Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Staff Program Manager to own the Services Business Process Automation (BPA) function — the digital backbone of our Services organisation. BPA runs the Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) platform, the Business Intelligence and reporting layer, and the integration of our business applications with customer IT/OT ecosystems — all operating within the corporate IT governance framework.
This is a strategic, hands-on ownership role. You will define and own the BPA program and roadmap, lead cross-functional platform deployments end to end, and connect corporate digitalization strategy to on-the-ground Services execution. You will work closely with Services leadership, product and corporate IT, and external technology partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Define, own, and continuously evolve the BPA roadmap: SLM platform strategy, BI architecture, process-automation priorities, and customer IT/OT integration.
- Translate corporate digitalization objectives and Services business priorities into a structured, time-phased program with clear milestones and resource plans.
- Lead cross-functional software deployments and platform integrations from requirement scouting to hypercare, applying Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and structured PMO practices.
- Own the program-governance framework — risks, dependencies, change control, escalation, and steering-committee reporting — and track schedule, budget, adoption, data quality, and SLA impact.
- Champion the Services Lean First KPI framework and ensure BI reporting reflects real operational progress across the whole Services organisation.
- Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, and build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions for new BPA tools and platforms.
- Act as the strategic interface between Services leadership, product leadership, and corporate IT — simplifying complex technical realities into clear business narratives for executives.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 8–12+ years in digital/IT program management, with a track record of leading large-scale CRM, SLM, or ERP deployments.
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional programs in mechatronics, industrial automation, robotics, field service, or advanced manufacturing.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program-management certification; Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master, or Kanban) is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of CRM and SLM platforms, BI architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience holding full budget accountability for digitalization programs.
- Elite stakeholder communication — able to build consensus across diverse functional and executive stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Exposure to humanoid robotics, cobots, or other advanced-technology industries.
- Familiarity with service benchmarks in relevant industries.
- Experience introducing BI as a shared intelligence layer across a multi-team organisation.
- PMO tooling proficiency (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI to own the agents and the platform they run on inside Source, a new product where modern marketing teams and their AI agents build, optimize, and scale digital experiences together. Source connects a company's codebase and marketing stack into one governed workspace.
Your area spans the experience of working alongside those agents, the platform underneath (the framework, sessions, memory, and evals), how agents reach Source from outside it through MCP and the CLI, and the durable context every agent works from.
That means serving two groups at once. The developers who connect and extend the system, and the marketing teams doing the ongoing work of building brand and driving growth inside it. Both now work alongside agents, and neither will hand over real responsibility to something they can't trust. Much of what "good" looks like here hasn't been written yet, and you'll define it.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $212,500 - $255,000
- Zone B: $200,00 - $240,000
- Zone C: $186,700 - $224,000
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada
- 232,000 - 278,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Director of Product
As a Staff Product Manager, AI, you'll…
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent platform underneath Source: the agent framework and service, agent sessions, shared context and memory, the core orchestrator, and the experience of steering agents while they work. You'll set the direction and drive it through to delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Ensure agents are capable, and safe to hand real responsibility to. Agents should disclose what they can do and where they came from, run with limited permissions, and land their work as a reviewable change rather than a silent merge. You'll define how autonomy expands as trust builds, along with the audit trail and cost visibility that make it defensible.
- Set the standard for what "good" means when products never behave the same way twice. Define the quality bar for agent experiences, and the eval infrastructure, harnesses, guardrails, and metrics that hold the whole area to it.
- Build the primitives once that every Source workstream ships on. Teams across Webflow are building specialized agents on your platform, from site building and content to optimization and marketing. Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other rather than solving the same problem three times.
- Make Source reachable from wherever the work happens. Own the MCP and CLI interfaces so outside agents and scripts get the same capabilities as embedded agents, under the same disclosure and permission model.
- Centralize the context agents build from. Agent Instructions give a project durable, governed steering, so every agent works from the same brand, structure, and business context instead of rediscovering it session by session. You'll decide how that concept evolves inside Source.
- Drive alignment across Webflow, not just your own teams. Represent the agent area to leadership and to the other Source workstreams, partner closely with the team building deterministic and long-running agent workflows, and navigate cross-functional disagreement independently and constructively.
- Roll up your sleeves and build. Product Managers at Webflow deliver value any way they can, up to and including contributing to the product directly in code. You'll prototype ideas, ship improvements yourself where it helps, and stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp product calls.
- Place durable, multi-quarter bets as the AI landscape shifts. Models, protocols, and techniques are evolving fast; you'll stay close to customers, tell real standards from fads, and keep raising the bar on how fast and how well we ship.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
You'll thrive as a Staff Product Manager, AI, if you:
- Have 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems and a track record of owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas. Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
- Know where LLM-based tools shine and where they break down, from substantial hands-on work with agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
- Have set the bar for "good" on non-deterministic products, defining the evals, guardrails, and success metrics that keep quality high when outputs vary from run to run, and getting a team to hold to them.
- Have built platforms other product teams ship on. You've treated other teams as your customers, drawn the line between what to build once and what to leave to them, and can point to primitives that outlived the first thing built on top of them.
- Can serve two audiences at once. You've built developer-grade tools and approachable products for marketers, and hold both in view without shortchanging either.
- Enjoy the full craft of building software. You're curious about every part of how products get made and like getting into the details wherever the work needs you, whether that's opening a pull request, leading a user interview, prototyping an idea, writing a query to pin down a metric, or writing a sharp brief.
- Lead through influence rather than authority. You set strategy and bring Engineering, Design, GTM, and leadership along, holding your own with senior stakeholders and moving decisions forward without waiting to be told. You set patterns other teams adopt and mentor as the practice grows.
- Stay curious. building fluency in emerging AI to speed up both your own work and your team's.

The Infrastructure Acquisition Group
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables the Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure the commercial agreements that make that growth possible, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up across the Americas, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Determine whether a site can actually support the AI infrastructure we're planning to build.
Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence across geotechnical, environmental, civil, utility, and entitlement workstreams to determine whether a project is technically feasible before Nebius commits capital.
Build a repeatable technical due diligence program.
Help establish the standards, consultant network, playbooks, and review processes that ensure every infrastructure opportunity is evaluated consistently across the Americas.
Identify technical risk before it becomes commercial risk.
Work with Site Selection, Project Development, Engineering, and external consultants to identify development constraints early enough to influence negotiations, investment decisions, and project schedules.
About the Role
As a Technical Due Diligence Manager, you'll evaluate the technical feasibility of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas before Nebius commits capital. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll lead multidisciplinary engineering due diligence across powered land and build-to-suit developments, partnering with Site Selection, Engineering, Energy, Legal, and Project Development to identify technical risk, assess development feasibility, and support investment decisions.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the standards, playbooks, consultant relationships, and technical review processes you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex technical due diligence programs while helping build the systems that make every future evaluation faster, more consistent, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land, build-to-suit, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities.
Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies required to evaluate prospective sites.
Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.
Interpret technical findings and provide development recommendations supporting acquisition decisions.
Prepare technical due diligence summaries and present risks, constraints, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Technical Risk Assessment
Evaluate geotechnical conditions, environmental constraints, utility capacity, network connectivity and fiber access, entitlement requirements, constructability, and development schedules.
Identify technical risks that may impact project cost, schedule, or feasibility.
Recommend mitigation strategies and additional investigations where appropriate.
Quantify technical risks and communicate commercial impacts to Site Selection and Project Development.
Studies & Consultant Management
Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies required to evaluate prospective sites.
Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.
Interpret engineering studies and translate technical findings into clear development recommendations.
Maintain technical documentation and due diligence records that support investment decisions.
Program Standards & Process
Apply Nebius' technical due diligence standards consistently across all projects.
Help develop and improve due diligence templates, consultant scopes, checklists, and review processes.
Capture lessons learned to strengthen future technical evaluations.
Build and maintain a trusted network of engineering and technical consultants.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Site Selection to evaluate new infrastructure opportunities and support acquisition recommendations.
Work with Project Development to transition technically viable projects into development.
Coordinate with Engineering, Energy, Network, Legal, Finance, and Delivery throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Build trusted relationships with engineering firms, land-use attorneys, environmental consultants, and technical partners.
What Success Looks Like
Deliver timely technical recommendations that support investment decisions.
Identify development risks early enough to influence commercial negotiations and project strategy.
Establish consistent technical due diligence standards across the Americas.
Build a trusted network of engineering and technical consultants.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to independently lead complex technical due diligence efforts while helping define how future evaluations should be performed.
5–10 years of experience leading technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, land development, infrastructure design, or large-scale industrial projects.
Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants.
Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, zoning, entitlements, utility coordination, permitting, and infrastructure development.
Ability to interpret engineering studies and translate technical findings into business recommendations.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale data center, AI infrastructure, or mission-critical developments.
Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar technical certification.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure acquisition or development programs.
Knowledge of utility infrastructure, transmission, and power markets.
Why Join Nebius
The infrastructure supporting AI is being built now. This is an opportunity to help define how Nebius evaluates the next generation of AI infrastructure while helping build the function itself—the standards, consultant network, technical processes, and playbooks that will support infrastructure investments across the Americas. You'll work on some of the industry's largest and most complex AI infrastructure opportunities while helping shape the physical foundation of the global AI economy.

About the role
As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you’ll be the named technical owner for the mission-critical workload that anchors a strategic enterprise customer’s Vercel relationship, across a portfolio of concurrent accounts. You’ll work as a peer to customers’ VPs of Engineering and CTOs, take over the post-sales technical relationship from the Solutions Architect through a structured handover, and coordinate every Vercel team on the account, including Support, Engineering, Product, and Sales. Customers buy this engagement, so success is measured by renewal: your proactive architecture and cost work should be worth more than what the customer pays for it. The role has no on-call rotation, no production code, and no sales quota. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week in San Francisco, New York City, or Austin.
What you’ll do
Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, running weekly calls, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and an annual roadmap workshop
Co-own each account with the Account Executive: you own the technical relationship and the technical case for renewal
Take ownership of escalated incidents and recurring patterns, driving post-mortems, root-cause analysis, and remediation roadmaps, and respond to P1 and P2 escalations within 4 business hours
Run proactive architecture reviews, technical risk mapping, cost and usage optimization, and pre-launch readiness assessments
Scope and coordinate Forward Deployed Engineering, audits, workshops, and Professional Services projects on your accounts, and relay customer needs to Product and Engineering
What you need
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools company (TAM, Solutions Architect, Developer Success, Field Engineer, or technical consultant), owning strategic customer relationships including QBRs and renewals
Ran a technical platform at scale in a customer-facing role, with fluency in CI/CD pipelines, preview environments, release mechanics, and cost and performance patterns
Production architecture experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Ramped quickly on an unfamiliar technical product and earned customer trust
Can write a one-page executive summary of a complex technical situation for customer leadership
Willing to travel 4 to 8 times per year to customer offices, generally in-region
Bonus if you
Worked as a Technical Account Manager at a hyperscaler, infrastructure platform, or developer tools company
Built AI agents with the Vercel AI SDK, MCP servers, or similar frameworks
Run an annual roadmap workshop or Well-Architected Review-style engagement with an enterprise customer
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $163,000-$204,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
