox environments.
- Work with the data infrastructure team on storage for checkpoints and other training artifacts.
- Troubleshoot production failures and performance problems, and leave the system easier to operate than you found it.
- Build automation, infrastructure-as-code, and observability so the platform stays maintainable.
We hire at more than one level. We set level based on the scope you've owned and how independently you drive work.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Run a job platform, batch system, or Kubernetes controllers in production. Scheduling, queues, and multi-tenant fairness are central to this work.
- Shown distributed systems judgment: retries, partial failure, and knowing what not to automate.
- Worked on ML training workflows, RL sandboxes, container networking (CNI), or checkpoint storage at scale. Direct GPU-cluster experience is a plus.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Forward Software Engineer, you will build the systems behind some of the hardest problems Mistral takes on.
You join our team of engineers in Applied AI. We gravitate towards hard problems, decide how to solve them, and ship fast. You work closely with our customer-facing teams, and what works goes into production with our customers and across the company. When a project needs it, you work directly on customer engagements.
We're looking for a strong software engineer who has shipped agentic or GenAI systems to production. You've felt the pain of agents that work in the demo and fall apart on real tasks: tool calls that fail silently, loops that never end, and quality that drifts after launch. That production depth is your edge. You build across the stack, and you'd rather ship a plain UI on a solid foundation than a polished UI on a fragile one.
You think like a founder. You start from the customer's problem, not the technology. You measure success by the value you deliver, and you care about building experiences people love to use. You like working at the edge of what AI can do today, and you push past it.
Your scope is end to end, from first prototype to production. You help set the standard for how the team builds agents that are reliable, observable, and safe to run against sensitive systems.
Security is a big part of where we're heading. If you're drawn to it, that's a strong plus. You might come from security with a real interest in AI engineering, or from AI engineering with a real interest in security. Both paths fit. Curiosity about how systems break, and a habit of learning fast from the people who know the domain, matter. Experience at a security company counts too.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build AI systems end to end, from first prototype to production.
- Design the agent architecture: orchestration, tool use, memory, retrieval, and the interfaces between agents and the systems they act on.
- Build across the stack, from backend services and APIs to the interfaces people use to work with agents.
- Turn what works for one customer into patterns and platforms that work across many, without rebuilding each time.
- Make systems hold up under real load: throughput, latency, cost, and failure recovery are part of the design from the start.
- Build security into agents from day one: permissions, sandboxing, prompt-injection defenses, and audit trails for agents that touch sensitive systems.
- Build the evaluation loop: task-level evals, tracing, and checks that catch agent failures and quality drift before customers do.
- Work with researchers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to turn hard problems into systems people rely on.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have 5+ years building production software, with at least one agentic or GenAI system shipped to production that you ran after launch.
- You have full ability to ship across the stack: proficient NodeJS e.g. NextJS/Express/Fastify or similar or Python e.g. FastAPI. You are confident with TypeScript + React/NextJS or similar. Solid beats polished.
- You have hands-on depth in agent design: orchestration, tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and the ways agents fail in the real world.
- You work autonomously: you find the problem, decide the approach, and own the outcome.
- You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and are fluent in English.
- You ship in increments and are obsessed with time to value
- You have product judgment: you learn what users need through customer-facing teams, cut scope hard, and care how the result feels to use.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE
- Open-source contributions, particularly in agents or LLMs.
- Experience deploying and running what you build: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- A security background in application, cloud, or AI security, such as prompt injection, securing agents, or supply chain (SBOM, SLSA). If that's you, flag it in your application.
- Experience building for security workflows, such as alert triage, threat hunting, or investigation agents, or with SIEM, XDR, or SOAR tooling.
HOW WE WORK IN APPLIED AI
- We care about people and outputs.
- What matters is what you ship, not the time you spend on it
- Bureaucracy is where urgency goes to vanish. You talk to whoever you need to talk to. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not from copying what worked before
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct, timely, and given because we care.
- No politics. Low ego, high standards.
- We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

You work closely with our customer-facing teams, and what works goes into production with our customers and across the company. When a project needs it, you work directly on customer engagements.
We're looking for a strong software engineer who builds end to end and has shipped ML or GenAI systems to production. You've felt the pain of models that pass every eval and fail on real data, and of quality that drifts after launch. You've also felt the data engineering pain: pipelines that break silently, schemas that change under you, and backfills that take a weekend. Data engineering is your edge. You turn messy, large-scale data into systems that hold up.
You think like a founder. You start from the customer's problem, not the technology. You measure success by the value you deliver, and you care about building experiences people love to use. You like working at the edge of what AI can do today, and you push past it.
Your scope is end to end, from first prototype to production. Your depth in data architecture helps set the standard for how the team designs and delivers systems. You know lakehouse and data mesh patterns well enough to know when they fit and when they're overkill. You've designed ontologies and data models, and you know that getting them right is as much art as science.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build AI systems end to end, from first prototype to production.
- Design the data architecture underneath them: ingestion, processing, storage, and the data models and ontologies that make messy data usable.
- Build distributed pipelines that process large volumes of documents, code, logs, and multimodal content for retrieval, agentic workflows, and fine-tuning.
- Turn what works for one customer into patterns and platforms that work across many, without rebuilding each time.
- Make systems hold up under real load: throughput, latency, cost, and failure recovery are part of the design from the start.
- Build data governance into the systems themselves: ownership, access control, lineage, retention, and privacy for sensitive enterprise data.
- Build the evaluation loop: labeling with LLMs and humans, versioned eval datasets, and checks that catch quality drift before customers do.
- Set the standard for how the team designs and ships data systems.
- Work with researchers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to turn hard problems into systems people rely on.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have full ability to ship across the stack: proficient NodeJS e.g. NextJS/Express/Fastify or similar or Python e.g. FastAPI. You are confident with TypeScript + React/NextJS or similar. Solid beats polished.
- You have 5+ years of experience building and running production data-intensive pipelines with distributed processing (for example Spark, Ray, Beam, or Dask) and orchestration tools (for example Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect) with structured and unstructured data.
- You have experience with retrieval-augmented generation, agentic use cases, or LLM evaluation, and a clear view of how data quality drives model quality.
- You work autonomously: you find the problem, decide the approach, and own the outcome.
- You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and are fluent in English.
- You ship in increments, are obsessed with time to value and are comfortable making and articulating product-technical tradeoffs.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE
- A passion for graph-based systems (e.g. Neo4j) and ontology design
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines for LLM training, fine-tuning, or evaluation, and contributions to open-source projects, particularly in data or LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with data governance and privacy requirements (for example GDPR), secure data handling, CI/CD and infrastructure as code, or an affinity for security engineering.
