We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd is migrating a Tier-1 US payments platform from a single AWS region to a multi-region architecture.
We're hiring multiple Database Engineers to implement the DynamoDB replication, failover, and operational tooling for this program. You'll work under the Principal Database Architect and partner with the client's data and SRE teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement and operate cross-region replication using Amazon DynamoDB Global Tables, ensuring reliable multi-region data replication, high availability, consistency, and disaster recovery.
- Codify everything in Terraform (or CDK).
- Build the observability layer for replication health: lag metrics, consistency checks, alarm thresholds, and runbook automation. Datadog is the primary observability stack; CloudWatch is the baseline.
- Author and execute failover and failback runbooks. Run game-days using AWS Fault Injection Service. Measure and report against RTO and RPO targets.
- Implement KMS cross-account replication, IAM service principals for replication roles, and the secrets and parameter strategy for region-local dependencies.
- Support data extraction from the monolith into microservices: build CDC pipelines (DMS, DynamoDB Streams, Kafka Connect, Debezium), validate data integrity, and own the cutover sequence for individual extractions.
- Pair with application engineers on connection-string abstraction, retry and idempotency patterns, and graceful degradation during region failover.
- Write design docs and runbooks the client team can take over after the engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING (REQUIRED)
- 8+ years in production database engineering on AWS, with hands-on responsibility for at least one of: payments, banking, brokerage, or comparable financial-services workloads.
- Deep production experience with DynamoDB and at least two of: Aurora MySQL, Cassandra, ElastiCache (Redis or Valkey), DocumentDB, Neptune. Working knowledge of at least two more.
- Practical experience with cross-region replication in production using DynamoDB Global Tables: you've configured and operated multi-region DynamoDB deployments and handled failure scenarios such as replication conflicts, regional outages, replication delays, and consistency or version-skew issues.
- Strong Terraform (or CDK). You can build a multi-region module from scratch and explain the trade-offs.
- Comfort with CDC tooling (DMS, DDB Streams, Kafka Connect, or Debezium) and the operational gotchas (schema drift, ordering guarantees, replay).
- Linux, networking fundamentals (VPC, Transit Gateway, peering, DNS), and IAM / KMS proficiency.
- Solid written communication and ability to operate in a regulated client environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Cassandra multi-DC operations experience at scale (nodetool workflows, repair strategy, tombstone management, cross-region anti-entropy).
- AWS MSK or Kafka MirrorMaker 2 experience for cross-region event replication.
- Experience with Datadog Database Monitoring and custom CloudWatch metrics.
- AWS Database Specialty or Solutions Architect Associate / Professional certifications.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

- going deep into health consumption patterns,
- understanding our product usage,

- Each one of us contributes to all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science). This encourages strong ownership and drives impact.
- We own our infrastructure. We pride ourselves on a nimble data stack that gives us the flexibility we need. We're mainly using SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, and Metabase.

This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.
- Fluency in Dutch

YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
As a Director, Paid Marketing, working on the Marketing & Communications team, you’ll be a strategic leader responsible for building and scaling a profitable paid subscriber acquisition program and related projects. Partnering closely with marketing, product, design, user insights, data science and finance teams, you will own KPI development, campaign strategy, budget and resource allocation, and performance measurement.
You'll lead strategic roadmapping, prioritize high-impact projects, resource cross-functional teams, and ensure marketing performance is measured with a high degree of confidence. The right person is excited to prove that paid marketing growth and privacy-respecting advertising practices aren’t at odds — they’re our edge. You know how to use aggregate measurement, experimentation, and strong judgment rather than user-level targeting and tracking.
Example projects include:
- Leading the development of and alignment around a break-even model that defines a profitable CPA
- Planning integrated campaigns and securing buy-in to drive profitable paid subscriber growth
- Designing and executing rapid testing cycles to identify and scale successful tactics
ABOUT YOU
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role driving profitable app subscription growth (ideally 1M+ subscribers).
- Deep strategic expertise with a strong hands-on understanding of marketing channels (e.g., app store ads, paid social, mobile app networks), integrated campaign planning and execution, performance measurement, audience alignment, and creative best practices.
- Proven track record of launching paid app subscription acquisition programs from the ground up, including setting cost-per-subscription targets, developing media plans, establishing measurement frameworks, and shaping creative and messaging.
- Experience working at a consumer-facing tech company with a meaningful US user base (ideally 10M+ MAUs) and multiple products.
- Skill in developing others, not just directing them, with demonstrated improvements in collaboration, expertise, productivity, and business impact.
- Ability to apply first-principles thinking to break down ambiguous growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, identify the key drivers, and turn them into focused, achievable initiatives.
- Comfort working in resource-constrained orgs where opportunity cost and impact are key drivers for prioritization and resource allocation.
- High capability in analytics and measurement, including app economics (payback, LTV), incrementality/lift testing, modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills — you can clearly articulate recommendations and rationale, verbally and in writing, at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to use AI and build effective workflows, accelerating work through AI agents.
COMPENSATION
Compensation is transparent across the organization, and all team members within the same professional level and global region receive the same compensation, plus stock options:
- United States: $263,300 USD
- United Kingdom: £183,850 GBP
- Canada: CA$346,250 CAD

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a small, dedicated growth and experimentation team within Krak, focused on accelerating acquisition, activation, engagement and trading activity across the Krak app. This is a frontend-leaning full-stack role: the majority of your work will be in React Native, supported by enough backend capability to take an experiment from idea to live without waiting on another team.
Rather than executing against a rigid roadmap, you’ll work closely with Product on a continuous pipeline of fast, lightweight experiments, owning each one from hypothesis through implementation, launch, measurement and iteration. The mandate is simple: find the highest-leverage opportunities to grow users and revenue, prove what works, and scale the winners – with direct, measurable impact on how millions of customers discover and use Kraken’s products.
The opportunity
- Build and ship consumer-facing features quickly in React Native and TypeScript, favouring small, high-velocity experiments over long-running projects.
- Own experiments end-to-end – hypothesis, design, build, launch, measurement and iteration – using platforms such as Statsig to test globally or within specific markets.
- Improve onboarding, activation and feature discovery to drive conversion, engagement and trading revenue, iterating rapidly on features that are already live.
- Build viral acquisition features and value-add growth features on top of Krak’s existing product offering.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs wherever an experiment requires it, so you can ship across the stack without being blocked. Our backend is primarily Rust; prior Rust experience is not expected, but enthusiasm for picking it up is.
- Read your own results, including trade-offs between conversion gains and other metrics, and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill – driving technical decisions autonomously amid evolving priorities and limited upfront planning.
What you bring
- 6+ years of software development experience building and shipping large-scale, consumer-facing applications. Strong, hands-on React and React Native experience is essential.
- Demonstrated experience running growth experiments at consumer-facing businesses, with measurable impact on conversion, activation, retention or revenue. This is a consumer growth role, so B2B or platform-only backgrounds are not a fit.
- Working backend proficiency: you can design and implement services and APIs yourself. We care about backend fundamentals rather than any particular language, and you should be open to working in Rust.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, with hands-on experience across APIs, WebSockets and real-time systems, mobile performance, testing, and modern development workflows.
- Practical experience designing, running and analysing A/B tests – feature flags, statistical significance, product analytics, funnel and cohort data – with the judgement to act decisively on what the results show.
- End-to-end ownership of product features and a strong product engineering mindset, with the initiative and adaptability to operate with minimal direction amid ambiguity and frequently changing priorities.
Nice to haves
- Customer-facing product experience within fintech, digital banking, payments, trading or crypto.
- Hands-on experience with Statsig or a comparable experimentation platform, including regional and global rollouts.
- Rust experience, given our backend stack.
- SQL and self-serve analytics, so you can pull and interrogate your own data.
- AI fluency. Familiarity with how AI tools and patterns have fundamentally shifted your development workflow and problem-solving approach.
- Native mobile development (iOS/Android), distributed systems or microservices, or engineering within a hyperscaling consumer technology organisation.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Elasticsearch, Scala) to join a team powering food search and logging for one of the world’s leading health and nutrition platforms. You’ll contribute directly to the systems that drive search — backend services, search infrastructure, and experimentation — with a focus on improving core metrics: conversion rates, time to log, query abandonment, and result relevance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Contribute to, build, and maintain backend services that drive the food search experience, integrating with systems across the broader engineering organization.
- Perform search performance tuning end-to-end — data design, indexing, query evaluation, and iterative improvement within Elasticsearch.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of search and data technologies that improve result quality and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with senior search engineers, product management, and leadership on solution discovery, experiment planning, and delivery.
- Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and metrics for measuring and monitoring search quality.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Elasticsearch
- Demonstrated experience with performance tuning, query analysis, and relevance optimization in Elasticsearch at scale.
- Strong understanding of index design, mapping strategies, cluster management, and scoring/ranking mechanics.
- Familiarity with high availability, disaster recovery, and operational monitoring for Elasticsearch clusters.
- Ability to deploy new indexes or clusters as needed for load balancing or experimentation.
- Ability to translate product specifications into technical requirements and deploy ranking and relevance experiments with clearly defined success criteria and metrics.
Scala
- Strong experience writing, shipping, and maintaining Scala services in production.
- Comfortable working across a stack that also includes SQL and Python — Scala is the primary language for this engagement.
Agentic development
- Active user of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable AI-powered coding environments — shipping production code with them, not just using autocomplete.
- Familiarity with agentic coding patterns and workflows — code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test authoring.
- Able to articulate how AI tooling fits into their development process and where human judgment remains critical.
Engineering fundamentals
- First-hand experience building, scaling, and supporting large-scale data infrastructure systems in production.
- Strong understanding of database design, data architecture, and performance tuning across multiple data stores — MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, or similar.
- Experience with high-volume messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
- Strong peer code review practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leveraging AI workflows for meaningful development acceleration beyond autocomplete — code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test authoring at scale.
