About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is investing in shared platform capabilities that power Claude across our consumer and developer products: the common foundation that Claude, Cowork, Claude Code, and future surfaces are built on. We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to be the connective tissue for this effort, someone who ensures we're building the platform the rest of Anthropic's products are built on, and that product teams actually get leverage from it.
This is not a single-team TPM role. You'll work across the platform engineering teams and every product team that consumes the platform, driving one cohesive roadmap rather than a collection of disconnected workstreams. Success looks like products at Anthropic shipping more easily, faster, and more reliably because they're built on a common foundation, with developer velocity increasing measurably across the company, not just within one team.
Responsibilities
Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap end to end: sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across platform teams and the apps teams that depend on them
Drive alignment between platform engineering and apps teams so platform investments map to real consumer needs and adoption actually happens (leverage only exists if teams build on the platform)
Identify duplication across surfaces and convert it into shared platform capabilities
Establish the operating rhythm: planning, status, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs
Create program documentation including roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans
Facilitate technical decision-making by bringing together stakeholders, driving consensus, and ensuring timely resolution of blocking issues
You may be a good fit if you
Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs
Have experience with platform engineering efforts (shared services, developer platforms, or common capabilities consumed by multiple product teams) and can engage meaningfully with the engineers building them
Have driven platform adoption across consuming teams, where success depended on other teams choosing to build on what you shipped
Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously
Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams
Thrive in unstructured environments with a knack for bringing order to chaos and creating clarity in ambiguous situations
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission and interested in the challenges of bringing AI capabilities to users safely and reliably
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000
—
$435,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

— Определять, что строить, зачем и в каком порядке;
— Владеть роадмапом кошелька и платформы целиком;
— Разговаривать с институциональными клиентами и превращать их боли в продукт;
— Работать напрямую с фаундерами и senior-инженерами;
— Строить процессы, которых ещё нет.
Требования:
— 5+ лет в продукте, из них значимая часть — финтех, кошельки или digital assets;
— Стартап-опыт: умение работать в хаосе и создавать структуру из ничего;
— Сильная техническая интуиция — понимание API, бэкенд-архитектуры и инфраструктуры;
— Опыт шипинга продуктов от нуля до прода, а не просто «ведения фич».
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт в направлениях: крипта, custody, токенизация, KYC/AML, DAML.
Условия:
— Полная автономия в принятии решений;
— Маленькая senior-команда без менеджерского шума;
— Возможность определять видение продукта, а не итерировать чужое.

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

Sales, Commercial Ops, Legal, Finance, GTM Ops, GTM Systems, Billing Engineering, and Billing Product
.
Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of the
end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
, initially focusing on deal initiation, structuring, approval, contracting, billing setup, and customer activation.

future-state operating model
.
Develop and execute a prioritized transformation roadmap spanning
processes, policies, systems, data, controls, and organizational responsibilities
.
Redesign complex, fragmented, or manual workflows to improve speed, accuracy, automation, and the customer and seller experience.

policies, governance frameworks, approval authorities, and deal guardrails
that enable scale without unnecessarily slowing the business.
Partner with
Sales and Commercial Ops
to improve deal quality and enable first-time-right deal structuring.
Collaborate with
Legal and Finance
to simplify approvals, standardize contract terms, and maintain appropriate commercial and financial controls.
Work with
GTM Systems
to embed workflows, policies, data requirements, and controls into CRM, CPQ, contract management, and related tools.
Partner with
Billing Engineering and Billing Product
to create a reliable and increasingly automated flow from order form to billing and customer activation.
Standardize the handling of complex deal constructs, including
usage-based pricing, multi-year agreements, ramp structures, prepayments, and custom commercial terms
.
Establish clear ownership, handoffs, and service expectations across teams involved in the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
Develop playbooks, guidance, and change-management programs that drive adoption of new processes and tools.
Establish transformation metrics and track improvements in
cycle time, approval time, rework, policy adherence, billing accuracy, activation accuracy, and time-to-revenue
.
Lead cross-functional programs from design through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
What You Will Transform
A fragmented deal lifecycle into a
scalable, integrated Quote-to-Cash operating model
.
Manual and inconsistent processes into
standardized, automated workflows
.
Reactive deal escalation into
clear policies, decision rights, and approval frameworks
.
Disconnected order forms and billing setup into a reliable
contract-to-billing-to-activation flow
.
Limited process visibility into
measurable performance, clear accountability, and continuous improvement
.
Institutional knowledge into repeatable
playbooks, system controls, and scalable operating practices
.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
In order to deliver Render to our users, we must first provide the best internal developer platform for engineers to move fast, confidently, reliably, and securely along paved paths with the right set of tools, observability and guardrails. As Engineering Manager for the newly formed Platform team, you’ll lead a growing group of talented engineers — both established team members and future hires — who are energized by the opportunity to build this space alongside you.
Together, you will modernize and bring Render's internal developer platform and shared production infrastructure (observability, CI/CD, developer environments, storage, and more) from good to great. Because the landscape we operate in is evolving rapidly, we build infrastructure that is modular and adaptable, able to support a product direction that is itself responding to a fast-moving market without over-indexing on any single bet. This team will have tremendous impact; unlike most infrastructure teams that build for internal consumers, our infrastructure is the product. Not only will you be enhancing the velocity and impact of your fellow Render engineers, but the 4.5 million developers using our platform as well.

From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Voice of the Customer (VOC) Program Manager to build and run a company-wide VOC program at Figma. Sitting within the Product Support org, this role is responsible for pulling insights from across Figma's customer-facing surfaces, Support, Sales, NPS, community, and more, and translating them into fast, actionable signals for Product, Engineering, and Support. This isn't just a reporting role: you'll own the full insight loop, from surfacing and prioritizing the biggest customer pain points to tracking whether they're being addressed and bringing wins back to customer facing orgs and our product partners. You'll work cross-functionally across Support, Sales, Research, Marketing and Product, and leverage AI to move faster than ever. It's a rare opportunity to build something that matters at company scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own the rhythm of VOC reporting and define the mechanisms that feed into the program, including launch insight reporting and ensuring insights are visible, shareable, and easy to act on across the org
Surface and prioritize the biggest customer pain points, align with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization, and advocate for customer needs – bringing wins back to Support and Sales to demonstrate program impact
Monitor and report on customer sentiment from pre through post-product launches, providing recommendations across Product, Support, and Sales on where to act — from unresolved pain points and product gaps to process improvements and sales blockers
Set shared, data-backed goals with Product and Engineering partners and monitor progress to help keep those goals on track
Work directly with Sales to bring customer problem statements into the VOC program and ensure field insights inform priorities
Integrate signals from NPS, Research, Sales, and community alongside Support data into a unified narrative that reaches Product and Engineering swiftly
Strategically implement AI workflows to build scalable processes that generate and deliver insights faster
Communicate customer insights across a range of audiences, from frontline support to Product leadership, with clarity and a strong point of view
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience building and running a VOC program, as a PM or Manager, with a strong POV on what good looks like
A background in a customer-facing function (Support, Success, or Sales – Support preferred)
Demonstrated ownership mentality — a track record of identifying problems, driving solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing when capacity is limited
Fluency in AI workflows and demonstrated ability to build lightweight, scalable processes quickly
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling customer narratives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive action across a range of audiences
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Previous experience with Figma products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
This is a senior product role on a small, high-leverage product team. You'll own key pieces of the product line — from how we position it, to how we price it, to how the field sells it. You'll work closely with engineering and be the person Marketing and Field teams looks to for the answer to "why us, why now”.
We need a product leader who lives close to customers and to revenue, who can hold a deeply technical conversation with multiple stakeholders - from technical buyers to executives, and who treats GTM as a first-class part of the product — not something that happens after the product is "done."
What You Will Do:
Growth strategy for AI
— where we play, who we sell to, how we win, and the sequencing of bets that gets us there
The customer and buyer motion
— being in front of inference platform teams, data platform leads, and the buyers who decide. Joining strategic deals. Running the win/loss loop and feeding it back into strategy.
Positioning and narrative
— partnering with Marketing on how the AI stories land in market, what we publish, and how a first-time buyer encounters MinIO
Field partnership
— building the assets sellers actually use, supporting the deals that matter, making sure the field can run an inference-buyer or lakehouse-buyer conversation confidently
Pricing and packaging
— how
MinIO portfolio products are packaged,
how the AI and Analytics motions are priced differently if they should be, and how we capture value as workloads grow
Competitive intelligence
— knowing the AI training inference competitive landscape, and shaping how we differentiate
Partner GTM for AI
— the AI ecosystem is partner-heavy, and unlocking it is part of the role
Influence on the product
— through customer signal, pipeline data, and competitive insight you will be the most informed external voice in the room to influence direction.
Your Skills and Experience:
8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers
Demonstrated fluency in modern AI and analytics stacks — you don't need to have trained a foundation model, but you should be conversant in how training and inference pipelines actually consume storage, key tradeoffs and why it matters, and how data platform teams make build/buy decisions
A track record of working closely with field teams on real revenue — you've sat in on deals, you've built enablement that sellers actually used, you've changed a deal's outcome with a well-timed product conversation
Partnership with marketing on crafting compelling narratives, presented at external conferences, webinars
Strong analytical instincts — you reach for data to test your hypotheses, not to confirm them
The ability to write clearly and think rigorously in writing. Most of the work that compounds in this role is written
Excellent partnership with engineering — you've earned engineers' trust before by being technically credible and by making prioritization defensible
Real comfort with pricing and packaging decisions — if you've owned or co-owned them, not just commented on them, that's a big plus
Background in storage, analytics, databases, or data infrastructure
If you have been an AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in the data infrastructure stack we would love to talk to you.
Experience with open-source-adjacent commercial products and the unique GTM motions they require
Prior experience at a high-growth infrastructure company
What We Offer:
Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
401K with 3% Contribution
Pre-IPO Stock Options
At least 12 Public Holidays
Flexible Time Off
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
