Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a new AI business, and you’ll be one of its first technical sellers. Your job is to turn technically complex AI products into closed revenue.
You’ll sell a growing portfolio spanning AI-powered applications and agents for finance teams, as well as infrastructure that helps companies deploy and manage AI with greater control, security, and cost efficiency. This is a product-focused, quota-carrying technical sales role. You’ll help customers evaluate and purchase Ramp’s AI products, translating complex capabilities into clear business value and guiding opportunities from discovery through close.
This is a high-velocity commercial role, not a traditional pre-sales position where success ends with a great demo. You’ll be accountable for turning technical evaluations into commercial wins from start to finish. You’ll lead discovery, shape deal strategy, build executive-level business cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, navigate technical and commercial objections, and create urgency around a clear path to purchase.
You’ll move comfortably between technical and executive conversations. In one meeting, you may discuss model routing, APIs, integrations, data governance, and security with Engineering and IT teams. In the next, you may help Finance and executive leaders understand the ROI, total cost of ownership, and operational impact of adopting Ramp’s AI products.
You’ll join at a formative moment for Ramp’s AI business. As one of the first dedicated sellers for these products, you’ll help identify the strongest use cases, refine how we position and sell the portfolio, influence the customer experience, and build the playbook the broader team will eventually scale. You’ll own the full customer lifecycle from discovery and evaluation through close, implementation, and adoption, helping customers translate their purchase into a successful deployment. This role combines Ramp’s resources and customer reach with the ownership, speed, and ambiguity of an early-stage team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Carry a revenue quota and own the progression of AI product opportunities from initial discovery through purchase, ensuring business value is clear, technical requirements are validated, and obstacles to a decision are resolved.
- Lead discovery with business and technical buyers to understand their goals, workflows, challenges, decision criteria, existing systems, and AI strategy.
- Translate Ramp’s AI applications and infrastructure into compelling solution narratives tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Build ROI and total cost of ownership analyses that quantify the value of Ramp’s AI products and create executive-level justification for investment.
- Help customers identify high-value use cases, set realistic expectations, and establish a credible path from evaluation to production.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, technical workshops, and proofs of concept with clear success criteria that establish value and build confidence in a purchase decision.
- Build relationships with champions and decision-makers across Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership.
- Navigate questions related to APIs, integrations, model capabilities and limitations, data flows, architecture, privacy, security, governance, implementation, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Apply strong commercial judgment to qualify opportunities, create urgency, address objections, identify risk, and keep customers moving toward a decision.
- Lead customers through implementation after purchase, including deployment planning, stakeholder alignment, workflow design, technical coordination, enablement, and adoption.
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and post-sales teams to remove deployment blockers and deliver a strong customer experience from evaluation through production.
- Bring structured customer and market feedback to internal teams to improve the products, positioning, sales execution, and customer experience.
- Turn early customer conversations into repeatable messaging, demonstrations, qualification criteria, value stories, and sales plays as we build this go-to-market motion from the ground up.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, technical sales, Solutions Architecture, enterprise software sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Direct quota-carrying or deal-closing ownership of the pre-sale cycle—not only experience delivering demonstrations or supporting post-sale implementation.
- A track record of independently influencing and winning complex B2B sales opportunities with clear revenue accountability.
- Strong discovery and value-selling skills, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level business cases, including ROI and total cost of ownership analyses; this capability will be central to success in the role.
- Commercial instincts and comfort taking meaningful ownership of deal strategy, momentum, and results.
- Technical fluency across modern AI systems, including applications and agents, model capabilities and limitations, APIs, integrations, data flows, security, governance, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex concepts clear and relevant to different audiences.
- The ability to explain probabilistic, rapidly evolving AI technology with credibility and precision without overpromising what the product can do.
- Experience building champions and navigating multi-threaded buying groups with competing priorities.
- High ownership, curiosity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you’ll build structure as you go rather than inherit it.
- Energy for zero-to-one work and the opportunity to build a sales motion rather than simply inherit one.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI infrastructure, AI applications or agents, developer tools, data platforms, security products, finance technology, or workflow automation software.
- Experience helping launch a new product or develop an early go-to-market motion.
- Familiarity with AI gateways, model routing, usage controls, data governance, or enterprise AI deployment.
- Experience selling to developers, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, or executive stakeholders.
- Experience creating reusable sales assets, demonstrations, value frameworks, or enablement programs.

About Scorewarrior
Scorewarrior is an independent game studio with a single mission: to excite and unite players all over the world. For over 10 years they've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product they continue to actively and successfully grow. The team consists of 230 self-motivated professionals who know and love their craft, and the company has recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools. Their home is a great office in Limassol, Cyprus. They offer a strong relocation package for you and your family, and put real effort into making life on the island genuinely varied and interesting.
Location & format:
Onsite — Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support provided.
The mission of this role:
This is a hands-on engineering role: you design and implement solutions yourself, working side by side with Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams. Leadership experience is not required here and not expected.
Key objectives:
— Strengthen cloud and infrastructure security in practice: secrets management, audit logging and controlled production access.
— Close high-impact risks: start from an honest assessment of the current state and build a consistent picture of gaps and risks as you go.
— Work secure-by-default: wherever possible, remove the security burden from teams through automation and platform-level solutions rather than rules and manual procedures.
— Roll up your sleeves: dive into what Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams are building right now, understand it from the inside, and make security part of it.
Job requirements:
— Real experience building platform and infrastructure security — you have designed and implemented security solutions yourself: not audited or monitored them, and you can walk us through the architecture, the decisions, and what you'd do differently.
— Cloud security as your core strength: Recent hands-on experience securing cloud environments.
— A strong infrastructure background. You may have grown entirely within security engineering or moved into security from DevOps, SRE, system administration, or network engineering. What matters is that your thinking is an engineer's thinking: architecture first, building over prescribing.
— The ability to explain risks with facts. You have real cases where you make technical teams see why a risk matters and why a change is needed through evidence, architecture, and concrete scenarios.
— AppSec, SIEM, and SOC experience are useful but secondary.
Nice to have:
— Infrastructure-as-Code in practice.
— Container and Kubernetes security experience.
— Scripting and automation as a habit: Python, Go, or Bash — you'd rather automate a control than write a procedure for humans to follow.
— GCP specifically. Their stack is GCP; deep experience with it will shorten your path to impact, though strong AWS/Azure experience translates well.
— Experience with securing AI tool usage.
Who this role is NOT for:
— Your current focus is on monitoring, alert triage and incident analysis.
— Your specialization is threat research, malware analysis, cryptography, or lab-style cybersecurity.
— Your recent work is mostly paper security: policies, compliance documents, and audits.
— You are looking for a management track or ownership of a security function right now — strategy and team building belong to the security leadership role they're hiring separately.
Why join Scorewarrior?
— 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating.
— Live and work in sunny Cyprus with full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
— Shape a global hit: the only European studio with a 4X strategy title in the world’s top-10.
— Grow fast in a company that’s already strong, independent, financially rock-solid, and expanding at startup speed, with no layoffs.
— Flat structure, collective decision-making, and honest feedback create full transparency and help you grow fast.
— High salaries, a 13th month, performance bonuses, and extra rewards for long service, marriage, or welcoming a child, and lunch every day.
— Private family health insurance, plus a monthly allowance for children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
— Specialized training and certifications, language courses and books to support your growth.

The mission of this role
To build a viable, right-sized security system for Scorewarrior that protects what matters without slowing the company down, owning it end-to-end: from diagnosis and strategy to implementation, team, and culture.
Key objectives
— Build a viable security system across core domains: IAM (access management, MFA, SSO), infrastructure security (cloud, services, network), foundational SDLC/AppSec (security in development and code), and related processes and training.
— Start with a proper diagnosis of the current landscape and design a system tailored for the company.
— Own security risks and communicate effectively with both business leaders (CTO, CEO) and technical teams (developers, infrastructure).
— Make informed build-vs-buy decisions regarding security tools and methods.
— Introduce security as a partner, embedding baseline practices smoothly without blocking teams.
— Define safe usage policies and guardrails for company-wide adoption of AI tools.
— Build and grow the security team deliberately, hiring the first security engineers with clear rationale.
Job requirements
— 8+ years of hands-on experience in security with real projects designed, implemented, and maintained.
— Real systems experience, either through a stable security engineering career or transition from system administration, technical support, or network engineering.
— Proven experience hiring and building a team (2+ people) with deliberate structure.
— Experience building a security function from unclear state to working system, including assessment, prioritization, and implementation.
— Strong awareness of the security product market and ability to choose appropriate tools or methods.
— Partner-style operating approach, working through engineering teams without blocking or mandatory authority.
Nice to have
— Experience in B2C products, SaaS platforms, gamedev, or mobile apps with company size up to 1,000 people.
— Experience working with external security providers.
— Familiarity with common security frameworks.
— Experience as the first or founding security hire in a company.
Who this role is NOT for
— Those focused mostly on policies, reports, and committees without recent hands-on systems experience.
— Those operating with hierarchical authority, mandatory sign-offs, and blocking by default.
— Those who replay the same security project regardless of company context.
— Those who avoid building and leading a team.
What success looks like
— Clear diagnosis of the security landscape and a plan trusted by CTO.
— Security system working quietly with embedded baseline practices and improved protection.
— Security function growing deliberately with well-structured team.
Why join Scorewarrior?
— 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover.
— Office-first team in Limassol with modern seaside workspace and full relocation and visa support.
— Opportunity to shape a global hit game.
— Financially stable and expanding company with no layoffs.
— Flat structure with collective decision-making and honest feedback.
— Industry-leading rewards including high salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
— Support at every life stage including private family health insurance and education allowances.
— Priority on personal growth with training, certifications, language courses, and books.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Recruiter you’ll help build the next evolution of our go-to-market organization. You’ll recruit for new and evolving customer-facing roles—including Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers—that bring stronger technical fluency, deeper customer ownership, and fewer handoffs to enterprise selling. You’ll partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to turn an emerging business strategy into clear profiles, thoughtful processes, and exceptional hires.
You will use Notion every day in the same way our customers do, giving you firsthand insight into the workflows and AI transformation behind the roles you are hiring for. You will also help build a new GTM motion at the intersection of AI, workflow design, enterprise transformation, and customer outcomes. The work requires craft, clarity, speed, and strong judgment, balancing business urgency with a high bar for talent density.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build trusted partnerships with Sales leaders, advising on role definition, search strategy, assessment design, and hiring decisions for new and evolving teams.
- Deliver high-quality hires across the next generation of GTM roles, from sourcing through close, while creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience.
- Translate Notion’s product love, AI opportunity, and customer motion into accurate candidate narratives that help the right people self-select in.
- Use talent-market research, mapping, and recruiting data to improve hiring strategy and decision quality.
- Raise the quality and consistency of the hiring system through structured intake, calibration, debriefs, manager coaching, and sourcing strategies that expand representation.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated success recruiting across GTM searches, with the judgment to learn and represent evolving role profiles accurately.
- Ability to turn business strategy into clear candidate profiles, search plans, and objective assessment criteria—and to influence senior leaders toward strong decisions.
- Strong sourcing, market-mapping, and closing instincts across various Sales disciplines.
- Operational rigor and comfort using data to diagnose pipeline health, measure impact, and improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a hands-on approach to AI tools: you use them to think better, improve recruiting workflows, and make your work easier for others to build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $136,000 - $170,000 per year.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma is building its founding Forward Deployed Engineering team to solve the complex, real-world challenges that emerge when bringing Figma’s products into large-scale enterprise environments and looking for founding Forward Deployed Engineers. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll embed directly with strategic customers, working across their codebases, design systems, developer environments, and workflows to make Figma’s products successful within their unique technical constraints. You’ll tackle the hardest adoption challenges hands-on, from complex frontend stacks and legacy systems to security and access requirements, while building trusted partnerships with customers’ senior engineering teams.
This is a senior/staff-level engineering role within Product and Engineering, not a sales or services function. You’ll work directly in customer environments when needed, using the minimum access required. Your goal is smooth adoption by the customer’s product and engineering teams, which means making complex workflows work simply in their environment and solving the underlying problems You’ll do that hands-on, often by writing Figma product code, then turn what you learn into a reusable path for future customers instead of taking permanent ownership of the customer’s codebase. Working closely with Figma’s Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, you’ll help shape both the product and how this brand-new function works and scales. The role is highly collaborative, deeply customer-facing, and built for engineers who thrive in ambiguity, take end-to-end ownership, and want to solve the highest-impact problems at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer needs. This role includes periodic travel to work alongside strategic customers in person.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Make an enterprise design system agent-ready so AI tools generate faithful, on-system code: fix tokens, naming, and guidelines, wire up Code Connect, and run evals
Get Make Local, Code Layers, and our newest products working in a customer’s real environment, writing code, config, agent skills, and guideline files against their systems and ours
Run technical discovery: understand a customer's dev environment, toolchain, and constraints, then scope the fastest credible path to value, in addition to setting the customer up for long term success
Debug hard, unfamiliar integration problems (git workflows, CI, dev-environment setup, non-standard stacks)
Build LLM-powered workflows: MCP setup, agent skills, and prompt engineering tuned to each customer’s context
Turn one-off solutions into reusable playbooks and product feedback, so patterns you solve once become self-serve or shipped product
Bring learnings on friction back to Figma's Product and Engineering teams, influence what gets built next, and often build it
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years shipping production software end-to-end, with meaningful time embedded with customers or partner teams
Excellent customer-facing communication and technical partnership skills, with the ability to build trust with senior engineers and translate customer needs into actionable product and engineering solutions
Strong engineering fundamentals and adaptability, with the ability to quickly navigate unfamiliar codebases, languages, and technical environments to deliver production-ready solutions
Hands-on experience with design systems and design-to-code workflows, including component libraries, tokens, documentation, and the tooling that connects design artifacts to production code
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, including demonstrated fluency with agentic coding tools (e.g., MCP, agent orchestration). You have hands-on experience integrating APIs and SDKs, troubleshooting toolchains and CI environments, and navigating enterprise requirements such as SSO, security reviews, access controls, data residency, and compliance frameworks
Comfort owning ambiguous technical problems end to end, identifying patterns across customer engagements, and turning field learning into reusable product improvements
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, professional services, developer experience, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Familiarity with developer tools, design-to-code workflows, or AI/LLM products, including tools such as Code Connect, Storybook, Style Dictionary, or comparable technologies
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Solutions Architecture, or related teams to deliver complex enterprise engagements
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, our Mobile team builds the next generation of observability tools for developers worldwide — processing over a billion events every single day. We're looking for a technical Senior Product Manager, Mobile to bring clarity and context to the team and help us create a delightful Sentry experience for mobile developers across the globe.
At Sentry, product managers, engineers, and engineering managers work together to help shape the roadmap and decide what to build next – with the engineering manager ultimately owning the decision. Your role will be to make sure the team deeply understands its users, the market, and how the product performs in the real world, including where it delights and where it creates friction, so the right decisions happen naturally. This position reports to the Director of Engineering..
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn scattered signal into clear context: Build and run a system that continuously gathers insight from everywhere it lives — users, customers, GitHub, our own product data, and the wider market (competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts) — and turn it into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that inform the Mobile roadmap and guide prioritization. Draw out the people closest to customers (Sales, Support, Solutions) who are often acutely aware of the features we're missing, especially the ones about to cause customer churn
- Be the developer's voice: Talk to developers and engineering leaders on a steady cadence, represent them when internal decisions get made, test ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering, and use what you learn to keep us aligned on the top priorities for this persona
- Elevate the end-to-end mobile developer experience: Together with the Engineering Manager & Mobile engineers you will influence and improve the full user journey, from catching and surfacing a mobile issue in Sentry to resolving it automatically — across native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers alike
- Connect the dots and build trust: Partner closely not just with the engineering team, but also various internal stakeholders across the company — earning trust over time by delivering on your commitments and communicating clearly with people inside and outside the company
- Use AI to go faster and deeper: Apply strong judgment about where AI adds real leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis, and build it into repeatable systems rather than one-off prompts
- Measure outcomes, not output: Commit to measurable objectives tied to real customer and business value, track the metrics that matter across usage and revenue, and turn what you see into hypotheses and action
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are relentlessly curious about users: you love talking to developers and customers, digging into data, structuring what you learn, and turning it into sharp hypotheses, problems, and bets
- Genuinely care about developer experience: you love mobile platforms and sweat the details of a great end-to-end UX
- Are technical enough to earn developers' trust: you know how software gets built, because you built or still build mobile applications yourself
- Are a high-agency self-starter who organizes their own work: you don't wait to be told what to do — you find the problems that matter and bring them to a solution
- Lead through context & collaboration, not control: energized by making a team smarter and letting them own priorities, rather than dictating the roadmap yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a Mobile developer — you don’t solely rely on empathy when representing this persona, but speak from your own experience as well
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products for mobile platforms — backed by a background in mobile software engineering (Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Experience talking to customers directly and running continuous product discovery — you let evidence, not opinion, shape decisions
- Strong business and product judgment with an affinity for data and metrics — you turn signals into clear hypotheses and actions
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority — building alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders through evidence and a clear narrative
- Fluent with AI in your daily workflow — you use it to work faster and sharper across your PM craft, and know where it doesn't help
- You live in the Vienna area or are willing to relocate
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR €64,554,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV).
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the systems, data, and process work behind how we bill, recognize revenue, close the books, and prove our controls work.
You won't be writing the code or drawing the architecture; you'll be deciding what gets built, in what order, and why it matters. This is a role for someone who wants to understand a business well enough to change how it runs: learning the objectives, processes, and system flows end to end, then shaping them into strategic technical programs with real owners, deliberate sequencing, and decisions that hold up under audit. You'll sit between Finance and Accounting on one side and Engineering, Data, and Product on the other, and you'll be accountable for making new revenue streams operable and auditable, from a pricing model on a slide to a billed invoice, a booked journal entry, and a control that passes testing.
You'll report to the Lead Technical Program Manager for Data, Biztech & AI Transformation, within EPD. You'll get high-level direction and clear priorities from your manager, and independent ownership of how the work actually gets delivered. You'll bring engineering-side rigor and platform thinking to finance problems, and work as part of a team modernizing how the whole company operates.
Most of your time will go to three things: making new product and pricing launches work end to end in the finance stack, running the platforms and data flows behind quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and driving the IT general controls (ITGC) program so controls are designed into systems up front rather than retrofitted after go-live.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Act as Finance's technical counterpart on new product, pricing, and packaging launches, translating commercial models into requirements across order capture, rating and billing, tax, revenue recognition, and downstream reporting, and defining what "revenue-ready" means before go/no-go: who owns each piece, what's actually done versus asserted, and which risks are still cheap to fix
- Broker the trade-off when a launch date and systems reality don't line up: a scoped manual workaround with an owner, a cost, and an expiration date, plus the path to the automated version. Then close the loop after launch on billing accuracy, exception rates, where revenue landed, whether the new controls actually operate, and what must be true to do this again at 10x volume
- Independently own delivery and multi-quarter roadmaps for your finance systems programs, including ERP, billing and subscription management, CPQ, revenue subledger, procurement, and the reporting layer on top. Run the working groups that deliver them across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and Security, with clear accountability and updates leadership can read in two minutes
- Run the operating rhythm: intake and prioritization, decision logs, early risk escalation, and a small set of metrics that show whether the work is actually improving anything, and flag early when committed scope and capacity don't line up
- Map current-state processes and data lineage end to end and go after the breaks: reconciliation gaps, recurring manual journal entries, spreadsheets doing load-bearing work, competing sources of truth for the same metric. Partner with Data Engineering on the definitions and data contracts that let finance metrics tie cleanly to source systems, and hold the line when teams drift
- Drive ITGC workstreams across in-scope financial systems: logical access and segregation of duties, change management, SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling, and data interfaces. Partner with Internal Audit on scoping and control design, with a named owner for every control
- Facilitate designing controls into new systems, systems changes, and launches before go-live with Controllership, Internal Audit, and Engineering, and serve as the systems-side point of contact for internal and external audit on ITGC walkthroughs and testing, translating between control language and engineering language, and driving deficiencies through root cause, named owners, evidence, and validation that the fix holds
- Build AI-assisted workflows that expand what the teams around you can cover, and hold them to real standards: a defined task, a way to evaluate output quality, explicit human review gates on anything touching financial reporting, and documentation so someone else can run it
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years in technical program management, business systems, finance transformation, or a related field, with substantial time on finance or revenue systems; public-company or IPO-track experience is a strong plus
- Working fluency in finance operations; you don't need to be an accountant, but you should hold your own on quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and know why revenue recognition is not the same as billing
- Hands-on ITGC program experience across access, change management, and IT operations for in-scope financial systems, plus practical SOX knowledge. You understand how ITGC reliance determines what auditors will accept from automated controls and system-generated reports, can tell a key control from a non-key one, know where ITACs fit alongside ITGCs, and have been through remediation and audit cycles rather than only reading about them
- AI-native operating mindset; this is a core requirement for this role. You already use AI to draft requirements, synthesize status, triage intake, and assemble evidence packages, and you share the patterns so others work differently because of what you built
- A track record of independently delivering technical programs end to end, ideally transformation work such as system modernization, a large-scale migration, or an ERP or billing platform implementation, and turning messy or incomplete inputs into a concrete plan with owners and dates; you're pulled into problems before they're scoped and you're as useful advising a controller on process design as an engineering lead on sequencing
- Working understanding of data lifecycle and analytics tooling, and real experience running change management for business systems, not just launching them
- Influence without authority and a bias toward closure. You have no direct reports, so you work through credibility and clear reasoning, knowing when to push and when to escalate; you chase ambiguous items to a decision, will reopen the uncomfortable question a week before launch, and communicate clearly with Director/VP+ stakeholders, including when the news is bad
NICE TO HAVES:
- Hands-on experience working in enterprise billing, ERP, and revenue systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, or comparable tools, with an understanding of how orders, invoices, and revenue data flow between them
- Experience supporting an IPO readiness or first-year SOX program, including standing up ITGCs from scratch
- CISA, CIA, or equivalent certification, or equivalent time embedded on an IT audit team
- Experience building internal tooling or agents on a workspace platform rather than only configuring vendor systems
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $133,000 - $223,000 per year.

We're looking for an executive communications manager to shape Figma's story and how our execs tell it. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to turn early ideas into clear, compelling points of view and build platforms that only they can credibly own. From there you'll work with our comms team and Figmates across the company to get those stories told in the spaces and places where they’ll have the most impact.
A lot of the work is writing: essays, keynotes, social posts and op-eds. The rest is strategy: figuring out which ideas are worth developing, which audience needs to hear them, how a story travels and what makes people excited to share it.
This is a new role reporting to our VP of Communications. The ideal candidate will write and speak with the same precision and clarity they’d expect from the execs they support. They’ll know how to make someone sound sharp in a 140-character post and credible in a 3,000-word essay. You’ll operate with low ego, high conviction and the curiosity to uncover stories people want to hear and that our execs want to tell.
This is a full-time role based in San Francisco or New York City hubs.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build the narrative framework executives across the business use to tell Figma's story, and their own
Work with our comms team on media strategy, and bring sound judgment to messaging and channel selection
Partner with (and occasionally spar) with executives to sharpen their ideas and the broader point of view behind them
Build the system and infrastructure this function needs to keep our executive storytelling consistent and differentiated
Find ways to measure impact and drive a culture of experimentation in our exec comms
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Extensive experience crafting narratives for senior executives across formats, channels and audiences
A track record of writing for C-suite executives with strong opinions and high standards
Executive presence, and a track record of influencing people who don't report to you
Media relations experience and sound judgment on press, messaging and reputation
Comfort with ambiguity, deep curiosity and a record of shipping strong work
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
A journalism or editorial background, with an instinct for what's newsworthy and how a story reads to an outside audience
Experience in tech, creative pursuits and/or product design and development
Strong business literacy and the ability to translate complex financial and technical topics for a broader audience
Passion for Figma and what we do!

You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law.
