Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Trading Operations, Middle Office, or Trade Support within trading, market-making, crypto, or financial services. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience. • Strong understanding of financial markets, the trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliation, balances, collateral/margin, and operational risk. • Experience working with exchanges, brokers, custodians, and trading counterparties. • Experience building and improving operational controls, procedures, runbooks, and escalation processes. • Experience with incident management, operational breaks, and root-cause analysis. • Experience automating and scaling operational processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make independent decisions in a live trading environment. • Experience working cross-functionally with Trading, Treasury, Risk and Engineering. • SQL / Python is a plus. Responsibilities • Ensure stable Trading Operations and manage the full operational lifecycle of trading processes. • Manage trade settlement and asset movements across exchanges, brokers, custodians, and counterparties. • Ensure reconciliation of trades, positions, balances, and fund movements, with timely resolution of discrepancies. • Oversee operational inventory, balances, margin/collateral movements, and maintain operational readiness for trading. • Ensure operational onboarding and readiness of new exchanges, brokers, markets, products, and trading flows. • Identify and resolve trade breaks, settlement failures, and other operational exceptions. • Develop and maintain operational controls, procedures, runbooks, and escalation processes. • Manage critical operational incidents and ensure root-cause remediation. • Drive automation of manual processes and improve the scalability and reliability of Trading Operations. • Coordinate closely with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Engineering and external counterparties. • Define and monitor Trading Operations KPIs / SLAs and drive process improvements.
