About Codex
Codex is building the infrastructure for stablecoin-based cross-border payments — moving money faster, cheaper, and more transparently than the legacy financial system. Backed by Circle, Coinbase, Dragonfly, Wintermute, and Cumberland, we're a small team solving hard problems at the intersection of crypto and global payments.
The Role
This is a hands-on founding role: you will personally run clients through onboarding while building the systems, workflows, and automation that allow the function to scale.
Codex is growing its client base rapidly — fintechs, PSPs, and institutional clients. Your job is to own the onboarding process end-to-end today, and architect what it looks like at 10x volume tomorrow. You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding Execution
- Own the KYB process from initiation to completion — ensuring collection of corporate documentation, managing RFIs, coordinating with Compliance on risk determinations, and ensuring clients are cleared and activated as fast as possible
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients through onboarding by setting expectations, chasing outstanding items, and keeping deals moving without losing the relationship
- Work with each new financial partner to understand their onboarding requirements and figure out the right process from scratch, adapting quickly as requirements evolve
- Coordinate with Trading Operations on account activation once KYB is complete
Process Design & Automation
- Document and systematise the current manual onboarding process — identifying what's repeatable, what's fragile, and where the biggest bottlenecks are
- Build the strategic roadmap for transitioning from manual to automated KYB — sequencing what gets automated first, what requires human judgement, and what the target state looks like
- Work directly with Engineering to spec and prioritise automation — you'll need to understand the problem deeply enough to translate it into product requirements
- Design and maintain onboarding workflows, checklists, and documentation standards that allow the function to scale to multiple staff members
Cross-functional Coordination
- Partner with Sales to ensure onboarding timelines are set correctly and deals don't stall after signing
- Work closely with Compliance to stay current on KYB policy, risk appetite changes, and new documentation requirements as Codex expands into new markets
- Feed client feedback on onboarding friction directly into the product and engineering roadmap
What We're Looking For
- 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in client onboarding, KYB, or operations at a fintech, PSP, neobank, or payments company. You've been in the weeds, not just managing people who are, but your deep understanding of the day-to-day operations enable you to scale the function thoughtfully as well.
- Strong familiarity with corporate KYB including entity structures, UBOs, documentation standards across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience owning one-to-many onboarding processes and improving them over time — you've seen what breaks at scale and know how to fix it before it does
- Experience working with an Engineering teams on automation and tooling
- Strong written communication skills. You are clear, precise, and professional with clients and internal teams alike
- Detail-oriented but pragmatic — you'll drive the manual work that's needed today without losing sight of the automated future you're building toward
Nice to Have
- Experience in the stablecoin or crypto payments space
- Familiarity with cross-border payment rails and the compliance requirements that vary by corridor
- Prior experience as the first or founding member of an onboarding function at an early-stage company

The Role
As a Lead Software Engineer in Test (SDET) at Nex, you will build the test engineering capability within Platform Software Engineering that helps us ship reliable Nex Playground experiences.
You will define and implement an automated test strategy spanning device software, cloud services, and hardware-integrated systems. From functional and regression testing to sustained device stress and cloud-scale load, you will design and build the tools, practices, and feedback loops that help engineers find problems early and release with confidence. You will lead through technical judgment, hands-on execution, and collaboration, and drive practical AI adoption in your work.
Success Looks Like
Teams can rely on fast, maintainable automated tests to detect meaningful regressions throughout development and release.
Device software, hardware-integrated systems, and cloud services are tested under realistic conditions, including sustained stress and load at scale.
Engineers can see test coverage, reliability trends, and release risks clearly, and use that information to improve products and test effectiveness.
Test tools and methods continuously improve, and platform engineers can design and build more testable systems.
What You'll Do
Test strategy and technical leadership
Own and evolve the automated test strategy for Platform Software Engineering. Prioritize coverage based on product risk and drive a high level of meaningful automated test coverage.
Define test approaches, quality criteria, and release feedback with platform engineers working on device software and cloud services.
Review and improve vendors’ test strategies and coverage, identify gaps, and work with vendors to address them.
Research, evaluate, and develop new testing techniques and tools that improve coverage, speed, and confidence.
Drive responsible, practical AI adoption in test design, automation, analysis, and engineering workflows, while maintaining human judgment and verification.
Automation and test infrastructure
Develop and operationalize functional, stress, and regression testing for software and hardware products, using both software-based and hardware-integrated techniques.
Develop and operationalize cloud service load testing using synthetic workloads and data at scale; identify bottlenecks, failure modes, and regressions.
Design, build, and evolve reusable test frameworks, harnesses, fixtures, and infrastructure that support reliable, repeatable testing across system boundaries.
Keep automated testing integral to CI/CD, with actionable feedback that engineers can use throughout development and release.
Improve product testability through better instrumentation, API design, separation of concerns, and effective use of mock objects and test data.
Define and track metrics, reports, and dashboards that show test coverage, effectiveness, reliability, and trends over time.
Engineering collaboration
Partner with platform engineers to embed quality and testability into design and delivery rather than treating testing as a final gate.
Work with platform engineers to investigate failures, identify root causes, and turn findings into product and test improvements.
Raise the engineering bar through design reviews, technical guidance, mentoring, and sharing test practices, tools, and findings with platform engineers.
Must Have
Experience setting technical direction for test engineering across teams and independently delivering work from strategy through implementation and iteration.
Strong hands-on software engineering skills, with experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks and infrastructure used by engineering teams.
Experience defining and delivering test strategies for complex software systems, including functional, regression, and stress or reliability testing.
Experience testing cloud services under load, including generating representative workloads and data and investigating performance or scalability bottlenecks.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD and improving the reliability, speed, and usefulness of test feedback.
Strong understanding of software design for testability, including instrumentation, APIs, isolation, mocks, and test data.
Experience applying AI tools to engineering and testing workflows, with a thoughtful approach to validation and data security.
Nice to Have
Experience testing connected consumer devices or systems that combine device software, firmware, hardware, and cloud services.
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing, automated test fixtures, or validation of cameras, sensors, or other hardware modules.
Familiarity with Android/AOSP, embedded systems, or device-level debugging.
Experience with soak, endurance, fault-injection, or other reliability testing techniques.
Experience building products for children and families.
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.

Partner Operations Manager
Remote (India), with strong overlap with US business hours
Backblaze is the object storage leader in the open cloud movement, fueling customer success with cloud storage built purposefully to unlock budgets, unburden administrators, and unleash innovators. Together with our partners, we're helping customers break free from the restrictive, overpriced legacy solutions that hold them back, and blaze forward with the full power of the open cloud in their hands.
Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $100m in revenue and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We are seeking a:
Senior Partner Operations Manager.
About the Role
Backblaze sells through resellers, OEM/ISV and technology partners, and service providers. The systems behind that (Salesforce, the partner platform, deal registration, tiering, MDF) are only partly built. You will own them and build the rest and assist with setting up the enablement program.
You will be the person leadership trusts when they ask, "Is this pipeline number real?" You will also shape how the partner program runs day to day and how it should run next year. You report to the Head of Partner Operations and Enablement and work closely with the Head of Channel & Partnerships.
What You'll Own
Partner data and attribution
Be the source of truth for partner-related Salesforce data: accounts, opportunities, and sourced vs. influenced attribution.
Define the attribution rules, document them, and enforce them. Resolve conflicts before they reach a forecast call.
Establish and maintain partner data governance standards, including partner classification, account hierarchies, lifecycle stages, ownership assignments, and consistent reporting across Salesforce and the partner platform.
Build the dashboards partner leadership and the field use to run the business, not just view it.
Program mechanics, built to scale
Run deal registration end to end, including intake, validation, conflict resolution, and approval, with clear SLAs.
Manage partner application intake, qualification workflows, approvals, enrollment, agreements, and activation tracking across partner segments. Identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-onboard and time-to-first-revenue.
Help establish the partner enablement function. Stand up the foundations (onboarding paths, certification tracks, a central asset library, and enablement tracking in the partner platform) and measure adoption and time-to-first-deal so enablement ties to partner outcomes.
Run tiering, onboarding, certification, and MDF from request to reconciliation. Measure MDF return on investment and report what's working.
Replace manual steps with Salesforce flows and platform workflows wherever you can.
Commercial operations and partner support
Operationalize partner discount structures, SKUs, quoting, distribution transactions, incentives, and partner compensation or credit reconciliation.
Establish and manage partner operations support processes, including intake, escalation, issue tracking, resolution SLAs, and coordination with internal teams to resolve registration, billing, access, and program-related issues.
Partner platform and migration
Own day-to-day administration of the partner platform (Impartner or its successor): access, workflows, and Salesforce sync.
Be the operational lead on the platform migration, working with IT and RevOps on requirements, data mapping, testing, cutover, and reconciliation.
Insight and business reviews
Build the recurring reporting for internal reviews and partner QBRs, including scorecards, pipeline status, and program health.
Track program KPIs, call out trends, and bring recommendations to the Head of Partner Operations and Enablement. We expect a point of view, not just a report.
The Right Fit
Required
5-8 years in partner, sales, or revenue operations, supporting a channel or partner program.
Advanced Salesforce skills: reports, dashboards, flows, and data hygiene. Admin certification is not required.
Hands-on experience running deal registration, tiering, onboarding, or MDF.
Proven ability to fix root causes in data rather than patch symptoms.
Comfort working across several partner types and stakeholder groups at once.
Clear written English. You will write process docs, explain data decisions, and push back on bad inputs.
Strongly Preferred
Experience with a PRM platforms and with a platform migration or systems consolidation.
Experience working US hours from outside the US.
Background at a cloud infrastructure, storage, or technical B2B company.
This Role Is Not For You If
You want a mature, finished program to maintain. Here you shape the systems as you go.
You need one partner segment to specialize in. This role covers all of them by design.
You're not comfortable saying "this data is wrong" and then fixing it yourself.
Logistics
Remote (India). Must maintain strong overlap with US business hours.
Reports to: Head of Partner Operations and Enablement

GoMining is a Bitcoin cloud-mining platform that has grown into a full crypto ecosystem: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Wallet, Simple Earn, the VIP programme and Miner Wars. We’re growing fast and plan to multiply sales next year. A large part of that growth will come from partners who already have big audiences.
This role brings those partners in across MENA and Latin America. We’re hiring one BDM per region, and this position covers the MENA and LatAm markets. You’ll find and sign affiliates and partners with large networks in MENA and LatAm: crypto exchanges and media, iGaming operators and affiliate networks, brokers, fintech players, streamers and influencer agencies. Our offer to them is one of the strongest on the market: a high commission on every sale their audience makes, plus a lifetime revenue share. Your job is to put that offer in front of the right people and close the deal.
This is not a desk job and not mass cold outreach. You’ll spend much of your time in the field, at conferences, expos and meetings across MENA and LatAm, holding live negotiations every day. You’ll be one of the first members of a regional BD team we’re building from scratch. Your income grows directly with the volume your partners bring in, and the bonus is uncapped.
What you’ll do
Hunting: find the partners who matter
Map the partners with the biggest reach in MENA and LatAm: crypto (exchanges, wallets, media, communities), iGaming and gambling (operators, affiliate networks, streamers), brokers (forex, CFD, investment platforms), fintech and payments, large media and influencer agencies.
Work the field: attend crypto, iGaming, affiliate and fintech conferences across MENA and LatAm, book meetings in advance and close partnerships on site.
Use your own network and local reputation to get in front of decision-makers, not just whoever answers an email.
Closing: run the full cycle
Own every deal end to end: first contact, negotiation, agreeing terms, onboarding, launching traffic and the first sales.
Negotiate with founders and senior management, and show clearly what partnering with GoMining is worth to them and their audience.
When a partner says no, find out why and bring that back so we can sharpen the offer.
Growing: turn partners into volume
Grow the partners you’ve signed: higher volume, new formats, and special offers for their audiences.
Keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM, report weekly on the funnel, and file a short results report after every trip.
Share what you see in the MENA and LatAm markets (competitor offers, partner expectations, local payment specifics) with the team.
What success looks like
First month:
you know the product and the partner offer inside out, your MENA/LatAm pipeline is mapped, and your conference and meeting calendar for the next quarter is set.
First 3 months:
you’re running a steady rhythm of in-person meetings, your first partnerships are signed and live, and the first sales are coming in through your partners.
Ongoing:
we measure you on new active partners per month, sales volume and revenue from those partners, and how well your meetings convert into signed deals.
Requirements
3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage or fintech.
Your own network in MENA and/or LatAm (affiliates, networks, operators, media). This is the main requirement.
A track record of closing large partnership deals, with numbers you can walk us through.
Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management.
Readiness to travel a lot to conferences and meetings across MENA and LatAm.
A hunter mindset: proactive, fast-paced, driven by results and money.
Fluent English.
Would be a plus
A regional language: Arabic for MENA, Spanish or Portuguese for LatAm.
A personal reputation in the local crypto, affiliate or iGaming community.
A strong grasp of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) and traffic.
Experience with large affiliate networks and streamers.
Knowledge of payment specifics in MENA and LatAm markets.
Benefits
Sales-driven pay:
a fixed salary plus an uncapped bonus on the sales volume your partners bring in.
A travel and conference budget
for field work across MENA and LatAm.
Fast decisions
and direct access to the head of the direction.
Professional growth:
support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit:
remote format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave:
up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Team culture:
retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: Serbia; Spain; Italy; Portugal; Cyprus; France

The Global Security Operations Engineer is a senior technical role responsible for strengthening the firm's ability to detect, investigate, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity threats across its global environment.
Working as part of the Global Security operations team, the successful candidate will lead complex security investigations, develop and optimize threat detection capabilities, and implement automation to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of security operations.
The role combines hands-on incident response with proactive security engineering, helping the firm move from reactive alert management toward an increasingly automated, intelligence-led security operating model.
Operating within a geographically distributed organization, the successful candidate will work closely with global and regional technology and security teams, provide technical leadership during significant incidents, and contribute to the continuous improvement of security capabilities. Based in APAC, the role will provide critical regional coverage as part of a coordinated global security operations function.
Responsibilities
Advanced Investigation and Incident Response
Serve as a senior escalation point for security incidents, assuming ownership of complex, ambiguous, and high-severity events that exceed first-line triage capability.
Conduct detailed investigations to establish initial access vectors, attacker activities and objectives, scope of compromise, and dwell time, documenting findings to an appropriate evidentiary standard.
Perform root cause analysis on confirmed incidents and near misses, identifying underlying security control or process failures rather than simply addressing immediate symptoms.
Act as technical lead during significant incidents across containment, eradication, and recovery, coordinating activities across global and regional teams.
Conduct host and network forensics and malware triage, engaging specialist forensic providers where investigations exceed internal capabilities.
Translate technical findings into clear statements of business risk for leadership and drive post-incident corrective actions through to closure.
Investigate identity-based attacks, account compromise, unauthorized access, and suspicious activity across cloud platforms and enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
Participate in an on-call rotation and provide out-of-hours escalation support during serious incidents, and undertake additional projects and activities as required.
Security Automation & Detection Engineering
Design, build, tune, and maintain detection content mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework, identifying and reporting coverage gaps against threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures relevant to the firm.
Reduce false-positive volume and analyst alert fatigue through systematic tuning, suppression logic, and automated alert enrichment.
Operationalize threat intelligence by translating reporting and indicators of compromise into actionable detections, threat-hunting hypotheses, and preventive controls.
Design, develop, and maintain automated response playbooks, including Logic Apps, automation rules, and SOAR workflows, to reduce mean time to detect and respond.
Write and maintain queries, scripts, and code (KQL, PowerShell, Python, or equivalent) supporting detection, enrichment, automated triage, and reporting.
Integrate security tooling and data sources through APIs and connectors, including onboarding new log sources with appropriate parsing, normalization, and validation.
Continuously assess and improve security monitoring, detection, and response capabilities, identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage, reduce operational complexity, and improve effectiveness through automation and technology optimization.
Identify opportunities to apply AI-assisted investigation, alert triage, and security automation capabilities to improve detection effectiveness, reduce manual effort, and accelerate incident response.
Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify suspicious activity, validate detection effectiveness, and uncover threats that may evade existing security controls.
Requirements
This is a hands-on technical role requiring demonstrated depth in security operations, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work with limited supervision. We value analytical rigor, curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to share knowledge and develop others as highly as any individual technology or certification.
Compulsory Requirements:
5+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or detection engineering, including demonstrable experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
Proven experience leading complex technical investigations end to end, from escalation through root cause analysis to documented remediation.
Deep, hands-on expertise with modern SIEM and endpoint detection and response (EDR) platforms, including authoring and optimizing detection logic, conducting investigations, and managing data onboarding.
Strong practical automation and scripting abilities, including KQL and at least one of PowerShell or Python, with demonstrated experience developing and operating automation in production.
Experience designing and maintaining automated response playbooks using Logic Apps, automation rules, or comparable SOAR capabilities.
Advanced knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, Cyber Kill Chain analysis, and established incident response methodologies, such as PICERL.
Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP and networking, Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, Entra cloud identity and authentication, and security operations across cloud and hybrid environments.
Experience with host and network forensics, malware triage, and the analysis of malicious email headers, links, and attachments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical findings and security risks to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams, with flexibility to provide out-of-hours support during significant security incidents.
Occasional travel to support global cybersecurity operations and incident response may be required
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Industry certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, GREM, OSCP, CySA+, SC-200, AZ-500, or CISSP.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Azure.
Experience operating within a global, federated, or shared-services model, ideally in professional services or another highly regulated sector.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or comparable control frameworks
