ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Associate, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it. You'll keep our Workday data accurate and well structured, and you'll make sure it flows correctly into the systems that depend on it.
This is a new role in its current scope. You'll own employee data changes from start to finish, manage the data structure that shapes our org, and set up reconciliation and error reporting across our integrations. We're looking for someone who gets the details right, finds the root cause when data breaks, and builds processes that scale as Ramp grows.
We're moving to Workday on January 1, and we want this person on board before go-live so they can run our employee data changes from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employee data changes
- Own the process design and execution for role changes like transfers, promotions, manager and title changes, plus relocations (using our comp calculator for basic geo adjustments and partnering with Global Mobility on more complex moves)
- Own intake and completion of one-off data changes through Serval (our ticketing system) tickets, meeting SLAs and giving employees a clear, helpful experience
- Review and approve data change transactions to protect data quality
- Support internal mobility cycles and position management in Workday (and Ashby)
- Partner with People Business Partners, Compensation and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage handoffs and keep data changes moving accurately and on time
Bulk changes
- Own bulk data changes from start to finish, including reorgs, comp cycles and mass updates: prepare and validate the data, run the loads and confirm the results
- Build review steps and checklists that make large changes repeatable and low-risk, and partner with HRIS on EIB templates and system-level controls
Data quality, reconciliation and stewardship
- Build and run regular reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems, including benefits providers and international payroll
- Monitor integration errors, find root causes and fix data and process gaps with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and vendor partners, escalating system or integration fixes to HRIS with clear root-cause analysis
- Define and document data standards, ownership and controls for employee data, and run regular audits to find and fix issues in partnership with HRIS team
- Be the go-to expert on how employee data works at Ramp, and help teammates and partners understand it
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3-6+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles
- Experience with data changes in Workday HCM, including the ability to manage employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle - processing employee changes, organizational updates, job changes, and audits.
- A solid understanding of payroll and benefits data, and of how HRIS integrations feed those systems.
- A track record of building reconciliation, audit or error-reporting processes from scratch
- Strong attention to detail, a habit of checking your work before and after changes, and sound judgment with sensitive, confidential employee data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation, plus sound judgment when using AI tools—knowing when to rely on them and when human review is essential
- Clear communication with employees and stakeholders at every level
- A process-improvement mindset: you fix the underlying cause of what breaks repeatedly, and build scalable processes that uphold data standards while enabling the business
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fast-growing company where the org structure changes often
- Experience with Serval, JIRA, or similar service desk tools
- Experience with Workday reporting
- Experience building data workflows, with and without AI
- SQL skills

An overview of this role
As Director of Regional Sales for GitLab's National Security Group (NSG), you'll lead a field-based team of Account Executives driving new and expansion revenue across US federal NSG departments. You'll coach and grow the team, spend time with key accounts, and lead large-deal strategy and executive negotiations. Your work will help agencies adopt GitLab's development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) platform through complex federal procurement processes.
You'll partner with senior leadership, Renewals, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align our sales approach with agency needs. This includes shaping offerings authorized under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), bringing field feedback into the roadmap, and building long-term growth within large agencies. You'll travel as needed for customer meetings and team engagements.
What you'll do
Recruit, hire, lead, and coach Account Executives covering NSG departments to achieve regional revenue and growth targets while building an accountable, inclusive team.
Lead new business and expansion strategy, generating and progressing pipeline across priority accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
Own regional forecasting, opportunity data quality, and deal reviews. Use MEDDPICC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion, and Competition) to qualify opportunities and give senior leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, commitments, and risks.
Guide complex federal procurement processes with distributors and partners, including Carahsoft and systems integrators. Navigate contracting vehicles, funding cycles, and agency-specific buying processes to secure multi-year contracts and expansions.
Shape the sales approach for regulated environments, connecting FedRAMP-authorized offerings and mission-critical DevSecOps use cases to agency needs and increasing platform adoption.
Work with Renewals, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and federal partners on account plans, product roadmap feedback, and campaigns that support retention and expansion.
Expand within large agencies through new workloads, cross-sells, and upsells, balancing near-term revenue with long-term platform adoption.
Meet customers in the field and travel as needed for key account meetings, large-deal reviews, and team engagements. Build senior executive relationships and lead negotiations while working effectively in GitLab's asynchronous environment.
What you'll bring
Experience in open source software, DevOps, or related enterprise technology sales.
A process- and data-driven approach to sales operations, including advanced use of Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
Experience selling or leading teams in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as FedRAMP or similar government software-as-a-service frameworks, or the ability to learn quickly in highly regulated markets.
Success selling and coaching teams through complex enterprise deals with large public sector accounts, including long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology, including pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and deal reviews.
Experience hiring, coaching, developing, and leading regional, field-based sales teams while building an accountable, collaborative, and inclusive team.
Skill in managing senior executive relationships and leading executive meetings and negotiations within large organizations with multiple departments and decision-makers.
Alignment with GitLab's values and leadership expectations. We welcome transferable skills in enterprise technology sales and team leadership from a range of backgrounds.
About the team
The NSG sales team is an all-remote organization. We collaborate asynchronously across regions and work with federal distributors and systems integrators, including Carahsoft, to support government customers.
Our work supports GitLab's mission to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. We value transparency and collaboration, and you'll have the autonomy and accountability to own your results.

Artificial intelligence (AI) agents are becoming part of enterprise infrastructure—requesting access, handling credentials, interacting with production systems, and acting on behalf of people. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic Identity Security, you’ll shape how organizations understand and address this emerging security challenge. You’ll build the narrative, positioning, and market-entry strategy for Apono as part of 1Password, bringing fresh perspective to an evolving product and category while turning strategy into action.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within the US.
What we're looking for:
- Bring experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or business-to-business (B2B) software, with an understanding of technical buyers and complex markets.
- Bring a clear strength in product marketing, such as product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning, messaging, or narrative development.
- Think strategically while staying close to execution, turning ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes.
- Work proactively and take ownership by identifying what needs to be done, building alignment, and moving the work forward.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence with executive, product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences.
- Use AI tools and agents thoughtfully to improve research, planning, messaging, and workflow scale while maintaining sound judgment and a human point of view.
- Preferred: Have experience shaping an emerging category or working in a high-growth or changing organization.
What you can expect:
- Define the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono’s next chapter as part of 1Password.
- Evaluate existing positioning and messaging, preserve what remains valuable, and evolve what no longer reflects the product or market.
- Build deep understanding of customers, personas, use cases, market dynamics, and the challenges organizations face as AI agents interact with enterprise infrastructure.
- Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and the content direction that supports them.
- Partner closely with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders to connect strategy across the business.
- Bring ideas from strategy through execution, using customer and market feedback to refine the story and priorities.
- Help shape the capabilities and resources the product marketing function needs as the business grows.
The annual base salary for this role is between $152,000 USD and $220,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI

Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer - AI & Agentic Architecture
This is a senior individual-contributor role combining deep hands-on engineering with multiple agentic frameworks & SDKs, harnesses, MCP, and APIs, technical leadership, and close collaboration with engineering, security, and product teams. You'll design and ship agentic systems, developer tooling, and reusable platform capabilities that improve productivity across SIE.
What you'll do:
Agentic & AI Engineering
Design, build, and operate production-quality agentic applications using agentic SDKs/harnesses — including multi-agent orchestration, subagent delegation, tool integration, and lifecycle hooks.
Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool and resource interfaces that give coding agents/harnesses safe, reliable access to backend systems and enterprise data.
Engineer prompts for reliable structured output (JSON schemas, few-shot examples, validation/retry loops) and build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve output quality.
Manage context effectively across long documents, multi-turn conversations, and multi-agent handoffs; design escalation and human-in-the-loop patterns for production reliability.
Developer Productivity
Configure and extend Codex/Claude Code for team-wide use:
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md
hierarchies, custom slash commands, Agent Skills, path-specific rules, and plan mode.
Integrate agentic development into CI/CD pipelines for automated code review, test generation, and PR feedback, tuned to minimize false positives and duplicate findings.
Build and maintain MCP server integrations (project- and user-scoped) that extend agent-native development capabilities across engineering workflows.
Identify high-value opportunities for AI-assisted development and design reusable capabilities that multiple teams can adopt, not just one-off solutions.
Discovery, Prototyping & Production Delivery
Partner directly with engineering teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities through hands-on discovery.
Rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities with real users, then take successful prototypes into secure, observable, maintainable production systems.
Own the full lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting of agentic systems.
Mentor engineers on agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and agent-native development practices.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and documentation that help other teams build effectively with agentic development tools.
Requirements
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands-on work building and operating AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++) and solid engineering fundamentals — API design, testing, debugging, code review, maintainable code.
Practical, production-grade experience with agentic SDKs/harnesses, MCP, and LLMs — tool use, orchestration, RAG, context management, structured output, and evaluation.
Experience designing MCP tool/resource interfaces and reasoning about tool selection, error handling, and reliability in multi-agent systems.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into CI/CD and developer workflows.
Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, evaluate tradeoffs, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and leading through influence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling.
Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack.
A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
