About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Design at Anthropic sits at the intersection of craft, research, and product intuition. Design systems is a growing team working on products that millions of people use daily, and on interactions that don't have established conventions yet.
Our work shapes how people experience AI: whether Claude feels like a tool or a collaborator, whether it earns trust or erodes it. We partner closely with engineers and researchers, often designing around capabilities that are emerging in real time. That means staying close to the models, prototyping rapidly, and being comfortable with ambiguity.
We care deeply about the details that make something feel polished, trustworthy and human. We ship fast and learn in the open. We'd rather get something in front of users and iterate than wait for perfection.
The Design Systems team exists to define and elevate the language of our UI and core interactions. Every Claude product, from claude.ai to Claude Code, shares one system, including the guidance Claude itself follows when it generates UI.
You would be joining an early-stage team, working with design engineers and product designers across the company.
You may be a good fit if you:
Are as comfortable designing on canvas tools as you are building and prototyping within the product, and prefer to ship in days, not months.
Have worked on design systems that balance simplicity with creative flair to produce beautiful products out of the box.
Care about the smallest details as much as the big picture, from a pixel to how the whole app fits together.
Make the people around you better through sharp, kind feedback and low ego.
Get up to speed quickly and can make an impact on projects already in motion.
Key responsibilities
Design and evolve the system, from foundations (colour, type, spacing, icons, tokens, theming) to components like menus, dialogs, sidebars and the chat composer.
Design the expressive layer as a system, not one-offs: motion, illustration and icons that are brand and system at once.
Make the system legible to Claude as well as people: the guidance, metadata and evals that show whether Claude uses it correctly.
Partner with product teams: help designers and engineers apply the system well, and feed recurring gaps back into the system.
Prototype in code and ship: land changes in the design-system package alongside engineers, using Claude Code in your own practice.
Minimum qualifications
Strong visual and interaction craft.
Experience building or working on a design system.
Experience with design tokens, theming and accessibility standards.
Fluency in whichever tool gets an idea across fastest, from Figma to code.
Preferred qualifications
Experience building products at the highest level of craft.
Has shipped voice or other beyond-the-screen work, with native mobile instincts.
Has designed an icon set, illustration style or motion system used across products.
Experience defining evals, lint rules or automated checks for UI quality.
8+ years of product design experience.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Lead incident investigations and turn recurring problems into documented diagnostics and repeatable fixes, using AI-assisted tooling to speed up triage where it helps.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to resolve customer issues and feed learnings back into the product.
- Build and maintain internal tools that make support workflows faster and more observable.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for both customers and the internal team.

WHO YOU ARE
- 5 or more years in a customer-facing support or infrastructure role, ideally supporting production Kubernetes environments.
- Strong, hands-on Kubernetes skills. A Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) credential is a plus.
- Proficient in Python or a similar language for scripting and automation.
- Experience with Kafka or similar distributed systems.
- Comfortable working in AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You dig into ambiguous problems without waiting to be asked.
- Clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with vector search or vector database technologies.
- Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience. Security background is a plus.
- Experience with observability tools (for example, Prometheus or Grafana) and automating support workflows.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.
Come build with us!

Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps)
About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across many countries.
About the role
As an Infrastructure Engineer at Ondo, you'll help build and run the platform our financial products run on. Our team owns the cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, delivery pipelines, monitoring, and tooling that every engineering team at Ondo depends on, so you'll see a wide range of systems rather than one.
You won't do this alone. You'll work closely with a diverse team of infrastructure engineers and developers. Expect to debug real production problems, write code and configuration for user-facing applications, and see your changes running in production early. You'll start with well-scoped work and take on more ownership as you learn our systems.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with development teams to build reliable financial services for our customers.
* Help the team build and improve release processes, continuous integration, and deployment automation.
* Extend application monitoring and alerting.
* Participate in an on-call rotation together with infrastructure engineers and developers.
* Troubleshoot issues with user-facing and internal services, and debug production incidents.
Requirements
* Genuine curiosity and desire to learn new technologies and break things.
* Hands-on Kubernetes experience: you can deploy, inspect, and debug workloads, even if you've never run a cluster yourself.
* Understanding of operating systems, especially Linux internals.
* Experience with "infrastructure-as-code" or "infrastructure-as-data" approaches to infrastructure management.
* Understanding of the GitOps approach to application management.
* Experience with the Prometheus stack or another monitoring solution.
Nice to haves
* Experience building infrastructure in a major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
* Programming ability in Go, Python, or another modern, widely adopted language.
* Experience running stateful workloads in production, not only stateless services.
Our tech stack
AWS, GCP, Azure | Terraform | Kubernetes, Flux | Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
What we offer
* Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
* Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
* Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
* A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
* Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures
The Role:
— Create 30–50 second 3D Shorts
— Handle animation, environments, lighting and rendering in Blender
— Work from completed scripts, voiceovers and storyboards
— Produce at least 6 videos per month
You Should Have:
— Strong Blender and character-animation skills
— Great storytelling, pacing and composition
— Ability to show emotion through animation
— Reliable communication and delivery
We Offer:
— $1,000–$2,000/month depending on quality, speed and experience
— Consistent, long-term work
— Flexible schedule
— Clear feedback and production systems
— Opportunity for the best animator to become our future Team Lead

Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
