About the Role:
Knock is looking for a proven sales leader to own the performance and growth of Knock's Account Executive organization. You will be accountable for delivering the company plan for leads and loan applications across Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, and Wholesale Account Executives. Knock originates the Knock Bridge Loan™, which enables homeowners to use the money tied up in their current home to purchase their next one — buy before you sell. You will choose the partner segments worth pursuing, set the coverage model, own the positioning against every alternative in the market, and sharpen the team that delivers the volume.
What You'll Do:
— Own the AE organization's number — outreach activity, leads, conversion, and loan application volume against the company plan
— Set and defend the team's production standards, and revisit them as the lead mix and product set evolve
— Hire, develop, coach, and hold accountable the Account Executive team
— Own AE onboarding and ramp as a repeatable program with measurable time-to-productivity
— Own org design and the territory and coverage model, and build the AE headcount plan with Finance
— Maintain distinct playbooks for retail lending partners and for the broader lender and agent set, rather than forcing a single motion across both
— Design and evaluate AE compensation plans in partnership with the People team and Finance, grounded in applications generated and modeled against cost of sale
— Deliver an accurate rolling forecast to the leadership team, and run the pipeline and forecast cadence behind it
— Serve as the company's subject matter expert on the Account Executive channel — turning partner and borrower feedback into product, marketing, and lending operations changes, and driving adoption of those changes in the field
What You'll Bring:
— Minimum of 8 years of sales or business development experience in mortgage, real estate, or proptech, including at least 4 years leading sales teams
— Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing sellers into consistent performers
— Demonstrated ownership of a sales number, with a track record of growing lead and application volume while forecasting accurately against plan
— Deep understanding of how to sell into retail lending — how loan officers, team leads, and branch managers make decisions, and what moves them: closing clients stuck in the process, excluding the departing property from DTI, and winning offers with no home sale contingency — and the ability to turn that into the playbooks, training, and coaching the team runs on
— Ability to set the positioning strategy for a Buy Before You Sell product — including the case to lenders that Knock is a bridge to a mortgage they retain — and how the team handles cost, rate, and timing objections from both the lending partner and the borrower
— Command of the competitive landscape, with the judgment to keep Knock's positioning ahead of the alternatives and to equip the team to sell against them
— Experience designing or materially influencing sales compensation plans that drive the right selling behavior
— Strong analytical judgment — comfortable building the model, reading the data, and acting on what it says
— Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to brief leadership and represent Knock externally to partners
— A deep belief in fostering inclusive, equitable practices that reflect Knock's core values
— Proven success in a fully remote, distributed team environment
— Recent lending experience required
— Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements:
— Set up and constantly operate a computer
— Communicate and exchange accurate information to others via telephone or internet video applications
— Must be able to travel, including overnight travel at least 4 times per year
— Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 20 lbs
— The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
Compensation:
— Salary range estimate: $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD per year
— Eligible for a bonus based on achievement of plan metrics

About the Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to own the backend and Agent systems behind our LLM-powered products. The role is end to end: you'll build the Agent workflows, define how we measure quality, keep them reliable in production, and shape where the product goes next.
This role is for someone who has shipped LLM features to real users, stayed with them after launch, and can prove with data that their changes made things better.
Job Scope:
Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows
- Design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, including context management, tool calling, knowledge retrieval (RAG), state management, and human handoff.
Drive evaluation and continuous improvement
- Define success criteria with Product, Design, and QA leads.
- Turn production failures into evaluation samples and regression tests.
- Measure the impact and side effects of every change before and after release.
Diagnose problems across the stack
- Isolate the root cause of failures: model judgment, knowledge gaps, abnormal tool responses, backend instability, or conflicting rules.
- Apply the right fix for each cause rather than defaulting to prompt tweaks.
Own production reliability
- Handle timeouts, retries, graceful degradation, async jobs, and third-party dependency failures.
- Make sure every issue is traceable through logs, every change is versioned, and every failure has a recovery path.
Shape product and technical decisions
- Give clear, reasoned positions on requirements, covering feasibility, cost, risk, and alternatives.
- Propose better approaches and break work into phased, shippable deliverables.
Communicate proactively and follow through
- Share progress, blockers, ETAs, and next checkpoints without needing to be chased.
- After launch, track real-world impact and leave clear documentation and handover materials.
Requirements:
- Production LLM/Agent experience at scale. You've built LLM or Agent features used by 10,000+ active users, and you've maintained and improved them after launch.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning production code, APIs, data flows, and incident troubleshooting. Experience designing and implement backend services in Golang and integrate with LLMs and AI systems.
- Real evaluation discipline. You've built evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring, and you can explain how you confirmed an improvement was real rather than random fluctuation.
- Ownership mindset. You make decisions, surface risks early, and don't consider a feature done until it's verified in production.
- Web3 experience. Preferably 1 year of experience in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)

You'll also guide migrations from other systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments, and help customers make practical decisions that improve reliability, security, and day-to-day workflows.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers and GitLab's product and engineering teams to drive customer success and share feedback that improves GitLab and how we deliver services. You'll manage multiple projects at once, mentor other Professional Services Engineers, and help streamline how we deliver consistent outcomes in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.

Lead migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, helping customers adopt secure, reliable workflows.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle

Agents are authoring entire data systems. The bottleneck is no longer writing pipelines, but understanding, governing, and trusting what they produce.
dltHub provides the infrastructure that enables data teams in large enterprises and scale-up companies to run their data stack autonomously. Our open-source Python library, dlt, offers agents and developers transparent, composable building blocks for data ingestion (schema inference, normalization, incremental loading, and data contracts), designed from the start for the AI era. Built on dlt, dltHub is the AI-native data engineering platform for teams of humans and agents: a managed layer over any warehouse that lets both your team and their agents generate, validate, and manage high-quality data at scale.
As we grow, product communication and sales collateral are critical for our success. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead building the bridge between our customers and our product team.
Mission of the Role
Make dltHub as compelling to business leaders as it is to engineers, and drive enterprise opportunities through a strong message, launches, and enterprise-level communication.
What you'll actually work on
Product Launches.
You own the process and delivery of our product launches and ensure we communicate our product vision and new product capabilities consistently to a growing audience. We launch new products every few weeks. Recent examples include the
public preview of Transformations
, a
companion post for practitioners
,
dltHub Pro
,
dltHub for Teams
, and our
vision for an autonomous data platform
.
Enterprise communication.
You ensure we are speaking with one voice and represent our brand consistently in everything we say and do. You take ownership of our website communications.
Customer collateral.
You take our customer success stories and blueprints, like the
ontology and semantic layer
, to the next level of excellence. These come from engagements with our customers and our Solutions Engineering team. You interview the customer and write them.
Content marketing.
You coordinate our content marketing creation and distribution efforts. Work with our content writers. Plan the schedules and ensure that the content speaks our language
The link between Product and GTM.
You align stakeholders, drive the launch schedule, and close gaps in messaging, sales enablement, and launch readiness. Coordinate our product marketing activities and keep the team aligned.
What success looks like:
In 90 days,
you run launches end to end, and our story is consistent across the website, sales collateral, and decks, with messaging that speaks directly to business buyers.
In 6 months,
you've built a repeatable process that trains sales on that story, and we can see it working (e.g. in win rate with business buyers & deal velocity)
Ongoing,
you own the marketing plan: one lean, visible roadmap where everyone can see what we're doing, why, and in what order.
Requirements
You can write clearly about technical subjects. Your style is clear and not full of marketing talk. Please read the post on the
Transformations launch
and the page at
dlthub.com/security
. If you think you can do better, you are the person we're looking for.
You have been targeting US enterprise customers and are therefore familiar with what a senior technical stakeholder actually reads. Our customers are the lead personnel regarding data platforms and the people who approve decisions on their behalf, both in the US and in the EU.
You can talk with a data engineer about pipelines, schemas, and warehouses without being one. You do need to understand what our product does.
You've carried out launches from start to finish, which involved you choosing the audience, deciding on the message, and selecting which assets were worth developing, before building most of them yourself.
You need to be able to keep agents in control and build agentic workflows while ensuring our external presence conveys a human touch.
You have a basic understanding of data workflows.
This probably isn't for you if
You rely on a formal brief and a kickoff meeting before getting started, this role is not for you. While you'll have access to design support, you're expected to independently draft the first version of the post, the page, and the deck without waiting for a request ticket.
You want to own strategy and hand execution to someone else.
You can't work from our Berlin office regularly.
Benefits
We organize our work around each person's autonomy and efficiency, with set hours for communication and for deep work.
