About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Infrastructure organization builds and operates the compute that trains and serves our frontier models. Behind every cluster is a physical supply chain: servers, accelerators, networking equipment, spares, and tooling that have to be received, inspected, secured, tracked, and delivered to the right site at the right time. The Warehousing and Logistics team owns that flow, and this role runs its day-to-day operations in the US.
As Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you'll report to our Global Warehousing and Logistics Lead and own the operational management of all direct and third party logistics providers) of inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and outbound shipments to our data center sites and partners. You'll manage the relationships and performance of our third-party warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders, and you'll be the person on the ground when a shipment is late, a pallet arrives damaged, or a site needs a critical spare tomorrow morning.
This is a hands-on operational role on a small team, so you'll move between running the daily floor rhythm and building the processes, controls, and metrics that let us scale as our hardware footprint grows. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, communicating clearly with engineers and vendors alike, and holding a high bar for accuracy and chain of custody on high-value, security-sensitive equipment.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations across locations in North America, including receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, cycle counting, kitting, and outbound fulfillment to data center sites for the Anthropic owned warehouse and those run by Anthropic’s partners/ third party logistics providers
Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking for all infrastructure hardware, compute, MEP, spares, and consumables, maintaining clear chain of custody from dock to rack
Plan and execute domestic freight and coordinate international shipments, selecting carriers, managing schedules, and resolving exceptions such as delays, damage, and shortages
Manage third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders, including onboarding, service-level tracking, performance reviews, and cost management
Coordinate closely with data center operations, hardware engineering, procurement, and security teams to align delivery schedules with deployment timelines and site readiness
Operate reverse logistics for returns, RMAs, and end-of-life equipment, including secure handling and disposition of storage devices in partnership with security and compliance
Build and document standard operating procedures, checklists, and controls for warehouse and shipping activities, and train warehouse staff and vendors on them
Maintain compliance with safety, hazardous materials, export control, and customs requirements for the equipment we handle
Define and report on operational metrics such as receiving cycle time, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and freight cost, and use them to drive continuous improvement
Support capacity planning for warehouse space, staffing, and equipment as our hardware volumes and site count grow
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping
Hands-on experience with a warehouse management or inventory management system, and comfort working in spreadsheets to analyze inventory and shipment data
Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service levels and holding vendors accountable to them
Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel) and the documentation that goes with it
Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for shipping and storing IT or electronic equipment, such as hazardous materials rules for lithium batteries
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams and external partners
Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and keep operations running reliably as volume and complexity increase
Ability to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US as needed
Preferred qualifications
Experience handling data center or enterprise IT hardware, including servers, GPUs or other accelerators, and networking equipment
Experience with international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and export control requirements such as EAR
Experience with secure chain-of-custody programs, asset tagging, and data-bearing device sanitization or destruction
Experience directly managing warehouse staff or contract labor
Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and how inventory data flows between them and warehouse systems
Experience with lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods
Forklift certification or experience overseeing material handling equipment operations
Experience supporting rapid infrastructure buildouts, whether in cloud, telecom, or another hardware-intensive industry

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As the leader of our new Hedge Funds sales team within Enterprise FSI, you will build and lead the team that brings transformational AI to the world’s leading hedge funds - multi-strategy platforms, quantitative and systematic firms, discretionary long/short equity, global macro, and credit funds. These are some of the most technically sophisticated and competitive organizations in financial services, rethinking how they generate ideas, conduct research, build and test strategies, manage risk, and run their operations - and they’re looking for a partner they trust to take frontier AI from promising experiments into production at the core of their investment process.
You’ll own a focused portfolio of top-tier funds at very different stages of AI adoption, from firms already running Claude across research and engineering to those just beginning their journey. You will lead Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, design the coverage and territory model, and build the repeatable, hedge-fund-specific plays that turn early wins into durable, scaled adoption. The selling is technical and multi-stakeholder - platform decisions, protection of proprietary strategies and data, security and compliance rigor, and solutions built on Claude through our API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and partner cloud platforms. Buyers move fast, decision-making is concentrated among a small group of senior leaders, and you’ll shape strategy and operating rhythm while staying personally engaged with founders, CIOs, CTOs, and heads of research on the pursuits that matter most.
This is a rare opportunity to build a team from the ground up, not just run a number: to shape how the hedge fund industry adopts frontier AI, and to do it at a company where safety, trust, and long-term customer outcomes are central to how we sell.
Key responsibilities:
Define Hedge Fund go-to-market strategy and coverage design, including segmentation, territories, account prioritization, and vertical value propositions, and evolve the coverage model as the business scales
Recruit, coach, and retain Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives with deep financial-services and platform-selling expertise; develop talent and create career paths that keep top performers growing
Codify the use cases, proof points, reference stories, and sales motions that make wins repeatable within hedge funds, partnering with Marketing, Enablement, and partner teams to scale them
Engage personally with C-level executives on priority pursuits, building business cases and value narratives and navigating complex procurement, security, model-risk, and legal processes through to production deployment and expansion
Own the team’s revenue targets and operating rhythm, instilling pipeline-generation discipline and running forecasting, deal inspection, and account planning cadences that make performance predictable and coachable across a high-volume book of business
Partner closely with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions, prove value quickly, and translate hedge funds needs into product and roadmap input
Orchestrate cross-functional and partner motions with Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and cloud partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, and represent Anthropic with customers and at industry events as a visible, trusted leader
Minimum qualifications:
Experience leading enterprise sales teams that sell technical, complex products such as API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, or data and machine learning platforms into hedge funds
A track record of winning and growing enterprise customers, including building C-suite relationships, in hedge funds
Experience designing go-to-market coverage for an enterprise sales team, including segmentation, territories, and account prioritization
Operational rigor across both a high-volume pipeline and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, balancing velocity with deal quality and forecasting accurately in fast-changing environments
Credibility with technical buyers and builders — CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Research — and experience pairing effectively with solutions architects and applied AI teams
Strong coaching skills that raise team performance through deal coaching and account strategy, combined with personal effectiveness alongside executives on high-priority opportunities
A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic’s mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading other sales leaders (second-line management), or demonstrated readiness to step into that scope
Experience bringing generative AI or LLM-based products, or other emerging platform technologies, to hedge funds
Deep familiarity with regulated-industry selling — model-risk management, regulatory and compliance-driven procurement, security review, and the governance expectations of financial institutions
Experience selling with and through cloud and ecosystem partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators
Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based commercial models and value-based pricing conversations
Experience leading organizations through rapid growth, re-segmentation, or significant change

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Product Manager
to join our team that supports our core integrations, public
API and webhooks products
.
This is a build role. You’ll ship net-new integrations with platforms our customers depend on — automotive and healthcare tools, scheduling systems, workflow platforms like Zapier — and you’ll deepen the ones we already have. You’ll also own the shared service and framework those integrations run on, and the developer-facing API and webhook surface that thousands of customers and partners build on top of.
The other half of the job is keeping the ecosystem healthy. Integrations break in ways ad campaigns don’t, and you’ll be the person who decides what gets fixed first. That means working shoulder to shoulder with
Support, Sales, and Marketing
— they hear about problems before dashboards do, they know which integration is blocking a deal, and they need you to tell them what’s coming and when.
This role suits a hands-on, technically fluent PM who wants to ship real integrations, cares about customer product experience, and works in an environment where AI is a daily tool rather than a talking point.
What You'll Do
Build and deepen integrations
Ship net-new core integrations — new verticals like automotive and healthcare, scheduling and workflow platforms, and the partners our roadmap calls for next.
Deepen existing integrations past MVP: fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make the ones customers already rely on genuinely good.
Own the shared service and framework every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, error handling, and retries — and the tooling that makes the next integration cheaper to build than the last.
Own the integrations UI and library: how customers discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot what we’ve built.
Own the API and webhooks
Own CallRail’s public API and webhooks as a product, not a byproduct: new capabilities, versioning strategy, deprecation paths, and the developer experience around them.
Drive
parity between our API and webhooks
so developers get consistent data and behavior regardless of how they consume it.
Own API documentation, the developer dashboard, and the administration and billing experience for API access.
Define and monitor the health metrics developers actually feel — latency, error rates, rate-limit behavior, webhook delivery reliability — and act on them.
Prioritize and triage
Own the integrations bug queue. Triage incoming issues, and make the reliability work that keeps the ecosystem healthy visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Close the loop with
Support
— build the intake path that turns ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them the answers and workarounds they need in the meantime.
Keep
Sales
and
Marketing
ahead of the roadmap: what’s shipping, what’s fixed, what’s still broken, and what they can confidently sell and promote.
Cross-functional
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Lead discovery with customers, developers, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption.
Represent core integrations and the API in planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
3-5 years of product management experience
, including meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer tools, or platform-oriented work.
Background in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
A track record of actually shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end — not just governing a platform others built on.
Strong technical fluency. You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, understand webhooks and event delivery semantics, and can scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator.
Hands-on experience with public or partner APIs — REST, OAuth, versioning, rate limiting, pagination, and webhook reliability patterns.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (Claude or similar) in your actual day-to-day product work.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Comfort with the unglamorous half of integration work: bugs, migrations, and reliability — and the judgment to prioritize it against net-new.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers.
Excellent written communication. Integration decisions live or die by how well they’re documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Experience building or scaling a developer platform, API program, or developer portal.
Experience with vertical software ecosystems — automotive, healthcare, home services, or legal.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we’re actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring API data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail’s platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you’ll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We’re looking for evidence that you’ve already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
Additional Perks
Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
Competitive HSA with company matching
Paid parental leave
Flexible vacation policy
401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match
Employee stock options available from day one
$2,000 annual educational allowance
Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk
MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As a Humanoid Robot AI Data Collector, you will teleoperate humanoid robots and follow well-defined procedures to generate high-quality datasets used for training advanced AI models. You will work hands-on with physical robots using on-site tools and interfaces—such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI)—to execute structured tasks and capture precise data. A significant part of the role involves annotation and labeling, requiring strong focus, accuracy, and pride in craftsmanship.
This role is for individuals who thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment; who take ownership, communicate openly, and embrace continuous learning. No technical background or formal education is required; full training is provided. This is a fully on-site role, working hands-on with robots and on-site systems such as UMI, and may involve periods of standing, regular movement, and interaction with physical hardware.
The position is shift-based on a weekly rota (06:30 am – 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm –10:30 pm), and includes travel requirements in line with business needs.
What You'll Do
- Teleoperate humanoid robots with consistency, precision, and a strong sense of ownership over data quality.
- Perform on-site data collection using tools such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI).
- Capture and organise multimodal data (e.g., video, motion trajectories, task logs) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Annotate and label data following strict guidelines, treating the work as a high-skill technical discipline.
- Identify anomalies or issues proactively and escalate or solve them at the lowest responsible level.
- Suggest improvements to workflows, processes, or tools—everyone contributes to process design.
- Maintain clear, transparent documentation of progress and dataset quality.
- Move with urgency and focus, ensuring timelines and daily goals are met.
- Communicate openly with team members, sharing feedback and observations across functions.
- Collaborate respectfully and positively with teammates, helping create a supportive and high-performing culture.
We're Looking For:
- No formal technical education required — full training will be provided.
- Comfortable using computers and digital interfaces.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Strong time management, urgency, and reliability in meeting daily/weekly targets.
- Ability to maintain focus and high-quality output during repetitive tasks.
- Proactive mindset — willingness to take initiative without waiting for direction.
- Clear, transparent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with the team.
- Commitment to iterative learning, continuous feedback, and constant improvement.
- Interest in robotics, AI, or emerging technologies is welcome but not required.
What We Offer:
- 30+ days time off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. Paid professional training and attendance at specialized conferences
Exchange of experience between employees within the company
Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the role
OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable.
You will own the relationship with these key liquidity providers in various markets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. This is a builder's seat: high ownership, frontline, and fast-moving.
What you'll do
Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention
Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention strategies.
Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.
Contribute to user quality and marketplace health, partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction. (Growth is the priority; risk exposure is a plus, not a requirement.)
What we're looking for
7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership, with a track record of managing partner programmes at scale. Multi-market experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, steers decisions from data.
High-energy and genuinely hungry: gets on the frontline, has built something 0 to 1, and pushes into harder markets rather than safer ones.
Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are especially relevant. Crypto or digital-currency experience is a plus, not a requirement. Strong operators from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome.
Working proficiency in English. At least one of the two roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin (liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets).
Nice to have
Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance.
Exposure to emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, MENA).
Experience with user-segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, or trust and safety / fraud operations.

Evaluate technologies, platforms, and components that can unlock better consoles and active-play experiences.
Turn lessons, benchmarks, and working prototypes into stronger decisions for future programs.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp’s platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement.
TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You’ll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes.
Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on:
- Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans.
- Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately.
- Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs.
- Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Customer Onboarding
- Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed.
- Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately.
- Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up.
Account Health Management
- Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement.
- Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks.
- Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans.
- Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups.
- Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals.
Workflow Mapping (IER Framework)
- Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates.
- Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards.
- Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices.
- Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists.
- Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows.
- Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts.
- Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts.
- Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples.
- Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context.
CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Technical Acumen
Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly.
AI Expertise
Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios.
Consultative Discovery
Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices.
Project & Program Management
Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs.
Data & Reporting
Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks.
Customer Engagement
Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans.
Account Ownership
Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Influence
Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations.
AI-NATIVE CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
- Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes.
- Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured.
- For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture.
INTERVIEW SIGNAL:
BE PREPARED TO WALK THROUGH HOW YOU USE AI IN YOUR WORK. OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL ASSESS PRACTICAL AI CAPABILITY, INCLUDING HOW YOU APPLY AI TO WORKFLOW ANALYSIS, CUSTOMER EXECUTION, JUDGMENT, AGENTIC WORKFLOWS, AND MEASURABLE OUTCOMES.

JOB ADVERT
Senior Software Engineer, AI Enablement
The role & impact
You'll join a small team that builds the tools, platforms and best practices helping engineers across Xero work with AI. Rather than shipping something once and moving on, you'll own it end to end from early experimentation through to production, including the run books, monitoring and rollback thinking that keep it reliable once real engineers depend on it day to day.
This is a role with real influence. You'll help shape the technical direction of an internal skills marketplace and AI distribution platform used across the wider engineering organisation, work directly with vendors like AWS, Microsoft and GitHub on technology that isn't public yet, and help guide and challenge a team that's still early in its AI journey.
The team & how they connect
The AI Enablement team sits within Engineering Experience and focuses on helping product engineering teams work faster and better with AI through platforms, tooling and practical guidance rather than just standard tooling. It's a close-knit team, spread across Melbourne, Sydney and the Sunshine Coast, with a product manager based in Wellington, who stay connected through regular syncs and a genuinely collaborative way of working despite the distance.
Initially, you will focus on
- Our current stack is C#, .NET and AWS, with Python and TypeScript picked up along the way for AI tooling
- Building an internal skills marketplace and a distribution platform for AI tools used across Xero's engineering org
- Developing guidance and best practice for authoring agent skills, including agents for remediation tasks
- Collaborating directly with AWS, Microsoft and GitHub on early-access technology not yet available in market
Where and how you can work
You can be based anywhere in Australia, and we're also open to candidates based in New Zealand. The team works in a hybrid way and is used to connecting across time zones, with regular in person boost days to come together, plan and collaborate as a team.
Here are some of the things we're looking for, for this role
- You bring hands-on software engineering experience, ideally with C#, .NET and AWS — if your background is elsewhere, we're still keen to talk, as good engineers pick up new stacks quickly
- You've built internal tools or platforms that other engineers genuinely relied on
- Production discipline matters to you: You write runbooks, set up monitoring and think through rollback before anything goes live
- You communicate clearly and know how to bring people along with an idea, not just ship code quietly in the background
- You're curious about coding agents and AI-native tools, and you keep an eye on where AI engineering is heading
- You can challenge a decision directly and respectfully, and you learn new things in a structured, quality-focused way
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

Job Summary
This is a rare 0→1 Founding Engineer opportunity to build a financial platform from the ground up within an already established and profitable ecosystem.
We are looking for an exceptionally strong, hands-on engineer with direct fintech experience who has previously built core banking, payments, ledger, cards, or money-movement infrastructure at an established fintech, neobank, or financial technology company.
This is not a management-first position. We need someone who still wants to architect systems, solve difficult technical problems, and write production code. You will work directly with the founders and an existing technical developer, taking significant ownership of the architecture, product, and technical direction.
As the platform scales, you will also have the opportunity to help shape and build the engineering team around you.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build core financial infrastructure, including accounts, balances, ledgers, transaction state machines, and money-movement systems.
Build KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance, permissions, limits, and approval workflows.
Design integrations with banking partners, card issuers, payment rails, FX providers, and other financial infrastructure partners.
Develop provider-independent architecture that supports multiple banking and financial providers without vendor lock-in.
Build secure, reliable APIs and financial data models capable of handling reconciliation, event processing, retries, and exception handling.
Own technical problems end-to-end, from architecture and database design through implementation and production deployment.
Work directly with the founders to translate product requirements and business constraints into scalable technical solutions.
Help establish engineering standards, technology choices, and the long-term technical direction of the platform.
Requirements
3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend or full-stack fundamentals.
Direct experience building financial infrastructure within a fintech, neobank, payments company, or similar financial technology environment.
Experience with core banking, payments, ledgers, cards, FX, reconciliation, KYC/KYB, or money movement.
Proven experience building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
Strong database architecture and data-modeling skills.
Experience with asynchronous workflows, queues, events, retries, idempotency, and transaction processing.
Strong engineering judgment and product instincts, particularly when balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and correctness.
Comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous 0→1 environment and taking significant ownership without requiring extensive direction.
Natural initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
Highly hands-on and excited to continue writing production code rather than moving into a primarily managerial role.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience as a strong individual contributor, early engineer, founding engineer, or technical lead within a high-growth fintech.
Background at companies such as Revolut, Wise, Monzo, N26, Nubank, Brex, Stripe, Plaid, Airwallex, Nium, Razorpay, Adyen, Checkout.com, PayPal, Column, Modern Treasury, or similar.
Deep understanding of financial ledgers, reconciliation, transaction processing, or money-movement architecture.
Experience integrating multiple banking, payment, card, or financial infrastructure providers.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements surrounding KYC/KYB and international financial services.
Experience building multi-currency, FX, card issuing, or cross-border payments products.
Previous experience helping build a product or engineering function from an early stage.
Benefits
💰 Milestone-based compensation
🌎 Fully remote and flexible work environment
🚀 High-impact founding role with 0→1 ownership
📈 Direct influence over architecture and technical direction
🎯 Opportunity to build on top of an already profitable platform
🛠️ Modern tech stack and provider-agnostic architecture
🧠 Collaborative environment working directly with experienced founders
