Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter -you’ll feel at home with us.
THE ROLE
We're building an AI-powered entertainment studio producing addictive vertical micro-drama series for US audiences, primarily women aged 35–55.
We're looking for a creative director with exceptional storytelling instincts, strong cinematic taste, and a deep understanding of human emotions.
Your mission is simple: turn good scripts into emotionally powerful episodes that people can't stop watching.
You'll work with screenwriters, AI video creators, and editors, taking creative ownership from script review to the final finished episode.
You won't need to write the scripts or generate every video yourself. Your role is to guide the creative execution, identify what needs improvement, and ensure every episode meets our standards.
No AI experience? No problem. We’re looking for exceptional storytellers and filmmakers, not AI experts. If you’re a talented screenwriter or director, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about AI filmmaking technologies.
We believe AI is opening up incredible new opportunities for creative professionals, allowing them to bring their ideas to life faster and with fewer traditional production limitations. You’ll have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge tools, develop valuable new skills, and become part of the next generation of filmmaking.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Script Review & Creative Direction
- Review season storylines and individual episode screenplays.
- Evaluate storytelling, emotional impact, character motivations, hooks, and cliffhangers.
- Approve scripts or provide specific, actionable feedback to screenwriters.
- Add directing instructions only when necessary. If the script is already strong and production-ready, approve it without unnecessary changes.
2. Direct AI Video Production
- Establish the visual style and creative standards for each series.
- Guide AI video creators on cinematography, framing, character performance, lighting, and emotional delivery.
- Review generated footage and identify scenes or shots that need improvement.
- Maintain visual consistency and quality across episodes.
3. Editing & Final Approval
- Review episode edits for pacing, tension, emotional impact, music, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Give clear, prioritized feedback to editors.
- Approve final episodes before release.
- Ensure the finished video delivers the intended emotional experience.
4. Production Quality & Efficiency
- Work with multiple AI video creators and editors.
- Help the team increase production speed without sacrificing creative quality.
- Identify recurring production problems and improve workflows.
- Use audience feedback and retention data to improve future episodes.
WHO YOU ARE
- Exceptional storytelling instincts – you understand why audiences feel anger, excitement, suspense, satisfaction, and anticipation.
- Strong cinematic judgment – you know how camera angles, acting, editing, lighting, and sound influence emotions.
- Experience in directing or filmmaking – ideally film, television, serialized drama, or narrative short-form video.
- Understanding of AI filmmaking – you know the capabilities and limitations of AI video generation and how they affect production decisions.
- Strong attention to detail – you easily spot continuity errors, weak performances, awkward cuts, or emotional moments that don't work.
- Clear communicator – you can explain exactly what's wrong, why it matters, and how to fix it.
- Pragmatic – you don't make changes just to make changes. You know when something is good enough to approve.
- Comfortable with fast-paced production – you can make strong creative decisions quickly.
- Excellent English communication skills.
BIG PLUS
- Experience directing drama, romance, thrillers, soap operas, or telenovelas.
- Experience with AI filmmaking tools such as Kling, Runway, Seedance, or similar.
- Experience leading creative production teams.
- Understanding of audience retention and performance-driven storytelling.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Episodes consistently deliver strong emotional impact, hooks, and cliffhangers.
- Screenwriters and AI creators receive clear, useful feedback without unnecessary revisions.
- The team produces more high-quality episodes while keeping production costs under control.
- Finished episodes maintain consistent cinematic quality and improve based on audience feedback.

About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work.
You will:
• Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation.
• Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan.
• Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope.
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery.
• Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support.
• Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio.
• Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures.
Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management
• Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts.
• Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority.
• Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff.
• Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits.
• Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows.
Requirements
You Have
• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread.
• Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.
Nice to Have
• Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs.
• Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners.

THE ROLE
This is a full-stack role where you help bring ideas to life from concept to real sales and where you're just as excited to shoot content as you are to help plan around it. You'll be working across three of our own brands - Mrs. Quilty, Hooks & Needles, and This Month's Craft Box.
You'll work closely with marketing, design, and development - helping turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from. And on the social side, you're the one actually making the content: filming, shooting, editing, posting, and chasing the next trend before it's over.
If you love:
- creating content as much as helping plan it
- mixing strategy with execution
- testing ideas
- improving funnels
- making pretty things convert
…and you've played with AI tools to move faster, build smarter, or test better ideas, you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
📱 Social Media & Content Creation
- Actively produce content for posts - photos, video, edits, captions, all of it.
- Order and unbox brand product boxes (company-covered) and turn them into content: filming, photographing, styling.
- Bring new content ideas to help grow our following and hit engagement targets.
- Keep an eye on current trends and find fun, on-brand ways to jump on them fast.
- Help manage and grow our social channels, including our Facebook community.
- Keep track of what's performing and flag what's working (and what's not).
- Checking Loox reviews (if needed)
- Managing influencer ad comments
🧠 Marketing Support
- Help put marketing plans into action.
- Assist with customer research and keeping tabs on market trends.
- Pull together performance data and share it with the team.
- Bring fresh ideas to help improve our funnels and campaigns.
- Help keep marketing projects on track from idea to launch.
✍️ Creative & Content Magic
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells.
- Review design work and give feedback so it looks on-brand and converts.
- Work with the design team on ad creative production.
🌐 Landing Pages & Website Optimization
- QA landing pages like a detective: checking UX, flow, and functionality.
- Help run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers on website updates and improvements.
🤝 Team Glue
- Help connect marketing, design, and development.
- Put together clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why.
- Keep track of project progress and update the team.
🔍 Customer Research & Insights
- Collect and organize customer feedback and data.
- Help spot pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to support acquisition and sales efforts.
🤖 AI Tools & Smarter Execution
- Use AI tools (like GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms) to speed up tasks, test ideas faster, and get more done with less grind.
- Spot areas where AI can help the team move quicker or build smarter.
🦊 WHY FOXELLI?
We’re not into boring corporate marketing.
We like:
- smart ideas
- quirky personality
- strong execution
- and people who take ownership
You’ll have space to think, test, build, and grow with us - and actually see the impact of your work.

An overview of this role
As an Ecosystem Operations Specialist, you'll help turn GitLab's Ecosystem go-to-market strategy into reliable day-to-day execution. You'll be a trusted operational resource and first point of contact for sellers, Ecosystem Sales Managers, partners, and cross-functional teams, supporting partner business from account setup and deal registration through quoting, ordering, and post-sales operational support. You'll resolve standard issues, improve processes and data quality, and route commercial, policy, finance, legal, and systems decisions to the right owners so Ecosystem Sales Managers can focus on partner strategy, pipeline creation, and deal progression.
What you'll do
Execute partner-sourced and partner-influenced workflows, including intake, account and opportunity setup or linking, deal registrations, cloud co-sell referrals, validation, routing, approval follow-up, and standard issue resolution.
Process partner quote requests against documented pricing and program requirements, receive purchase orders, and prepare opportunities for closure with Sales, Deal Desk, Billing, and Finance. Support marketplace and two-tier transactions involving distributors, resellers, and cloud providers.
Guide partners, distributors, sellers, and Ecosystem Sales Managers through operational questions, including attribution, program compliance, and post-sales support. Identify and route exceptions requiring commercial, policy, contractual, pricing, payment, or systems decisions to the appropriate owner.
Execute and improve partner program workflows, including onboarding, not-for-resale licensing, certifications, rebates, Professional Services Partner eligibility, Letters of Authorization, and channel price files. Collaborate with Programs and policy owners on required notifications, documentation, and compliance reporting.
Monitor Salesforce and partner-management data for missing links, incorrect ownership, incomplete attribution, failed synchronization, and recurring defects. Support month-end close, recurring data controls, and ad hoc reporting tied to projects and company objectives and key results.
Build and present dashboards and business updates on backlog, aging, turnaround time, approvals, pipeline, attribution, data quality, compliance, and process health. Share trends, risks, blockers, and recommended actions in regional and global partner team meetings.
Investigate recurring friction and manual work, document root causes and operational requirements, test process or system changes, and support automation and scalable self-service improvements.
Maintain process documentation, how-to guides, and best practices, and deliver office hours, operational training, and communications when processes or systems change.
What you'll bring
Relevant experience in partner operations, sales operations, deal desk, order management, finance operations, or a similar revenue operations environment, including direct support for sales or partner sales teams, distributors, and partners, along with an interest in GitLab and open source software.
Experience with enterprise quote-to-cash processes and configure, price, quote tools or other commercial systems in a channel or partner context.
Experience with Salesforce and partner-management systems or portals.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced spreadsheets, dashboard building in Salesforce or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and turning data into clear recommendations.
Hands-on experience using generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve operational productivity, quality, or scale, including writing effective prompts, judging when outputs need human review, and sharing useful approaches with others.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize requests, investigate issues, identify exceptions, and escalate decisions to the appropriate owner, along with experience contributing to process improvement and automation.
Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining operational requirements to technical and non-technical audiences, documenting processes, creating enablement materials, and collaborating across Sales, Ecosystem, Programs, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Billing, and Systems.
Preferred experience includes Impartner or similar tools, SQL, or Snowflake.
About the team
The Ecosystem team supports GitLab's partner go-to-market strategy. In this role, you'll work with Ecosystem Sales Managers, global distributors, partners, sellers, and cross-functional teams to keep partner operations moving and make process health visible. An overview of this role
As a Senior Product Manager for Switchboard, you'll shape how customers manage their GitLab Dedicated infrastructure and how our engineering teams operate a growing fleet of customer instances. Switchboard is the control plane for Dedicated: it helps internal teams scale upgrades and maintenance, while giving customers a place to configure their infrastructure, understand the health of their environment, and receive critical updates.
You'll own the product vision and roadmap, balancing technical and operational needs with a clear, useful customer experience. Dedicated is GitLab's fastest-growing deployment option, and your work will help the business support more customers efficiently. You'll have the autonomy to identify the most important problems and decide where Switchboard should go next, with support from your manager and engineering partners.
What you’ll do
Set the vision and roadmap for Switchboard, connecting customer needs and internal operational challenges to priorities for the engineering team.
Work with engineering and site reliability engineering teams to improve the tools used to operate Dedicated instances, including upgrades and maintenance.
Improve the customer-facing console so customers can manage infrastructure settings, configure private networking and authentication, and understand their instance's health.
Talk directly with customers to understand their needs, explain product decisions, and use their feedback to shape the roadmap.
Bring a strong user experience perspective to product decisions. Work hands-on with engineering to develop and refine workflows, including when a dedicated design partner isn't available.
Explore opportunities to improve the tooling and experience for customers migrating from self-managed GitLab to Dedicated, how we help manage incidents, and to extend Switchboard to support GitLab.com as its architecture evolves.
What you’ll bring
Experience owning a product vision and roadmap and working with engineering to deliver improvements for users.
Technical understanding that helps you discuss infrastructure and operational tradeoffs with engineers and translate them into clear product decisions.
A strong focus on user experience, with experience making complex technical workflows easier to understand and use.
Clear communication and the ability and interest to work directly with customers. Experience with internal tools is relevant, provided you're comfortable taking on customer-facing product work.
The ability to work independently, make sense of an evolving problem space, and prioritize across customer experience, operational efficiency, and business needs.
You may also bring experience with control planes, cloud management consoles, infrastructure products, internal operational tools, customer migrations, or incident management, but these aren't required.
About the team
We work across product management, engineering, and site reliability engineering to solve technical, operational, and user experience problems.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.

An overview of this role
As an Intermediate Fullstack Engineer (Ruby/Vue.js), Growth at GitLab, you'll help turn GitLab's self-serve funnel into a reliable source of new paying customers. You'll work on the in-product journey from a user's first visit through sign-up, trial, and first purchase, on both GitLab.com and self-managed GitLab. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Analysts, with a particular focus on backend development in Ruby on Rails and frontend work in Vue.js. This role gives you the opportunity to combine your fullstack engineering skills with product thinking and experimentation, shipping small changes quickly and measuring their impact on real customer outcomes.
Some examples of our projects:
Making it easier for self-managed users to try and buy GitLab
Building upgrade prompts where users run into paid features
Improving the trial experience, including trials of GitLab Duo
Improving the tooling the team uses to run and read out experiments
What you'll do
Design, build, and iterate on A/B tests and experiments that increase first purchases on GitLab.com and self-managed GitLab.
Build and improve registration, trial, onboarding, and in-product upgrade and purchase experiences to increase completion of these steps.
Implement backend features and services in Ruby on Rails and frontend experiences using Vue.js.
Analyze experiment results and product usage data with Data Analysts to decide which changes to keep, iterate on, or roll back based on first-purchase outcomes.
Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to define hypotheses and success metrics before shipping experiments, then compare results against those metrics.
Maintain and improve our experimentation framework and tooling to increase experiment throughput and reduce the time from setup to results.
Collaborate with other Engineering teams, including Fulfillment, to remove purchase barriers across GitLab’s codebase.
Document decisions, review code, and share experiment results asynchronously so distributed teammates can track shipped changes and their measured outcomes.
What you'll bring
Professional experience developing with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript, along with solid Git, feature development, and deployment workflows.
Experience working with relational databases and a solid understanding of web performance optimization.
A track record of shipping features to production and owning them after release.
Ability to use product data to decide what to build, keep, or roll back.
Ability to document decisions and share updates asynchronously with distributed Product Management, UX, and Data teammates.
Ability to organize your work, seek and apply feedback, and collaborate inclusively with teammates from diverse backgrounds, in line with GitLab’s values.
Preferred, not required: experience with Vue.js, PostgreSQL, A/B testing, feature flags, experimentation frameworks, or SaaS sign-up, trial, billing, or checkout flows. We'll help you learn our tooling.
About the team
