- Work alongside Customer Success teams to support Coder’s enterprise user base
- Work with cutting-edge AI technologies to create seamless, painless developer experiences
- Rapidly iterate from prototype to implementation in a highly adaptive, reactive team environment

- Proficiency in building distributed systems in Go
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills, and the tenacity to drive a solution to a conclusion
- You are self-motivated with a creative and analytical mindset
Our tech stack

And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.

You’ll join Oyster as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, reporting to the AI Director and partnering closely with functional leadership across Oyster.
Your mandate goes beyond automating individual tasks. You’ll help make Oyster’s business functions AI native, initially across areas such as People & Legal, Finance, and Operations. This means rethinking how people work with AI, where agents can take on operational work, and where human judgement creates the most value to build a more effective AI enabled organization.
You’ll be part of a connected group of Senior AI Solutions Engineers transforming different departments across Oyster. Together, you’ll establish shared standards, reuse successful approaches, and ensure Oyster’s AI transformation is coordinated rather than siloed.
This is a senior, hands on role. You’ll independently identify high value opportunities, decide where AI should and should not be used, and lead complex solutions from discovery through adoption and measurable business impact.
Successful candidates will be aligned to the business function where their experience, strengths, and interests can create the greatest impact, with the flexibility to support different functions as Oyster’s transformation priorities evolve.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Make business functions AI native
Reimagine how teams work with AI. Move teams from manually operating tools and workflows toward humans orchestrating AI powered ways of working, with human judgement where it matters.
Shape the AI roadmap
Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame high impact transformation opportunities.
Lead solutions from start to finish
Own complex initiatives from an ambiguous problem through design, build, deployment, adoption, and improvement.
Build best in class AI agents and solutions
Design, build, test, and continuously improve reliable AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, orchestration platforms, APIs, tools, and enterprise data sources.
Apply sound judgement
Balance value, feasibility, risk, data quality, maintainability, and human oversight. Recognize when AI is not the right solution.
Drive AI adoption and self sufficiency
Partner with functional leaders, managers, and champions to embed AI into everyday work. Help teams move beyond consuming AI outputs toward confidently creating reusable prompts, workflows, and AI powered ways of working.
Own solutions beyond launch
Measure adoption, quality, reliability, and business impact after release. Continuously improve solutions based on real usage and outcomes rather than treating launch as completion.
Connect the organization and raise capability
Build trust with functional leadership, share reusable patterns with AI Solutions Engineers supporting other departments, mentor colleagues, and help teams develop the skills and confidence to operate effectively in an AI enabled environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands on AI and automation experience, supported by broader experience delivering complex solutions in business operations, functional transformation, Solutions Engineering, systems integration, or a related field.
- A track record of redesigning workflows or operating models, rather than only automating isolated tasks.
- Experience independently leading complex, cross functional initiatives from an ambiguous problem to measurable business impact.
- Strong automation capability using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
- Strong hands on experience designing, building, deploying, and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
- Strong experience in at least one complex business function such as People, Legal, Finance, Operations, or a related area.
- Experience integrating business systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong judgement about where AI can create value, where processes need deeper redesign, and where automation should not be used.
- Ability to influence functional leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and align technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- A track record of mentoring others, sharing expertise, and raising standards across a team.
BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Experience with enterprise systems and platforms used across functions such as People, Legal, Finance, or Operations.
- JavaScript, Python, or SQL experience.

At Figma, our Solutions Consulting team bridges technical expertise with business context to help customers realize what's possible with our platform. What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead discovery for complex enterprise opportunities, uncover business priorities and technical requirements, and deliver tailored demonstrations and solution recommendations that connect Figma's capabilities to measurable customer outcomes
Partner with Sales to define technical deal strategies, map stakeholders and decision criteria, agree on evaluation success measures, and lead evaluations through to a clear customer decision
Own the customer IT and Security relationship throughout the deal cycle, coordinate security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity and enterprise requirements, and engage specialists to resolve complex questions and adoption risks
Synthesize customer feedback across Korean accounts, identify recurring workflow and security needs, and partner with internal teams to inform product improvements and communicate current capabilities and limitations accurately
Prioritize technical sales efforts across multiple opportunities, anticipate blockers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and develop repeatable approaches that improve enterprise evaluations and adoption
Build reusable demos, technical guidance, and evaluation frameworks, and coach teammates on discovery, solution positioning, and handling complex customer conversations
Operate with autonomy in ambiguous customer situations, exercise sound judgment about trade-offs and escalation, and bring together Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Support to move opportunities forward
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of sales engineering or solutions consulting experience in a SaaS organization
A strong technical foundation, with practical experience in front-end development or the software development lifecycle and familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments, identity, security, and governance requirements
Curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI, and a habit of hands-on experimentation to assess capabilities and limitations, develop credible customer use cases, and share practical guidance with teammates
Strong communication skills, with experience influencing technical and business decision-makers, including senior leaders, and tailoring discovery, presentations, and demonstrations to Product, Design, Engineering, IT, and Security audiences
Fluency in English to collaborate with internal teams and the global Figma community
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Proficiency in Figma or other UX/UI design tools
Experience working in a high-growth or fast-changing SaaS environment

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the US EST.
About Product Management
As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential.
Product Managers are the bridge that connects R&D to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers.
The role
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you'll own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. That includes
Grafana Federal Cloud
, for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability: US federal agencies; state, local, and education (SLED) customers; and commercial companies that sell FedRAMP offerings of their own. It also includes
Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC)
, which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider, saving them significantly at scale.
Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. Deployment choices change the product: features that are simple in standard SaaS can be hard, expensive, or impossible in a regulated or customer-owned environment. You’ll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud. You'll also help shape which deployment models we offer next.
Along the way, you’ll use AI tools daily to speed up research, analyze product signals, and develop positioning, applying strong judgment to the results.
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products, using product data and market research to balance customer value against engineering cost and technical constraints
Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products, including how they compare to regular Grafana Cloud, and partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs
Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity
Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals and brief partners, resellers, and analysts on our deployment options
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments
We’re excited about you because you have
5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product,
or
a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership
Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics
Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships
Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required.
Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization
Bonus Points
Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud
Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products
Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners
Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Ireland.
