Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
MetaMask is the world's leading self-custodial wallet — and the primary gateway for hundreds of millions of people into the onchain economy. Our Trading features sit at the heart of that experience: enabling users to place a swap, a perp trade, a prediction market trade, or an investment in Real-World-Assets (RWA) with confidence.
We're looking for a strategic, data-informed, and user-obsessed
Senior Product Marketing Manager
to own the positioning and growth of these features. This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the MetaMask marketing organisation — sitting at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and long-term brand trust.
You'll report to our Product Marketing Director and work across Product, Growth, Brand, Business Development, and Partner Marketing to ensure every launch and lifecycle initiative is anchored in insight, competitive differentiation, and measurable impact.
What you'll do
Strategy
Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for features within Trading across global markets — from opportunity sizing and positioning through to launch and lifecycle optimisation
Partner with Product leads to shape roadmap priorities based on market insight, user behaviour, and growth potential
Act as a strategic thought partner to Product and Growth, representing user needs and market realities in decision-making
Influence long-term product strategy and monetisation through competitive analysis, segmentation, and market research
GTM and product growth
Lead product and feature launches, crafting narratives that resonate with crypto traders and holders,
Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase awareness, activation, and retention across Trading funnels
Partner with Growth and Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities within user journeys, translating insights into programmes that move key metrics — conversion, volume, retention
Ensure strong measurement and continuous iteration — every campaign should have clear success metrics and documented learnings
Cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Brand, Growth, Communications, Business Development, and Customer Support to deliver integrated campaigns that connect product value to cultural relevance
Align cross-functional stakeholders and manage timelines, priorities, and expectations to ensure seamless execution
Partner with Data and Product to monitor performance, share learnings, and continually refine GTM approaches
Brand and community
Strengthen MetaMask's reputation as a trusted, user-first brand in the Trading community
Support education, community, and influencer programmes that drive awareness and confidence — particularly among emerging market segments
Ensure consistency in storytelling across all surfaces, from lifecycle emails to content and brand campaigns
What you'll bring
6 to 8+ years in product marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a high-growth consumer tech environment
Demonstrated success leading complex product launches and lifecycle growth initiatives with measurable outcomes
Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability — able to turn complex product concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Analytical and outcome-driven; comfortable interpreting data and using insight to inform both marketing and product strategy
Exceptional cross-functional communication, influence, and project leadership skills
Deep curiosity about web3, DeFi, and onchain user behaviour — or direct experience in the crypto ecosystem
Nice to have:
experience in leading GTM for perps trading and prediction markets products and leading GTM to Asia audience.

ABOUT ENEBA
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We’re the Eneba Engineering team. We bring together product-minded engineers, tech leads, and managers who are passionate about building and maintaining a stable, scalable marketplace for gamers. Our mission is to keep Eneba running smoothly while enabling steady, iterative growth. We focus on reliability, clear ownership, and pragmatic engineering that serves real business needs.
We're looking for a Head of Engineering to own Eneba's engineering organization day to day. You'll drive technical decisions, people structure, process evolution, and AI adoption across an org of 70+ engineers spanning Software Engineering, Mobile, Security, and IT Admin. You'll report directly to our VP of Technology and work in close partnership with our Director of Product.
What you'll own in year one
- Own the overall stability, reliability, and efficiency of Eneba’s core technology, ensuring the platform runs smoothly while continuing to evolve iteratively over time.
- Lead, mentor, and support a lean core of engineering managers and tech leads fostering a culture of accountability, knowledge sharing, and strong technical ownership.
- Maintain and continuously improve engineering practices, processes, and documentation so that teams can onboard quickly, rotate between projects, and keep the “machine” well oiled despite ongoing growth.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical priorities that optimize for long-term maintainability over constant reinvention.
- Anticipate scaling and stability risks (e.g., headcount changes, new projects, or shifts in focus) and proactively prepare the platform, architecture, and teams to handle them with minimal disruption.
- Ensure a high bar for code quality, security, and operational excellence, while keeping the organization lean and efficient rather than growing the team unnecessarily.
- Create an environment where Eneba can safely experiment with new practices and technologies that improve efficiency or enable future projects when needed, without compromising the stability of the existing platform.
- AI adoption: setting the culture, tooling, and behavior modeling for AI/LLM usage across the engineering organisation
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years as a Head of Engineering, VP Engineering, or equivalent senior engineering leadership role
- Proven experience leading engineering organisations of 40+ engineers in product-focused tech companies, operating as a manager of managers with tech leads and engineering managers reporting into you across multiple disciplines (backend, frontend, mobile)
- Strong hands-on software engineering background earlier in your career, with the ability to make architecture and system design decisions across the stack and earn the trust of senior engineers independently
- Track record of scaling engineering teams in startup or high-growth environments, with a demonstrated ability to move fast, make decisions without heavy approval chains, and operate in ambiguity
- Experience working in consumer-facing product companies (marketplace, e-commerce, gaming, consumer fintech, or similar)
- Genuine enthusiasm for people leadership at scale — you've built and coached engineering managers and tech leads over multiple years, developed talent, and handled underperformance, restructures, and difficult conversations directly
- Active user of AI/LLM tools in your own work, with demonstrated experience driving adoption within your engineering team — including a clear point of view on trade-offs around cost, quality, and use cases
- Demonstrated ability to run stable, scalable platforms with a focus on reliability, predictability, and incremental improvement over time
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience partnering closely with product leadership and representing engineering in executive-level and cross-functional discussions
- Comfortable operating without rigid long-term roadmaps; able to bring judgment, structure, and continuity while preparing the organisation for likely challenges
- Experience working in multi-product or multi-project organisations is a strong plus
- Based in Lithuania or willing to travel regularly to our Kaunas headquarters, particularly in the first three months
- Fluent English (business proficiency required)
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred. Please submit your resume in English

- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships through technical and domain credibility

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re hiring experienced performance engineers to make performance measurement at Supabase rigorous, repeatable, and actionable by product teams. This role owns the benchmarking and profiling systems we use to detect regressions, explain performance changes, and publish credible numbers for customers and the market. You’ll build the tooling and the methodology and make it easy for product teams to use it correctly.
You’d join a new performance team as one of its first members, working alongside a deeply seasoned performance engineer, with the team growing to roughly six this year. There’s no legacy process to inherit — you’ll help define how we measure and communicate performance metrics at Supabase.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and evolve benchmarking, profiling, and load-testing tooling (cloud, database, and end-to-end).
- Define benchmark suites and reference workloads that reflect real customer behavior (and evolve them as the products change).
- Establish performance baselines and regression gates across products (variance tracking, environment control, and detection of changes).
- Build mechanisms that turn benchmark results into action: triage workflows, owner routing, and clear, reproducible reports.
- Partner closely with database teams (e.g. Multigres, OrioleDB) to identify bottlenecks and land concrete performance improvements.
- Enable the company to publish credible, repeatable performance numbers for customers and the market.
- Help teams self-serve performance testing and make performance a first-class engineering concern.
PROBLEMS YOU MIGHT WORK ON
- Build our continuous benchmarking infrastructure so product teams can spot performance regressions early. Ideally, teams can run benchmarks directly on PRs or locally while developing a feature.
- Analyze and eliminate issues with load generators, workloads or benchmark environments to ensure that benchmarks are reliable indicators for actual product performance.
- Build regression triage tooling that pinpoints what changed (diffing, profiles/traces, query-level attribution).
- Help product teams so they can analyze the root cause of performance regressions in benchmark environments themselves.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep experience in performance engineering, benchmarking, and profiling of complex distributed systems. Specifically, you have owned benchmarking systems where reproducibility and controlling variance mattered.
- Strong systems intuition (databases, storage, networking, cloud infrastructure).
- Comfortable working across product, infra, and database teams.
- Pragmatic, tooling-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Depth on at least one end of that stack: Linux kernel internals (virtual memory, scheduling, networking, IO) or database internals (query planning, storage engines, buffer and WAL management)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring experienced performance engineers to find and land performance wins across the Supabase stack — from the query optimiser to block device level, and across the network paths and cloud infrastructure that connect our distributed platform. This is a performance delivery role: real, measured improvements to our database, platform, and APIs as we scale toward enterprise and platform-grade workloads. The methodologies you develop and tooling you build exist to multiply that delivery.
You'd join a new performance team as one of its first members, working alongside a deeply seasoned performance engineer, with the team growing to roughly six this year. There's no legacy process to inherit — you'll help define how performance engineering works at Supabase.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find bottlenecks in live production systems and characterize them precisely enough that the owning team can act on them without you in the room.
- Partner closely with database teams (e.g. Multigres, OrioleDB) and infra teams to land concrete performance improvements.
- Build, communicate, and evolve performance methodologies and tooling that turn live production data into actionable insight.
- Partner with the observability team to capture the right signals and establish a unified view of platform performance (latency, throughput, tail behavior) across products.
- Help teams self-serve performance analysis and make performance a first-class engineering concern.
PROBLEMS YOU MIGHT WORK ON
- Tune the kernel's paging behavior to production workloads
- Reduce memory overhead in OrioleDB and Multigres
- Identify and eliminate sources of latency spikes from application to kernel level
- Identify scalability bottlenecks across the entire stack and work the appropriate teams in Supabase and the wider community to resolve them
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep experience in performance engineering, specifically performance analysis of complex distributed systems.
- You can walk the whole stack: follow a tail-latency problem from the query optimizer through the syscall boundary to the IO scheduler — or across pooler hops, network paths, and availability zones — reading profiles and traces at every layer.
- Depth on at least one end of that stack: Linux kernel internals (virtual memory, scheduling, networking, IO) or database internals (query planning, storage engines, buffer and WAL management)
- Strong working knowledge of networking and cloud infrastructure performance: TCP behavior under load, network virtualization overhead, and the performance characteristics of AWS primitives (EBS throughput and IOPS, instance network limits, placement groups, cross-AZ latency).
- Proven ability to turn performance insights into real product and architecture improvements — including getting teams you don't belong to to prioritize and ship the fix.
- Strong written communication: your problem characterisations are precise, reproducible, and compelling on their own.
- Pragmatic, tooling-oriented mindset; comfort working across product, infra, and database teams.
