We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the US EST.
About Product Management
As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential.
Product Managers are the bridge that connects R&D to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers.
The role
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you'll own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. That includes
Grafana Federal Cloud
, for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability: US federal agencies; state, local, and education (SLED) customers; and commercial companies that sell FedRAMP offerings of their own. It also includes
Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC)
, which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider, saving them significantly at scale.
Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. Deployment choices change the product: features that are simple in standard SaaS can be hard, expensive, or impossible in a regulated or customer-owned environment. You’ll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud. You'll also help shape which deployment models we offer next.
Along the way, you’ll use AI tools daily to speed up research, analyze product signals, and develop positioning, applying strong judgment to the results.
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products, using product data and market research to balance customer value against engineering cost and technical constraints
Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products, including how they compare to regular Grafana Cloud, and partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs
Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity
Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals and brief partners, resellers, and analysts on our deployment options
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments
We’re excited about you because you have
5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product,
or
a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership
Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics
Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships
Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required.
Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization
Bonus Points
Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud
Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products
Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners
Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Ireland.

This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
Application Core Services (AppCore) is a group within Platform, in the Foundations department. Foundations produces the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) and partners closely with our Cloud, Enterprise, and Grafana teams. Our team develops the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations. We utilize the grafana.com platform to engineer bespoke integrations and solutions that unify the diverse technical ecosystem of a modern software enterprise.
The team owns important domain areas that help keep both our customer workflows and internal business processes running smoothly. AppCore is made up of multiple squads, each focused on one or more of these domains. Our work includes maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculations, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the user portal our customers rely on to manage their accounts.
This is a team working at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. The systems we build are critical to how Grafana Cloud scales. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex workflow and systems problems, improving reliability and developer experience, and building software that directly supports both customers and internal stakeholders.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a unique perspective to the software. Engineers at Grafana Labs also have the opportunity to contribute to Open Source communities and collaborate across teams beyond their immediate scope.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Usage squad owns the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations and customer usage calculations. Our domain encompasses maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculation, cost management and billing applications, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the customer user portal.
Our work sits at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. We build full-stack web applications, customer portals, backend services, APIs, and data integrations across internal Grafana platforms and third-party systems like NetSuite and Salesforce. When this domain works well, customers get clear usage visibility, reliable billing, and seamless account management workflows. This role is about 75% FrontEnd and 25% BackEnd.
Design, build, operate, and evolve reliable full-stack web applications, customer-facing account portals, and backend services that power core customer usage and billing workflows
Build and maintain backend APIs (Golang, Node.js) and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, React)
Design and maintain integrations between Grafana systems and external business platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Develop and automate business logic for customer usage metering, pricing structures, promotions, and billing reconciliation
Collaborate across product management, DealOps, GTM, Support, and adjacent AppCore squads to deliver robust end-to-end features
Address technical debt, optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen test coverage, and improve system observability and operational resilience
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while shaping pragmatic solutions for complex systems challenges
Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, OnCall improvements, and long-term simplification of stack operations
You will help own the production behavior of the systems you build. That includes improving runbooks, dashboards, alerts, reconciliation safety, rollout controls, and recovery procedures. You should be comfortable debugging across service boundaries and making careful changes in systems that affect customer stacks
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At Grafana, we actively embrace AI-assisted and agentic development practices, integrating these technologies into both our engineering workflows and the systems we deliver. We encourage our engineers to thoughtfully leverage AI tools to enhance every stage of the lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, documentation, and operations. We also look for strategic opportunities to embed agentic capabilities within our services to eliminate toil, bolster reliability, and ensure that complex customer workflows remain resilient and safe.
We are seeking a Staff FullStack Engineer who thrives on building production systems where correctness, scalability, and user experience are paramount. As a remote-first organization, you should be comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones and taking full ownership of the critical systems powering Grafana Cloud. Our team is small and operates with a high degree of independence; you will be expected to lead major projects, coordinate across service boundaries, and help define the technical direction for our domain.
You will be particularly successful in this role if you enjoy solving challenges related to stateful systems, eventual consistency, and reconciliation loops. We value engineers who can take ambiguous lifecycle requirements and transform them into explicit, modular solutions. You should be adept at breaking down complex systems work into safe, iterative increments while clearly communicating technical tradeoffs to both internal stakeholders and adjacent product teams.
Some things you might be expected to do could include:
Writing efficient, readable, and easy to maintain code
Designing new microservices or systems
Collaborating with teammates and other departments to reach consensus on proposed solutions
Coordinating with product and UX when needed
Responding to customer requests and feedback
When ready, participating in our follow-the-sun OnCall rotation
Participating in team decisions, such as roadmap planning and prioritization
Requirements:
You have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience
You have worked on a big SaaS platform and dealt with common distributed systems problems (e.g. scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA, …)
Strong professional experience with backend technologies (Golang, Node.js) as well as modern frontend web development (TypeScript, React)
Care deeply about developer and user experience and the quality of the products that you work on
Have some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, and brainstorming ideas to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
You write clean, robust, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, operate, and maintain
Have experience with mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative but asynchronous environment
Can take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve tight learning loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively
You are willing to work across teams. Your work has to be aligned with the needs of other squads and external stakeholders. You make your plans transparent, bring stakeholders on board, and are open to feedback and suggestions
Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.)
Bonus Points For:
Experience with high-volume usage metering, billing engines, or customer-facing cost management applications
Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations with third-party business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces)
Experience with frontend component libraries, design systems, and modern CSS-in-JS tooling
Familiarity with cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS provisioning/tenancy patterns
Experience working on SaaS provisioning, tenancy, regional expansion, plugin rollout, or customer lifecycle systems
Experience with incident response involving configuration drift, partial failure, or cross-service state mismatch

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products our customers know and trust. It's a good time to join a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work.
About the Role
Product Finance covers two things: how our products perform, and what they cost to build, run, and support. This role owns the cost and investment side, as the finance partner to the Product and Customer Support organizations.
You'll own the operating expense P&L for both organizations — headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, annual planning, monthly close, and budget-vs-actuals — and work with those leaders on where to spend and what to trade off.
You'll also build our view of product investment at the portfolio level: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that means for how the roadmap gets funded. That includes bringing cost of revenue and unit economics into the picture, so we can talk about product margin rather than just product spend. This is how we'll decide where to invest and where to pull back.
You'll build our cost-to-serve view as well — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support.
Expect close work with Product Managers, Support and Engineering leaders, Pricing, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting, and regular exposure to senior leadership as we scale toward public company readiness.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our New York, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Serve as the finance business partner to Product and Customer Support leadership — own their budgets, partner on spend decisions, and flag risks, trade-offs, and reallocation opportunities early.
Own the annual operating plan for both organizations, including headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, and quarterly reforecasts.
Own monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis — budget vs. actuals with clear driver explanations and forward-looking implications.
Build the portfolio view of product investment: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that implies for roadmap funding and resource allocation.
Bring cost of revenue and product unit economics into that view, working with the teams that own the underlying cost data.
Build cost-to-serve analytics — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support.
Build business cases for new product investments and major roadmap decisions, including the economics of retiring or consolidating products, and provide Pricing with the unit economics behind packaging and monetization changes.
Co-own the Product Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reviews with the product top-line lead, so cost and performance are presented together.
Improve how this work gets done — better data models, less manual assembly, and AI applied to recurring analysis.
What We're Looking For
4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or consulting, including ownership of a model or forecast that others relied on.
Experience owning an operating expense budget, or partnering with a non-finance organization on its spend.
Strong modeling skills across both driver-based revenue forecasts and operating expense and headcount models.
Working knowledge of software and subscription economics — ARR, NRR, ARPA, expansion, gross margin — ideally in a usage-based business.
Comfort working directly with large and complex datasets. SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
Ability to turn analysis into a clear recommendation and present it to Product, Support, and senior leadership.
Interest in how software gets built and what it costs to run.
Nice to Have
Product or Engineering finance partnership at a software, data infrastructure, or developer tools company.
Hands-on product margin, cost of revenue, or cost-to-serve analysis.
Experience supporting a Customer Support, Services, or other cost-to-serve organization.
Usage-based pricing, packaging, or monetization modeling.
Planning and BI tools (Pigment, Looker, Tableau, Sigma) and lightweight automation in Python or SQL.
Experience through a period of rapid scaling or IPO preparation.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for Ramp Advisory LLC, our SEC-registered investment adviser. This is a high-accountability, build-and-own role. You will own and be accountable for the firm's compliance program in house, and be the gatekeeper who protects clients and the firm while keeping pace with how fast Ramp ships product. You will report to Ramp's Head of Compliance, with direct access to Ramp Advisory's senior leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as Ramp Advisory LLC’s designated CCO, with independent authority over the design, execution and effectiveness of the compliance program
- Act as the firm’s primary point of contact with the SEC, and represent the program, product and key compliance decisions with regulators
- Maintain the firm’s policies and procedures, Code of Ethics, and Form ADV and amendments, and conduct the annual compliance review
- Provide compliance advice and sign-off on marketing materials, customer disclosures, onboarding agreements and product changes
- Own books and records, communications monitoring, complaints handling, employee training, and access-person and personal-trading requirements
- Oversee key financial partners and vendors from a compliance standpoint
- Shape customer onboarding strategy, partnering with Product, Engineering and Customer Experience to build scalable controls and monitoring
- Build and maintain the firm’s anti-money laundering program
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years in investment adviser compliance, including prior experience as a CCO or deputy CCO of an SEC-registered adviser
- Experience in the fintech space
- Deep working knowledge of the Advisers Act and SEC expectations
- Direct experience supporting SEC examinations and interfacing with regulators
- Experience overseeing custodian, broker-dealer or sub-adviser relationships
- Sound, independent judgment: the ability to make and defend compliance decisions in real time, grounded in regulatory guidance, and to hold a position with senior stakeholders
- AI fluency and demonstrated experience using AI and automation to build and scale compliance programs
- Comfort operating as a standalone compliance lead in a fast-moving environment
- Experience building controls and leading program design initiatives in partnership with engineering teams and cross-functional partners
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a compliance program at a high-growth company
- Experience with cash management or fixed income strategies
- Experience with digital or technology-enabled advisory models

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Employment Counsel to join Ramp's Legal team. This is a generalist employment role with broad scope. You will handle U.S. employment counseling as your base load, cover non-U.S. jurisdictions as needed, and own immigration and global mobility. You will partner directly with People, Talent, Total Rewards, Finance, Tax, Equity Admin, Compliance, and business leaders, and you will manage outside counsel in jurisdictions where we do not hold the expertise in house. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you will cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Day-to-day employment counseling: Advise People partners and managers on hiring, worker classification, compensation, leaves and accommodations, performance management, discipline, separations, and more
- Immigration and global mobility: Collaborate with the People team on the immigration program, including work authorization outside the U.S. Set and communicate the sponsorship policy, manage outside immigration counsel and case volume, and partner with Talent on offer-stage decisions. Support relocations, cross-border remote work requests, and business travel, and work with Finance and Tax on permanent establishment and mobility tax exposure
- Investigations: Collaborate with the People team on internal investigations and advise on findings and outcomes
- Disputes: Handle demand letters, agency charges, arbitrations, and litigation with outside counsel
- Agreements and templates: Own offer letters, employment agreements, separation and release agreements, contractor and consultant agreements, restrictive covenants, and the local-law variants of each
- Transactions: Support employment and immigration diligence, employee transitions, and post-close integration for M&A and new-market entry
- Build for scale: Produce manager training, policies, self-serve guidance, and repeatable processes as we expand in the US and globally
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years practicing employment law, with a combination of top law firm and in-house experience at a high-growth technology company
- JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York or California preferred)
- Deep U.S. employment counseling experience across the full employee lifecycle, including wage and hour, leaves and accommodations, investigations, performance management, and separations
- Working knowledge of employment law outside the U.S. and the judgment to triage a cross-border question quickly
- Hands-on experience with U.S. business immigration and global mobility, including running a sponsorship program and managing immigration counsel at volume
- Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive matters
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can turn an employment law question into guidance a manager can act on in one reading
- High judgment on sensitive and confidential matters, and the steadiness to advise on them under time pressure
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built, and a bias toward action
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company
- Experience standing up employment infrastructure in a new country, including EOR-to-entity transitions and works council or employee representative consultation
- Employment experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada
- A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Growth at Kraken is being rebuilt around an AI-native platform. Instead of people manually building audiences, writing copy, adjusting budgets, and scheduling sends, agents find opportunities, make decisions, and execute across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. They learn from every result and keep going.
People still run the system. Operators use a central hub to set the rules the agents follow, review and approve what they produce, and handle exceptions when something doesn’t fit. The platform also has to work across many markets and languages, and it operates in a regulated industry, so there are compliance checks and approval steps built in.
The team is a small, cross-functional group of growth, product, and engineering people who build this platform and run it day to day. We ship often, learn fast, and raise the quality bar with every release. You will work most closely with the engineers building the platform, the product team defining how operators use it, and the operators who rely on it every day. QA and operations is how the whole team knows the platform can be trusted.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will own day-to-day operations and QA for our internal growth platform. You test it, catch problems before our customers do, keep approvals and exception queues moving, and report on how it’s performing. You will work closely with product, engineering and operators to make sure the platform works and keeps working.
- This is a hands-on, detail-focused role. You will spend your days in the product, testing what’s new, checking what should already work, and writing up what you find so it gets fixed.
- Test the platform regularly. Cover new releases, rule changes, and edge cases, and run regression checks to make sure existing features still work.
- Find bugs and document them clearly, with steps to reproduce, severity, and impact. Follow them through until engineering fixes them and you’ve verified the fix.
- Monitor platform performance and agent activity, flag anything that looks wrong, and escalate it to the right person.
- Work the approval queues daily. Keep items moving and make sure nothing is left unreviewed.
- Check agent output against defined checklists and standards, and escalate anything unclear or risky.Note where flows are confusing or inconsistent, and flag them to the team.
- Write and maintain documentation: test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics, ideally on a software product or complex system
- Exceptional attention to detail. You notice what others miss and double-check your work.
- A structured approach to testing. You can create and follow a test plan, and think about what could break.
- Clear written communication. Your bug reports and documentation should be easy for anyone to follow.
- Comfort with data. You can read a dashboard and tell when a number looks off.
- Fast learner. You pick up new tools and systems quickly and ask thoughtful questions.
- AI-native habits. You use AI tools in your own work every day, and you’re curious about where they get things wrong.
- Prompt engineering curiosity, you don't need to be an engineer, but you are willing to learn how to communicate with AI systems precisely and improve their outputs
- Reliability. You keep to a routine, keep your queues clear, and tell people early when something is stuck.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience testing software products or AI and LLM-based tools
- Familiarity with Jira, Mixpanel, or similar tools
- Exposure to marketing, CRM, or lifecycle messaging workflows
- Interest in fintech or crypto
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.
