At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring an IT Systems Administrator to join the founding IT team in San Francisco. You'll run most of our SaaS stack day to day, from maintenance and configuration changes to access and troubleshooting. You'll also build the automation that keeps that stack running as we grow.
This is a role for someone who does a bit of everything: helping an employee that’s locked out, shipping a terraform change, and building an automation that removes a manual task. The ideal candidate has startup experience, is comfortable with ambiguity, and heavily leans into automation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SaaS Administration
- Own the day-to-day administration of our SaaS stack, including maintenance, configuration changes, and license management
- Administer LangSmith, our product, and use APIs to automate admin work
- Administer identity and permissions across core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Zoom, and Microsoft 365
Automation and Tooling
- Develop scripts, integrations, and reusable workflows using low or no code tools
- Connect systems through APIs and event-driven workflows to reduce manual work
Identity Management
- Administer Okta and user access
- Manage Okta group rules that help define our RBAC policy
- Establish repeatable standards and automation for employee lifecycle, group management, application provisioning, and access reviews
Client Platform Administration
- Administer our MDM platform, Iru, to enforce policy configurations, patching, zero-touch deployment, and custom desktop environment configurations
- Automate the hardware lifecycle from procurement, assignment, return, and recycling
Core IT Operations
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support to employees in the office and remotely across hardware, software, networking, and SaaS tools
- Build and maintain the harness for our AI ITSM agent, including the tools, playbooks, and knowledge it needs to resolve issues on its own
- Write documentation and playbooks, and use recurring support issues to guide what to automate next
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or IT engineering, ideally at a fast-growing startup
- Experience administering a broad SaaS stack that includes Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT
- Hands-on experience administering Okta, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Okta Workflows
- Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and API authentication methods
- Experience using coding agents (e.g. Claude Code) as part of your day-to-day workflow
- Experience with a macOS MDM platform and endpoint security tooling
- Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless)
- Clear communication, with patience for non-technical users
- Annual salary range: $120,000-$160,00 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

The role You will build and lead our Forward Deployed Engineering team: the engineers who connect estaie to the hospitality ecosystem and make those integrations work in production. You own how the team works, what it ships, and the quality bar it holds.
Location: Spain
Workplace: remote
Team: Sales Operations
Location: Fully remote, Spain
Reports to: Head of Sales Ops
The short version
Our sales, account management and partnerships teams deal with our most important customers and partners. Sales Ops is the team that builds, improves and maintains the tools and processes they use to succeed.
We are looking for a senior Salesforce developer who will fully own the platform and everything connected to it: the code, the architecture, the integrations, and the pipelines that move data in and out. This is the technical end of Sales Ops. You will decide how things are built, not just build what you are handed.
What you'll do
Own the Salesforce platform end to end. Over 100 users across 7 key teams, a data model that carries real weight, and a growing set of markets on top of it. You are accountable for how well the whole thing works and where it goes next.
Build in Apex and Flow, and know which one the problem calls for. Triggers, classes, async processing, test coverage, and declarative automation where declarative is the right answer. You write code the next person can maintain, and you leave the org better structured than you found it.
Own the integration layer. Connected tools, APIs and middleware. When data crosses a boundary, you know where it came from, what shape it should arrive in, and what breaks when it stops.
Own ETL and reverse-ETL. Getting data into Salesforce and back out to the warehouse and the rest of the stack. You design these pipelines, you run them, and you fix them when they drift.
Keep the connected stack healthy. Outreach, Modjo, Kubaru, Lusha, Clay, Hightouch and other tools. You don't need to arrive an expert in each, but you should become the person who understands how they fit together.
Set the technical standard. Architecture decisions, review of what gets built declaratively versus in code, and honest calls about technical debt. You work alongside our Salesforce Administrator and Data Ops Analyst, and you are the technical reference point for both.
Push the vision forward. We want all day-to-day sales work to happen in Salesforce: the data our teams need to see, the actions they need to take, and the AI and automation solutions that multiply their productivity. You are the person who makes the hardest parts of that possible.
This is an individual contributor role. As the platform and the function grow, there may be opportunities for it to develop toward technical leadership, depending on business needs and how the team evolves.
How we build
Three principles guide everything we ship:
Top user experience. Minimise admin work for our users, maximise their productivity. Their time is the point.
Build it right. Efficient, scalable, adaptable. We dislike technical debt and we don't pretend it isn't there.
Security and privacy. Customer and prospect data safety is not a checkbox at the end of a project, it's a foundational requirement in everything we do.
What you bring
5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience supporting commercial teams.
Strong Apex development: triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, governor limits, testing. You can read an unfamiliar org and work out what is safe to change.
Strong Flow development, and the judgement to know when a Flow is the right tool and when it isn't.
Deep understanding of permissions, sharing models and data architecture in Salesforce.
Hands-on experience building and owning ETL and reverse-ETL processes, not just consuming them.
Experience using AI as part of how you work, preferably with Agentforce or Claude, including at least one project where you delivered clear and demonstrable value to a stakeholder team. You can walk us through what you built, what changed, and how you know it mattered.
You can turn a vague request into a spec, and you push back when the request is the wrong fix for the real problem.
An obsession with making your Salesforce users happy. This is not a back-office role. You will hear directly when something is annoying, and you should want to hear it.
Fluent English. Our team and company include people from many European countries, English is our common language.
You love independence and hold yourself accountable. This is a full remote position and micromanagement is not something we do.
Bonus points
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Experience with Outreach, Clay or Hightouch.
Experience with Databricks, BigQuery or Snowflake.
Experience working in Fintech, banking or other highly regulated environments.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to replace a manual, per-customer release process with real CI/CD, and to build the infrastructure and observability layer underneath a platform migration moving from a single-tenant-built, multi-tenant-operated model to a genuinely self-serve one.
This role is the reason the other roles on this engagement can move fast. Right now, standing up a new customer means someone manually editing a spreadsheet of build variables, committing, and running a pipeline by hand. You're the one who turns that into something that doesn't need a person in the loop.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Redesign the current manual, per-customer release pipeline into an automated, parameterized CI/CD pipeline that a provisioning event can trigger directly — no manual pipeline run or spreadsheet edit required.
- Build and operate secrets-management infrastructure — vaulting, per-tenant scoping, rotation schedules — that the backend credential-issuance service runs on top of.
- Own infrastructure-as-code for all services being built as part of this migration — provisioning APIs, configuration services, admin console — across dev, staging, and production environments, with consistent and reproducible builds.
- Build monitoring and alerting for a distributed, endpoint-heavy system with known failure modes — stale proxy detection, retry storms, unbounded local queue growth — turning silent failures into pages before customers report them.
- Maintain build and release tooling for multi-platform client software, making platform-specific configuration differences visible and manageable rather than a source of drift.
- Tighten access controls, logging, and distribution for production configuration tooling as part of the broader security posture of the release process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in a DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE role with real ownership of a CI/CD pipeline for a production system — not just consuming someone else's pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management — designing rotation schedules and per-tenant/per-environment scoping, not just storing static values.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or equivalent for standing up and managing multiple environments consistently.
- Experience building observability — metrics, logging, alerting — for distributed systems with many independent, loosely-connected clients.
- Comfortable working with multi-platform build pipelines across at least two operating systems, including packaging and signing requirements.
- Security-conscious by default — this role directly replaces a process that bakes shared secrets into distributed software; access control needs to be a standing question, not an afterthought.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience turning a manual, human-run release process into a fully automated one as a scoped project — not just incremental pipeline improvements.
- Experience operating infrastructure for a self-serve, marketplace-distributed SaaS product.
- Familiarity with cloud data platform deployment models — warehouse-adjacent compute or native application distribution.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a team migrating a production SaaS data platform off a legacy ETL/streaming-based pipeline and onto a Snowflake Native Application built for self-serve distribution and per-tenant data isolation.
This isn't a greenfield build — it's a migration with real legacy constraints. You'll be working from an existing production system that has already been audited in detail, and turning those findings into a working Snowflake-native data platform. You should be comfortable reading someone else's architecture, spotting where it breaks down at scale or under multi-tenant isolation requirements, and redesigning around it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Re-architect ingestion — design and build the replacement for the current endpoint-to-cloud-function-to-streaming-queue-to-ETL-to-warehouse path, moving ingestion natively into each customer's own Snowflake account so the platform's data-sovereignty story is true end to end.
- Migrate legacy ETL logic — translate existing transformation logic covering activity, meeting/event, network context, and system metadata data into Snowflake-native pipelines using the right combination of native transformation tooling and orchestration.
- Design for per-tenant isolation — build data models and pipeline logic that hold up under a cross-account, multi-tenant distribution model, with tenant boundaries addressed explicitly at the schema, pipeline, and secret-management level.
- Work through known technical debt — shared credentials baked into client-side builds, build-time-only configuration with no live tenant provisioning, inconsistent cross-platform data-capture parity — deciding case by case what gets carried forward, redesigned, or retired.
- Rebuild the platform's core data model — activity, event, network, and metadata — preserving the analytics the business depends on while moving underlying storage and processing into Snowflake.
- Validate against real production data patterns — batch sizes, sync frequencies, offline-queue backlogs — captured during discovery to ensure the new pipeline design holds up under realistic load.
- Document migration decisions clearly enough to be defended internally, to downstream customers, and through a formal marketplace review process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years as a data engineer with hands-on Snowflake experience — native transformation and orchestration features, not just SQL.
- Real experience migrating an existing production ETL pipeline to a cloud-native target — not a from-scratch build.
- Working knowledge of streaming and event pipelines.
- Comfortable reading and reasoning about a system's security model — encryption at rest and in transit, key management, multi-tenant secret handling — well enough to flag when a proposed design reintroduces a previously identified gap.
- Familiarity with a major cloud provider's function/PaaS services, as parts of the migration will need to interoperate with the current production system during transition.
- Experience designing for multi-tenant SaaS data isolation — schema-per-tenant, row-level security, or equivalent patterns.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and distributing applications through a cloud data platform's own marketplace or listing model.
- Background in workforce analytics, activity monitoring, or similar behavioral/event data domains — application/window/URL activity, meeting data, network context.
- Exposure to BI tooling migration alongside an underlying data platform move.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.

- Senior MLOps Engineer, ISR
- Location: Berlin, Germany
- Department: ISR Analytics
- Reports to: VP of ISR Analytics
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
ICEYE's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) AI team builds models that turn satellite imagery into intelligence for defense customers. Your job is to work with data scientists to build sustainable infrastructure, workflows, and deployment practices for the AI models, both in the cloud and for on-premise systems. You sit with the AI team and work with them to build the infrastructure they train, evaluate and ship on. Like our platform work, every environment is temporary and must be reproducible from code; a model is only done when it runs, monitored, on hardware we don't control.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build training, evaluation and packaging pipelines that take a model from experiment to versioned, deployable release.
- Deploy and serve models on Kubernetes with GPUs, in the cloud and on-prem, including air-gapped sites.
- Package models, weights and dependencies so they install and upgrade offline.
- Manage GPU compute: scheduling, drivers, utilization and cost, across cloud and on-prem hardware.
- Track data, experiments and model lineage, so any result can be reproduced and audited.
- Monitor models in production for performance, drift and failures, without relying on outside connectivity.
- Write tooling in Python that the AI team uses every day, and work in the model codebase alongside them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Senior hands-on engineer (not an engineering manager or architect role).
- Proven experience deploying ML models to production and running them there, not only training them.
- Strong Python, and comfort reading and changing ML code (PyTorch or similar).
- Hands-on Kubernetes and containers, including GPU workloads.
- Infrastructure as code and CI/CD for ML (for example Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions).
- Daily use of AI tools in engineering work, beyond chat: generating and reviewing code, configuration and tests.
- High autonomy: you find problems, propose fixes and drive them through.
- Motivation to work in new defense: building technology used by defense forces.
Nice to haves:
- Deployed models to on-prem, edge or air-gapped environments.
- Model serving and optimization: Triton, TorchServe, KServe, ONNX, TensorRT, quantization.
- Computer vision or geospatial data (satellite, SAR, raster, PostGIS).
- ML pipeline and tracking tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Argo Workflows, DVC or Weights & Biases.
- Large-scale data processing for imagery (Dask, Ray, Spark, object storage).
- Strong IC track record in a startup or a fast-changing company launching new products.
- Clear communicator who works well with researchers and experienced engineers.
