ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Define the product metric tree, funnels, and retention analysis
- Monitor liquidity and concentration across the portfolio
- Forecast depositor churn and surface the drivers behind it
- Run ad-hoc research, customer segmentation, and unit-economics analysis

WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- SQL in practice: window functions, CTEs, and complex joins
- Solid grounding in statistics and the ability to run an investigation end to end, from question to conclusion
- English at B1 or above for written communication, documentation, and calls
- Analytical maturity that outweighs years on paper
NICE TO HAVE
- Databricks or Spark SQL
- dbt
- Python
- BI dashboards (Tableau)
- Experience in fintech or banking
WHAT WE OFFER:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Remote-first role, with collaboration hours from 10:00 Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

As Docker continues its rapid growth, we're seeking an inspiring and experienced Director of Partner Solution Engineering to lead a world-class team. Docker helps organizations solve complex challenges in modern software supply chains, security governance, and AI-driven development. This role offers the opportunity to shape how our strategic partners, including ISVs, CSPs, SIs, and VARs, adopt and deliver transformative technologies that make developers more productive and secure.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Director of Partner Solution Engineering, you will lead a high-performing technical organization responsible for driving partner enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, and technical excellence across Docker's partner ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, Product, and Engineering to develop scalable technical partnership strategies that help partners successfully integrate, sell, and deliver Docker's platform. Your focus will be on enabling your team to drive partner technical readiness, co-innovation, and mutual customer success while building repeatable models for partner engagement at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Partner Solution Engineers, ensuring professional growth and high performance across multiple partner segments (ISVs, CSPs, SIs, VARs).
- Build and scale the Partner SE organization to support Docker's expanding partner ecosystem and geographic coverage.

- Coach, mentor, and empower your team to engage effectively with diverse partner organizations and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
PARTNER ENABLEMENT & TECHNICAL STRATEGY
- Establish repeatable processes and programs for partner technical enablement, including scalable learning paths, certifications, technical deep-dives, and integration workshops.
- Design and deliver both 1:1 strategic enablement for key partners and 1-to-many programs that drive adoption across the broader partner ecosystem.
- Create technical content, integration guides, architectural diagrams, reference architectures, and enablement videos tailored for partners.
- Develop partner-specific technical sales plays, solution validation frameworks, and proof-of-value methodologies that highlight Docker's differentiated value.
JOINT GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION
- Partner with the Partner Sales organization to drive joint account planning, co-selling opportunities, and "sell-with" and "sell-through" motions.
- Guide partners through solution design, technical validation, and evaluation processes to achieve joint customer success and sales goals.
- Support product positioning and technical validation during joint sales engagements, ensuring clarity on what's GA and ready for delivery.
- Define and track metrics for partner technical readiness, engagement quality, and revenue impact.
PRODUCT & ALLIANCE COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share Voice of the Partner, influencing roadmap priorities and co-building initiatives.
- Guide beta/EAP program participation with strategic partners, gathering feedback on new features and integration requirements.
- Work closely with the Technical Alliances team on roadmap alignment, technical integrations with CSPs and ISVs, and partner-driven feature requests.
- Champion regional partner technical needs and priorities in internal planning discussions (FedGov, EMEA, APAC).
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Collaborate with Field SEs to ensure alignment with market-specific requirements, share learnings, and avoid duplication of effort.
- Partner with Marketing to support partner events, conferences, webinars, and demand generation programs.
- Work with Sales leadership to define partner success metrics, performance standards, and technical excellence measures.

- Develop internal enablement programs that enhance partner SE capabilities and share best practices across teams.
- Establish tools, systems, and workflows that enable efficient partner engagement and measurement.
- Build strong feedback loops to iterate on enablement strategies based on data-driven insights and partner performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 8+ years of experience leading technical partner engineering, partner solutions, or pre-sales teams for distributed systems, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure companies.
- Proven success in guiding teams that support channel partnerships, strategic alliances, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years in management, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing partner-facing technical teams.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including ISVs, CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP), Systems Integrators, and VARs.

- Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives.
PREFERRED

- Experience enabling developer productivity through coding assistants, AI integrations, or AI agent development.
- Familiarity with partner operations tools including Salesforce and enablement platforms like MindTickle.
- Experience working in both direct and channel sales models, understanding the nuances of partner-led vs. partner-assisted sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel (~30% expected) to support key partner engagements and events.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 DAYS
- Successfully onboard, gaining familiarity with Docker's platform, partner ecosystem, and partner go-to-market strategy.
- Establish relationships with your team, Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, Field SE leadership, and key cross-functional partners.

90 DAYS
- Develop and align a 12-month strategic plan with Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, and Product leadership.
- Begin executing key initiatives focused on improving partner technical readiness, enablement program quality, and joint sales effectiveness.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

Bonus points for:
- Intermediate skills in excel and/or google sheets
- Keen interest in technology and systems
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific region, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires that you be based within UTC -1 to UTC +3
This is a one-year fixed-term contract that we anticipate ending in November 2027.
In this highly strategic and client-facing role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, team members, and internal teams, shaping and optimizing our global benefits provisions across a diverse portfolio of international markets.
As a Senior Specialist, you operate with a high degree of autonomy and commercial acumen. You are the vital connector between our global benefits infrastructure, our internal teams, and our customers. You will balance strategic vendor management (maximizing coverage while minimizing costs) with deep internal and external enablement. Client-Facing Advisory & Escalation Support
- Complex Escalations: Resolve highly complex international benefits queries and escalations that cannot be handled asynchronously by first-line teams.
- Commercial Support: Join customer and team member calls, including pairing with the Sales team on high-value prospect calls, to confidently present, structure, and advise on our global benefits provisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Support, Sales, Product, and Legal to problem-solve cross-border and country-specific benefits challenges with pragmatic, business-minded solutions.
Deep Enablement & Knowledge Management
- Self-Serve Architecture: Build, own, and maintain a robust global repository of guides, FAQs, and self-serve documentation detailing the intricacies of our international benefits portfolio.
- Internal Upskilling: Proactively train and upskill internal teams (Support, Sales, etc) to ensure they can confidently discuss multi-country benefits provisions with customers.
- Interactive Training: Lead high-impact webinars and host live AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions focused on benefits education for both internal and external audiences worldwide.
Continuous Improvement & High Performance
- Workflow Optimization: Continuously audit and refine global benefits delivery workflows to reduce ticket response times and elevate overall service quality.
- AI & Automation Integration: Responsibly leverage AI and automation tools to streamline the generation, updating, and scaling of country-specific benefits documentation and processes (eg, renewals) across dozens of regions.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze recurring benefits ticket data to identify systemic friction points, proactively building preventative resources and product feedback loops.
Experience
- 6+ Years of Global Benefits Experience: Deep expertise in international benefits design, compliance, and vendor management with a strong track record of supporting both internal stakeholders and external corporate clients across multiple continents.
- True Cross-Country Expertise: Direct hands-on experience navigating nuanced benefits landscapes, statutory requirements, and local market norms across multiple global regions (e.g., AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).

- Commercial & Solution-Oriented Mindset: Highly commercial in your ways of working; able to balance empathy for the end-user with rigorous cost management and business objectives.

- [BONUS] Additional Languages: Professional fluency in multiple languages is a strong plus.

YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.

Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.

About the role:
You'll own how Credit Line scales next, leading its move into the Philippine middle class with better customers, higher limits, and healthier repayment.
What you'll do:
- Own the full Credit Line funnel — from awareness with marketing through acquisition, activation, and retention inside the product — with no dedicated engineering squad, so you're the connective layer holding marketing, acquisition, product, risk, and business together.
- Work closely with marketing, product, acquisition, design, risk and origination, affiliates, and web/SEO, and be the person the team comes to when they need to align on growth.
- Report to the Head of Growth and own the Credit Line acquisition budget — no direct reports, but real leverage over numbers that matter commercially.
What you'll own:
- Define and drive Credit Line's growth strategy end-to-end with the business team — what to test, scale, or kill.
- Own the acquisition budget and decide where it goes.
- Lead the move into the Philippine middle class — define who that customer is, where to reach them, and rebuild the acquisition mix around them.
- Turn a real read on what customers need, fear, and compare us against into experiments worth running — hands-on when the bet calls for it, from testing a new channel to shipping the landing page yourself.
- Run experiments across paid channels, landing pages, onboarding, activation, and retention with acquisition and product, tracking CAC, approval, activation, first transaction, limit utilization, spend per active, retention, reactivation, and LTV against cost of risk to find where the real leverage is.
- Build a clean experiment-tracking system so learnings compound across quarters instead of getting lost.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing.
- A track record of self-generated experiments that actually shipped and moved metrics.
- Comfortable with product metrics and the tools behind them: CAC, LTV, activation, cohort retention in GA and AppsFlyer, Tableau, plus a working understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Manager.
- Hands-on with both qualitative and quantitative research — user interviews, large studies, segmentation, market signals.
- Uses AI daily for prototypes, creative variants, and analysis, and knows when to override it rather than trust it blindly.
- Strong project management and fluent English.
