Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform
About the Team
Deliveroo's GenAI Platform team sits within Machine Learning Platform and builds the shared infrastructure that helps DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo teams safely bring GenAI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation to production. Our mission is to increase the velocity of business impact from GenAI. A central pillar of that work is running frontier open-weight LLMs and VLMs (such as GLM, Qwen, Kimi, and DeepSeek) ourselves — real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning on autoscaling GPUs — delivering large cost and latency wins (for example, a billion embeddings produced roughly 20× cheaper and visual models served roughly 72% cheaper). We also own core platform surfaces including the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
About the Role
You will join a small, high-leverage team building production infrastructure for Generative AI at Deliveroo and DoorDash, leading the design and architecture of our open-weights model platform spanning inference and fine-tuning: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and model fine-tuning. You’ll set technical direction across model serving and inference engines, fine-tuning and training pipelines, GPU autoscaling and utilization, batch pipelines, backend services, and observability, and mentor engineers as you go. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact systems and pushing the cost/performance frontier of GPU inference and fine-tuning in a fast-moving technical area where product needs, model capabilities, vendor ecosystems, and cost/performance tradeoffs are evolving quickly.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead the design of infrastructure that helps teams move GenAI ideas from prototype to production, increasing the velocity of business impact from AI across the company.
Own and evolve our open-weights serving stack — real-time GPU endpoints, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA) — alongside the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
Architect scalable, high-performance systems for model serving, batch inference, GPU autoscaling, and fine-tuning that power real customer and internal automation use cases
Push the cost and latency frontier of GPU inference — turning batch jobs that took days into hours and cutting inference cost by multiples — while giving product teams a clean choice across open-weight and closed-source models with reliability, fallback, observability, and cost controls built in.
Build platforms that support rapid experimentation while meeting production standards for latency, scale, monitoring, SLOs, playbooks, and operational excellence.
Partner closely with — and raise the technical bar for — ML engineers, product engineers, data scientists, and platform teams across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo to turn emerging GenAI capabilities into durable platform primitives.
Set technical direction for the future of the company's centralised GenAI platform — including emerging directions such as reinforcement learning (RLHF/RLVR), agent optimisation, and other post-training and agentic techniques — enabling the next generation of AI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation.
We’re excited about you because…
BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
Deep backend engineering fundamentals, especially in Python and distributed systems.
Track record of designing and owning production services, APIs, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure at scale.
Experience operating systems in production, including observability, debugging, reliability, incident response, and performance/cost optimization.
Deep hands-on experience with LLM inference and/or fine-tuning of open-weight models in production — serving (latency, throughput, batching, autoscaling, GPU utilization) and/or fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA).
Demonstrated technical leadership: leading design across ambiguous, fast-moving technical areas, mentoring engineers, and turning customer use cases into reusable platform capabilities
Proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, generating code, testing, monitoring and releasing software
Nice To Haves
Experience with LLM inference engines and serving frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM) in production
Experience with distributed/multi-node fine-tuning and training pipelines (SFT, DPO/RLHF, LoRA), including data preparation and evaluation
GPU performance work — multi-node/distributed inference, KV-cache/memory optimisation, quantisation (FP8/INT8/AWQ/GPTQ), or cold-start/throughput tuning
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), GPUs, serverless/elastic GPU platforms (e.g., Modal), or high-throughput batch systems
Experience with LLM gateways, model routing, vendor abstraction, or cost attribution
Experience building developer platforms, internal platforms, or self-serve infrastructure
Experience building and deploying AI agents or MCP servers in production
Experience with eval systems, LLM observability, tracing, RAG, search, or vector databases

Our Security and IT team keeps the 360Learning platform secure, compliant and auditable for the 1,500 organisations that learn on it every day. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, your mission is to make our infrastructure secure by design, detectable by default, and provable at audit time.
360Learning runs its learning platform on Azure and Kubernetes, certified ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. Over the past two years the technical security workload has grown on every front: a larger and more regulated customer base sending their own scans and security assessments, a wider detection and response scope, more infrastructure to keep hardened and auditable, and a growing backlog of security engineering projects that never reach the top of the queue.
We are creating this position to add real technical capacity on the infrastructure side of security, and to move part of our security posture from manual effort to automated guardrails. You will be the bridge between security and platform engineering: deep enough in infrastructure to fix things yourself, and close enough to security operations to know what to look for.
“Ours is a small, senior team with a broad scope: information security, compliance, infrastructure governance and internal tooling, with dual audit accountability on ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. That means direct impact and no layers between you and the decision. Roughly half of this role is greenfield build work you will own end to end.” Guillaume Seigneuret, CISO and Hiring Coach.
Within 1 month, you will:
Complete our onboarding and learn how we work through our own platform and our Convexity culture
Map our Azure and AKS environment, our detection and logging coverage, and our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control scope with the CISO and the Security Engineer
Meet the DevOps, platform engineering and IT teams you will work with daily
Shadow alert triage and one customer security assessment end to end
Within 3 months, you will:
Be autonomous on our AKS and Azure environment and handle infrastructure related alerts end to end
Have shipped at least one concrete hardening or automation improvement in production
Own the infrastructure scope of vulnerability management, from triage to remediation follow up
Within 6 months, you will:
Have the honeypot live and producing high fidelity alerts
Have measurably widened SIEM connector coverage, with documented log sources and retention
Run infrastructure vulnerability remediation on a predictable cycle with SLA reporting
Within 12 months, you will:
Manage detection content as code, with reviewed and tested rules and documented runbooks
Have largely automated audit evidence on the infrastructure scope
Have eliminated long lived credentials on the critical paths, so engineering teams ship on secure defaults they did not have to think about
The Skill Set:
5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with a strong security focus, or in security engineering with hands on infrastructure practice
Production experience with Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, runtime security
Solid cloud experience, ideally Azure. Strong AWS or Google Cloud experience with a genuine interest in converting works too
Infrastructure as code: Terraform, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines
Scripting and automation: Python or Go, plus shell. Comfortable reading and writing code, and opening pull requests on repositories owned by other teams
Log analysis and investigation: cloud audit logs, query languages, correlation across identity, network and application sources
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

Regular travel within the US and international travel as required
Bonus points
Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform
Familiarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets
Familiarity with US, UK or EU digital asset regulation

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a RevOps Systems Architect to help build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. This isn't a traditional Salesforce admin role. We're building a GTM tech stack where AI is a first-class citizen, automations are genuinely intelligent, and our CRM is a living system that reflects how our business actually works.
You'll function as a Salesforce admin and backend developer in one. You'll own platform administration, build complex automations via Flows and Apex, and develop and maintain custom services and integrations, including Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that connect our CRM to the broader systems our team runs on. For larger engineering efforts, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering team, scoping and shipping together.
In this role, you will:
- Administer our Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
- Build and maintain automations via Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services that power our GTM processes end to end.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows.
- Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting across the org.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical scope, from stakeholder conversation to implemented solution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity across the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration.
- Strong Apex development skills: you can build, debug, and maintain custom logic, triggers, and integrations without leaning on a separate engineering team.
- SQL proficiency: you can decompose ambiguous questions into answerable queries and are comfortable with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- Systems mindset: you can hold an end-to-end process in your head, trace a field from its origin through every downstream dependency, and anticipate what breaks when something changes.
- Excited by modern tooling: you're drawn to building AI-native systems and are curious about where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced blockchain developer to join our team building the next generation of high-performance on-chain trading infrastructure. You will help design and implement a unified trading engine — supporting Perpetuals, Spot, and Prediction Markets under a single margin account — and contribute to
ExchangeOS
, an infrastructure layer that lets KYC'd institutions and Web3 entities stake to create and operate their own trading venues (DEXs) on top of our chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build a unified account and matching system that supports Perpetuals, Spot, and Prediction Markets — including on-chain order matching, cross-margin validation, settlement, and liquidation/risk engines (ADL, ADL-avoidance, ADL waterfall, ecosystem insurance fund mechanics).
Build and optimize the core components of
ExchangeOS
: the staking/venue-creation framework that allows KYC-verified institutions and Web3 protocols to launch and operate their own dex on shared infrastructure.
Drive performance engineering across the stack — parallel transaction execution, low-latency order pipelines, and throughput/latency optimization at the engine and chain level.
Track cutting-edge blockchain and trading-system technology (e.g. Hyperliquid, dYdX, other high-performance perp DEX architectures) and apply best practices to our infrastructure.
Partner with product and business teams to translate venue/exchange requirements into technical designs, and provide ongoing technical support.
What We Look For In You
Strong proficiency in
Rust
, with hands-on experience in high-performance, low-latency systems; experience with parallel/concurrent execution engines is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of exchange/matching engine mechanics: order book design, margin systems, liquidation and ADL, settlement, and risk engines — familiarity with perpetual, spot, or prediction market products is a strong plus.
Solid grounding in blockchain fundamentals (consensus, P2P networking, cryptography); experience reading core code of major L1/L2 systems (Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, or high-performance L1s like Hyperliquid/Solana) is a plus but not the primary focus of this role.
Strong systems-performance mindset: profiling, memory/allocator tuning, and designing for sub-millisecond latency at scale.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and logical reasoning skills; genuine passion for trading systems and blockchain technology.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
