ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join Ramp's Legal team and own the operational backbone of how we govern and structure the company. Ramp runs a growing portfolio of U.S. and non-U.S. entities — including regulated and licensed subsidiaries — across a business that ships constantly and raises, acquires, and expands on short notice. You will be the person who keeps that machinery accurate, current, and audit-ready.
This is a broad generalist role. You'll sit at the center of corporate governance, entity management, equity administration, and litigation/employment and you'll partner directly with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Equity Admin, and People, and outside counsel. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you'll cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Corporate governance: Prepare board and stockholder meeting materials, agendas, minutes, written consents, resolutions, secretary's certificates, and incumbency certificates. Track and calendar governance obligations across the entity portfolio.
- Entity management: Own the full lifecycle of entity administration — formations and dissolutions, foreign qualifications, annual reports, franchise tax filings, registered agent management, signatories, officer and director lists, post-integration cleanup.
- KYC, UBO, and diligence: Respond to KYC/UBO and diligence requests from bank partners, regulators, auditors, insurers, and counterparties, and build reusable packages.
- Equity support: Support equity administration, option and RSU grants, board approvals of equity awards, secondaries, and equity plan recordkeeping in partnership with Finance and People.
- Transaction support: Run diligence support, signature collection, closing checklists, closing binders, and post-closing obligations for financings, credit facilities, M&A, real estate, and insurance renewals.
- Commercial and cross-functional support: Assist with powers of attorney, delegations of authority, and corporate approvals needed by the business.
- Employment support: Support employment- and immigration-related requests and filings.
- Litigation support: Support subpoena and law enforcement requests, legal holds, e-discovery, and document production. Review and respond to garnishment orders and UCC liens. Serve as Ramp’s custodian of records and as Ramp’s representative in small claims court cases.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a major law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth technology or financial services company.
- Deep working knowledge of corporate governance, entity formation and maintenance, corporate recordkeeping, and secretary's office functions.
- Excellent drafting skills across resolutions, consents, certificates, and corporate documentation, with genuine precision — you catch the wrong entity name, the stale date, and the missing signature block.
- Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive workstreams without dropping threads or waiting to be asked.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to work directly with executives, board members, outside counsel, and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built — and a bias toward action.
- High judgment around confidential and sensitive corporate information.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company, including support for licensed entities (money transmitter, EMI, or similar).
- Experience supporting venture financings, secondaries, M&A integration, or IPO readiness.
- International entity management experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada.
- Experience with equity administration and cap table platforms (e.g., Shareworks).
- Experiencing with litigation or employment matters.
- Notary Public commission (NY or CA), or willingness to obtain one.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
- A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work.

InfluxData is the creator of InfluxDB, the leading time series platform used to collect, store, and analyze all time series data at any scale. InfluxData's North America Commercial sales team is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to own a territory end to end.
This is a hybrid new business and account management role. You'll hunt new logos across organizations of 1–500 employees in North America, and you'll carry a book of roughly 40 existing accounts that you are responsible for renewing and growing. The best people in this seat are as comfortable running a cold outbound motion as they are sitting with an existing customer six months before renewal, understanding where their usage is headed and what it will take to expand.
You are a hunter and a builder. You enjoy creating new relationships and deepening existing ones. You're all about working hard, supporting one another, ideating nonstop, and having a lot of fun while doing it.
InfluxDB is a purpose-built time series database used by engineering, platform, DevOps, SRE, and IoT teams to handle high-volume telemetry data. You'll be selling to technical buyers, which means the strongest AEs on this team are curious, consultative, and willing to get into the substance of a customer's architecture and problem.
What you’ll be doing:
New Business
- Owning the full sales cycle for new logos in North America Commercial — prospecting, discovery, scoping, POC, negotiation, and close
- Building and sustaining your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn, account research, inbound follow-up, and partner activity
- Running strong discovery: understanding the technical use case, the business impact, the buying process, the stakeholders, and what success looks like
- Understanding the competitive landscape — including open source alternatives — and positioning InfluxData to win
- Partnering with Sales Engineering to scope and run technical evaluations and POCs
Renewals & Expansions
- Owning renewal outcomes across a book of approximately 40 existing accounts, including forecast accuracy on every renewal in your territory
- Engaging renewals early — well ahead of the contract date — to understand usage trends, changes in the customer's environment, budget cycle, and stakeholder changes
- Identifying and closing expansion: new use cases, new teams and divisions, increased capacity, and upgrades
- Building multi-threaded relationships across your accounts so the relationship does not sit with a single champion
- Spotting and escalating retention risk early, and working with Customer Success and Support to resolve it before it reaches the renewal conversation
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with your accounts to keep value visible
Across the Whole Territory
- Building trust and credibility, both internally and with prospects and customers, from engineering to executive stakeholders
- Keeping opportunity detail, next steps, renewal dates, and forecast accurate in Salesforce
- Forecasting and managing your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and quarterly quota across both new business and renewal/expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling data solutions, SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience selling into commercial and mid-market organizations
- Experience managing accounts post-close through annual renewal cycles, with responsibility for retention and growth
- Demonstrated success running a full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline through close
- Ability to balance hunting and farming — the discipline to keep prospecting while carrying an active book of business
- Comfort selling to technical buyers and translating technical capability into business value
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills, including renewal and expansion negotiations
- Disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience selling open source or commercial-open-source products, and competing against free alternatives
- Experience with time series data, observability, monitoring, IoT or industrial telemetry, DevOps, or SRE tooling
- Experience carrying a combined new business and renewal quota

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, high-volume roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses.
You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. This team owns demand, market context, and pipeline health: translating business needs into hiring plans, keeping stakeholders ahead of risk, and clearing blockers before they reach the execution team.
About the Role
You'll own business readiness, attraction, and pipeline health for Wolt Market across the North region. You'll translate business needs into hiring plans, validate demand against strategy and cost, coordinate Marketing and sourcing partners, activate roles when requirements are complete, and monitor progress against hiring dates.
You'll advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence. When pipeline volume declines, you'll coordinate targeted sourcing interventions and ensure the execution team has sufficient pipeline. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption. You'll own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow and maintain clear stakeholder communication and portfolio documentation.
You're excited about this opportunity because ..
Own the business partnership for Wolt Market hiring across the North region.
Collect, validate, and translate hiring demand against workforce strategy, timing, and cost expectations.
Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the active hiring platform.
Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand, and sourcing partners for top-of-funnel strategy.
Use historical funnel performance to establish the sourcing and application volume required for delivery.
Activate roles with the Platform Hiring team and maintain clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates and provide proactive business updates.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence.
Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist sourcing support when pipeline volume declines.
Partner with low-volume recruiting teams and business leaders where work crosses operating-model boundaries.
Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Escalate recurring friction with evidence, volume, impact, and a recommended path to resolution.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their effect on manual work and decision speed.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Platform Hiring operating model through practical feedback and evidence from the Wolt Market portfolio.
We're excited about you because
You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program role.
You have 3+ years of experience working with, managing, and influencing stakeholders across functions.
You have experience translating hiring demand into practical hiring plans and coordinating sourcing, conversion, offers, and onboarding dependencies.
You are comfortable owning a defined business portfolio and proactively managing its hiring risks and priorities.
You have confidence using hiring data and funnel performance to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You communicate clearly and proactively, with strong business judgment and a focus on candidate experience.
You can coordinate effectively across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You're comfortable with Fountain, Greenhouse, dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. We're looking for native-level speakers who can deliver natural, everyday-sounding speech — recordings that hold up whether you're reading a script or speaking spontaneously.
Please note: the recordings you produce may be used to create synthesized, AI-generated voices for conversational AI products. Full details on how your data is collected, used, shared, and retained are set out in a Consent Form, which you'll review and sign before any paid session recording begins.
What You'll Do If Selected:
- Two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each, guided in real time by a Session Director on a separate recording platform.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone — faithfully, without a polished, performed, or “announcer” delivery.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on a given topic, matching the same warmth and pace as your scripted takes.
- Set up and manage your own recording space and equipment for session recording.
- Deliver all recordings entirely in the required language (with specific dialect), without code-switching into other languages or dialects.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
- Native or native-equivalent fluency in the required language (with specific dialect).
- Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
- Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g. RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected. Built-in laptop mics, AirPods, earbuds, and headsets are not accepted at any stage.
- Owns closed-back monitoring headphones (required for session recording if selected).
Comfortable both self-directing for the audition and taking live direction from a Session Director in guided sessions.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Professional voice-over experience (dubbing/ADR, audiobook, podcasting) in a conversational rather than commercial/announcer register.
- Baseline audio hygiene: comfortable setting mic distance and catching noise, clipping, or distortion yourself.
- An existing home recording setup already treated for sound.
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Work Type - Freelance Remote
- Rate: $20.00 USD per hour
Your Data & Privacy
Before any session recording, you'll be asked to review and sign a Consent Form covering how your voice recordings are collected, used (including to train synthesized/AI voice models), shared with approved partners, retained, and how to exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, and more, depending on where you live). If you'd like to review these terms before applying, contact us and we'll share a copy in advance.

Our scope includes, but is not limited to:
Multi-chain data ingestion, parsing, computation, and unified data models;

What You May Work On
This is a broad hiring track rather than a single fixed role. Your responsibilities will be matched to your strengths, experience, and interests, and may include one or more of the following:
Design, build, and evolve onchain data infrastructure, data services, or business systems, taking ownership of the quality and outcomes of critical modules.
Build multi-chain ingestion, real-time and batch computation, data governance, search, storage, and serving capabilities, continuously improving data accuracy, completeness, and freshness.
Contribute to blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, onchain assets, labels, risk control, DEX rankings, token scoring, and related platforms or products.
Identify critical technical and business problems, make sound judgments, design solutions, coordinate resources, drive execution, and review outcomes.
Build highly available, high-performance, scalable global systems, while continuously improving reliability, cost efficiency, delivery efficiency, and user experience.
Use AI tools deeply and explore agents, intelligent investigation, engineering automation, and intelligent operations, turning successful practices into reusable team capabilities.
Collaborate with product, data, security, algorithm, operations, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
What We Value Most
Hunger — Curiosity and Drive
You stay curious about AI, Web3, emerging technologies, and new business domains, and can learn unfamiliar areas quickly.
You do not wait for instructions when facing a problem; you proactively understand the context, identify solutions, and drive execution.
You go beyond completing assigned tasks and continue to ask about outcomes, user value, and opportunities for improvement.
Cognition — Cognitive Ability and Judgment
You can quickly understand complex technical and business problems, build a structured mental model, and identify the core issue and key trade-offs.
When information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you can form sound judgments based on facts and logical reasoning.
You can compare the value, cost, risk, and long-term impact of different options, clearly explain your rationale, and turn decisions into executable plans and results.
What We Are Looking For
Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem decomposition skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical or business problems.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend and distributed systems;
Real-time or batch data processing, data platforms, search, and storage;
High-concurrency, high-availability systems, and reliability engineering;
Risk control, security, strategy, or data analysis;
AI agents, LLM applications, or engineering productivity.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
Open, direct, and effective communication, with a willingness to solve problems across teams.
Strong learning ability and growth potential. We value solid engineering fundamentals, but do not use mastery of one specific framework or middleware stack as the sole hiring criterion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
Familiarity with one or more blockchain technology models, such as EVM, UTXO, or Move.
Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.
Experience in fintech, risk control, security, e-commerce, advertising, recommendation systems, or other complex internet businesses.
Proven examples of using AI tools to solve real problems and turning solutions into engineered or scalable capabilities.
Ability to work in English, or experience building global and multi-region systems.
Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership in previous projects.
The Kind of Candidate We Hope to Meet
You can clearly explain the most complex problem you have solved, how you formed your judgment, and how you drove the solution to completion.
You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.
You remain constructive in changing or uncertain environments and can keep moving work forward.
Why Join Us

Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is entering a new chapter of People work: more AI-native, more strategic, and more focused on building systems that help every Notino do the best work of their career. We're building toward a four-pronged People Consulting model:
- Strategic People Partners who steer orgs as the consultative layer closest to the business.
- Talent Management is the systems and programmatic engine layer — talent programs, systems and resourcing work that support our People Partners & talent density.
- People Relations is the primary arm and escalation point for employee relations.
- People Operations owns the operational layer of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, a layer we're increasingly scaling through agentic services.
We are looking for the right person to join our existing Talent Management arm. This person will help define, operationalize, and continuously improve how we grow talent at Notion. This role sits at the intersection of talent philosophy, people partner strategy and enablement.
This is not a siloed program role. It is an extension of our strategic People Partner & Talent Management org: someone who brings deep talent management craft, strong business judgment, and the operating muscle to turn philosophy into practice across the company.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
1. Maintain and operationalize Notion’s talent philosophies
- Codify and evolve our talent philosophies across performance, growth, leadership, career development, internal mobility, early career, and high-performance expectations.
- Translate principles into practical tools, rituals, and operating mechanisms that People Partners and leaders can use.
- Ensure our philosophies stay connected to business needs, company strategy, and the realities of how work is changing.
- Ensure the talent systems we build are durable and make talent expectations clear, consistent, and actionable — without over-programming or adding unnecessary process.
2. Co-build the programmatic layer & talent engine for People Partners
- Help steer and co-build the overall talent enablement engine equipping People Partners to drive higher-quality actions with leaders. If People Partners are consultants, our talent management arm builds the resources to enable talent density.
- Keep our core philosophies aligned with our deployment-ready materials: playbooks, manager guides, conversation frameworks, decision tools, calibration support, and coaching resources.
- Partner closely with strategic People Partner leaders to identify where enablement is needed most and how it should show up in the business. Develop net new, creative strategies aligned with Notion’s values and vision.
- Ensure People Partners are not just consuming talent programs, but actively shaping and deploying them with context and judgment.
3. Enable talent density
- Bring the taste, craft, and pattern recognition to understand what different talent segments need to grow.
- Design self-service strategies & actions that help leaders develop talent
- Power up our mechanisms to better identify, engage, stretch, and retain talent.
- Enable our leadership bench.
4. Lead fluid, high-leverage talent strategy projects
This role will flex into the highest-priority talent questions of the moment. Examples of historical and potential high-impact projects include:
- Early career strategy enablement: helping define the scaffolding, manager expectations, growth model, and experience needed to make Notion a definitive launchpad for early-career talent.
- Total rewards exploration: partnering with Total Rewards, Talent, and People leaders to explore what recognition could look like in a more AI-native, high-performance environment.
- Role architecture for the next generation of work: rethinking how roles, levels, career paths, and talent systems should evolve as AI changes what people can do.
- Internal mobility and talent flow: partnering with People Ops, Recruiting and People partners in creating clearer, higher-touch pathways for high-slope talent to find the right next opportunity inside Notion.
- Leadership expectations: supporting the translation of Notion’s leadership philosophy into practical enablement for managers and leaders.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Significant experience designing, scaling, and evolving talent management strategies and programs (e.g. performance, talent reviews, succession planning, career architecture, or related initiatives).
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change without formal authority.
- Experience translating ambiguous talent philosophies into scalable tools, frameworks, and operating mechanisms.
- Strong business acumen and organizational judgment, with the ability to connect talent decisions to company outcomes.
- Excitement for reimagining talent management in an AI-native world.
