- Location: Any Australian state capital city, Canberra preferred
- Department: Data Sales
- Reports to: Data Sales Director, Australia & New Zealand
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Remote first, frequent travel expected
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between ICEYE’s world-leading ISR satellite capability and the people who use space-based geospatial intelligence at the sharp end of Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) defence and national security. You will open doors, build credibility, and ensure the ANZ’s most important intelligence users understand what makes ICEYE genuinely different.
ICEYE is not the traditional defence prime. ICEYE is a different proposition entirely. We are one of the world’s fastest-growing space companies, and we are only at the beginning of what we intend to build in the ANZ region – not only in defence and intelligence, but across a range of industry verticals where geospatial intelligence is a critical need.
From day one, you'll own the full sales cycle for Data Sales business clients — identifying opportunities, shaping deals, and closing multi-year contracts — with the autonomy to move at pace and build the strategic relationships that expand ICEYE's presence across the ANZ market.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation, we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system as both a data and managed service business.
ICEYE serves customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance, mining, maritime and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
ICEYE is expanding both satellite technological capabilities and its advanced data processing product suite, and over time the range and breadth of data products will increase. This is a learning role that will span a range of industries and use cases.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1200 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Report to the ANZ Data Sales team
- Build and maintain a trusted network of Intelligence and GEOINT practitioners across ANZ defence, intelligence and other industries: attending user engagements, demonstrations, and briefings to represent ICEYE credibly at the working level and stay close to user needs, priorities, and procurement timelines.
- Advise internal ICEYE teams (Missions, Data and Solutions) on how ANZ military and intelligence users consume intelligence imagery, what tradecraft matters, and how to frame ICEYE’s products in language that resonates with analysts and collection managers.
- Identify key decision-influencers across ANZ target organisations, and plan, host, and lead ICEYE engagements, from technical demonstrations to senior roundtables, to build trust and advance ICEYE’s standing.
- Participate as needed in ANZ military exercises that incorporate ICEYE capability, representing ICEYE at the operational level and capturing lessons that feed back into product and service development.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide clear market intelligence to support business planning and decision-making.
- Produce responses to RFPs, proposals, inbound enquiries, assist with promotional material and attend relevant industry events.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- An established personal network within the ANZ geospatial community at the working and mid-senior level (people who will take your call)
- 5+ years of strategic sales or enterprise business development experience in the aerospace, defence, space, ISR, earth observation, or related government technology sector.
- Proven experience selling to ANZ government, defence, or public sector organisations, with an existing network you can activate from day one
- Strong understanding of earth observation, ISR, or satellite-based capabilities, ideally including SAR.
- Proven ability to run complex sales cycles, including lead qualification, opportunity development, capture planning, stakeholder mapping, and deal closure.
- Willingness to travel as required, primarily across the ANZ region and to Europe.
Nice to haves:
- Currently serving as a reservist, or recently transitioned from active duty within the last five years.
- Familiarity with SAR (and other ISR) geospatial satellite products, or experience working with commercial SAR (and other ISR) providers.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
- Sales training in Miller Heiman, Korn Ferry, Shipley, or a similar methodology
- Holds current ANZ Defence Security Clearance

- Title: Satellite Systems Senior Technician
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: Head of MAITE Spain
- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Satellite Systems Senior Technician, you play a vital role in bringing every satellite that reaches our Valencia production line to operational readiness. You will own the first power-on, initial software and firmware loading, and end-to-end systems verification of fully integrated SAR satellites, running automated functional, power, and bus test campaigns, diagnosing issues at the boundary between software, firmware, and electronics hardware, and ensuring configuration control on final activities. Your work lets test campaigns run independently on the line, without pulling engineers away from other teams.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Execute initial satellite power-on, firmware flashing, and subsystem communication verifications.
- Run, debug, and execute automated functional, power, and bus test scripts using Python, Shell, and Linux environments.
- Work with Git repositories to manage test code, track updates, and verify software builds.
- Operate mechanical and electrical ground support equipment (GSE), and troubleshoot electronic hardware, power distribution, and digital interface issues using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters).
- Diagnose whether an anomaly is a test setup issue or a genuine unit fault, and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) in Jira.
- Maintain detailed test logs and accurate documentation, and ensure configuration control on final activities.
- Assist in managing activities related to satellite launch campaigns.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - procedures, processes, tools, test automation, and 6S.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, and communicate proactively with team members and supervisors regarding any challenges or obstacles.
- Work closely with the RF Senior Technician, AIT Engineering, and Quality, ensuring clear communication so that satellite build-phase deadlines and technical specifications are met.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Relevant university degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Space Studies, Applied Physics, Electronics, or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related role.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience setting up, debugging, and running real test benches and satellite systems or interfaces, not just executing someone else’s scripts.
- Proficient in a Linux environment, comfortable modifying and debugging Python scripts, and working with Git.
- Systems thinking across avionics, power, and software, enough to tell a test setup fault from a genuine unit fault.
- Experience using lab equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Excellent communication skills, with particular attention to detail in procedures, preparation, and execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication in a cross-functional environment.
Nice to haves:
- ICEYE-specific test frameworks, satellite bus specifics, Jira and MES flow, and launch campaign procedures.
- Space or satellite AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) background.
- Experience with environmental testing (e.g. vibration/shaker rigs, thermal testing).
- Experience using Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence).
- Lean & Six Sigma experience.

- Technical Interview, including a Technical Challenge

Workplace: hybrid
Capital.com is building out its internal platform capabilities, and AI is a growing part of that. The role combines architectural ownership with hands-on delivery: you will design, build, deploy and operate the platform, including its infrastructure and DevOps. Reporting to the Director of Product Security, you will set up this function as its first member and make the early technical decisions that the future team will build on.
As Platform Architect, you will own the architecture of the platform that more than 1,000 employees rely on, including their access to AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and future providers.
Responsibilities:
Build the AI platform architecture: the reference design for how LLM capabilities are accessed, governed, monitored, and extended across the organisation.
Own every architectural decision for the AI platform, and document, justify, and stand behind each one.
Evaluate and select new models, tools, and frameworks as the market moves.
Deliver the platform as a service, so teams can move their agents into governed cloud infrastructure.
Govern Anthropic (Claude API, Claude Code, Anthropic Enterprise), OpenAI, and future providers, covering API access controls, credential management, model version policy, cost allocation, and acceptable use standards.
Own technical relationships with Anthropic and OpenAI at the enterprise level.
Build cloud infrastructure for AI workloads on AWS and GCP: Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and supporting services (S3, Cloud Storage, IAM, and monitoring on both platforms).
Deploy and securely configure n8n, and build automation workflows connecting LLMs to Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, HR systems, and proprietary data sources.
Design and secure MCP servers and gateways connecting AI agents to internal services.
Build Python integrations for AI-powered internal tooling: RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, prompt libraries, and internal AI assistants.
Deliver hands-on: you write the code, build the workflows, and deploy the tooling. This isn't an advisory role.
Build data privacy and security architecture for LLM usage in a regulated environment, including prompt classification, output controls, and audit trails aligned with FCA, CySEC, ASIC, and DORA.
Build observability across the full stack: token consumption, cost per team, latency, error rates, and policy violations across cloud platforms and direct API providers.
Build an AI adoption framework of standards, patterns, and onboarding materials that let teams across Technology use AI safely and consistently.
Run internal enablement through workshops, documentation, and direct support for teams moving from ad-hoc AI use to governed, repeatable processes.
Report AI platform status, risks, and roadmap to Technology leadership
Requirements:
8+ years in engineering, with at least 2 years building LLM-based systems in production, not prototypes or POCs.
Comfort operating as the first person in a function: you set your own priorities, unblock yourself, and deliver without a team around you.
Production-grade Python: tooling that others depend on, not scripts you hand off.
Deep, hands-on experience with the Anthropic and/or OpenAI APIs: function calling, tool use, streaming, RAG, prompt management, token optimisation, and model versioning.
Hands-on experience with agentic platforms, MCP servers, and MCP gateways, including designing flows between AI agents and internal services.
n8n: deploying, securely configuring, and maintaining multi-step automation workflows at organisation scale.
Solid AWS for AI workloads: Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch, deployed and operated in production.
Solid GCP for AI workloads: Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring.
Hands-on DevOps capability to deploy and run what you build.
Architectural thinking: end-to-end system design, clear trade-off documentation, and the ability to defend decisions to senior stakeholders.
Security engineering for what you build: secrets and credential management, key rotation, and least-privilege IAM across cloud and SaaS.
Data protection and auditability by design: classifying what data can reach which model and provider, controlling and logging prompts and outputs, and building audit trails that hold up to a regulator.
Fluency in the LLM threat surface, including prompt injection, data exfiltration through model outputs, insecure tool and agent use, and model supply-chain risk, with working knowledge of a recognised framework such as the OWASP LLM Top 10 or NIST AI RMF.
Nice to have:
Fintech, brokerage, or financial services background.
DORA or ISO 27001:2022 knowledge as it applies to AI system risk.
Familiarity with the EU AI Act and other AI regulatory requirements, as well as AI-specific risk and governance standards such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
LLM orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
Hands-on experience with LLM guardrail and DLP tooling: Bedrock Guardrails, Vertex AI safety filters, or prompt-firewall and PII-redaction tools.
Experience building internal developer platforms or AI centres of excellence.
AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional ML Engineer, or equivalent.
Grow with Capital.com and help shape how millions of people access the markets.
Location: Valencia
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Title: Supply Chain Intern
Department: Global Supply Chain - Valencia Office
Location: Valencia, Spain
Type of Contract: Internship, with opportunity to transition to a permanent position
Working model: On-site
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters
As an R&D Supply Chain Intern, you help keep an aerospace R&D project in Valencia supplied with the parts, materials and services it needs to move forward. In a supply chain built around specialised components, long lead times and a limited supplier base, every RFQ sent on time and every delay caught early protects the project schedule. This is a real seat on a real programme, not a shadowing exercise. You will learn how flight-grade hardware actually gets sourced, from engineering requirement to delivered part, with experienced colleagues alongside you.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Support the sourcing of components, parts and services across our supplier base, working alongside engineering, production and procurement
- Help translate engineering requirements into RFQs and supplier evaluations, learning how technical specifications become commercial decisions
- Monitor deliveries, follow up with suppliers on delays, and keep the team updated on order status
- Help spot supply risks early, including long lead times, single sources and obsolescence, and support the search for alternatives
- Support the R&D project in Valencia as needs and requirements change, adapting quickly alongside the team
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Currently studying, or recently graduated in, engineering (aerospace, industrial, mechanical or similar), supply chain, or business with a genuine technical interest
- Basic familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes, ideally in aerospace (coursework, projects or student teams count)
- Comfortable reading technical documents such as drawings, specifications and datasheets
- More drawn to coordination and management (planning, follow-up, working with suppliers and teams) than to hands-on technical design
- Able to work under pressure and adapt when priorities and requirements shift
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Eligible for an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or training institution
Nice to haves:

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Manager of the EMEA Digital Natives Applied AI Architecture team, you'll drive adoption of frontier AI across Europe's fastest-growing technology companies: SaaS scale-ups, fintechs, marketplaces, consumer platforms, and developer-tooling businesses. Your team makes Anthropic's products (Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the Claude API) successful in production. They address each customer's business needs and technical requirements, and they meet the high bar for reliability and safety that these companies' own users expect.
You'll lead and grow a team of Applied AI Architects across EMEA. You'll set the pre-sales standards for the segment, develop each person on the team, and act as a technical lead on some of Anthropic's most strategic European accounts. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help digital-native companies build Claude into their core products and platforms. You'll also explain complex solutions clearly to both engineers and executives.
Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a distributed team of Applied AI Architects, providing technical guidance and career development
Set goals and run performance reviews that drive growth and output
Work directly with a small number of the highest-value EMEA digital-native customers on their AI adoption strategy, including:
use case scoping
building technical champions
running POCs
Partner with EMEA GTM leadership to understand customer requirements and co-build segment strategy
Own the technical side of pre-sales, making sure your team delivers compelling demos and validates customer ROI
Guide customers through EMEA-specific technical and procurement requirements, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, and data residency
Align cross-functional stakeholders across time zones and regions to drive business outcomes
Travel regularly across EMEA for executive sessions, technical workshops, and relationship building
Lead the vision and execution of solutions that use our latest models for tech-forward use cases
Represent Anthropic in the European tech community through conferences, meetups, webinars, and technical content
Stay current on AI/ML developments and the competitive landscape in the European tech sector
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or in a similar pre-sales technical role
3+ years of experience managing pre-sales or technical GTM teams, ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience selling to and working with digital-native companies, such as vertical or horizontal SaaS, consumer tech, fintech, PaaS, or developer platforms
Familiarity with how European tech companies evaluate and procure technology, including security reviews, DPAs, and regulatory scrutiny
Deep technical proficiency with API integrations, production LLM use cases, and AI-powered system architecture
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation, plus working knowledge of how large language models are built and operate
A strong grasp of developer tooling, SDKs, and the integration patterns common in modern software companies
Enjoyment of building foundational teams in unstructured, fast-moving environments
Strong executive presence and the ability to build deep trust with CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical founders
Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
The ability to make ambiguous problems clear and find principles that carry across scenarios
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial, with a habit of thinking beyond past checklists and playbooks

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If this role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would love to hear from you. Everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, should feel free to apply: either we succeed, or we learn.
Location: Dubai
Workplace: hybrid

You’ll run UAE marketing performance like your own business, managing the day-to-day plan, local channels and partners, while also supporting performance activity across the wider region. Strategy, brand and regional budget sit with the Head of Marketing, MENA, and your job is to execute against them with judgment, speed and full ownership of results.
Responsibilities:
Own UAE’s marketing performance day to day, treating local commercial outcomes as a
direct personal accountability, not a shared regional metric.
Execute the UAE portion of the regional marketing plan agreed with the Head of Marketing,
MENA, adapting tactics to local market conditions within agreed budget and brand
parameters.
Manage local brand, OOH, TV, radio, podcast, affiliate, and influencer relationships in UAE,
in coordination with central Centres of Excellence, who retain authority over execution
quality and standards.
Track UAE-specific brand health and digital reputation signals, surfacing issues early
rather than after they show up in the numbers.
Recommend budget reallocation and channel trade-offs for UAE to the Head of Marketing,
MENA, with clear rationale, rather than requesting sign-off without a point of view.
Escalate regulatory, cultural, or reputational risks specific to Dubai to the Head of
Marketing, MENA and relevant CoE leads, early and factually.
Build and manage the day-to-day relationships with UAE-based agencies, media owners,
and partners that make fast, well-judged local decisions possible.
Coordinate agency or junior marketing resource dedicated to UAE where the market
requires it.
Support Head of Marketing MENA with other markets as and when required with a
particular focus on supporting performance marketing across the region.
Requirements:
Industry Knowledge
5+ years of in-house experience running marketing execution or owning a market/channel budget in a regulated consumer industry (financial services, fintech or brokerage preferred)
First-hand knowledge of UAE channels: OOH, TV, radio, podcasts, affiliates, influencers and local sponsorships
Understanding of the SCA framework and UAE marketing rules, and the habit of checking before assuming
Problem-Solving
Able to spot which local opportunities fit agreed strategy and risk tolerance, and which don’t
Make quick, sound calls within your remit and know what needs Head of Marketing, MENA sign-off
Look for the root cause when a channel underperforms instead of adding spend
Collaboration & Influence
Work with Centres of Excellence on execution standards, not around them
Manage agencies, media and partners like someone who owns the outcome
Escalate risks early rather than explain them later
Mindset & Style
Treat UAE as your market, while final sign-off sits with the Head of Marketing, MENA
Comfortable working within set boundaries while still pushing for what the market needs
Low ego, high accountability: own results and misses alike
Fluent Arabic and English required
