Requirements
— A minimum of four years of professional experience or relevant academic experience
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— English on C1 level (CEFR) or higher

— Strong foundation and experience with server-side and client-side programming languages

About The Opportunity

What you'll do
Build the methodology to forecast first-year revenue from new customers, using donation volume data instead of contract values.
Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to validate pipeline data and keep deal value logic consistent with actual and expected donation behavior.
Design and maintain a standard model for deal value estimation, using internal benchmarks and historical donation patterns.
Build reporting that flags gaps between sales pipeline, donation data, and realized revenue.
Support forecast accuracy and board-level reporting, keeping CRM pipeline and financial models aligned.
Work with Product and Data teams to improve visibility into nonprofit donation flows.
Advise Sales on the financial structure of complex or high-impact deals.
Document the forecasting process so it can scale as the GTM team grows.

Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of FP&A or revenue forecasting experience, ideally including exposure to working alongside a sales team or working in a Deal Desk function.
Comfort building a process from scratch, with no existing playbook to follow.
Strong financial modeling skills, including forecasting and scenario analysis.
Working knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
Experience in a transactional or volume-based revenue model (payments, donations, marketplaces, usage-based SaaS) is a plus.
Deal Desk title experience is not required. FP&A depth matters more.
Comfortable working directly with Sales leadership without formal authority over their team.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $138k - $150k OTE. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.

Role Overview
The Engineering Product Manager serves as the bridge between Engineering and Game Product teams. This role partners closely with engineering leads and game product managers to understand business and technical needs, gather requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and develop roadmaps for internal engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate is technically proficient enough to communicate effectively with engineers while translating technical work into clear business value for stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Own and maintain the backlog for internal engineering products and platforms.
Facilitate communication between Engineering, Game Product, QA, Analytics, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Translate business and technical needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Coordinate feature development, project timelines, releases, and stakeholder communications.
Provide recommendations on priorities based on business value, engineering effort, and stakeholder feedback.
Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvements.
Establish and maintain standards for product requirements, documentation, release notes, and user guides to ensure consistency across engineering initiatives.
Facilitate roadmap reviews, planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
Identify opportunities to improve internal tools, workflows, and engineering processes.
Qualifications
3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably supporting technical products or engineering teams.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern software development practices.
Comfortable discussing technical concepts including Unity, JavaScript, APIs, backend services, cloud infrastructure, mobile applications, and game development.
Ability to understand technical tradeoffs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience writing product requirements and maintaining product documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
Experience with internal developer tools, SDKs, LiveOps, analytics platforms, or backend systems.
Familiarity with AWS, SQL, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
Previous technical experience is a plus but not required.

What you'll do
Own end-to-end design for Compute features in Nebius Console, from discovery and problem framing to delivery, launch, and iteration.
Design clear, scalable workflows for complex cloud infrastructure scenarios, including resource creation, configuration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.

Required qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on digital products.
Strong product thinking and the ability to approach design through connected user scenarios, product goals, and system constraints.
Experience designing complex B2B, SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or admin products.
Ability to balance usability, consistency, technical feasibility, and innovation in complex systems.
Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a structured, systematic way.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including complex flows, components, variants, and interactive prototypes.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and constructively with both product and engineering teams.
Nice to have
Experience designing cloud consoles, infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or other technically complex products.
Familiarity with cloud concepts such as virtual machines, compute resources, networking, storage, quotas, permissions, or monitoring.
Experience with UX research, usability testing, customer interviews, or feedback analysis.
Ability to communicate effectively with engineers using basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript terminology.
Experience working with design systems at scale.
