ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Regional Vice President to own and lead our APAC business. You'll inherit a team of four quota-carrying enterprise AEs across Australia, Singapore and be responsible for building the management layer, operating model, and partner ecosystem that takes APAC from early traction to consistent, scaled revenue.
This is a Director-level hire with second-line ambition. You'll report directly to the Global Vice President of Sales and operate with meaningful autonomy across pipeline, hiring, partner relationships, and executive engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Team leadership and performance
- Lead, develop and expand the Enterprise Sales teams across the APAC region
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal coaching sessions, and forecast calls with precision and consistency
- Identify and close performance gaps early: coach the team to close larger deals faster and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Build a culture of accountability and development; create clear career paths for senior individual contributors, including first-line management opportunities as the team scales
Revenue
- Own the APAC number: quarterly and annual quota attainment across all three sub-regions
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline that supports consistent delivery and predictable forecasting to Global VP of Sales and leadership
- Engage directly in strategic deals as executive sponsor, bringing credibility and commercial weight to enterprise negotiations
- Establish the region's strongest lighthouse accounts across key industry verticals, building referenceable wins that anchor LangChain's market position in APAC
Hiring
- Manage multiple open roles across APAC simultaneously: owning the full hiring lifecycle across pipeline, assessment, and closing
- Partner with the internal talent team to move at pace without compromising on quality
- Define the headcount profile for APAC beyond Q4 and feed into H1 planning, ensuring the team is built ahead of the revenue curve
Partner ecosystem
- Owns hyperscaler and GSI/RSI relationships (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and key SIs) across APAC
- Develop a structured partner motion that generates qualified pipeline and supports deal acceleration, reduces risk and drives expansion
- Represent LangChain at partner QBRs and executive engagements in region
Market presence
- Represent LangChain as a keynote-ready leader at partner events, customer engagements, and industry conferences across the region
- Build LangChain's brand with technical buyers, CIOs, and innovation leaders across APAC's most important enterprise accounts
- Bring intelligence on the APAC markets back to the Global VP of Sales and product teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market positioning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a regional or sub-regional leadership role managing quota-carrying AEs
- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding regional revenue targets across multiple quarters
- Experience managing teams across multiple countries and time zones, with the cultural intelligence to operate across the APAC region
- Background selling to technical buyers (engineering leaders, CTOs, platform teams): you understand how developer tools get evaluated and adopted
- Experience in the AI, data, or developer tooling space strongly preferred; familiarity with the LangChain ecosystem is a meaningful plus
Leadership
- You've run teams of 6+ AEs before and know the difference between managing and coaching
- You can hold a forecast conversation with a VP and a deal coaching session with an AE in the same afternoon, and add value in both
- You hire well and fast. You know what good looks like for enterprise AE profiles and you can run structured hiring processes across four open roles simultaneously
- You've built or contributed to a partner motion before: you understand what "partner pipeline" means in practice, not just in theory
Operating style
- You bias toward action. You don't wait for a playbook to be handed to you: you build it
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage scale. This is not a role with a fully defined motion; you'll shape a significant part of it
- You communicate clearly and directly, to your team and to leadership
- You're present in the market. You attend the right events, know the right people, and build relationships that translate into pipeline and retention
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

You’ll also connect technical teams with business stakeholders, translating business priorities into delivery plans and explaining technical constraints and their impact.

Experience coordinating delivery across multiple technical teams.
Experience managing delivery hands-on and improving planning and execution practices.
Strong skills in capacity planning, dependency management, risk management, and delivery metrics.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, including aligning technical and business stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and resolving disagreements.
An analytical mindset, ownership, and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the product and technical context.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

Test and optimise creative, messaging, channels, and offers across acquisition and retention.

Represent supply requirements in all relevant product roadmap decisions.
Own prioritisation of supply-side product needs based on business impact and marketplace performance.
Maintain and prioritise the supply product backlog together with Product.
Translate operational problems into scalable product solutions rather than permanent manual processes.
Coordinate experiment sequencing, pilots, rollout planning, and post-launch evaluation.
Ensure new products and business models have a viable supply operating model before scale.
Lead the supply side of major change initiatives including new fleet models, fulfilment models, courier tools, and marketplace mechanics.
Analytics
Own the supply performance framework across all markets.
Own supply dashboards, country scorecards, and management reporting.
Run regular funnel analysis, cohort analysis, marketplace diagnostics, and investment performance reviews.
Build forecasting, scenario planning, and capacity models required for business planning.
Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning quality.
Ensure decisions are based on clear data and comparable metrics across markets.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Fluency in English and French.
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto, Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
We believe the future of our products sits at the intersection of AI and design. Our ambition is to become an AI-native organization, where intelligent systems and human-centered design come together to create faster, smarter, and more meaningful customer experiences. We’re rethinking how products are built, how experiences are shaped, and how teams deliver impact.
A key part of this transformation is creating the right foundations and infrastructure to enable high-quality experiences at scale - where design systems, patterns, and workflows are structured, scalable, and AI-readable, unlocking new levels of speed, consistency, and innovation.
The role
We're looking for an AI-native Product Designer to join our Product Design team at OLX. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will be embedded in a product team and work at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems. You will use AI tools - including Lovable, Claude, and Cursor - as everyday instruments to prototype, iterate, and ship live product experiences. The output we expect is not static mockups: it's working artifacts that reach production with engineering pair-support. You will own your design decisions end-to-end and be accountable for the quality and impact of what you ship.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data analysts embedded in your product team to conceptualize and ship user-centred solutions that create measurable value for our customers - taking end-to-end accountability for quality, trust, and performance from concept through production.
Connect your design decisions to business outcomes - translating commercial goals into design logic, defining success metrics, and running experiments that demonstrate measurable impact.
Use AI-native workflows to collapse the gap between idea and production, prototyping and iterating directly in code rather than through static handoffs.
Build working prototypes and production-ready components, test them with real users, and iterate fast - shipping to production with engineering pair-support.
Design and orchestrate AI-assisted interaction patterns, including multi-step flows and human-in-the-loop experiences, exercising strong design taste to critique and elevate AI-generated outputs.
Contribute to Nexus, our design system, by building and maintaining code components - not just static documentation - that can be used directly by engineering teams.
Run brainstorming sessions and design reviews with your design peers, communicating your design rationale clearly and with data to cross-functional stakeholders.
As a Product Designer at OLX, you will need:
3+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design, with a portfolio that showcases shipped work and live prototypes - not just static screens.
Demonstrated AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools (such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, or equivalents) as a core part of how you design, prototype, and iterate.
Proficiency with code-assisted design: you can read and critique React/HTML through AI-generated outputs, and guide prompts to refine UI. OR fluent with no-code tools (Lovable) to ship directly without engineering handoff.
A solid grasp of user-centred design principles and the ability to apply them to fast-moving, iterative product development cycles.
Strong systems thinking: ability to design for probabilistic, AI-driven experiences and to consider the end-to-end product journey - not just individual screens.
Team spirit. You give generously and without the expectation of receiving in return. You support the best idea, not your idea. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. You’re reliable, honest, and transparent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design decisions and influence cross-functional partners.
A growth mindset: you prioritise learning and adaptability over mastery of any specific tool, and you thrive as the landscape evolves.
Strong sense of collaboration and the ability to give and receive candid feedback.
Proficiency in English for effective communication.
What can we offer you:
Join a European Product Design team with 70+ members
A permanent contract, competitive salary and annual bonus of 15% of your annual gross salary
Train and conference budget and free access to Udemy courses
Health insurance and life insurance
MacBook Pro or Windows Dell along with necessary accessories to make your work comfortable

Collaborate daily on technical feasibility within strict latency and compute budgets, authoring precise, production-ready product specs that routing engineers can directly execute against.
Size Every Problem Before Building:
Quantify the exact opportunity cost of defects and enhancements beforehand, determining trip exposure, bottom-line financial value, and the theoretical ceiling of any proposed fix.
Ground Data in On-the-Ground Reality:
Conduct direct field research by riding with local drivers and couriers across global markets, observing route failures firsthand and translating real-world edge cases into structured data queries.
Protect Platform Integrity with Data:
Serve as the gatekeeper of route quality, leveraging hard evidence to push back against requests—even from senior stakeholders—that risk degrading core platform performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Product Track Record:
4+ years of product management experience, with a proven history of shipping measurable features where you can define the baseline, final outcome, and underlying denominator.
Technical & Systems Literacy:
Strong technical fluency with data pipelines and distributed backend systems; comfortable identifying system edge cases and contributing actively to engineering design reviews.
Autonomous Data Analysis:
Proficiency in writing your own SQL queries to analyze large datasets, evaluate data pipelines, and diagnose root causes independently.
Statistical & Error Metric Mastery:
Deep understanding of error distributions, with the ability to look past simple averages to analyze distribution tails, variance, and segment-specific drivers.
Rigorous Experimentation:
Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B tests from scratch, including establishing pre-launch hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, and post-experiment analysis.
Communication:
Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent).

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and the ML team, owning the end-to-end design process and acting as a key stakeholder in prioritization and strategy decisions.
You'll work on experiences that are defining how models are trained and deployed, and your contributions will directly impact real people in their daily work.
What You'll Do
- Own the design process end-to-end for your product area, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and drive product impact
- Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that balance technical complexity with accessibility and ease of use
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Conduct user research to understand needs, validate design decisions, and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Maintain a high craft and quality bar, ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and polished experience
- Contribute to design systems and patterns that scale across the North platform
- Partner with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and make pragmatic tradeoffs when needed
You're Likely a Good Fit If You Have
- Product Design Experience: You have 4+ years experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your process, systems thinking, and measurable impact on user outcomes.
- AI and Agentic Fluency: You have a strong understanding of AI concepts and agentic systems, including how models reason, use tools, and orchestrate multi-step workflows. You stay current on AI trends and can design interactions that make complex agentic behaviours understandable and controllable for users.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: You have a collaborative approach to product development, working closely with Product Managers to identify opportunities, with Engineers to navigate technical constraints and review implementations, and with stakeholders across the organization to align on solutions.
- User-Centered Approach: You have a deep commitment to understanding user needs through research, data, and direct engagement. You drive research initiatives, translate findings into design decisions, and stay informed on industry trends that shape the product landscape.
- Design Excellence: You have a meticulous attention to craft and detail. You're proficient in Figma, build scalable patterns and systems, and consistently elevate the quality of everything you touch. Bonus points for strong visual design skills in typography, layout, colour, and composition.
- Communication Skills: Clear, proactive communication that keeps distributed teams aligned. You document decisions, articulate design rationale to diverse audiences, and create shared understanding across geographies and disciplines.

You’ve built data teams from the ground up and know how to turn raw information into better product decisions. You care deeply about how AI is changing software development, and you want to shape the data foundations that make it happen.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 organizations, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
JetBrains Air is an AI-native software development platform that connects developer workflows, collaboration, and control into a single system. Because this is a major strategic focus for us, we need a strong data function to help guide it. As Head of Data Science and Analytics for JetBrains Air, you’ll lead our data science, analytics, and data engineering capabilities for both the product and go-to-market domains.
By building a high-performing team, you’ll help us use data to navigate product direction, optimize product and go-to-market decisions, and accelerate growth. You’ll own the data strategy for JetBrains AI, partnering closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure our data infrastructure scales smoothly alongside our ambitions.
Day to day, you will:
Build and lead a cohesive team of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers.
Help teams adopt a rigorous experimentation culture, improving how we test and measure product changes.
Uncover insights across the customer journey to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Establish scalable analytics foundations, including clear metric frameworks, data models, and self-service reporting.
Partner with engineering teams to design robust, compliant data infrastructure and pipelines.
Guide the development of machine learning capabilities that enhance marketing acquisition, product personalization, and operational efficiency.
Translate complex data signals into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
Define the business unit's data strategy to support product and engineering priorities.
What you’ll bring
A strategic mindset paired with a willingness to dive hands-on into the details when necessary.
A strong belief in building experimentation cultures and helping others make data-informed decisions.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and build new capabilities in a fast-moving space.
Clear, candid communication skills to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A deep appreciation for developer products and a distinct point of view on how AI will shape the future of software creation.
A commitment to maintaining high standards for privacy, security, and responsible data use.
What you’ll need
Proven experience leading and scaling a data function within a product-led, B2B SaaS, AI, or developer tools environment.
A deep understanding of modern data science and analytics practices, including cohort analysis, A/B testing, segmentation, and machine learning applications to product and marketing problems.
A solid grasp of data engineering fundamentals, such as data modeling, and orchestration.
A track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary data teams.
Willingness to learn fast and find practical solutions to hard problems.
What success looks like
You will have transformed JetBrains Air into a truly data-informed, experimentation-driven product offering. By establishing strong data foundations, you’ll empower teams to deeply understand our customers, accurately measure product impact, and confidently make strategic decisions. Rather than just reporting on what has already happened, your work will actively shape what we build next.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
