Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
- Client and stakeholder management: Direct experience as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitration or escalation processes, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Quality audit frameworks: Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for this employee and meet business needs, this role requires you to be based within +3/-3 UTC.
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will help run accurate, timely, and controlled accounts payable operations for external vendors. You will coordinate closely with our invoice-processing BPO, resolve discrepancies, manage AP communications, complete reconciliations and close activities in NetSuite, and partner with Treasury, Accounting, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Beyond daily execution, you will help improve and automate the workflows that support Oyster’s global financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve AP discrepancies and vendor queries accurately and promptly.
- Support the BPO in processing invoices completely, accurately, and on time in NetSuite.
- Ensure AP work complies with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage AP mailboxes and communication channels with clear documentation and tracking.
- Process vendor’s invoices in NetSuite.
- Perform regular AP account reconciliations and investigate exceptions thoroughly.
- Partner with Treasury and Accounting to support timely, accurate payments.
- Complete month-end AP close activities.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant vendor master data.
- Contribute to cross-functional AP improvement and automation projects.
- Maintain AP documentation and training materials.
- Build effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Core Requirements
- At least three years of professional AP accounting experience, including financial processing and reconciliation.
- Advanced ERP experience.
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel capability, plus proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- A track record of high-quality execution in high-growth, high-volume, globally distributed AP environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated AP process-improvement and technology-innovation experience.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and systematic working methods.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and proactive problem-solving.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Formal accounting education or a related qualification.
- Payroll-processing experience.
- Advanced Netsuite experience.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer narrowly transactional work without process-improvement ownership.
- You have limited experience on a standard AP process with Purchase Order
- You are uncomfortable investigating ambiguous discrepancies across several stakeholders.
- You need close day-to-day direction rather than independently prioritizing work.
- You have limited experience with high-volume, global AP operations.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced English into German (Switzerland) Review Lead to serve as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert for a leading global technology client.
You will own the locale’s interpretation of the client’s quality standards and make sure that the Post-Editing Lead, Post Editors, and Reviewers all work to the same shared understanding of “good”. You will be the main point of contact for the client’s Language Manager on quality discussions, arbitration, and escalations, and you will drive consistency, quality governance, and continuous improvement across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.
Project Details
- Location: Remote (based in one of the approved countries below)
- Expected volume: Approximately 24 hours per month
- Employment type: Freelance / Independent Contract
- Task type: Language Lead Support
- Content types: UI, Marketing, Informational, Legal, Product, Support
- Language pair: English into German from Switzerland
What You Will Do
-Analyse requirements: Review every style guide and glossary update, assess which quality categories and content types it affects, and record the changes. Track what the client’s Language Manager actually corrects and says in calibration and quality calls, not only what is written down.
-Relay expectations: Run regular alignment roundtables with the language community and publish a structured monthly quality digest covering performance, priority improvement areas, style guide updates, and notable errors and arbitration outcomes.
-Manage review quality actively: Coach Reviewers one-to-one using specific examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training built from real alignment data.
-Improve the standard: Turn recurring justification patterns into well-reasoned style guide proposals, and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
-Maintain alignment with the client: Treat Language Manager decisions as the standard, raise concerns with evidence at the right forum, and aim for fewer surprises over time.
What You Will Own
-The locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance
-The community’s shared understanding of quality
-The integrity of the arbitration record, ensuring that every arbitration sent to the client is valid and well-evidenced
-The working relationship with the client’s Language Manager, including clarifications, escalations, and expectation tracking
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to analyse style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and map tolerance by content type (for example, Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI)
- Meeting facilitation: Hands-on experience with one-to-one coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment roundtables, and structured monthly quality reporting
- Analytical approach: Skill in tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores, and in converting justification patterns into style guide improvements
- Language: Native-level German (Switzerland) and professional-level English
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting major technology localization programs and working with calibration or alignment tools
Additional Key Information
- Successful candidates will be provided with a dedicated device for project work.
- A background check is required as part of onboarding.
- Candidates must be physically located in one of the approved countries.
Approved countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.
Why Join Us
This role offers a long-term partnership with global teams on high-visibility products. You will benefit from steady project volume, comprehensive onboarding and ongoing upskilling, and access to established linguistic resources.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic, hands-on Lead Creative Producer to own and scale ad creative for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will lead a team of around 10 people (creative producers at junior, mid and senior level, plus a lead designer and motion designers). You will own the creative strategy, the quality of every ad that goes live, and the results those ads deliver. You will also create ad concepts yourself, alongside the team.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thinks in systems, not individual ads. You will analyse results in detail, give the team clear direction on what to produce and what not to, and support User Acquisition in growing the brand across every major ad network. You http://network.You will hold every creative to a clear quality standard, keep every ad compliant so our ad accounts stay healthy, and build the systems that keep production fast. You will report directly to the CMO and the User Acquisition Lead. The bar is high and so is the upside. Compensation combines a fixed salary with bonuses when targets are met, performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Hands-On Concepting
- Own the creative strategy: define the angles, hooks, and formats to produce next
- Create ad concepts yourself, setting the standard the team works to.
- Decide weekly what to scale, iterate on, and stop producing, based on the data.
- Maintain a documented library of proven angles and run systematic competitor and market research.
Performance Analysis & UA Partnership
- Own creative-level KPIs: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI.
- Turn performance data into testable hypotheses and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Support User Acquisition with high-performing creatives across Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, and new networks.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead.
Quality Control & Ad Network Compliance
- Own quality control: no ad goes live without meeting a defined quality standard.
- Ensure every creative complies with each network's ad policies, keeping ad accounts healthy with no rejected creatives.
- Track policy changes and keep compliance guidelines and pre-launch checklists current.
Team Leadership & Production Systems
- Lead and develop producers across levels, and direct the design team through its lead designer.
- Implement processes and systems that speed up creative production: briefs, templates, workflows, and automation.
- Set output, quality, and testing-velocity standards, and give specific, reference-backed feedback.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the ad creative unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years in performance marketing, producing ad creative for D2C app or SaaS subscription products.
- Proven track record of high-spend winning ads that held CPA and ROI targets as spend scaled.
- Hands-on experience creating ad concepts and creatives yourself, not only managing others.
- Experience directly leading and developing a cross-functional creative team, including producers and designers.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, and Applovin, including ad policy compliance and keeping accounts healthy.
- Ability to read creative-level data independently and build structured testing frameworks.
- Experience implementing processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that measurably increased creative production speed.
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator: you build repeatable processes, not one-time wins.
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, decisive with data, and comfortable killing concepts, including your own.
- Holds a high-quality bar: you do not let weak or non-compliant work go live.
- Strong management instincts: sets clear direction, develops people, and holds them accountable.
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner and communicates clearly and directly in a remote environment.

Yopeso
has been developing a diverse range of software products, from large-scale applications to smaller solutions, for 20 years. With a growing team of over 300 employees across five locations, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, transparency, and professionalism.
At Yopeso, we value authenticity, curiosity, and ambition. These values drive us to build strong connections within our community and with our partners, ensuring trust, integrity, and transparency in all our business practices. We strive to maintain the highest professional standards and continuously challenge ourselves to develop high-quality, high-performance, and secure software solutions.
Our approach is rooted in efficient collaboration among passionate professionals working in agile teams. Guided by curiosity and ambition, we strive to create products that are meaningful and impactful, while remaining true to our authentic selves.
We’re looking for a commercial product-minded partner who can sell, design, and shape AI-first delivery outcomes - someone who thinks like a product leader, sells like a consulting partner, and closes like a top-tier enterprise dealmaker.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise consulting, product strategy, and AI-enabled delivery transformation. You will originate and close complex engagements where we don’t just sell capacity - we sell outcomes, fixed-price transformations, and AI-accelerated delivery models.
Core Responsibilities
Own enterprise deals end to end, from origination to signature
Build pipeline with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Digital and Product leaders in AI, software delivery and engineering scale-out
Turn business problems into productized, AI-augmented offers, shaping what we sell, not only how we deliver it
Structure fixed-price, milestone-based and outcome-based deals tied to speed, cost and impact, moving clients away from T&M
Advise executives on transformation and operating model redesign
Build long-term partnerships across multiple stakeholders on long-cycle, multi-service engagements in Europe and international markets
Work with the delivery and engineering leads from the start so what we sell matches what we can deliver
What You Bring
10+ years in enterprise B2B environments (consulting, IT services, digital engineering, or AI transformation)
Proven track record closing complex services / transformation deals
Strong ability to shift from staff augmentation → outcome-based + productized services
Deep experience in enterprise consulting-style selling
Strong commercial instinct for pricing and structuring deals
Ability to think in systems, operating models, and delivery economics
Why This Role
You are not managing a pipeline - you are creating commercial offerings
You are not selling hours - you are selling outcomes and transformation impact
You are not a vendor - you are a strategic partner in delivery design
You will shape how AI is embedded into real enterprise delivery models
You get full autonomy over commercial strategy and deal construction
High-trust, low-politics environment with real execution depth behind you
