About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.

Key Overview:
As a Member of Technical Staff in Post-Training, you will train our large language models (LLMs) with reinforcement learning and develop methods that help them generalize beyond the distribution they were trained on. You will design the training recipes, environments, and evaluations that tell us whether a model has truly learned a skill or has only fitted its training tasks, and turn what works into the recipes behind our production models. You will work closely with the post-training data infrastructure, evaluation, and pre-training teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, run, and analyse large-scale RL post-training experiments (e.g., RLHF, RL from verifiable rewards).
- Research and develop methods that improve out-of-distribution generalization, such as reward design, environment and task diversity, curricula, and regularization.
- Build held-out evaluations that measure generalization to unseen tasks, domains, and formats, and that catch reward hacking and benchmark overfitting.
- Diagnose training dynamics and failure modes, including instability, reward over-optimization, and capability regressions.
- Turn successful research into robust, reproducible training recipes for production models.
Qualifications
- Strong research and software engineering skills, with hands-on experience training LLMs.
- Experience applying reinforcement learning to LLMs (e.g., PPO, GRPO, RLHF, RLVR), ideally at scale.
- Track record of work on generalization, robustness, or distribution shift, through publications or shipped models.
- Rigorous experimental practice: clean ablations, careful controls, and sound conclusions from noisy results.
- Experience with distributed training (e.g., JAX, PyTorch, FSDP, Megatron) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of data quality principles and best practices: demonstrates willingness to dive deep into data while possessing strong intuition for assessing the quality of datasets and anticipating how different data characteristics will impact model training outcomes.

As a Senior C++/Chromium Engineer, you'll lead complex projects from proposal through post-mortem. - Skills to wrangle vague problems, propose innovative solutions, and execute them with a strong focus on metrics
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Advanced modern C++ expertise (C++23 or newer), including memory management, concurrency, and performance profiling
- Experience driving technical work end-to-end on large-scale C++ codebases
- Comfort with large build systems, debuggers, and profilers
- Experience shipping software to a large consumer audience
- Solid computer science foundation (algorithms and data structures)
- Bonus: Windows development experience
- Bonus: experience with browsers (Chromium, WebKit, WebView), game engines, or large desktop applications

Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for an
Lead QA Engineer (AI Native)
to join a new product in our portfolio.
Your will join a small senior team of four, and we build in a truly AI-first way: almost all of our code is written by AI agents (Claude Code, Codex), while we design the processes, set the tasks and verify the results. The codebase already spans millions of lines, with complex components and integrations, and the product works with real money. Ensuring its reliability is a challenge no textbook covers yet. That's why we need someone to own it.
This is an individual contributor role in a flat team, with no people management. Your leverage comes from processes, automation and AI agents, not team size.
Your main tasks will be:
Design and build the end-to-end testing pipeline for a product largely written by AI agents: pre-merge checks, nightly test runs, release and production gates;
Define the quality strategy for AI-generated code: where risks are highest, what coverage is needed, and how to keep it sustainable at scale;
Set up continuous automated UI testing across browsers and mobile devices, including AI-agent-driven testing; evaluate, choose and integrate external tools and services;
Own product reliability from a technical perspective, with special focus on critical financial flows;
Work closely with engineers and DevOps to embed quality into the development process and find the right trade-offs between speed and safety;
Use AI agents daily to create, maintain and evolve tests and testing tooling;
Drive quality initiatives proactively and share best practices with the team.
We expect from you:
Proven experience building and owning testing processes in large, complex products with high reliability requirements, as a QA Architect, senior QA/SDET, or a senior engineer responsible for testing strategy;
Strong engineering background: understanding of system architecture, backend services, CI/CD and deployment processes;
Hands-on experience with test automation and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines;
Daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) as a core part of your work, and genuine interest in AI-first development;
High autonomy and ownership: ability to take loosely defined problems, propose solutions and drive them to completion without detailed specs;
Willingness to work as a hands-on individual contributor in a small senior team.

- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to sourcing, assessment and the overall internship hiring process.
- Coordinate internship offers, preboarding and handover into onboarding.
- Build strong candidate experiences throughout the internship recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including schedules, documentation, equipment and internal coordination.
- Support employee data administration and other People Operations activities when internship hiring demand is lower.
- Help maintain People documentation, trackers and internal process guides.
- Support additional People projects depending on team priorities and capacity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in recruitment, People Operations, HR, talent coordination, project coordination or another people-facing role.
- Confidence conducting structured candidate interviews and making first-stage assessment decisions.

- Ability to balance a positive candidate experience with maintaining a high hiring bar.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with ATS, HR systems, trackers and data.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Frontier models, developer tools, and now the compute to run them: the cloud is where Mistral's strategy comes together. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on our infrastructure, and the Cloud & Inference product team owns the products that make that possible: managed Kubernetes and GPU clusters, the pay-as-you-go inference APIs for our first-party models, and the fast-growing set of services around them.
The portfolio runs on our own metal, in our own datacenters, backed by our own model research: the full stack under one roof. We are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute by 2030. Every layer of that build needs a product behind it: orchestration, storage, networking, serverless containers, training, and inference.
The product team is small and the mandate is company-sized. As VP Product you will build the PM org this portfolio needs, set its strategy, and carry it to market with the GTM, marketing, and partnerships teams. The products you define are how Mistral's sovereign AI strategy meets its customers.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a VP of Product to own our cloud and inference portfolio end to end: the foundational systems that power Mistral's data centres, and the inference platform that brings the world's most advanced generative AI models to production. You will define the vision and strategy, and you will own the business results: adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin.
This is a broad mandate. You will build the product organisation and, as the business scales, bring in the stream leadership to delegate its parts. You will set the operating rhythm that lets a fast-moving org deliver with focus, and your remit grows with the portfolio: what you run hands-on in year one, you lead through others as the org grows.
The portfolio runs in production today. The job ahead of you is the scale-up: a gigawatt of compute to fill, a product surface that keeps expanding, and a major new line of business to build on the foundation already in place. This is a highly visible role, with the opportunity to shape how Mistral's technology is adopted globally.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Strategy & vision. Define and evangelise the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for our Cloud and Inference products, aligned with customer needs, company objectives and market trends.
- Go-to-market. Own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin. Partner with marketing and GTM teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategy.
- Team leadership. Build the product organization for these products: hire product managers and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
- Customer & market fit. Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced AI workloads to drive product-market fit across the portfolio.
- Delivery & execution. Partner with engineering leadership to build a world-class compute infrastructure and inference platform delivering high-performance, cost-efficient AI at scale, with reliability, SLAs, and cost-per-token economics as first-class product concerns.
- Market & technology insights. Track the competitive landscape and emerging technologies across AI infrastructure and managed inference to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Research & open source. Partner with research and engineering teams to turn emerging model architectures and advances in open-source inference into product opportunities that improve performance and efficiency.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive experience in tech and infrastructure, including significant time leading product organisations with a proven track record of bringing cloud infrastructure, large-scale distributed systems, or inference products to market.
- You've scaled a cloud or inference product line to $1B+ in revenue: built the line, priced it, taken it to market, and owned the number.
- Engineering background prior to moving into product management.
- Proven people leadership: you've hired and developed senior PMs, grown the leaders under you, organised teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: comfortable owning gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind pricing and capacity.
- Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority, and to communicate credibly with executives, engineers, and customers.
- Low ego, high bias for action, comfort in ambiguity, and hands-on by instinct. We are scrappy: you write the strategy memo, then dig into the pricing model, the product spec, or the customer escalation yourself.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
