SENIOR DATA ENGINEER
ABOUT KEYROCK
Since our beginnings in 2017, we've grown to be a leading change-maker in the digital asset space, renowned for our partnerships and innovation.
Today, we partner with over 250 team members around the world. Our diverse team hails from 42 nationalities, with backgrounds ranging from self-taught DeFi natives to PhDs. Predominantly remote, we have hubs in London, Brussels, and Singapore, and host regular online and offline hangouts to keep the crew tight.
We are trading on more than 80 trading venues, and working with a wide array of asset issuers. As a well-established market maker, our distinctive expertise led us to expand rapidly. Today, our services span market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks.
But we’re more than a service provider. We’re an initiator. We're pioneers in adopting the Rust Development language for our algorithmic trading, and champions of its use in the industry. We support the growth of Web3 startups through our Accelerator Program. We upgrade ecosystems by injecting liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols. And we push the industry's progress with our research and governance initiatives.
At Keyrock, we're not just envisioning the future of digital assets. We're actively building it.
ABOUT THE TEAM AND WHY THE ROLE EXISTS
The Central Data Team (CDT) is only a few months old, but data has been Keyrock's lifeblood since day one. We're now building the Keyrock Data Platform to give Keyrockers, and the AI agents working alongside them, the data and context they need to act fast and autonomously within agreed boundaries and aligned with our shared goals. Doing that means taking data from across the company and making sense of it in real time for all the functions that depend on it: trading desks, wealth and asset management, product, risk, finance, compliance, and research to name a few.
You'd be one of the early hires in CDT and we expect you to contribute to most of the bigger decisions and build work. The standards we settle on and the way the team ends up working are still open.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build streaming and batch pipelines that ingest, normalise, and distribute market, trading, and portfolio data, resilient to feed and exchange failures.
- Build the self-serve tooling (SDKs, patterns, templates, AI agents) so other teams publish, consume, and build on data products without waiting on us.
- Own data contracts and schema evolution. Keep schema changes from turning into multi-team coordination events.
- Design the lakehouse and time-series layer around consumer query patterns.
- Build and evolve the Data Governance and Data Quality Framework: stale-feed detection, schema validation, range checks, idempotent writes, lineage, ownership, self-healing.
- Build the derived analytics the business runs on: cross-exchange spreads, VWAP at depth, order book microstructure for the desks; portfolio views, exposure, performance for wealth and asset management.
- Make observability, cost, and performance first-class from day one.
- Treat infrastructure as code (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD) alongside our Central Infrastructure Team.
- Work in the open: write things down, partner closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform, and the rest of the teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Tools matter less to us than how you think about problems. That said, here's the shape of the person we have in mind.
Engineering Craft
- 8+ years of building production data systems that other people rely on.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL: not just being able to write a query, but being able to reason about what the engine is doing with it.
- Code that's easy for someone else to read, test, and delete later.
- Strong understanding of data modelling for both streaming and analytical workloads.
- Efficiency, quality, idempotency, and observability are taken seriously by default.
Systems Design
- You've designed and operated streaming systems on Kafka, Redpanda, MSK, or Kinesis, and you have opinions about partitioning, consumer groups, offsets, and schema registries.
- You've used a time-series store in production (ClickHouse ideally; TimescaleDB, QuestDB, or similar are fine too) and can talk about table design as a function of query patterns.
- You've worked with a lakehouse architecture and reason about table layout, partitioning, and compaction as design choices that shape query performance and storage cost.
- You build for self-healing and idempotency. Reprocessing is safe, retries don't double-write, and the system recovers without a human in the loop.
Operational Readiness
- Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD are how you work, not a separate "DevOps" thing.
- You think about cost and performance early.
- You instrument as you build: logs, metrics, and traces are part of the system from day one.
- You design for data quality and governance up front covering contracts, validation, lineage, and ownership
How You Think and Work
- You reason from first principles when a problem is new, stay pragmatic when it isn't, and update your view when you learn more.
- You treat the trading desks, wealth and asset management, product, risk, finance, compliance, and research as customers of what you build, and communicate with them that way.
- You optimise for outcomes over output. A smaller, simpler thing that ships and works beats a bigger thing that doesn't.
- You take ownership end-to-end: design, ship, operate, improve.
- You say what you think including when it's an unpopular take. You change your mind when the argument is better.
- You make the people around you better. Reviews are real, juniors grow from working with you, and peers want to work with you again.
- You're curious about how markets work. Data engineering on its own won't keep you interested here.
- You're honest about what you know and what you don't, and quick to close the gap.
- You understand financial market data: order books, trades, reference data, portfolios, exposures. Crypto, TradFi, or both are a strong plus.
NICE TO HAVE
- Lakehouse experience with Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake.
- Familiarity with DataHub or similar metadata/lineage platforms.
- Rust. Some of our performance-critical services are written in it. Interest is welcome; fluency isn't required.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- A from-scratch mandate. You'll be among the first hires in CDT, and the platform, the standards, and the team culture are yours to shape with us.
- Strong partners. Close working relationships with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform, and the desks themselves. You won't be building data in a vacuum.
- Autonomy on how you work. Flexible hours, remote-first, business-hours on-call shared across the team.
- A competitive salary package, with various benefits.
- A team that likes each other. Regular online get-togethers and a yearly onsite where everyone's in the same room.
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We’re after those with the right skills and a conscious choice to join our field. The perfect fit? Someone who’s driven, collaborative, acts with ownership and delivers solid, scalable outcomes. As an employer we are committed to building a positive and collaborative work environment. We welcome employees of all backgrounds, and hire, reward and promote entirely based on merit and performance. Due to the nature of our business and external requirements, we perform background checks on all potential employees, passing which is a prerequisite to join Keyrock

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
ROLE
We're looking for a Legal Counsel, AdTech Transactions to join our Legal team. In this role, you'll own the contracts and legal questions across Voodoo's advertising activity: selling ad inventory in our apps, buying user acquisition at scale, and the ad network we are now launching to connect third-party publishers and advertisers.
This position sits at the intersection of ad tech, commercial contracting, and data and privacy law, in a market where platform policies, ATT, GDPR, and consent frameworks change several times a year. Your work will directly shape how Voodoo monetizes its inventory, buys and measures user acquisition, grows its advertising network, and handles player data, while keeping us within legal and platform requirements and player expectations.
Your main responsibilities :
- Own ad tech transactions end-to-end for Voodoo's games and apps portfolio: draft, negotiate and close agreements with mediation platforms, ad networks, exchanges and SSPs on the sell side, and with ad networks, DSPs, direct advertisers and rewarded platforms on the buy side, including the incentive and rebate agreements (bonuses, UA credits, payment terms), that drive the commercial terms..
- Negotiate agreements with mobile measurement partners, attribution and analytics vendors, data providers and other partners
- Advise on SDK integrations and data flows together with the Privacy team, so contracts match what the tech actually does
- Build our advertising network's contract framework and advertising policies for third-party publishers, advertisers and programmatic partners; negotiate its infrastructure agreements and structure its commercial offers on the legal side
- Manage partner disputes with networks, mediation platforms and other ad tech partners, including reporting discrepancies, invalid traffic (IVT) and compensation claims, from first analysis through negotiated resolution.
- Track and apply platform policy changes and translate them into contract positions and business guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Monetization, UA, Ad Network, Publishing and other product teams, serving as a trusted legal partner who helps the business move with speed and confidence
- Build scalable legal infrastructure-templates, playbooks, fallback positions, contract tooling - that allows the business to operate efficiently as volume grows
PROFILE
- 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, with meaningful time spent on ad tech and mobile/programmatic advertising, ideally in-house
- Substantive familiarity with ad tech: you understand how mediation, in-app bidding, SDK-based data collection, attribution and device identifiers work at a technical level - not just a conceptual one - and you know who does what along the supply chain
- Transactional experience: you've negotiated agreements with companies across the advertising ecosystem, ideally on both the publisher and advertiser side
- Privacy law fluency: you handle the privacy side of a deal as comfortably as the commercial side
- Industry standards: you know IAB terms and the TCF inside out
- Risk tolerance and business judgment: you're comfortable making calls in the absence of perfect information, offering clear and concise risk framing that avoids unnecessary stalling of the business. You operate like a business partner, not outside counsel
- Strong communication skills: you translate complex legal requirements into plain language for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you're comfortable presenting your views succinctly and with confidence
- Autonomy and initiative: you take ownership of your portfolio, identify problems before they escalate, and propose solutions rather than waiting to be directed
- Master 2 in business law, IT/digital law or IP law from a French university or equivalent; avocat or in-house juriste profiles are equally welcome; an LL.M. or study abroad experience is a plus
- Full professional English required
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role is for a highly experienced Back-End Software Engineer who wants to work on core systems that shape how the platform (Model Vault) operates. You will help define the architecture of the platform where reliability, security, performance, and simplicity all matter, and where many of the problems do not have off-the-shelf solutions.
Model Vault is Cohere’s inference platform for deploying and operating models securely at enterprise scale. The team owns the systems between a customer and the underlying AI infrastructure, including identity, deployments, metering, billing, security, privacy, and confidential computing. We are strengthening these systems as Model Vault grows, with the goal of scaling to millions of users and supporting some of the world’s most demanding enterprise workloads.
AS A SENIOR/STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
- Evolve and scale the backend systems that power Model Vault, including authentication and authorization, deployment management, billing, metering, and customer lifecycle.
- Lead major architectural initiatives across identity, payments, usage systems, platform scalability, and other core product foundations.
- Build highly reliable control-plane services for provisioning, configuring, scaling, and operating model deployments across clouds and hardware platforms.
- Design APIs and distributed systems with strong guarantees around correctness, consistency, isolation, failure recovery, idempotency, and observability.
- Build security and privacy into the platform architecture, including tenant isolation, least-privilege access, auditability, secrets management, encryption, and confidential computing boundaries.
- Solve complex problems that span backend systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI inference, where conventional SaaS patterns are often not enough.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from architecture and threat modeling through implementation, rollout, production operations, and iteration based on real customer workloads.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:
- You are a strong backend engineer with excellent fundamentals in distributed systems, databases, networking, operating systems, and security.
- You have strong programming fundamentals and experience building production systems in languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar. You write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and make thoughtful tradeoffs between simplicity, performance, and correctness.
- You have designed and operated production systems where correctness, availability, security, and performance mattered at significant scale.
- You can take ambiguous, high-impact technical problems, define the right architecture, and drive them through to reliable production systems.
- You have strong systems-design instincts and understand concepts such as concurrency, consistency, caching, queues, rate limiting, backpressure, failure domains, idempotency, and graceful degradation.
- You think deeply about security boundaries and understand authentication, authorization, identity, cryptography, secrets, tenant isolation, and how small implementation choices can create significant security risks.
- You are comfortable reasoning across backend services, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and the cloud infrastructure they run on.
- You are comfortable diving into unfamiliar codebases and debugging complex problems that cross service or system boundaries.
- You care about the details of production engineering, including instrumentation, capacity planning, migrations, backwards compatibility, incident response, and safe rollouts.
- You are comfortable challenging existing architecture and evolving foundational components when the system’s needs change.
- You have a track record of taking technically difficult projects from an unclear starting point to systems that other engineers and customers depend on.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.

Key Overview:
As a Member of Technical Staff in Post-Training, you will train our large language models (LLMs) with reinforcement learning and develop methods that help them generalize beyond the distribution they were trained on. You will design the training recipes, environments, and evaluations that tell us whether a model has truly learned a skill or has only fitted its training tasks, and turn what works into the recipes behind our production models. You will work closely with the post-training data infrastructure, evaluation, and pre-training teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, run, and analyse large-scale RL post-training experiments (e.g., RLHF, RL from verifiable rewards).
- Research and develop methods that improve out-of-distribution generalization, such as reward design, environment and task diversity, curricula, and regularization.
- Build held-out evaluations that measure generalization to unseen tasks, domains, and formats, and that catch reward hacking and benchmark overfitting.
- Diagnose training dynamics and failure modes, including instability, reward over-optimization, and capability regressions.
- Turn successful research into robust, reproducible training recipes for production models.
Qualifications
- Strong research and software engineering skills, with hands-on experience training LLMs.
- Experience applying reinforcement learning to LLMs (e.g., PPO, GRPO, RLHF, RLVR), ideally at scale.
- Track record of work on generalization, robustness, or distribution shift, through publications or shipped models.
- Rigorous experimental practice: clean ablations, careful controls, and sound conclusions from noisy results.
- Experience with distributed training (e.g., JAX, PyTorch, FSDP, Megatron) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of data quality principles and best practices: demonstrates willingness to dive deep into data while possessing strong intuition for assessing the quality of datasets and anticipating how different data characteristics will impact model training outcomes.
Working Location
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Frontier models, developer tools, and now the compute to run them: the cloud is where Mistral's strategy comes together. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on our infrastructure, and the Cloud & Inference product team owns the products that make that possible: managed Kubernetes and GPU clusters, the pay-as-you-go inference APIs for our first-party models, and the fast-growing set of services around them.
The portfolio runs on our own metal, in our own datacenters, backed by our own model research: the full stack under one roof. We are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute by 2030. Every layer of that build needs a product behind it: orchestration, storage, networking, serverless containers, training, and inference.
The product team is small and the mandate is company-sized. As VP Product you will build the PM org this portfolio needs, set its strategy, and carry it to market with the GTM, marketing, and partnerships teams. The products you define are how Mistral's sovereign AI strategy meets its customers.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a VP of Product to own our cloud and inference portfolio end to end: the foundational systems that power Mistral's data centres, and the inference platform that brings the world's most advanced generative AI models to production. You will define the vision and strategy, and you will own the business results: adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin.
This is a broad mandate. You will build the product organisation and, as the business scales, bring in the stream leadership to delegate its parts. You will set the operating rhythm that lets a fast-moving org deliver with focus, and your remit grows with the portfolio: what you run hands-on in year one, you lead through others as the org grows.
The portfolio runs in production today. The job ahead of you is the scale-up: a gigawatt of compute to fill, a product surface that keeps expanding, and a major new line of business to build on the foundation already in place. This is a highly visible role, with the opportunity to shape how Mistral's technology is adopted globally.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Strategy & vision. Define and evangelise the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for our Cloud and Inference products, aligned with customer needs, company objectives and market trends.
- Go-to-market. Own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin. Partner with marketing and GTM teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategy.
- Team leadership. Build the product organization for these products: hire product managers and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
- Customer & market fit. Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced AI workloads to drive product-market fit across the portfolio.
- Delivery & execution. Partner with engineering leadership to build a world-class compute infrastructure and inference platform delivering high-performance, cost-efficient AI at scale, with reliability, SLAs, and cost-per-token economics as first-class product concerns.
- Market & technology insights. Track the competitive landscape and emerging technologies across AI infrastructure and managed inference to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Research & open source. Partner with research and engineering teams to turn emerging model architectures and advances in open-source inference into product opportunities that improve performance and efficiency.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive experience in tech and infrastructure, including significant time leading product organisations with a proven track record of bringing cloud infrastructure, large-scale distributed systems, or inference products to market.
- You've scaled a cloud or inference product line to $1B+ in revenue: built the line, priced it, taken it to market, and owned the number.
- Engineering background prior to moving into product management.
- Proven people leadership: you've hired and developed senior PMs, grown the leaders under you, organised teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: comfortable owning gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind pricing and capacity.
- Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority, and to communicate credibly with executives, engineers, and customers.
- Low ego, high bias for action, comfort in ambiguity, and hands-on by instinct. We are scrappy: you write the strategy memo, then dig into the pricing model, the product spec, or the customer escalation yourself.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.
