ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic, hands-on Lead Creative Producer to own and scale ad creative for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will lead a team of around 10 people (creative producers at junior, mid and senior level, plus a lead designer and motion designers). You will own the creative strategy, the quality of every ad that goes live, and the results those ads deliver. You will also create ad concepts yourself, alongside the team.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thinks in systems, not individual ads. You will analyse results in detail, give the team clear direction on what to produce and what not to, and support User Acquisition in growing the brand across every major ad network. You http://network.You will hold every creative to a clear quality standard, keep every ad compliant so our ad accounts stay healthy, and build the systems that keep production fast. You will report directly to the CMO and the User Acquisition Lead. The bar is high and so is the upside. Compensation combines a fixed salary with bonuses when targets are met, performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Hands-On Concepting
- Own the creative strategy: define the angles, hooks, and formats to produce next
- Create ad concepts yourself, setting the standard the team works to.
- Decide weekly what to scale, iterate on, and stop producing, based on the data.
- Maintain a documented library of proven angles and run systematic competitor and market research.
Performance Analysis & UA Partnership
- Own creative-level KPIs: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI.
- Turn performance data into testable hypotheses and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Support User Acquisition with high-performing creatives across Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, and new networks.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead.
Quality Control & Ad Network Compliance
- Own quality control: no ad goes live without meeting a defined quality standard.
- Ensure every creative complies with each network's ad policies, keeping ad accounts healthy with no rejected creatives.
- Track policy changes and keep compliance guidelines and pre-launch checklists current.
Team Leadership & Production Systems
- Lead and develop producers across levels, and direct the design team through its lead designer.
- Implement processes and systems that speed up creative production: briefs, templates, workflows, and automation.
- Set output, quality, and testing-velocity standards, and give specific, reference-backed feedback.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the ad creative unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years in performance marketing, producing ad creative for D2C app or SaaS subscription products.
- Proven track record of high-spend winning ads that held CPA and ROI targets as spend scaled.
- Hands-on experience creating ad concepts and creatives yourself, not only managing others.
- Experience directly leading and developing a cross-functional creative team, including producers and designers.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, and Applovin, including ad policy compliance and keeping accounts healthy.
- Ability to read creative-level data independently and build structured testing frameworks.
- Experience implementing processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that measurably increased creative production speed.
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator: you build repeatable processes, not one-time wins.
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, decisive with data, and comfortable killing concepts, including your own.
- Holds a high-quality bar: you do not let weak or non-compliant work go live.
- Strong management instincts: sets clear direction, develops people, and holds them accountable.
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner and communicates clearly and directly in a remote environment.

Yopeso
has been developing a diverse range of software products, from large-scale applications to smaller solutions, for 20 years. With a growing team of over 300 employees across five locations, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, transparency, and professionalism.
At Yopeso, we value authenticity, curiosity, and ambition. These values drive us to build strong connections within our community and with our partners, ensuring trust, integrity, and transparency in all our business practices. We strive to maintain the highest professional standards and continuously challenge ourselves to develop high-quality, high-performance, and secure software solutions.
Our approach is rooted in efficient collaboration among passionate professionals working in agile teams. Guided by curiosity and ambition, we strive to create products that are meaningful and impactful, while remaining true to our authentic selves.
We’re looking for a commercial product-minded partner who can sell, design, and shape AI-first delivery outcomes - someone who thinks like a product leader, sells like a consulting partner, and closes like a top-tier enterprise dealmaker.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise consulting, product strategy, and AI-enabled delivery transformation. You will originate and close complex engagements where we don’t just sell capacity - we sell outcomes, fixed-price transformations, and AI-accelerated delivery models.
Core Responsibilities
Own enterprise deals end to end, from origination to signature
Build pipeline with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Digital and Product leaders in AI, software delivery and engineering scale-out
Turn business problems into productized, AI-augmented offers, shaping what we sell, not only how we deliver it
Structure fixed-price, milestone-based and outcome-based deals tied to speed, cost and impact, moving clients away from T&M
Advise executives on transformation and operating model redesign
Build long-term partnerships across multiple stakeholders on long-cycle, multi-service engagements in Europe and international markets
Work with the delivery and engineering leads from the start so what we sell matches what we can deliver
What You Bring
10+ years in enterprise B2B environments (consulting, IT services, digital engineering, or AI transformation)
Proven track record closing complex services / transformation deals
Strong ability to shift from staff augmentation → outcome-based + productized services
Deep experience in enterprise consulting-style selling
Strong commercial instinct for pricing and structuring deals
Ability to think in systems, operating models, and delivery economics
Why This Role
You are not managing a pipeline - you are creating commercial offerings
You are not selling hours - you are selling outcomes and transformation impact
You are not a vendor - you are a strategic partner in delivery design
You will shape how AI is embedded into real enterprise delivery models
You get full autonomy over commercial strategy and deal construction
High-trust, low-politics environment with real execution depth behind you

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
The Role
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within -3 / - 8 UTC.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to own day-to-day accounting, monthly reporting, and ERP activities for Oyster entities around the world, with a focus on LATAM coverage. You will combine rigorous accounting judgment with proactive stakeholder management, lead close and audit activities, investigate complex discrepancies, and improve the systems and processes that keep a distributed finance function accurate and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting and intercompany transactions for global subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review financial statements and balance-sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, maintaining clear checklists and documentation.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual local statutory filings and provide complete support packages.
- Oversee local statutory audits and resolve auditor questions and adjustments.
- Reconcile local statutory records to the ERP
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends or discrepancies, and present decision-useful insights.
- Own assigned ERP activities and improve accounting standards, controls, documentation, and automation.
- Proactively coordinate dependencies across Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external partners.
- Execute ad hoc financial projects and support junior teammates with practical guidance.
Core Requirements
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year operating at senior-accountant scope.
- CPA (or part-qualified) or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, close, and audit support.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and manipulation of large datasets.

- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain quality across several entities.
- Strong written and spoken English, with effective stakeholder management in an asynchronous environment.
- Proactive follow-through, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement and automation mindset.

- NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
- Payroll accounting or SaaS experience.

- Accounting across LATAM jurisdictions, including local statutory reporting and local-to-group reconciliation.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer a narrowly scoped, single-entity role with limited stakeholder contact.
- You are uncomfortable investigating ambiguous discrepancies or making evidence-based accounting recommendations.
- You need close supervision to manage deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, or keep work documented.
- You prefer manual routines and have little interest in improving controls, systems, or automation.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +4 / -4 UTC.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to own day-to-day accounting, monthly reporting, and ERP activities for Oyster entities around the world, with a focus on EMEA coverage.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a logical, evidence-based approach to problem solving.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain quality across several entities.
- Strong written and spoken English, with effective stakeholder management in an asynchronous environment.
- Proactive follow-through, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement and automation mindset.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
- Payroll accounting or SaaS experience.
- High-growth startup or rapidly changing international environment.
- Accounting across EMEA jurisdictions, including local statutory reporting and local-to-group reconciliation.

Oversee and help develop a Level 1 / junior support engineer, providing guidance, prioritization, coaching, and quality oversight while maintaining a hands-on role yourself.
Manage and prioritize the local support ticket queue, ensuring issues are handled with appropriate urgency, SLAs are met, and service quality remains consistently high.
Monitor recurring issues and ticket trends, identify root causes, and drive permanent fixes, documentation, automation, or process changes rather than repeatedly treating symptoms.
Lead local onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, laptop and mobile device configuration, and manage the hardware lifecycle end to end, including purchasing and receiving, provisioning, inventory and asset tracking, repair and replacement, and secure wipe and disposal of retired equipment.
Administer and support managed endpoints through MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance, policy deployment, and troubleshooting.
Act as a first-line responder for local security matters, including phishing reports, lost or stolen devices, suspicious activity, and account lockouts or compromises, escalating promptly to the global Security team as appropriate.
Help maintain endpoint security and compliance standards, including EDR, disk encryption (BitLocker / FileVault), patch compliance, MFA, and support for audit or compliance requests as needed.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, proxy behavior, and the impact of enterprise security controls on user applications.
Own the reliability of local conference rooms and AV technology, proactively checking meeting spaces and ensuring executive and business-critical calls run without friction.
Act as a local point of contact for IT-related vendors and service providers, including ISPs, hardware suppliers, mobile carriers, and building management where technology services are involved.
Support Hong Kong office moves, expansions, build-outs, and other local technology initiatives, coordinating with global IT teams, Facilities, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing for the Hong Kong office, including readiness for local disruptions such as typhoons, power outages, and ISP or connectivity failures.
Support local mobile and communications requirements, including carrier management and relevant compliance tooling where applicable.
Partner closely with global Desktop Support and Helpdesk teams to align on standards, documentation, processes, tooling, and escalation paths.
Maintain clear local documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge articles so common issues can be resolved consistently and efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and reduce repetitive work through scripting, automation, self-service, or better tooling.
Communicate clearly with local office leadership and key stakeholders during incidents, major changes, office initiatives, and recurring problem areas.
Participate in the global IT Support 24/7 emergency on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, responding to critical incidents and urgent support needs by phone or remote access as required, as well as planned maintenance or project work.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in technical support, including significant deskside support experience in a professional, financial services, trading, or similarly high-performance environment.
Demonstrated experience acting as a senior escalation point, local IT owner, team lead, or equivalent role with responsibility beyond individual ticket resolution.
Proven ability to deliver white-glove support to executives and responsive support to business-critical users in fast-paced environments.
Strong working knowledge of both macOS and Windows operating systems at an administrative level, with hands-on experience supporting iOS/mobile devices.
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device management, configuration profiles, policy enforcement, compliance, and provisioning.
Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and related productivity tooling.

About the role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, implement, and evolve product capabilities while solving high-scope backend problems and influencing the technical and product direction of our teams. You will move beyond "assigned work" to actively improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems. You will work across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security boundaries, making sound architectural trade-offs, communicating complex ideas clearly in an asynchronous environment, and helping define the standards for a high-scale, global product.
Why you’ll love this role
High Impact:
You aren't just shipping features; you are shaping the architecture of a global platform used by millions.
Technical Agency:
You will influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, helping us solve problems of high scope and complexity.
Innovative Culture:
You will get to experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, moving beyond simple prompt engineering to build resilient, AI-assisted systems.
Autonomy:
You will thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
User-Centric Collaboration:
You’ll partner closely with PMs and designers to shape requirements, ensuring every technical decision delivers genuine value to our users.
What you’ll do
Drive Technical Direction:
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, making pragmatic choices between modular-monolith code, shared components, or independently operated services.
Raise the Bar:
Advocate for product quality, security, availability, and performance. You will define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, APIs, and operational readiness.
Mentor & Lead:
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve team delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Operational Excellence:
Diagnose and prevent performance/reliability issues at scale. Participate in incident response and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
AI Integration:
Use AI in production engineering work to improve outcomes, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible, high-judgment use.
On Call Support:
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you’ll bring
Deep Backend Expertise:
A strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Adaptability:
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming. We value the ability to learn and adapt over mastery of a single language.
Architectural Judgment:
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Influence:
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear written communication, effectively bridging the gap between product needs and technical reality.
Agentic AI Expertise:
Proven experience building or operating agentic systems in production—moving beyond prompt engineering to architecting loops, tool-use, and error-handling strategies that ensure reliability at scale.
