In your day-to-day you can expect a mix of top of funnel activities, field sales, cold sales, networking, events and more.
What You’ll Do
Our sales are not your typical SaaS or office sales. We meet our customers where they operate:

- Use creative communication strategies to close the deal that will help the merchant operate smarter
- Do a smooth handover to the onboarding team to make sure we go live quickly and successfully

- Continuously improve and revisit our sales funnel
- Keep an eye on the new developments in the industry and the merchants’ needs to create our own path
What You’ll Need
You are a natural relationship builder with a passion for hospitality industry:
- Hands-on approach, independence and hunger for fast-paced operations
- Natural curiosity and a healthy appetite for calculated risk - we want you to try new things and not be afraid to fail
- Strong and engaging communication skills - you can grab an attention of a busy hospitality owner and keep them interested

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management or Hospitality
- You are comfortable working in both English and Danish
If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Flexible time off
- Team events
What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
OVERVIEW
We are hiring an Applied AI Strategy & Ops Lead to own and evolve our internal tooling ecosystem across Ops. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real ownership. You’ll work across a range of tools including support platforms, AI-driven systems, and internal automations to improve how our day-to-day operations function.
You'll act like a product manager, sitting at the intersection of Operations, Engineering, and our frontline teams. You’ll partner closely with Ops leadership to set priorities, then turn them into results: refining the systems we already have, introducing new tools where they’re needed, and making sure our stack scales with the business.
This is not a AI/MI engineer or developer role. You won’t be writing production code. If your background is primarily software development, this role probably isn’t the right fit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the roadmap for Ops tooling: gather needs from Ops leadership and frontline teams, prioritize based on impact, and make clear trade-offs.
- Design and improve workflows and automations across our support platform, AI tools, and internal systems, configuring them yourself where it makes sense.
- Partner with engineers and developers to scope requirements, write technical specs, and prioritize tooling work that matters most to Ops.
- Execute against high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across the operational stack.
- Translate defined problems into practical, well-scoped technical solutions
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current tooling and proactively address them
- Troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability, and ensure tools perform effectively in production
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in how our systems connect and operate together
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Product thinking: You’ve owned a tool, process, or internal product end to end, from defining the problem to measuring the result.
- Technical Fluency - You’re comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling. You can build and debug independently and hold your own in technical conversations with engineers.
- Execution Discipline - You take defined problems and drive them through to completion. You manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain a high bar for quality and reliability.
- Systems Thinking - You understand how tools, workflows, and dependencies connect. You look for ways to improve how systems operate together, not just individual components.
- Problem Solving - You can take loosely defined or scoped problems and translate them into practical, well-structured solutions.
- Ownership Mindset - You take responsibility for delivering high-quality work and improving the team’s day-to-day operations through better tooling and processes.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with support platforms such as Zendesk
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation workflows
- Background in Ops, Support, or CX environments
- Experience working with evolving or fragmented tooling stacks
HIRING PROCESS

You'll sit at the intersection of Operations and Engineering, acting as the technical voice of Ops and partner closely with team leadership to execute against defined priorities, refine existing systems, and introduce new tooling where needed ensuring our stack continues to scale effectively with the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and iterate on workflows, integrations, and automations that improve day-to-day efficiency
- Execute against high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across the operational stack.
- Partner with engineers and developers to scope requirements, write technical specs, and prioritize tooling work that matters most to Ops.
- Improve systems across multiple tools, including support platforms and AI-driven solutions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Technical Fluency - You’re comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling.

About Us
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
About the Role
We're looking for our first hospitality fan Sales person in NRW. Sales is at the heart of our business growth right now, and you will be driving it forward in your day-to-day. This role is about more than closing deals, it is about blending with the hospitality scene and winning the market.
In your day-to-day you can expect a mix of top of funnel activities, field sales, cold sales, networking, events and more.
What You’ll Do
Our sales are not your typical SaaS or office sales. We meet our customers where they operate:
- Find the coolest new hospitality spots in town that everyone talks about
- Create engaging ways to show our product
- Use creative communication strategies to close the deal that will help the merchant operate smarter
- Do a smooth handover to the onboarding team to make sure we go live quickly and successfully
- Efficiently use our CRM and other Sales tools (Hubspot, Clay, AI) to leave more time for creativity and connection
- Passion and curiosity for hospitality and hospitality tech
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management or Hospitality
- You are comfortable working in both English and German
If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commission
- Flexible time off

At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.
