ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
Studio is where creators build and finish video on ElevenLabs, powered by our generative graph engine, Flows. You’ll own our “produce once, distribute everywhere” workflow. It takes a finished Studio project and runs it through our dubbing pipeline to produce it in many languages and aspect ratios, with auto-translated captions. Today that means duplicating and rebuilding projects by hand.
This work is entirely greenfield: the specs aren’t written yet. You’ll shape them through written proposals (RFCs), pressure-test data structures with the team lead, and carry the project from first draft to launch.
You’re a strong backend generalist who is good with complex data structures and has the product instincts to decide what’s worth building.
Requirements
- Strong backend generalist who has designed and shipped complex, data-heavy systems end to end.
- Comfortable with enterprise-grade concerns such as usage reporting and accounts.
- Evidence of product ownership: side projects, open source, or work in a product-facing context.
- Has taken projects from inception to launch with little hand-holding.
Bonus: experience with media or video-processing pipelines (helpful, not required)
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenMusic is a consumer music app where music is the core product: a place to listen, create, remix and share. The team is small, agent-first and sits apart from the main org, with very fast CI, so ideas often ship the same or next day. Today, one engineer runs the whole iOS app alone.
We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer to own ElevenMusic across iOS and Android, and to make mobile a driver of the product rather than a downstream port of web features. You’ll build for musicians and creatives, think in systems as well as screens, and work with high autonomy and a high bar for taste.
Requirements
- Shipped a well-designed, production mobile app that real users love, and can show us what you owned.
- Strong systems thinking across mobile and backend. We’re framework-agnostic (Swift UI or Kotlin Jetpack Compose), but expect you to work across iOS and Android.
- Exceptional product taste and a clear view on what makes a mobile experience great.
- Highly self-directed: you turn loose directions into shipped work and own the outcome.
Bonus: musical interest or intuition. Open-source or GitHub contributions.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe and the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT+1 timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Warsaw, and Amsterdam.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Productions is the “done for you” managed services wing of ElevenLabs, built for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts in linguistics, mixing and post-production to deliver human-edited dubs, audiobooks and more in 15+ languages, directly on the ElevenLabs platform. Our customers include global media broadcasters, publishers, gaming companies and major film studios.
We’re hiring engineers to build the systems behind it: the platforms that let human expertise and AI work together at the quality our clients expect, and the labelling tools our research teams use to improve our models. You’ll own a scope in one of these areas:
- Human data platform: the labelling and evaluation platform research uses to continuously improve our models. You’ll ship new task editors, improve reliability, catch misuse and build the metrics behind higher-quality data pipelines.
- Core productions engine: the backend machine nobody sees but everybody relies on. You’ll build and maintain the services that run our production workflows, with room to lead projects.
- Editor platform: the professional editing tools our production teams work in. You’ll build in Rust, combining UI systems with a deep understanding of the underlying system.
We’re building professional tools and core infrastructure, not consumer features. The work is mostly building, with little hand-holding. You’ll carve out your own scope and own the outcome.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in functional programming languages like Rust, with a full-stack focus on designing UI systems. You’ve shipped and run production systems end to end.
- Experience making systems reliable and scalable, such as internal platforms, workflow or task engines, or data pipelines. You take pride in the infrastructure nobody sees but everybody relies on.
- Comfortable switching between building a new tool or editor and hardening the platform underneath it, and keen to lead projects when the opportunity arises.
- Opinionated and able to defend your ideas, but know when to just grind. You’re happy doing the unglamorous work, and you’re hungry.
Bonus:
- Experience building editor or UI-heavy professional tools, with a systems-level understanding of what sits underneath.
- Experience with data labelling or annotation platforms, or managing crowdsourced workforces.
Location

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Every satellite we build depends on the right components arriving on time, in the right quantity and quality. As our Electronics Buyer, you turn the production plan into purchase orders and keep material flowing to our EMS partners and production lines, so builds start on time and shortages are caught before they stop the line. You'll work daily with suppliers, Planning, Production, Engineering and Quality, and play a key part in scaling satellite production.

ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defense and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.

- Place spot buys through approved distributors when shortages occur, within approved supplier and quality rules
- Keep purchasing data accurate in ERP: prices, lead times, MOQs, packaging (reels, trays), supplier part numbers and approved sources
- Handle PO changes, goods receipt issues, invoice mismatches and returns with Finance, Logistics and Quality
- Process supplier PCN and end-of-life notices and route them to the Team Lead and Engineering
- Prepare RFQs for repeat buys and price updates, and support the Team Lead and specialists with quotes and supplier data

An overview of this role
Support Engineering at GitLab believes that healthy teams deliver a healthy customer experience, and that command during a crisis shouldn't fall to whoever happens to be senior and available. GitLab's global Incident & Escalation Management (IM/EM) function coordinates critical incidents, complex multi-team engagements, and executive-level escalations for enterprise customers. As Escalation Manager, you'll own complex, executive, and commercial escalations where customer trust and the relationship are at stake, alongside or independently of a technical issue.
In this functional role, you'll advocate for customers inside GitLab, coordinate teams toward resolution, and lead relationship repair after the event.
What you'll do
Own complex, executive, and commercial escalations end-to-end, as defined in GitLab's IM/EM engagement model.
Advocate for customers internally and coordinate Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Sales toward resolution, tracking commitments and holding owning teams accountable to agreed dates and deliverables.
Maintain a written, customer-facing resolution plan from engagement through confirmed resolution, updating it at each communication milestone.
Coordinate with Incident Managers during concurrent technical incidents to maintain a single, coherent narrative for the customer.
Own external escalation communications using GitLab's approved templates and cadence, and represent GitLab in high-stakes customer conversations where clarity and ownership influence retention.
Engage Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders as needed, including executive-to-executive communication for Severity 1 and 2 events. Brief GitLab leadership with concise summaries that distinguish what's known, what's unknown, and next steps.
Lead post-escalation reviews and relationship repair plans, contribute corrective actions with named owners and due dates to postmortems, and hand the relationship back to the account's Customer Success Manager at resolution.
Partner with the Head of IM/EM to develop playbooks, communication templates, and process improvements based on patterns from escalations.
What you'll bring
Experience in enterprise technical support, customer success, or incident and escalation management at a business-to-business software-as-a-service or enterprise software company.
A track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder escalations end-to-end, including executive customer engagements and structured resolution or account plans.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into plain-language updates for customers and GitLab leadership.
The ability to coordinate Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Sales under pressure without formal authority over those teams.
Calm, structured decision-making with incomplete information and the ability to provide a steadying presence in high-stress customer situations.
Proficiency with support and coordination tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and PagerDuty, or equivalent platforms.
Availability for on-call coverage supporting executive escalations as part of a globally distributed team.
Nice to have:
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation or equivalent certification; customer-facing experience with GitLab, development, security, and operations (DevSecOps), continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), or cloud-native products; experience with formal escalation or incident command frameworks; or AI-assisted support tools for triage, sentiment analysis, or resolution drafting.
About the team
The Incident & Escalation Management function sits within Support Engineering in GitLab's Enterprise Technology & AI (ETA) division. We operate a follow-the-sun model anchored in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific, providing year-round, 24-hour coverage for enterprise customers. Our Escalation Managers work globally rather than within a single region, partnering with Incident Managers, Communications Leads, and regional Support Engineering leadership. You'll help shape our playbooks, templates, and standards as we scale.

You’ve built data teams from the ground up and know how to turn raw information into better product decisions. You care deeply about how AI is changing software development, and you want to shape the data foundations that make it happen.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 organizations, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
JetBrains Air is an AI-native software development platform that connects developer workflows, collaboration, and control into a single system. Because this is a major strategic focus for us, we need a strong data function to help guide it. As Head of Data Science and Analytics for JetBrains Air, you’ll lead our data science, analytics, and data engineering capabilities for both the product and go-to-market domains.
By building a high-performing team, you’ll help us use data to navigate product direction, optimize product and go-to-market decisions, and accelerate growth. You’ll own the data strategy for JetBrains AI, partnering closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure our data infrastructure scales smoothly alongside our ambitions.
Day to day, you will:
Build and lead a cohesive team of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers.
Help teams adopt a rigorous experimentation culture, improving how we test and measure product changes.
Uncover insights across the customer journey to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Establish scalable analytics foundations, including clear metric frameworks, data models, and self-service reporting.
Partner with engineering teams to design robust, compliant data infrastructure and pipelines.
Guide the development of machine learning capabilities that enhance marketing acquisition, product personalization, and operational efficiency.
Translate complex data signals into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
Define the business unit's data strategy to support product and engineering priorities.
What you’ll bring
A strategic mindset paired with a willingness to dive hands-on into the details when necessary.
A strong belief in building experimentation cultures and helping others make data-informed decisions.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and build new capabilities in a fast-moving space.
Clear, candid communication skills to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A deep appreciation for developer products and a distinct point of view on how AI will shape the future of software creation.
A commitment to maintaining high standards for privacy, security, and responsible data use.
What you’ll need
Proven experience leading and scaling a data function within a product-led, B2B SaaS, AI, or developer tools environment.
A deep understanding of modern data science and analytics practices, including cohort analysis, A/B testing, segmentation, and machine learning applications to product and marketing problems.
A solid grasp of data engineering fundamentals, such as data modeling, and orchestration.
A track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary data teams.
Willingness to learn fast and find practical solutions to hard problems.
What success looks like
You will have transformed JetBrains Air into a truly data-informed, experimentation-driven product offering. By establishing strong data foundations, you’ll empower teams to deeply understand our customers, accurately measure product impact, and confidently make strategic decisions. Rather than just reporting on what has already happened, your work will actively shape what we build next.

Earlier this year, we launched ElevenLabs for Government, and are now looking for an exceptional product marketer to help us scale this story into global government and public sector markets.
Government agencies everywhere are being asked to answer more calls, in more languages, with the same amount or less staff. ElevenAgents resolves support, cuts hold times, and reaches people who cannot navigate a website or sit on a phone line. This role is to help us shape these capabilities into every market where governments serve citizens by voice.
- Own positioning and packaging for ElevenLabs for Government
- Scale the narrative across regions: National and Local government in the UK, EU, Federal, State and Local in the US, and public sector agencies across APAC, LATAM, and more
- Anchor everything in citizen outcomes: non-emergency contact centers (311), benefits and eligibility, health and social services, licensing and permitting, and more
- Position our solution for accessibility, compliance, language requirements, and the security and data residency mandates
- Lead industry content, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces
WHO YOU ARE
- You are an experienced product marketer who has scaled messaging into Government and Public Sector segments, from a growth or product marketing seat, ideally both
- You've sold or marketed into more than one segment of public sector
- Technical enough to become our internal expert on conversational agents: latency, telephony, tool calls, evals, and guardrails
- Excellent project management across multiple countries, regulatory regimes, and simultaneous launches
- You take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
