About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
You will own product design for Vercel Marketplace and Vercel Connect, the products that help developers and agents discover, provision, and connect external services to their workloads running on Vercel. You will design both sides of the ecosystem: builders choosing and managing services, and partners creating and operating integrations across the Vercel dashboard, CLI, API-driven agent flows, v0, and partner tools.
Both products are live, with active customers and partners. You will improve current journeys while defining how integrations and agent access should work next.
You will report into Design and collaborate with a Product Manager and dedicated engineering team.
We’re considering candidates at both the Senior and Staff level and will calibrate level based on experience and demonstrated scope and impact.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the builder and partner experiences across discovery, installation, billing, management, and removal, and shape what the team builds next with Product and Engineering.
Define how developers and agents discover, provision, configure, and use databases, services, and integrations across Marketplace and Connect.
Turn OAuth, permissions, environments, credentials, billing, and provider constraints into experiences that feel simple without hiding details that matter.
Build and test working prototypes independently, using coding agents to explore product behavior and technical constraints.
Work directly with customers and partners, using research, support signals, and product data to find opportunities, define success measures, and prove improvements through experiments.
Work through implementation with engineers and maintain quality through launch and iteration.
There is no mature design playbook here. Create the reusable patterns and structure Marketplace and Connect need, and adjust course as evidence arrives.
Take on foundational product problems, including provider dependencies and platform operations. Some high-impact work will be largely invisible to users.
What you need
Your portfolio makes your contribution, decisions, shipped outcomes, and impact after launch easy to understand.
You have independently owned ambiguous, technically complex product work from problem framing through launch and iteration.
You reason about systems while maintaining a high bar for interaction and visual craft.
You use qualitative and quantitative evidence, define success measures, and change direction when evidence challenges the hypothesis.
You make complex products feel clear and trustworthy, including edge cases, recovery, language, and accessibility.
You work directly with Product and Engineering, read APIs or code when useful, and explain tradeoffs clearly.
You independently use coding agents to prototype interactions, inspect implementation, and learn unfamiliar systems. Curiosity and agency with these tools are required.
Production engineering experience is not required. We care more about product judgment, craft, ownership, and how quickly you learn a technical system.
Bonus if you
Have designed a marketplace, integrations platform, partner ecosystem, or other multi-sided product.
Understand OAuth, permissions, secrets, billing, developer tooling, or infrastructure products.
Have shipped AI or agent experiences, especially workflows that move between human approval and autonomous action.
Have an engineering background or experience contributing production web code.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and Web3 native — someone who proudly calls themselves a degen and is deep in the trenches of the ecosystem they're marketing to. This is a high-impact, generalist role that sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community.
You crunch data for breakfast, thrive wearing multiple hats, and move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy without losing momentum or quality. You translate on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and love Trust Wallet — and if you have strong opinions on L2 wars, a wallet full of on-chain history, and can ship a campaign brief and a Dune dashboard in the same afternoon, we want to talk
What You'll Do
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand — aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
- Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and BD
- Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs — DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice - all leading to company level OKRs
- Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X — building loyal user cohorts, not just follower counts
- Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches
- Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality creative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
- Prior experience in a generalist or "full-stack" marketing role — able to move across brand, growth, content, and product marketing fluidly
- You are the user: genuinely degen, active on-chain, with a wallet history and ecosystem network to prove it
- Dune and Nansen are daily tabs; proficient in Amplitude and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch)
- Treats every initiative as a testable experiment; hunts for signal, quick wins, and strategic bets in the numbers
- Moves between a scrappy activation and a long-horizon strategic initiative in the same day without dropping quality
Bonus Points
- Marketed a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
- Familiarity with Trust Wallet's ecosystem (multi-chain, Web3 Browser, Staking)
- Prior work at a top-tier exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) or DeFi protocol
- Experience running global marketing campaigns
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a global and fully remote role. You must have the right to work for the country you are based.

Our Seychelles business has operated since 2017 and now sits within the licensing regime established by the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act of Seychelles 2024 (the VASP Act). We are seeking an Independent Non-Executive Director, resident in Seychelles, to join the board of our Seychelles entity to supplement its board of governance with an independent resident non-executive director.
About the Role
As an Independent Non-Executive Director and Resident Director of our Seychelles entity, you will bring independent challenge to strategy, risk and conduct, hold management to account on behalf of shareholders and stakeholders, and provide the resident board presence that the licence and the entity's governance arrangements require. The role exists to do three things at once: provide independent challenge; satisfy the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (the FSA) that the board of the Company meets its expectations on composition, competence and fitness and propriety under the VASP Act; and provide local substance in Seychelles.
The entity operates within the group's global governance, risk and compliance framework while remaining separately accountable to its own board and to its regulator. The Board comprises a mix of executive and independent non-executive directors. This is a genuinely resident role. The appointee must be physically present in Seychelles, attend board and management meetings in person, and be available to engage with the FSA and the entity's advisers in Seychelles.
A non-executive director carries the same general legal responsibilities to the entity as any other director, and must perform those duties faithfully, efficiently and diligently to a standard commensurate with the role and with their own knowledge, skills and experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independentally Challenge
Bring an external and independent perspective to strategy, risk and conduct, and hold management to account on behalf of shareholders and stakeholders.
Provide constructive challenge and strategic guidance, and offer specialist advice to the Board.
Scrutinise the performance of management and of individual executive directors against agreed goals, and monitor how that performance is reported.
Act in good faith, honestly and responsibly, and make decisions objectively in what you consider to be the interests of the entity.
Regulatory Standing & Local Substance
Satisfy the FSA that the board of the Company meets its expectations on composition, competence and fitness and propriety under the VASP Act.
Provide the physical, resident board presence in Seychelles that the licence and the entity's governance arrangements require.
Attend board and management meetings in person, and engage with the FSA and the entity's advisers in Seychelles as required.
Collective Board Responsibilities
Promote the long term sustainable success of the entity, generating value for shareholders and contributing to wider society.
Establish the entity's purpose, values and strategy, and satisfy the Board that its culture is aligned to them.
Provide effective, prudent and ethical oversight, act with integrity, lead by example and promote the desired culture.
Ensure the resources needed to meet the entity's objectives are in place, and measure performance against them.
Establish and lead within a framework of prudent and effective controls that allows risk to be assessed and managed.
Ensure effective engagement with shareholders and stakeholders.
Ensure workforce policies and practices are consistent with the entity's values.
Individual Director Responsibilities
Satisfy yourself on the integrity of the entity's financial information, its financial controls, and whether its risk management systems are robust and defensible.
Determine appropriate remuneration for executive directors, and play a leading part in appointing and, where necessary, removing them.
Contribute to the entity's succession planning.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, and support the chairperson in setting the values, behaviours and culture of the boardroom and beyond.
Committee Service
Serve on one or more board committees where required. The relevant terms of reference will be provided on appointment.
What We Look for in You
Resident in Seychelles, and currently holding the right to reside and work there.
Able to satisfy the FSA's fitness and propriety assessment.
Board level or senior governance experience in a regulated financial services, banking, insurance, fiduciary or corporate services business.
Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing obligations, and of the Seychelles regulatory environment.
Financial literacy sufficient to interrogate financial statements, controls and risk reporting without support.
Demonstrable independence of mind, and the willingness to challenge management and record dissent.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience of virtual assets, fintech, payments or capital markets.
Prior regulatory experience.
Experience chairing an audit, risk or compliance committee.
Experience of a group structure where much of the operating activity sits outside the licensed entity's jurisdiction, and of the oversight challenge that creates.
An established local network among Seychelles regulators, professional advisers and the financial services community.

We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We're looking for Platform Engineers who treat the platform as a product, with every engineer at Attio as its customer. You'll own the infrastructure, tooling and pipelines that let the rest of engineering ship quickly and safely, and you'll be accountable for keeping all of it reliable, fast and cost-effective as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and evolve our platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP), so every environment is reproducible, version-controlled and auditable.
- Own our CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, making builds, tests and deploys fast, reliable and secure for every engineer at Attio.
- Own our observability stack - metrics, logging and distributed tracing - as the foundation of an exceptional reliability culture.
- Define and hold SLOs for latency, availability and error rates, and manage capacity to stay comfortably inside them.
- Lead incident response: triage and resolve complex production issues, then run blameless post-mortems and ship the fixes as code.
- Partner with product engineering teams to remove manual toil and shorten the path from writing code to running it in production.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Hands-on experience operating production systems with an SRE mindset: SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction and blameless post-mortems.
- Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (either GCP or AWS), including networking, IAM and managed services.
- Demonstrable deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes at scale, covering cluster design, networking, storage and security.
- Proficiency in a modern language such as Typescript, Go, Python or Rust, and a track record of writing well-tested automation.
- Experience owning mission-critical operational tooling, including centralised logging or APM (e.g. Datadog, Splunk).
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to the wider team and influence how other engineers build and operate their services.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary of £105,000 to £125,000
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- 25 days holiday plus local public holidays
- Apple hardware
- Private medical insurance through AXA
- Pension contribution through Hargreaves Lansdown
- Enhanced family leave
- Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs.
This role owns a core set of the platforms the field runs on. You'll administer, configure, and continuously improve them, build AI and automation on top of the CRM to keep it clean and current, and run the adoption programs that make sure the field actually uses what we put in front of them. We're an AI-native company scaling fast, and we want to add sophistication without adding drag — you'll be the person deciding how much system is enough.
This isn't a classic Salesforce admin role. You know the ecosystem, but you come at it as a builder and an orchestrator, not a ticket-taker.
Central RevOps is the systems and operations center of excellence for Baseten's GTM org. The stack includes Salesforce, Pylon, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Clay, and a growing set of AI-native GTM tools. The field is scaling fast, and the systems need to mature with it without slowing anyone down.
You'll co-own Salesforce with our other GTM Systems Manager and work alongside a GTM Engineering team who builds internal AI products for GTM productivity — plus partner closely with sales leadership and the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own adminship, configuration, and enablement for Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect. These platforms are yours end-to-end — configured well, enabled with the field, and continuously improved as needs grow.
- Run adoption, license forecasting, and vendor management for each of those systems. Own the adoption programs that get the field using them, forecast license needs ahead of growth, and manage the vendor relationships and renewals.
- Co-own Salesforce. Partner with our other GTM Systems Manager to keep the CRM configured for how sales actually runs, and act as backup for Deal Operations processes.
- Build AI and automation on top of the CRM. Stand up agents and automations that update and maintain the CRM — keeping data clean, current, and trustworthy without adding manual work.
- Drive adoption, not just deployment. Document what you build, enable the field, and measure success by whether people actually use it.
- Right-size the process. Add just enough structure to scale the company without slowing the field down. Have a point of view on where process helps and where it just gets in the way.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or sales/business systems — owning platforms and process end-to-end
- Experience building AI and automation on top of a CRM — you've built agents or automations that update and maintain CRM data, not just configured fields
- Hands-on adminship and configuration experience across a multi-tool GTM stack (support ops, engagement, prospecting, and enrichment tools)
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and data model — enough to co-own the CRM — without wanting to be a career admin
- A real appetite for enablement — you care whether the field uses what you build, and you'll run the adoption programs to make sure it does
- Experience owning vendor relationships, renewals, and license planning
- Judgment on process — you can tell structure that helps the field from structure that slows it down, and you right-size accordingly
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies, ideally scaling systems as the field grows fast
NICE TO HAVE
- Fluency with AI and automation tooling (Claude, Clay, n8n, or similar) as a builder, not just a user
- Familiarity with a data warehouse and BI environment (Sigma, Hex, BigQuery, Snowflake) on the data layer
- Hands-on experience with Pylon
- Exposure to Deal Operations, CPQ, or quote-to-cash processes as a backup or contributor
- You've inherited a sprawling, redundant stack and made it more intentional without breaking what works
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

THE ROLE
We're looking for an exceptional Motion Designer to help bring the Baseten brand to life.
This will be a defining role on the brand design team. You'll shape the motion language for Baseten and bring it to life across everything from product launches and social video to huge out-of-home campaigns, events, web, and experimental brand work.
We're building a brand in a market that's moving fast, and we want the work to feel just as ambitious. This isn't a role focused on turning out one-off animations or supporting an existing system - you'll help define and build the system, push it into places we haven’t thought about, and set the bar for motion across the company.
You'll partner closely with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to turn technical ideas into work that's clear, distinctive, and memorable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand.
- Create high-craft motion work across product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and out-of-home.
- Concept and produce video content that makes highly technical products feel compelling.
- Think at every scale, from a five-second social clip to a Times Square takeover.
- Partner with brand designers to bring identity systems, typography, illustration, and product storytelling to life through motion.
- Experiment with new formats, tools, techniques, and emerging technology to push the brand into unexpected places.
- Build motion systems and principles that scale across the company.
- Work closely with product and product marketing to make launches feel like moments.
- Raise the bar for motion craft across everything Baseten puts into the world.
REQUIREMENTS
- An exceptional portfolio with a high bar for motion, visual design, and craft.
- Strong design fundamentals across typography, composition, pacing, sound, and storytelling, not just animation technique.
- Ability to own a project end to end, from rough concept through storyboarding, design, animation, and final production.
- Range across brand systems, product storytelling, campaign work, and more experimental ideas.
- Judgment about when something needs to be simple and precise and when there's room to make something people haven't seen before.
- Strong opinions about motion and brand, and the ability to articulate why something works or doesn't.
- Enthusiasm for technical products and the ability to communicate complex ideas without falling back on generic "AI" visuals.
- Comfort with a lot of ownership and ambiguity, and a high bar for quality.
- You want to help build a brand, not just execute against one.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a Web Designer / Design Engineer to own baseten.co http://baseten.co day to day, from concept through production. You'll design and build landing pages, bring product launches to life, run experiments, improve conversion, and keep raising the quality bar on the site.
This is a high-ownership role on the brand design team, sitting between brand design and frontend engineering. We want the website to be one of the best expressions of the Baseten brand and one of the best developer-focused sites on the internet, which means treating it as a product that's constantly evolving rather than something we redesign every few years. You'll have a lot of autonomy to ship, while partnering closely with brand, product marketing, engineering, and leadership on bigger launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site.
- Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production.
- Improve the site continuously, finding and acting on opportunities to make it better rather than waiting for a redesign cycle.
- Partner with growth and product marketing to test messaging, layouts, and conversion improvements without sacrificing craft.
- Build polished interactions, motion, and details that make the site feel distinctly Baseten.
- Build and evolve the components, patterns, and design systems that let the team move quickly without lowering the bar.
- Turn complex technical products into clear, compelling web experiences.
- Prototype ambitious interactive and experimental ideas when a launch calls for it.
- Make it dramatically easier for the brand and marketing teams to get great work onto the internet.
- Set the bar for web design and frontend craft across the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in modern frontend development: React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Ability to move from Figma into code and own the final result in production.
- Deep attention to typography, layout, interaction, motion, and responsiveness.
- Systems thinking, with a track record of building reusable components and patterns instead of solving every page from scratch.
- Comfort experimenting, iterating, and using data to make a site more effective without turning it into a growth hack.
- Interest in technical products and the ability to make complex ideas feel clear without flattening them.
- Strong opinions about the web, and the ability to articulate why something works and why it doesn't.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with motion design, animation, or WebGL.
- Experience with Three.js, React Three Fiber, shaders, or creative coding.
- Experience building developer-focused or deeply technical websites.
- Experience working with DatoCMS.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

THE ROLE
Baseten is looking for a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of our platform. You'll join a small design team with a lot of ownership and a high bar for craft, working across the entire Baseten product to solve hard problems for technical users.
This role covers the full arc of the work: early exploration through production. You'll establish patterns that show up across the product, evolve our design system, and raise the quality bar as we scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead product design end to end, including research, product definition, prototypes, design reviews, specs, and final implementation.
- Work directly with engineering and product to frame problems, explore solutions, and ship quickly.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows, validate ideas, and test prototypes.
- Push the visual and interaction quality of the Baseten product across surfaces.
- Create interactions and details that make complex technical workflows feel clear, fast, and polished.
- Evolve our design system and establish patterns that scale across a growing product.
- Look across the product for opportunities to improve consistency, usability, and overall quality.
- Get into the code with engineers to polish UI and make sure the shipped experience matches the design.
- Help shape how the design team works and raise the bar for product quality across the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design.
- Experience designing complex, technical, or developer-focused products.
- Ability to take an ambiguous problem, understand the underlying customer need, explore multiple approaches, and drive to a strong solution.
- Deep attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction, and systems.
- Experience working directly with engineers and customers, without layers of process in between.
- A fast, prototype-early working style that uses what you learn to iterate.
- Ability to think beyond individual features and improve patterns and systems across a product.
- Comfort with technical tools like Git and VS Code, and interest in working directly in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong product and design judgment, with the ability to articulate why something is good, what could be better, and when the work is ready to ship.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Security Team is responsible for securing all things Sentry: our customers, our code, and everything in between. We are a small but growing team with broad scope, high trust, and the autonomy to tackle hard security problems with creativity and an engineering mindset. We work at a company with a strong developer culture, building a product that millions of developers genuinely love and rely on. That context shapes everything about how we operate.
As a Security Engineer on this team, you'll work across application and platform security domains. You'll contribute to the practices that keep Sentry secure as we grow: security reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and embedding secure coding practices into an engineering organization that cares about doing things right. You'll partner closely with product and engineering teams to influence how features are designed and built from the start. You will work as a technical collaborator who helps make the secure path the obvious one. As Sentry expands our agentic product capabilities and development practices, you'll also find yourself at the frontier of a new set of security challenges.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Support and help mature Sentry's security review program. From secure code review, to architecture review, and threat modeling. You'll help build the processes, tooling, and culture which make security a natural part of how we ship and operate.
- Contribute to mature vulnerability management practices. Intake, triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and support of our bug bounty and responsible disclosure program.
- Advocate for secure-by-design principles. Partner with engineering and product teams to embed security early in the development lifecycle and integrate security tooling into developer and CI/CD workflows.
- Validate and reproduce application and infrastructure security findings. Scanning, manual testing, and supporting penetration testing and vulnerability validation across Sentry's application, SDKs and cloud-based platform.
- Help evaluate and respond to emerging threats relevant to application security at Sentry. We build and operate a complex application and cloud environment, including the novel attack surface introduced by Sentry's agentic product features and AI-assisted engineering practices.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Enjoy operating cross-functionally, building relationships, and influencing with technical expertise as you grow into shaping how security gets done across a fast-moving engineering organization.
- Get excited when something new lands on your desk, be it an interesting vulnerability, a sweet exploit, a novel agentic architecture, an unfamiliar cloud primitive, or a bug class you haven't seen before.
- Love working in a developer-forward culture where your colleagues are builders who care deeply about code quality and customer satisfaction.
- Reach for automation first, you'd rather build a scalable, systematic solution to a security problem than solve it manually a hundred times.
- Thrive with ownership and want more of it, you prefer to drive work end-to-end, and you're energized by the autonomy — and the mentorship — that comes with being on a small, high-trust team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of industry experience designing, building, or securing complex applications and cloud systems
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, equivalent training, or professional experience
- Hands-on experience with several of the following: security reviews, SDLC practices, secure CI/CD, architecture reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability management, bug bounty and responsible disclosure programs
- Experienced and comfortable programming in at least one language, and able to read and reason about code in Python, Typescript, Go, or Rust
- Familiarity with using distributed cloud technology (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, etc.) and an understanding of how those technologies are secured (cloud networking, IAM, etc.)
- A collaborative approach to problem solving paired with strong written and verbal communication
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
