About the job: QV.AC is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices, giving people real control over their data and AI usage without cloud dependency or data harvesting. The focus is on local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. Responsibilities: Engineering: — Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping. — Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs. — Own the technical design of features and the API surface between the AI core and the app. — Ensure close collaboration with AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything involving models or inference. Product Partnership: — Work alongside product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work. — Push back when scope and reality don't match and propose better paths. — Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially regarding local AI model capabilities and limitations. — Help the team move fast using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before commitment. Leadership: — Create clarity around team goals and define success. — Mentor team leads to build strong operating systems, improve collaboration, and grow as leaders. — Lead by example: actively contribute when needed and step back when teams are ready to own their work. Mandatory Requirements: — Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer products, ideally AI-powered apps. — Strong product sense to distinguish good features from busywork. — Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints such as model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between demos and reliable features. — Heavy use of AI tools in own work and enthusiasm for experimenting with new models and capabilities. — Deep knowledge of JavaScript and React. — Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and ability to give and receive direct critique. Preferred: — Experience with local or on-device inference, LLM evaluations, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source. Work format: — Remote work from anywhere in the world. Additional information: — Recruitment scams warning and official application channels provided. — Official careers page: https://tether.recruitee.com/ — Communication only via official company emails ending with @tether.to or @tether.io. — No requests for payment or financial details during hiring. — Candidates encouraged to mention the word EXTOLL when applying to confirm they read the job post fully.

What you can expect: - Own complex post-sale technical relationships, guiding customers from onboarding through adoption and renewal. - Lead technical implementations, including integrations, configuration, and security reviews. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts and help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. - Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify risks, support expansion opportunities, and maximize customer value. - Represent the customer perspective internally while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Support, and other cross-functional teams. - Create and maintain scalable resources, playbooks, knowledge-base content, processes, and metrics. - Mentor team members, contribute to enablement, support team leadership activities, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $143,000 USD and $207,00 USD, and is commission-eligible. Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $143,000 CAD and $207,000 CAD and is commission-eligible. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. ABOUT THE TEAM The Billing team sits at the intersection of product, finance, and infrastructure. They're responsible for ensuring every observable event—errors, logs, traces, tokens—gets accurately measured, priced, and billed. Their work directly impacts company revenue and customer trust, requiring distributed systems expertise, attention to financial accuracy, and deep understanding of product usage patterns. The team works cross-functionally with product, engineering, BizOps, marketing, and sales to build systems that enable new products and pricing models. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect and scale the core systems that power Sentry's billing infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and reliability at massive scale. - You will collaborate on building the next generation of Sentry’s usage tracking pipeline, processing hundreds of billions of events daily with low latency and financial-grade accuracy. - You will help design flexible pricing primitives that support everything from per-event usage billing to complex enterprise contracts, enabling product and sales teams to experiment rapidly while maintaining revenue accuracy and reduced time-to-market for new products. - You will contribute to technical decisions on data consistency challenges unique to billing—like handling event delays, retroactive pricing changes, and distributed count reconciliation across our infrastructure. TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE - Built or significantly improved systems with high-stakes accuracy requirements. - Mentored engineers through ambiguous, high-stakes projects. - Operated services where reliability includes uptime and also financial correctness. The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $227,000 to $420,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM). With our API first approach to EPM, you will champion API centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support their organizations at scale. You'll shape a roadmap spanning admin capabilities, admin dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery and user confirmation workflows, and agentic (MCP) capabilities — connecting deep platform decisions to customer and business outcomes. This role sits at the center of the enterprise admin experience, with dependencies across many partner teams, so strong cross-functional judgment and communication are essential. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. HOW WE'RE USING AI TODAY Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers. OUR PRODUCT PHILOSOPHY Our philosophy on Product consists of five core pillars: - Focus and Execution — can you ship quickly and measure results? - Customer Empathy — are you motivated first and foremost to solve customer problems? - Effective Communication — can you bring the entire organization — horizontally and vertically — along on the journey? - Go To Market — can you understand and drive the business outcomes through product decisions? - Technology — articulating how our technology beats our competitors. Product Managers play a highly visible role in the company and are critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As PMs, we are responsible for setting and championing the high bar for our products. You must excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results. You'll work with other PMs to understand customer problems and define requirements so your engineering counterparts can create great solutions, and you'll take a holistic view of customer needs that cross buyers, users, and administrators. You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure the quality, security, and usability of the service. What we're looking for: - 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success, in B2B or enterprise software - A track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the features or products you owned - Experience building for administrator or IT personas — workflows, dashboards, APIs, or enterprise governance capabilities - Strong experience with API first product design, API development, and API management workflows, with the technical depth to engage directly with system architecture and developer documentation - An action-bias that won't wait to create change - Obsession with internal and external customer problems, and the ability to represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scale from technical to non-technical audiences - Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems, and remove roadblocks - Ability to prioritize tasks and use data — both qualitative and quantitative — to drive decision-making - Strong background and experience in cybersecurity is needed. - Experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly sales, support, and customer success What you can expect: - Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product team that is invested in your success and the success of your initiatives - A dynamic, highly collaborative environment - Empowerment to contribute to, and help drive, overall product strategy and the relative priority of the features you own on the roadmap - Being a part of the team that drives the success of 1Password, our products, and business to the next level - Having fun working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that prioritizes close collaboration over rigid processes, while continuously embracing an entrepreneurial culture USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $144,000 USD and $202,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. What we're looking for: - Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including experience carrying a revenue or adoption target, with a preference for experience in security products, agentic products, or developer tools. - Experience owning the strategy for a new product area or market entry, and taking it from hypothesis to customers running in production. - Experience working directly with enterprise customers on a technical deployment, as the person accountable for the outcome, and turning what those deployments proved into a repeatable motion a sales team can run. - Experience building technology partnerships and integrations, including judging where a product should sit in a larger technology ecosystem and working with business development on commercial terms. - Technical depth to hold a credible conversation with developers and security architects about how AI agents are built, deployed, and given access to systems. - Demonstrated ability to build alignment across go-to-market and engineering teams toward a shared goal, without direct authority over either. - Demonstrated ability to make decisions and move work forward with incomplete information in a fast-changing market. - Takes ownership end to end, including the work that falls between teams. - Works AI-first: uses agents in daily work, and applies their own judgement to decisions, product taste, and customer and internal relationships. - Preferred: familiarity with agentic access products, meaning the products that give AI agents credentials and access to the systems they work in. What you can expect: GROWTH STRATEGY - Own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities, covering the customer segments we target, the outcomes we deliver that we win on, and the workflows we get embedded into. Revise it as evidence arrives from customers, partners, and the market. - Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market research gathered with the go-to-market, product, user experience, and product marketing teams. - Lead a weekly business review that brings the voice of the customer, field feedback, and product usage telemetry into one view, so the team can refine targets, forecast the roadmap's impact on growth, and prioritize the blockers that hold adoption back. - Identify what stops customers from adopting, and drive each blocker to a resolution with the product team that owns it. DESIGN CUSTOMER PROGRAM - Run the design customer program for new artificial intelligence opportunities, from selecting customers through to delivered outcomes. - Act as the general contractor for each design customer: the single person accountable for getting that customer deployed on 1Password for their agentic access, and for delivering the security and convenience outcomes they came for. Coordinate every team the deployment touches, and build what it requires together with a forward deployed engineering team. - Bring in solutions engineering, customer success, and product managers to help each customer reach their goal, and run feature betas with the product managers who own those features. - Turn what the program proves into the repeatable signal the company needs to scale, meaning the customer evidence, the deployment pattern, and the measured outcomes that the go-to-market and channel teams build sales plays on. - Improve the program each cycle so it reaches more design customers, raises delivery success rates and customer satisfaction, and shortens the time it takes the company to commercialize a new product. PARTNERSHIPS - Decide where 1Password should play in the customer's artificial intelligence stack to deliver the most customer value in securing agent access. Agent access can be controlled at several points in that stack, so weigh those points and choose the ones that solve the most of the customer's problem, rather than the ones we fit into most easily. Base the call on how customers run AI today and on how the industry is evolving. - Identify and pursue the partnerships that let us play at those points and that complete an end-to-end customer outcome, meaning the outcome a customer cannot reach with 1Password alone. - Work with partners to deliver integrations, and find the patterns that let us repeat an integration across similar partners instead of building each one from scratch. - Work with the business development team to structure commercial relationships that grow both companies' business and deliver value to shared customers. SCALE THROUGH THE FIELD AND THE DEVELOPER COMMUNITY - Work with product enablement to build demos and enablement content that the field and our channel partners can use without your involvement. - Work with developer relations to grow adoption organically among developers, through reference architectures, sample code, and open source contributions. TRAVEL - Travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events approximately 10 to 20% of a given year. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $238,000 USD and $357,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $208,000 CAD and $312,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world. ABOUT THE TEAM The LangChain Deployed Engineering - Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments. This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with government engineers, technical program managers, and system integrators across the full lifecycle — from pre-award technical shaping and evaluations to post-deployment advisory work in secure environments. The focus is on achieving the technical win, architecting secure and compliant agent systems, and enabling agencies to operate AI agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite. Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, security, and go-to-market. You will shape how LangChain is adopted across classified and unclassified environments, ensuring alignment with federal compliance requirements while feeding mission-driven insights back into the platform. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Deployed Engineer, you’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos or experimental research, but production systems supporting real-world missions. You’ll help defense, civilian, and intelligence customers design, deploy, and operate AI agents in secure, regulated, and high-stakes environments. The feedback loop is fast, the mission impact is tangible, and your work directly influences how AI agents are deployed across the federal landscape. You will operate in environments that demand security, reliability, compliance (FedRAMP, IL levels, etc.), and operational rigor. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with federal engineering teams and system integrators - Own the technical win in federal pre-sales engagements by designing secure POCs, supporting RFI/RFP technical responses, and guiding technical evaluations - Design architectures that meet federal security and compliance requirements (FedRAMP, DoD IL2–IL6, NIST, etc.) - Help agencies deploy and operate agent-based applications such as mission support copilots, intelligence analysis agents, research automation systems, and multi-step operational workflows - Advise customers post-award on architecture, scalability, observability, evaluation, and long-term roadmap decisions - Deliver technical demos, workshops, and enablement sessions tailored to government developer and operator audiences - Partner with security teams to navigate ATO processes and accreditation pathways - Surface field feedback from federal use cases and contribute reusable patterns, secure deployment guides, and example code that scale across agencies - Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves federal customer outcomes WHAT YOU’LL BRING - Must have zctive or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI) - 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, product engineering), ideally supporting federal or regulated customers - Experience working with DoD, Civilian Agencies, Intelligence Community, or federal system integrators - Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals, with deep systems thinking - Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered systems beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, guardrails, and failure handling - Familiarity with secure cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, etc.) - Comfort operating in regulated environments with security, compliance, and documentation requirements - Experience supporting technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and competitive down-select processes - Ability to clearly explain technical tradeoffs to government stakeholders and build trust across engineering and program leadership - Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for mission outcomes, not just recommendations - Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity - Excitement about running AI agents in real-world, production federal environments — not just building demos NICE TO HAVE - Experience deploying AI systems in classified or air-gapped environments - Familiarity with FedRAMP authorization processes or DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6) - Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, red-teaming, or guardrails in high-assurance settings - Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, containers, Kubernetes, and secure networking architectures - Experience working alongside federal system integrators (Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, etc.) - Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks COMPENSATION & BENEFITS We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Benefits include things like medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance. Actual compensation and offerings will vary based on role, level, and location. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations. Annual OTE range: $185,000–$300,000 USD Compensation Philosophy: We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams - Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations - Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows - Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions - Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences - Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers WHAT YOU’LL BRING - 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up - Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals - Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling - Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations - Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences - Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations - Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go - Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos NICE TO HAVE’S: - You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks - Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails - Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts - Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints COMPENSATION Annual OTE range: $185,000-$315,000 USD Compensation Philosophy: We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Location: Mexico Workplace: remote About Welo Data Welo Data, a Welo Global brand, is the multilingual data and evaluation partner for foundation labs and enterprises deploying GenAI systems globally. They deliver the human judgment, data infrastructure, and evaluation systems that ensure AI models perform reliably across languages, cultures, and real-world contexts, at every stage from training through deployment. Its global network of 500,000+ vetted experts spans 300+ languages and locales, enabling high-quality multilingual data creation and structured model evaluation across the full spectrum of modern AI applications — from large language models and voice and speech systems to agentic workflows and robotics and embodied AI. This breadth of linguistic, cultural, and domain expertise enables Welo Data to address critical AI development challenges, including safety, bias, inclusivity, and cross-lingual reliability. A unified global operating model, led by specialized program and quality experts and grounded in assessment-driven talent selection, localized rubrics, and continuous calibration, ensures consistent performance across languages, domains, and modalities. Underpinning all of this is NIMO™ (Network Identity Management and Operations), Welo Data's proprietary identity and fraud-prevention framework. Built to maintain data integrity and workforce trust across a global contributor base, NIMO combines advanced verification, continuous monitoring, and structured QA to ensure every dataset is accurate, traceable, and culturally grounded. welodata.ai About the Team Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one. About the Role We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in Mexico, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one. What You Will Do Run investigations end-to-end: triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA. Own IDV review: verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud. Conduct manual audits and reviews: prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order. Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse: recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals. Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method: form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited. Contribute to detection improvement: escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team. Handle sensitive data responsibly: apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case. Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework What You Bring (Must Have-s) 5+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function. Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring. Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review. Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal. Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count. Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion. Nice to Have Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms. Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality. Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level). Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling). Recommended Education Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree. Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.
