About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

As Team Lead for the Magarini LLS Project, you will lead the call center team that carries out outbound follow-up with recipients, by phone and through in-person field visits across Magarini Sub-County. You will own the team’s performance against its KPIs, keep call and field-visit quality high, and make sure every recipient is heard, respected, and supported.
You will coach and support agents, handle escalated and sensitive cases, decide when a case needs an in-person visit, and keep the team’s reporting accurate and current. You will work closely with the Call Center Manager and field colleagues, and you are expected to model GiveDirectly’s values and uphold its data integrity and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
(A) Performance Management
Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins with all assigned agents, reviewing performance against team KPIs and, where relevant, in-person follow-up outcomes.

(C) People Management
Conduct at least 30 minutes of coaching per agent per week, grounded in specific call or case examples, separate from performance review and focused on skill growth
Support onboarding and integration of any new agents joining the team
Manage team attendance and leave planning, ensuring adequate coverage across remote and field days
Identify and act on opportunities for morale-building (for example recognition, team check-ins, and addressing burnout risk given the mix of remote and field demands)
Maintain healthy team dynamics through proactive conflict resolution
Recognize and reinforce both individual and team wins, not just performance gaps
Act as the first point of support for agent wellbeing concerns, escalating to the Call Center Manager or People team where appropriate
Support agents' growth conversations, even where no formal progression path currently exists, by identifying stretch opportunities within the role
(D) Agent Support & Escalations
Provide real-time floor support for outbound call queries
Handle escalated cases, including deciding whether a recipient needs an in-person visit (for example unreachable recipients, disputed eligibility, or adverse events)
Track and follow through on any case handed off from phone-based follow-up to field visit in Kitui
During field visits, directly observe and coach agents on in-person follow-up quality
Host donors, partners, and leadership during their visits to the Kitui field sites
Build and maintain working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including field colleagues and partners, and keep them informed of team progress, risks, and escalations
(E) Reporting, Systems & Administration
Plan and manage weekly rosters for the team, factoring in the mostly remote structure and scheduled field visit days
Generate real-time performance reports using Salesforce, Call Center Studio, and Tableau dashboards
Keep trackers (QA logs, coaching logs, case escalations, attendance) accurate and current
Proactively flag systemic issues and recommend adjustments
Deliver monthly or quarterly refresher trainings on new protocols, products, or system updates
Document coaching sessions and PIPs consistently and in an auditable format
Key Competencies and Attributes

Crystalia Glass is seeking an experienced, analytical, and execution-focused
Head of Sales (B2C)
to spearhead sustainable revenue and conversion growth across our nationwide retail operations.
We are looking for a growth-oriented builder rather than a maintainer — a commercial executive with a proven track record of diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, architecting high-converting sales systems, enforcing strict operational discipline, and scaling inbound, call-driven consumer sales.
The ideal candidate brings deep commercial leadership experience in the national consumer market, specifically within consultative,
custom-made physical products
with an average order value of $6K+.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Funnel Optimization:
Develop and execute the overall B2C growth strategy. Rigorously analyze sales data to identify root causes of lost revenue, prioritize growth levers, drive stage-by-stage conversion gains, accelerate speed-to-lead and quote turnaround, and eliminate avoidable lost deals.
Leadership Through Managers:
Lead, mentor, and hold accountable B2C Sales Team Leads. Establish their operating cadence, review cycles, and QA standards; empower each Team Lead to drive daily execution, rep coaching, and performance management.
Commercial Engine & Process Architecture:
Design and refine end-to-end B2C customer engagement standards, multi-touch follow-up cadences (phone, SMS, email), discounting discipline, margin preservation, and seamless order handoffs to production.
AI Integration & Conversation Intelligence:
Actively embed modern AI workflows into daily sales operations. Leverage conversational AI, automated speech transcription, and LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, specialized speech QA) to run 100% call QA, surface recurring objection patterns, diagnose lost-deal root causes, and equip Team Leads with automated coaching insights for their reps.
Operational Excellence & CRM Governance:
Establish and enforce strict CRM architecture and hygiene (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). Oversee pipeline stages, automated task flows, omnichannel sequences, and SLA tracking; build BI dashboards that turn pipeline data into prioritized operational actions with clear owners and deadlines.
Sales Enablement & Training:
Develop deep expertise in our architectural glass systems, configurations, and pricing logic. Partner with the Training Department to create practical objection-handling playbooks, scripts, and targeted coaching modules based on real call transcript data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing on lead volume, CAC, lead scoring, and segment quality, while expanding complementary demand channels (referrals, repeat clients, trade/design partnerships). Align with Estimating and Production to ensure quote accuracy and reliable turnaround times.
Executive Cadence & Strategic Alignment:
Own full operational accountability for the B2C sales function. Deliver transparent reporting and forecasting to the CEO on conversion, margins, and revenue performance, serving as the trusted leader of the retail commercial engine.
Requirements
Experience:
10+ years of total sales experience, with 5+ years in sales leadership.
3+ years as head of a B2C sales function directly managing Team Leads or sales managers who ran their own front-line teams.
Demonstrated track record leading a B2C business generating
$30M+
in annual revenue.
Market & Product Background:
Proven leadership in
the
national market
selling physical, consultative, custom-made products requiring discovery, quoting, and production (e.g., architectural glass, windows & doors, custom closets, cabinetry, kitchens, remodeling, flooring, or interior finishes; installation experience is not required).
Sales Model:
Expert in high-volume, inbound, call-based B2C sales environments where conversion hinges on rapid lead response, quote turnaround, and structured follow-up cadences.
Proven builder profile: documented success in building or substantially redesigning a sales engine from scratch, demonstrating verified conversion and revenue expansion rather than simply maintaining existing workflows.
Experience designing and managing performance-driven commission plans for B2C sales teams.
Analytical Discipline:
Rigorous data-driven mindset capable of isolating funnel drop-offs, separating lead quality issues from sales execution flaws, and verifying ROI on operational changes.
CRM & AI Fluency:
Advanced proficiency in CRM pipeline design, automation, SLA tracking, and BI dashboards. Daily, practical adoption of modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) applied to call QA, lost-deal reviews, and team performance diagnostics.
Leadership & Communication:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a direct, transparent management style and a track record of making decisive, data-backed talent and performance decisions.
Skills & Attributes:Education / Plus:
Business or Marketing degree is a plus; prior experience in a combined Sales & Marketing leadership role is an asset.
Benefits
Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses.
On-site role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Complete ownership of the sales strategy and a chance to lead business expansion in a fast-growing U.S. company.
Opportunity to make a tangible, high-impact contribution to the business.

The Company is headquartered in New York City, with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Additional information about Galaxy's businesses and products is available on

What We Value:
We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
Seek Excellence.
Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
Disagree Transparently.
Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
You are a commissioning leader who has taken large-scale, mission-critical data center facilities from equipment acceptance through energization, functional performance testing, and integrated systems testing, and who has done it across multiple facilities at once. You understand the electrical, mechanical, and controls systems well enough to challenge a test script, read a trend log, and know when a result does not prove design intent. You understand the commissioning process well enough to adapt it, not just follow it, and you can rebuild the test sequence when conditions change. That includes authoring the MOPs and risk controls for completing IST and load-based validation after early turnover, in live or partially occupied environments, without lowering the performance requirements the original plan was designed to prove. You lead teams from the front, hold contractors, OEMs, and third parties to a high standard, and refuse to let schedule pressure compromise a readiness gate. You are equally comfortable on the data hall floor with a startup technician and in the conference room briefing senior leadership on readiness, risk, and forecast. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure that is proven before it is energized for customers, and you take ownership of making that proof rigorous.
What You'll Do:
As Senior Manager, Commissioning at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will lead all commissioning efforts across the campus on behalf of Galaxy as owner and developer. You will report to the VP, Campus Construction Manager and manage a team of three Commissioning Managers, each assigned to a data center facility. You will work closely with the general contractor's on-site team and Galaxy's third-party commissioning agent, and you will partner with Construction, Pre-Construction, Design Engineering, and Operations to ensure every facility is installed, tested, and proven to design intent, and handed to operations ready for customer service. You will set the commissioning standard for the campus and hold every facility to it.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Campus Commissioning: Serve as Galaxy's single point of accountability for commissioning across the Helios campus, from design intent review through Level 1-5 commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and turnover to operations. Set the campus-wide standards and quality bar.
Lead the Commissioning Team: Manage three Commissioning Managers, each embedded at a data center facility. Standardize methods and reporting, balance resources across facilities, and develop talent.
Define and Enforce the Commissioning Plan: Own the campus commissioning plan and its alignment to the Owner's Project Requirements and Basis of Design, including acceptance criteria, test standards, and readiness gates. Ensure these are written into GC, trade, and OEM scopes.
Validate Testing and Design Intent: Review and approve test scripts, sequences of operation, and IST scenarios across critical power, mechanical cooling, and BAS/EPMS controls and telemetry. Ensure testing proves design intent, redundancy, and failure-mode response.
Drive Execution with the General Contractor: Integrate commissioning into the Primavera P6 master schedule and work daily with the GC's commissioning lead and trade partners to confirm readiness, resourcing, and OEM startup support. Hold the GC accountable through readiness reviews, deficiency tracking, and commercial remedies.
Direct the Third-Party Commissioning Agent and Issue Closeout: Manage the scope and performance of Galaxy's third-party agent, challenge findings, and maintain a campus-level issues log. Drive every item through root cause, corrective action, and retest to closure.
Coordinate Energization and OFCI Equipment: Plan utility energization and load bank testing, enforcing safe work during energized testing in partnership with EHS. Align OFCI equipment delivery, factory testing, and manufacturer startup with the commissioning sequence. Adapt the commissioning sequence and author MOPs to complete Level 4-5 and IST activities after early data hall turnover, without lowering acceptance criteria.
Deliver Operational Readiness and Customer Acceptance: Partner with Galaxy Operations and customer delivery teams on documentation, training, operating procedures, witnessed testing, and formal turnover, ensuring each facility meets acceptance criteria at handoff.
Report Readiness and Standardize: Provide candid readiness reporting to the VP and senior leadership, and feed lessons learned into design standards, specifications, and Pre-Construction planning.
Validate Controls, BAS/EPMS, and Telemetry: Ensure the BAS, EPMS, and associated controls are commissioned as a system, not just as individual points lists. Verify point-to-point integrity, alarm and trend configuration, and operator visibility across all critical power and mechanical systems, including through failure scenarios such as loss of utility, loss of a controls network or server, communication failure, and transfer events. Confirm that telemetry remains accurate and actionable so Operations can see, diagnose, and respond to any failure while redundancy is maintained.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience commissioning mission-critical facilities, including 5+ years on large-scale data centers, with at least 3 years in a leadership role directing commissioning through Level 5 / IST.
Demonstrated success leading commissioning across multiple concurrent facilities on a single campus.
Experience managing and developing commissioning managers or engineers.
Deep technical knowledge of critical power systems, including medium- and low-voltage distribution, protective relaying, UPS, batteries, generators, and transfer systems.
Deep technical knowledge of mechanical cooling systems, including chilled water plants, heat rejection, air handling, pumps, and associated controls.
Working knowledge of BMS, EPMS, and SCADA architectures, sequences of operation, and fire and life safety system integration.
Experience developing, executing, and witnessing IST, including failure-mode and fault scenarios.
Familiarity with ASHRAE Guideline 0, NETA acceptance testing standards, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 110.
Experience directing GC commissioning teams and third-party commissioning agents, with strong command of test documentation, issue tracking, and P6 schedule integration.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, SharePoint, and commissioning management platforms.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license or commissioning certification (e.g., CxA, CCP, BCxP), prior owner-side or owner's representative experience, and OSHA 30.
What You Bring:
A track record of leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
The conviction to hold readiness gates under schedule pressure, backed by data and clear communication.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
Sound judgment under pressure and a bias toward early, honest escalation.
A commitment to safety, rigor, and executional excellence.
A passion for building world-class infrastructure that supports the growth of the digital economy.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus

This role is not just about trafficking; it is a growth-focused, technical leadership position designed for a professional who has managed massive scale at "Big 5" holding companies and top-tier publishers. You will bridge the gap between our Real-Time Deal (RTD) marketplace mechanics and a sophisticated Mobility Media Network (RMN), ensuring every ad impression delivers measurable incremental value.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise-Scale Campaign Operations
End-to-End Orchestration: Lead the launch and pacing of complex, multi-market campaigns across inDrive’s core ride-hailing and urban services verticals.

Deep familiarity with marketplace-led advertising and last-mile conversion metrics.
Strong business-oriented mindset, with understanding of the full campaign lifecycle, from commercial agreements and IOs through to campaign delivery, reporting, and post-campaign reconciliation.

Experience with the ad request lifecycle, rendering, and click tracking.
Experience debugging and troubleshooting ad delivery issues, including working with network logs, browser developer tools, and proxy tools such as Charles Proxy. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting. SQL is a plus.

Who We Are
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. We combine full-service performance marketing with proprietary tech, including:
• A creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly
• An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting
• Proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, performance creative, and CRO
We’re trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Creative Strategy to own and evolve the creative product across our entire client portfolio. This is not a creative director role in the traditional sense. You are the operator behind a performance creative machine, the person who builds the frameworks, installs the best practices, mentors the strategists, and ensures that every format, hook, and concept we put into market is informed by what actually works at scale.
You will sit at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance. You understand platform dynamics deeply, you know what makes someone stop scrolling and convert, and you have the leadership range to raise the output of an entire team, from junior strategists to editors to the clients watching it all in real time.
What You Will Own
The creative standard.
Across every client, every format, every platform, you set the bar. That means tracking what's gaining traction on Meta and TikTok before it becomes consensus, translating those signals into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks the whole team executes against, and ensuring that individual wins compound into repeatable systems. When the industry moves, we move first.
The team.
A group of performance creative strategists owns our day-to-day client accounts. Your job is to make them significantly better: sharper at diagnosing underperformance, more fluent in direct response principles, more confident in owning a creative point of view. You raise the floor and build a culture where creative decisions are grounded in data without killing instinct and taste.
The production process.
Great strategy executed poorly is still a loss. Working directly with our lead editor, you will build the standards, workflows, and SOPs that make our production team as systematic and high-output as the strategy behind it.
Creator and talent alignment.
You will work closely with our head of talent to ensure creative strategy and creator process are fully in sync; so that what we brief, what creators produce, and what we run as paid media are pulling in the same direction.
New client launches.
The first 30 days with a new client either build momentum or create debt. You will own the creative side of onboarding – building the frameworks that find early wins fast and turn the first month into proof of concept, not ramp-up time.
The senior creative voice.
When a founder or CMO needs to understand why their creative is underperforming and exactly what to do about it, you are the person in the room. You present creative strategy with conviction, give hard feedback without losing confidence, and make clients feel like the smartest person on creative just joined their team.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent 7+ years in performance creative, the majority of it at an agency managing a large portfolio of clients simultaneously. You know what it means to context-switch fast – from a DTC skincare brand to a fitness app to a consumer tech launch – without losing the thread on any of them.
You have driven revenue, not just creative output. The work you've led has a measurable downstream effect on conversion rates, on cost per acquisition, on the growth trajectory of the brands you've worked on. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are genuinely fluent in direct response creative. You understand what drives thumb-stop, what kills conversion, how to diagnose a hook that isn't landing, and when to kill a concept versus iterate on it. You have strong opinions about what makes an ad work on Meta versus TikTok and you can back them up with data from accounts you've actually run.
You have built people, not just campaigns. You know how to develop a junior strategist, challenge a senior one, and run a team that owns live client accounts under real performance pressure. You raise the bar without creating chaos, and you build cultures where creative decisions are grounded in evidence without draining the room of instinct.
You have operated at volume and thrived. You are someone who has kept quality high, clients confident, and teams aligned while juggling more than most people think is possible — and you have the results to show for it.

Who We Are
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably.

This role requires 4–5 years of US healthcare AR experience, of which a minimum of 1 year must be as a Team Lead with formal team ownership (targets, coaching, reviews). SME/mentor-only profiles without TL accountability will not qualify.
About the Role
The Team Lead – AR runs a pod of AR associates on live US provider accounts — owning the day’s output, the queue, the quality, and the people. This is a floor-leadership seat: you carry targets, run huddles, unblock associates in real time, and answer for your pod’s numbers in the weekly review.
You still know the work cold — when a complex denial or an angry payer call needs handling, you can take the headset.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Pod
Own daily allocation and queue management across assigned AR buckets — the right accounts, worked in the right order, by the right people.
Drive daily productivity and quality targets; track per-associate output and intervene early, not at month-end.
Run daily huddles — payer updates, error patterns from QA, and priorities for the shift.
Own the Outcomes
Answer for pod-level metrics — resolution rate, aged-AR movement, appeal TAT, and quality scores — in weekly reviews with the AM/Manager.
Handle escalated accounts and complex denials personally when needed.
Partner with QA on calibration and turn audit findings into floor-level fixes.
Build the People
Coach associates on payer-specific nuances, documentation quality, and call handling.
Manage shift adherence, leave planning, and floor discipline for the pod.
Identify and develop Sr Associate potential; give structured input into appraisals.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
4–5 years of hands-on US healthcare AR (provider side), with strong denials and appeals depth.
Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead with formal ownership of team targets, coaching, and performance conversations.
Command of AR metrics and the levers behind them — you can explain why a bucket moved, not just that it did.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Experience running a pod across multiple clients or specialties.
Exposure to workforce basics — shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing math.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Strict — confident spoken and written English for payer calls, floor communication, client notes, and weekly reviews with management.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with billing/EHR platforms and MS Excel for allocation, tracking, and pod-level reporting.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Pod resolution / collection rate against target.
Aged-AR movement (90+/120+) for the pod.
Pod quality score (QA) and calibration adherence.
Productivity vs. target, shift adherence, and pod attrition.
Hiring Process
Aptitude & Skill based assessment.
Domain & operations interview (RCM knowledge, scenarios).
HR discussion (fitment, shift, notice).
