Provectus is an AI consultancy founded in 2010 and led by its founders. As an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Preferred Partner, we help Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences companies design, build, and operate production AI systems. With offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we work with clients worldwide.
We are hiring an Account Executive to turn incoming enterprise leads into signed consulting engagements. Clients buy multi-month consulting engagements. You won't build pipeline from scratch. Anthropic and AWS share qualified enterprise leads with us.
Your job has four parts:
Qualify those leads quickly.
Run discovery with buyers at banks, insurers and life sciences companies.
Scope the work with our architects.
Close.
What you'll do:
Pick up new leads as they arrive, decide which to pursue, and be able to explain why.
Run discovery calls with business and technology leaders. Map their process, data, regulatory constraints, budget and decision path.
Work with delivery leads and architects to scope proposals and SOWs that we can deliver. You are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Negotiate and close to a signed SOW, with the Chief Commercial Officer joining larger deals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into the client propositions.
Keep Anthropic and AWS partner reps informed on the leads they share, and take part in joint pipeline reviews.
Keep the CRM current and forecast your deals accurately.
Bring buyer objections and patterns from each industry back to leadership and marketing.
Travel for client meetings, up to 30% of your time.
What You Need:
2+ years in a client-facing commercial role in a consulting or IT services firm where you closed deals yourself, such as account executive, account manager, or consultant who owned client sales. Be ready to share the specifics: what you closed, at what size, and how long each deal took.
OR experience with banks, insurers, or pharma/biotech companies in one of these roles: selling services or technology to them (including smaller deals you closed yourself or larger deals where you supported the lead); working on client projects at a consulting firm, including proposals or scoping; or working inside one of these companies on projects where you helped evaluate and select outside vendors.
Working knowledge of Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). You have worked in the industry or sold into it, and you can discuss a buyer's process and regulatory constraints in their terms.
Experience selling services engagements or complex B2B deals with several stakeholders.
Clear written and spoken communication with director-, VP- and C-level buyers.
Comfort handling a steady volume of leads and choosing where to spend your time.
Strong plus:
Experience selling AI/ML, data or cloud services.
Experience working partner-referred leads from Anthropic, AWS, GCP or Azure.
Why this role is worth your time:
Leads arrive every day, so your time goes into closing rather than prospecting.
You learn enterprise AI consulting sales in two regulated industries.
You close with support: our architects scope the work with you, and the Chief Commercial Officer joins larger negotiations.
The delivery team can execute what you sell: 350+ people, 150+ certified architects, and 100+ customers in production.
Work at the intersection of two AI partnerships: Anthropic and AWS.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Compensation and benefits:
Base $90–120K + commission, OTE range $140–170K.
The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance, and life insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
Our process:
A 30/45-minute call with our recruiter.
An interview with the AE about a deal you closed.
An interview with the Chief Commercial Officer.
An interview with the CEO.

The role
Customer Marketing Content Creator Lead
Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Marketing Content Lead to bring visual content to life, starting with the voice of our technical, specialized B2B customers. You have a portfolio of customer stories people actually choose to watch, and campaigns that break through industry noise and deliver awareness, purchase intent and brand love. Your story development, editing and graphics work is grounded in a deep understanding of the AI developers and business decision makers pushing the frontier of our industry. You build with AI, not just experiment with it: you have designed AI systems for content creation, using the latest tools, including those from our customers Recraft and Higgsfield. An accomplished visual storyteller, you’ve made technical products look and sound simple, and you know how to earn reach well beyond owned and paid channels.
Job details:
This role begins as an individual contributor: a coach to some of the world’s best agencies and a collaborator with talented colleagues. Your portfolio backs up your taste, your drive to collaborate across teams to find the best stories, and your willingness to roll up your sleeves and ship your best work. A camera lives in your backpack, and it’s natural for you to work a room, interviewing everyone from AI directors to chief AI researchers at the world’s largest labs and holding your own with them on the technical substance. You’ll build and maintain the look and feel of the Nebius customer video library, turn customer co-marketing into targeted demand-building campaigns, establish the visual identity of content across web pages, deliver still photography, experiment with graphics, and show the world what great looks like.
You’ll lead the creative vision for how Nebius tells customer stories on camera: how they look, how they’re shot, and how fast they move from location to a landing page, a stage, a paid ad or a sales deck. You’ll do this partly with your own hands (filming, recording sound, directing on set and rough cutting) and partly through agency talent you hire, brief and hold to your high bar. You’re proficient in AI workloads, both training and inference, and you understand the AI ecosystem, including what matters to AI-native labs and digital-native enterprises. You tell stories beyond the classic customer story, with the technical cool factor that makes a builder want to follow the work.
This is a creative athlete’s job. You’ll need the range to hit shots from every angle with very little direction, because many days you’ll be inventing the processes and outcomes you want to bring into the world.
Jobs to be done
For each job below, you’ll define how it gets done, build a repeatable process behind it, and champion it across the company.
Capture our customer as the hero: When a customer does something remarkable with Nebius, you capture their voice, their outcomes, the people leading the work and the process that got them there. You set the creative vision and visual bar for all customer storytelling, from a 20-second, high-energy social cutdown to a 20-minute documentary film, and you push past the classic customer story into series, podcasts and formats a builder would follow on their own.
Build the AI content engine: When one interview needs to become 15 assets, you build the system that does it: transcript to cutdowns to social cards, with review and brand-voice checks built in. You document it, run it, and teach the team and agencies to use it.
Multiply the shoot: When sales, product marketing and brand each need the same story in a different format, you version it for every channel that needs it (paid social, organic, sales enablement, events, the website and press) without losing the complete story. You do it with an AI-powered content engine you design and own.
Earn reach beyond owned channels: Great content lives beyond owned channels. You build earned and partner distribution: influencers, publications and media, customer-posted content we amplify, G2 and other third-party sources. You measure it by views, reach and pickup.
Scale through agencies: When demand outgrows what you can shoot yourself, you source, brief, hire and manage external production, editing and post-production agencies and small crews, holding them to one consistent creative standard.
Remove handoffs: When a shoot needs someone to point a camera, mic a subject, direct performance and support the edit, you step up. On location, you work as videographer and producer, sometimes leading sound and direction solo.
Set the visual bar high: You define what best-in-class looks like, develop a unique Nebius-owned storytelling look and feel, and experiment to find what’s next. Then you hold the bar as volume increases.
Build future capabilities: You keep a pipeline of customer stories moving through pre-production, production, post and versioning at the same time, across a global roster of customers. When the business is ready for a deeper customer marketing bench, you set the strategy for expanding high-quality creative through AI mechanisms and people.
How we’ll know it’s working
Success is measured on both pipeline and brand. You’ll set targets with us and report against them. Examples include reach of customer content beyond owned channels, the number of customers posting and amplifying their stories, Nebius share of voice, and content-influenced pipeline.
What to expect in the interview
Bring examples of work that earned real reach, not just work that shipped, with the results (views, reach, pickup). Be ready to walk us through an AI content workflow you built, end to end. We’ll ask how you think about outcomes in pipeline and brand terms.
Requirements
Customer-hero craft: a portfolio of customer stories people actually choose to watch, across video, social, podcast and series, not just PDFs and case studies. Include work that earned real reach, not just work that shipped.
Distribution: a track record of earned and partner / third-party distribution beyond owned channels (influencers, publications and media, customer-posted content you amplify, G2 and other third-party sources), with results to show in views, reach and pickup.
Creative storytelling range: stories beyond the classic customer story, with a builder / technical cool factor. The test: would a builder follow your work on its own?
AI-native content systems: you have built AI systems for content creation (for example, one interview repurposed into 15 assets, transcript to cutdowns to social cards, review and brand-voice checks) and can walk us through a workflow you built.
8+ years of progressive content leadership experience in a senior role at a B2B company, leading or building a creative, content or production team.
A track record of building brands and pipeline through content and campaign creative, tracking results and improving creative outcomes to hit goals.
Hands-on experience filming, directing and editing, including true documentary or observational shooting, not only studio or talking-head interviews.
Technical credibility: a portfolio of AI-native or developer-facing content where the audience is builders, and the comfort to interview AI directors and chief researchers at that level.
Comfort operating with very little direction and a lot of ambiguity, and the judgment to make the call anyway.
Taste: an eye for what makes a story worth watching, and the confidence to say no to a shot, script or edit that doesn’t meet the bar.
Experience hiring, briefing and managing external agencies or freelance crews.
Willingness to travel frequently and shoot on short notice.
Bonus:
Experience scaling a one-person creative function into a small team that works through agencies.
Sound design, color grading or motion graphics skills you can bring to an edit yourself.
A network of production and editing talent you’d bring with you.
Experience building customer advocacy or reference-style content.
Prior experience at a fast-growing infrastructure, cloud or AI company.
Competencies
Cross-functional player/coach: As comfortable directing others as you are picking up the camera and cutting the edit yourself.
End-to-end athlete: Moves fluidly between filming, sound, directing and rough cutting without waiting for a handoff.
Taste-maker: Has a clear point of view on what’s good, and the nerve to defend it under deadline pressure.
Builder: Comfortable creating a workflow, an AI content engine, an agency bench and a quality bar from nothing.
Thrives in ambiguity: Doesn’t wait for a brief. Writes the brief, rallies a team around the vision and delivers against it.
Startup speed, global scale: Moves like a startup across time zones without slowing down.
Generous collaborator: Brings out the best in producers, editors and agency partners rather than doing their jobs for them. Looks good when they look good.
Outcome thinker: Defines success in pipeline and brand terms before the shoot, distributes for reach beyond owned channels, and reports on both.

What makes Tenable such a great place to work?
Ask a member of our team and they’ll answer, “Our people!” We work together to build and innovate best-in-class cybersecurity solutions for our customers; all while creating a culture of belonging, respect, and excellence where we can be our best selves. When you’re part of our #OneTenable team, you can expect to partner with some of the most talented and passionate people in the industry, and have the support and resources you need to do work that truly matters. We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!
Your Opportunity:
Our architecture team has almost a hundred years of experience between its members. They have been CTOs and chief architects, they have founded startups, and they can still do the work. What we do not have is enough of that experience in the room in Tel Aviv.
As Technical Director, Architecture, you become the floating senior technical authority for our engineering teams in Israel: the person who carries any problem in the platform to a decision, especially when it crosses ownership boundaries or has no obvious owner. Your scope reaches beyond any single team, from the product groups to the systems that connect them, as we prepare to re-architect for what AI makes possible.
Your Role:
Be the Architecture Voice in Tel Aviv -
Own the technical direction for problems that span product lines, and keep the big picture while teams move fast.
Turn Requirements into Reality -
Sit with Product Management as requirements arrive, challenge what is not viable, and reshape it into something we can build and scale.
Stay Hands-On -
Write code, review designs and pull requests, and build the prototype that settles the debate with evidence.
Multiply the Engineers Around You -
Work with directors, senior staff and principal engineers as an extension of the architecture team, and mentor engineers at every stage.
Build with AI as a Daily Practice -
Use AI across design, code and investigation, show the organization where it accelerates the work and where it misleads, and help shape how we build software next.
What You'll Need:
10+ years of software engineering experience with meaningful depth in architecture at scale; many on our team have 15 or more.
Deep experience in distributed systems and cloud computing.
A prior CTO, Chief Architect or equivalent senior architecture role.
Hands-on fluency: you can read an unfamiliar codebase, contribute to it, debug a distributed failure and review code with authority, in whatever language the problem needs.
Generalist range: you have shipped across more than one of services, data, infrastructure or delivery, and become productive in a new domain within weeks.
Earned authority: people follow you because they respect your judgment, not your title.
Working fluency with AI-assisted development, including its failure modes.
Strong written and verbal communication in English, comfortable working across a seven-hour time zone gap.
Based in Israel, working from our Tel Aviv office.
And Ideally:
Depth in data processing and streaming (Kafka, Spark, Flink), cloud platform and Kubernetes, or CI/CD and release engineering.
Experience with cybersecurity or security product platforms.
Experience moving an organization from legacy patterns to modern architecture.
Platform engineering patterns, FinOps and cost optimization at scale.
Patents, public technical writing or open-source contributions.
If this sounds like the environment where you do your best work, we'd love to meet you.

ABOUT NIANTIC SPATIAL
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It can't yet reason about real places well enough for robots, field crews and AI agents to rely on it, and closing that gap will change how factories, power grids, cities and defense operations run.
That's one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it's the one we're solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That's why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world's most widely used maps. Now we're building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Large Geospatial Model is Niantic Spatial's foundation model of the physical world. It learns from years of real-world captures of millions of places, and people, robots and AI agents use it to find out where they are, what is around them and what has changed. Each step up in scale has given the model capabilities it did not have before. The next problems are some of the hardest in AI: filling in the parts of a place no camera saw while marking what was inferred, measuring what changed between visits, and predicting what will change next.
Customers already use the model in production. Energy companies use it to guide field crews to equipment on large industrial sites, defense partners use it for positioning where GPS is jammed or unavailable, and robotics companies train robots in metric-scale copies of the real sites they will work in.
You will be the first product leader for the model and the data it learns from, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You decide which capabilities it gains and in what order, the bar each release has to clear, and what data Niantic Spatial collects, licenses or partners for to get there. You set those priorities directly with the Chief Scientist and the London research team who train the model.
If you have shipped a frontier language model, most of the job will be familiar: evals, data mix and release decisions. The job differs in two ways. Every output of this model can be scored against a measured real place, so its evals rest on ground truth. And its data is collected in the physical world, so choosing what to capture next is a product decision with a real cost. Experience in 3D or mapping is welcome but not required.
By the end of your first year, research, engineering and the product leads for industrial, defense, robotics and platform customers work from one model roadmap that you own, each release ships against evals you wrote, and the model's newest capabilities are in customers' hands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Model Roadmap - Decide the order in which the Large Geospatial Model gains its next capabilities, from filling in unseen parts of a site to measuring and predicting change, based on what industrial, defense, robotics and platform customers will pay for. Turn customer problems into specific research requirements, and bring new research results to the product leads who sell into each market.
- Set the Release Bar - Define the evals and acceptance criteria for each capability with the Real-World Test Lab, which measures model output against ground truth in real places. Decide whether each release ships or goes back for more data or training.
- Own the Data Plan - Decide what data Niantic Spatial collects, buys, licenses or gets through partners, and set the product terms of those deals with Legal and Business Development. Set the curation, labeling, consent, privacy and training-rights requirements every dataset has to meet, and keep a record of which data went into each model version.
- Turn Capabilities into Products - Decide when a new model capability is ready to become something customers buy, what it promises them, and how it reaches them through Niantic Spatial's products and platform.
- Set the Long-Term Direction - Decide where the model goes over the next several years, as it moves from describing places as they are to tracking how they change and anticipating what comes next, and make the case for the research and data investment that takes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 8+ years in product management, including at least three years shipping a large model to users or customers.
- Experience writing evals for a model and using them to decide when a release was ready.
- Direct work on training data, such as setting a data mix, running labeling or human-feedback programs, or negotiating data licenses.
- Enough depth in how large models are trained, post-trained and evaluated that researchers bring you into their technical decisions. Many strong candidates for this role were ML engineers or researchers before they moved into product.
- Experience setting direction for research and engineering teams that did not report to you.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in 3D computer vision, reconstruction, localization, mapping, geospatial data, robotics or autonomous systems.
- An advanced degree in machine learning, computer vision, robotics, or a related field.
- Experience with Gaussian splatting, neural fields or visual positioning systems.
- Experience with government or defense requirements for data provenance and security.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: Competitive market rate. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
This role is based in our London office, with three days per week in office.
INCLUSIVE APPLICATION
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building a SOX Compliance function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), the Director, SOX Compliance & Internal Controls will design and stand up Fivetran’s internal controls program using the COSO framework. This will include risk and control matrices (RCMs), narratives, and test plans for both business process controls and IT application controls/IT general controls (ITACs/ITGCs). The individual will own the relationship with third-party control-testing providers and the external audit team (KPMG) as the company moves through its SOX readiness and 404(a) compliance.
This is a highly visible, build-phase mandate. You will have significant latitude and accountability to shape the control environment, tooling, and governance model that Fivetran will operate on. You will partner closely with Accounting, India CoE, FP&A, Legal, HROps, Revenue, IT/Engineering, Security, and every control owner across the business.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including one day in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
SOX Program Build & Governance
▪ Design, build, and lead Fivetran’s end-to-end SOX 404 compliance program in accordance with the COSO 2013 framework and 404(b) integrated audit standards.
▪ Lead the risk assessment and scoping process (significant accounts, processes, and locations) in partnership with the external auditors.
▪ Build and maintain the company’s risk and control matrices (RCMs), process narratives, and flowcharts across key financial processes, including order-to-cash/revenue, procure-to-pay, payroll and equity compensation, treasury, financial close and reporting, tax and entity-level controls.
▪ Design and document control activities (preventive and detective, manual and automated) that are efficient, right-sized, and audit-ready.
▪ Build a SOX/GRC workflow tool using AI to manage controls, testing, issues, and evidence.
ITGC / ITAC & IT Risk
▪ Partner with Engineering, IT, and Security to design and test IT general controls (access management, change management, computer operations/backups) and IT application controls (automated controls, interfaces, system-generated reports/IPE) across in-scope systems (NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce CRM, Workday, data warehouse, AI-agents built using frontier AI models and other SaaS solutions).
▪ Build segregation-of-duties (SoD) analysis and monitoring across key financial systems.
▪ Serve as the trusted advisor to technical teams on control design for new systems, integrations, and process changes, including evaluating SOC 1/SOC 2 reports from key vendors and determining reliance.
Testing, Third Parties & External Audit
▪ Develop test plans and testing strategies (design and operating effectiveness) for all in-scope controls, both business-process and ITGC/ITAC.
▪ Engage, manage, and oversee third-party co-source/outsource providers performing SOX control testing, including scoping the engagement, setting standards for workpaper quality, and reviewing their results before sharing with external auditors.
▪ Own the primary relationship with KPMG (external auditor) for all SOX/ICFR matters, coordinate walkthroughs, manage the PBC (prepared-by-client) request list, present testing results and evidence, and resolve open items in real time.
▪ Track, evaluate, and drive remediation of control deficiencies (design and operating) through to closure, including root-cause analysis and retesting; assess and present deficiency severity (deficiency / significant deficiency / material weakness) to management.
▪ Prepare periodic reporting on SOX program status, testing results, and open issues for the CAO, CFO, and ultimately the Audit Committee.
Business Partnership & Enablement
▪ Act as the organization’s go-to resource on internal controls, including training and coaching control owners on their responsibilities, control execution, and evidence standards.
▪ Embed controls into new processes, systems, and M&A integrations as the company grows, favoring automation and “preventive at the source” design over manual detective controls.
▪ Monitor changes in the business (new products, new systems, new revenue streams, acquisitions) for control impact and update scoping/documentation accordingly.
▪ Build the long-term operating rhythm as the SOX program matures, which includes quarterly control self-assessments, quarterly sales questionnaire, related party certifications, etc.
Skills We're Looking For
▪ 10+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, SOX/internal controls, or external audit, including meaningful time in public accounting (Big 4 or large national firm) with a SOX/ICFR, IT audit, or integrated audit focus.
▪ Demonstrated experience either taking a company through IPO/SOX readiness and a first-year 404(b) audit, or leading an established public-company SOX program at technology/SaaS industry strongly preferred.
▪ Deep, hands-on knowledge of the COSO Internal Control Integrated Framework and PCAOB auditing standards.
▪ Strong command of both business process controls (O2C, P2P, R2R, Payroll & Equity, Treasury, Tax) and ITGC/ITAC concepts. Able to converse credibly with engineers on system architecture and control design, not just with accountants.
▪ Direct experience managing or co-sourcing control testing with third-party providers, and owning the day-to-day relationship with a Big 4 external audit team.
Bonus Skills
▪ Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
▪ CPA, CIA, and/or CISA certification.
▪ Experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP), Salesforce, and modern data/billing stacks typical of a usage-based business.
▪ Prior experience as the first or founding SOX hire at a pre-IPO company (building the function from zero).
▪ Familiarity with SOC 1 Type II report evaluation and vendor/subservice organization risk.
▪ Project management skills (PMP/PMO exposure a plus) given the scoping, timeline, and cross-functional coordination demands of a readiness program.

Deputy Chief Data Officer (Deputy CDO)

We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for a Deputy Chief Data Officer for the Research Center of the Core Business Unit — the #2 role in a data function that directly drives company P&L.
We see the Deputy CDO as a full-fledged successor to the CDO: a leader who can take over the function when needed. Together, the CDO and the Deputy CDO make sure we do the right things and that these things reach measurable results fast and predictably. The Deputy CDO owns execution across the function, leads part of the strategic initiatives personally and works directly with C-level executives. This is not a chief of staff or program manager role: we need a leader who goes deep into the substance of analytics, ML, data engineering, marketing analytics, UX research and experimentation, and turns strategy into business results.
Your main tasks will be:
Lead part of the Research Center’s strategic initiatives end-to-end — from business case and prioritization to delivery and measurable impact.
Work directly with C-level executives and business heads: align priorities, commitments and trade-offs, negotiate resources and timelines with clear, numbers-based arguments.
Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives across the Research Center: data platform and BigQuery migration, ML projects with complex dependencies, experimentation process, AI for analytics, UX research, data quality / SLA / freshness.
Unblock stalled projects: when work is stuck between teams or has no clear owner, define scope, owners, next steps and blockers, escalate early and drive it to delivery.
Manage resources and backlog across teams: prioritize by business value, allocate capacity, manage dependencies between ML, backend, product and analytics, stop or rethink initiatives that don’t deliver.
Build and run the operating system of the function: monthly reviews, quarterly planning, project reviews, retros, commitment tracking, escalation process and a single status dashboard — working with or without any single person.
Measure everything in business terms: translate initiatives into numbers, benefits and expected impact; track ROI and results against plan; make sure “we shipped the task” is never mistaken for “the business changed”.
Strengthen the team leads (Product Analytics, Data Engineering, ML, UX Research): help them set goals, prioritize, give honest feedback and grow as managers.
Own the operational health of the function: data freshness, platform uptime, ML platform stability, delivery predictability and experimentation throughput.
We expect from you:
7+ years in data, analytics or ML in product tech companies, including 4+ years in leadership roles managing strong specialists and team leads.
Experience as a CDO, Deputy CDO or Head of Data / Analytics in a mid-size or large product organization is highly desirable.
Readiness and ambition to grow into the CDO role: strategic thinking combined with the willingness to own day-to-day execution.
A broad understanding of all Research Center domains: product and marketing analytics, A/B testing and experimentation, the ML lifecycle from idea to production, data platforms, data quality and SLA, BI / self-service, unit economics. Hands-on depth in at least one of them.
Proven track record of execution: concrete examples of delivering complex cross-functional data / ML projects to measurable results.
Strong operational management skills: project decomposition, planning, resource and backlog management, risk management, clean escalation, running many parallel initiatives.
Business leader mindset: thinks in numbers, benefits and business impact; understands trade-offs between speed, quality, value and risk; always asks “what changed for the business?”.
Experience working with and negotiating with C-level executives: confident, precise with numbers, persuasive through facts.
Influence without formal authority: earns trust through competence and results; able to push hard and handle conflict without becoming toxic.
Systematic, disciplined and persistent; comfortable with ambiguity and multitasking.
Fluent Russian and English are a must.
What do we offer:
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;
The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
Vacation 28 calendar days per year;
7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
Compensation of kindergarten or school fees for your child;
Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
50% payment for professional training, international conferences and meetings;
Corporate discount for English language lessons;
Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs moves fast - by design. We run lean, we bias toward action, and we trust our people to figure things out. That's how we've built world-leading AI products in three years with a fraction of the headcount of our peers. But speed at 200 people and speed at 1,000+ people are different challenges, and the systems, habits, and connective tissue that let a company move fast without breaking things don't build themselves.
As our Company Operations Lead, you'll own the infrastructure that lets ElevenLabs keep its velocity as it scales. Not by adding process for process's sake - but by building the right systems, in the right places, at the right time, so that the rest of the company can focus on what they do best. You'll establish the operating layer that keeps a 50-country, hybrid organization coherent; drive the strategic planning cadence that keeps leadership aligned; and deploy a lean team of strategic generalists against the company's most urgent cross-functional challenges.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Operating Cadence: Running the planning and alignment cycles that keep the company pointed in the right direction. This includes OKR planning, workforce, and headcount planning.
- Operating System: Building and maintaining the infrastructure layer that lets the company move faster. Systems of record, org taxonomy and governance, and the knowledge management systems that ensure information flow effectively across our remote-first team.
- AI Enablement & Agentification: Ensuring every team at ElevenLabs has the tools, access, and knowledge to work effectively with AI. You'll own the internal AI enablement framework - managing tool access and rollout, identifying where agents and automation can accelerate how functions operate, and building the learning opportunities and champions programmes that drive deep adoption. You'll work closely with Security, IT, and the Automations team to ensure what gets built is built right.
- Operations Centre of Excellence: Defining what great operations looks like at ElevenLabs and embedding it across the company. You'll set the blueprint that makes operational excellence repeatable and deploy the team as embedded operators inside other functions, standing up best practices, up-skilling teams, and handing off cleanly once the work is done.
REQUIREMENTS
We do not require formal experience, certifications, or degrees. We do require:
- Proven experience building and leading a Strategy & Operations or BizOps function at a high-growth technology company - ideally through a meaningful scaling inflection (Series B–D trajectory or equivalent).
- Track record of standing up functions and systems from scratch and handing them off, rather than owning a permanent queue.
- Structured problem-solving background - strategy consulting, a BizOps or Chief of Staff seat with genuine strategic scope, or an operator role that required both systems-building and executive influence.
- Strong AI and tooling fluency - you should be pushing the organisation on what's possible with AI enablement, not chasing it.
- Exceptional stakeholder management: you can partner with founders and Leads and earn trust quickly in a flat, high-velocity environment.
Bonus:
- Experience inside a company that scaled through a 200 → 2,000+ person inflection.
- Background that spans both consulting and operator roles - you've done the thinking and the building.
- Familiarity with knowledge management, AI agentification, or internal tooling as an operational discipline.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role:
Nebius is building the AI infrastructure that financial institutions will run AI on in production, from quantitative research and real-time risk to agentic workflows in banks and insurers.
The Field CTO for Financial Services is a senior technical leadership role at the intersection of production GPU infrastructure and the regulated business of financial services. You will lead the technical side of the vertical: the architecture conversation with CTOs and heads of research infrastructure, the technical content of regulated-buyer diligence, the reference architectures for financial workloads, and the product requirements that come out of the field.
Financial institutions buy AI infrastructure differently from most customers. Quantitative funds and AI-native fintechs buy GPU capacity directly and judge it on price-performance, availability, and how the cluster behaves under their own workloads. Banks and insurers add a second review: security, third-party risk, data residency, and exit planning are assessed before a deal reaches architecture discussions. You will earn the trust of both kinds of buyer and help make Nebius an approved supplier to financial institutions.
You will work alongside the Head of Financial Services, Sales, Security and GRC, Product, and Engineering. The role begins as a hands-on individual contributor, with a clear path to building and leading forward deployed engineers as the vertical scales.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to define how financial institutions run AI in production on a specialized AI cloud.
You are welcome to work remotely from the United States (New York City preferred). Travel expectations are 10% to 20% for customer visits, executive meetings, and key industry events.
Your responsibilities will include:
Executive Technical Leadership:
Serve as the technical face of Nebius to financial services customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders. Lead architecture workshops and technical discovery with CTOs, heads of quant and ML platforms, and CIOs, showing technical buyers how Nebius performs on their own workloads and institutions how the architecture fits their control framework.
Lighthouse Deal Support:
Partner with Sales leadership on strategic financial services deals, including workload-level cost comparisons against on-premises and hyperscaler options.
Regulated-Buyer Diligence:
Work with Security, GRC, and Legal to turn our SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications, and our alignment with frameworks such as DORA, into answers that third-party risk teams accept. Cover data residency, tenant isolation, key management, audit logging, resilience evidence, concentration risk, and exit and portability plans. Flag gaps early and bring them to Product as requirements.
Architectural Guidance:
Define reference architectures for financial workloads: quantitative research and backtesting, real-time risk and fraud inference, LLM and agentic workflows in KYC, AML, and document processing, and fine-tuning on sensitive proprietary data.
Technical Product Strategy:
Translate what you learn in accounts into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams, and keep a structured feedback loop so R&D can act on them.
Field Enablement:
Act as a force multiplier for the sales organization by creating the technical narrative, reference architectures, and training materials that help Field SAs and sellers engage financial services buyers credibly.
Ecosystem & M&A:
Partner with ecosystem vendors (market and reference data providers, model risk and AI governance tooling, trading and risk platforms, systems integrators) to identify integration opportunities and evaluate potential technical M&A targets.
Team Building:
Build and lead forward deployed engineers as the vertical grows, setting how they scope, deliver, and hand learnings back to Product.
We expect you to have:
10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, distributed systems, or a closely related technical domain, including 5+ years in AI, ML, or MLOps with exposure to production or large-scale systems.
Prior experience in a senior technical leadership role, for example Field CTO, CTO or technical co-founder of a fintech or AI-native company, head of quant or ML platform, or principal-level architect on a cloud vendor financial services team.
Dual Competency:
You can draw a distributed system on a whiteboard for engineers and explain its value and risk profile to a CIO or a Chief Risk Officer.
GTM Fluency:
Experience partnering with Sales to close large enterprise deals and enabling field teams with technical assets.
Product-Minded Leadership:
You have defined requirements from field evidence and shaped platform strategy. You are comfortable telling a customer no when a request would create technical debt, and proposing a better alternative.
Mastery of the Stack:
Expert-level, production-grade knowledge of GPU architectures, Kubernetes and Slurm orchestration including Soperator, high-performance and parallel file systems, and networking constraints (InfiniBand and Ethernet).
Inference Optimization:
You understand the nuances of model serving, including batch sizes, quantization, KV caching, and latency tradeoffs, and can architect for both massive throughput and latency-sensitive demands such as real-time risk and fraud scoring.
Financial Services Fluency:
First-hand experience in at least one of capital markets and quant research infrastructure, bank or insurer AI platforms, AI-native fintech, or an FSI technical role at a cloud or GPU provider, plus working knowledge of how regulated buyers review vendors: data residency, third-party and concentration risk, and model risk management expectations (for example SR 11-7 in the US).
Builder Mentality:
You arrive with your own point of view on where financial institutions are heading with AI infrastructure and pursue it without waiting to be directed. You are comfortable starting as a hands-on individual contributor and growing into a team.
Public Technical Voice:
Conference talks, writing, or open-source work that shows credibility with engineering and executive audiences.
Communication:
Strong executive presence, capable of influencing product teams and leadership through clarity and credibility.
Comfort in Ambiguity:
Experience operating in fast-moving environments (hyperscalers, cloud platforms, or advanced AI startups) where requirements are evolving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with quantitative research infrastructure, low-latency trading systems, or model risk management in a regulated institution.
Familiarity with the hybrid and on-premises GPU environments financial institutions run.
Strategic Empathy:
The ability to distinguish customers who need raw cluster access from those who need managed endpoints, and the judgment to prescribe the right path.
Why Nebius:
Build Solutions:
You will shape how financial institutions run AI in production on a specialized AI cloud.
Scale:
Opportunity to help build the Financial Services vertical from the ground up.
Frontier Technology:
Work at the frontier of AI infrastructure, agentic workflows, and financial intelligence alongside leading customers and partners.
Strategic Impact:
Real influence over product direction, platform strategy, and ecosystem development.
Ownership:
Join a team that values technical depth, ownership, and speed of execution.
Mission:
Help define how intelligence moves from the data center into trading desks, risk engines, and the operations of banks and insurers.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
What is the need and role
Anthropic's mission depends on compute, and compute depends on power. Today, energy is increasingly the binding constraint on how fast frontier AI infrastructure comes online. The energy team sources, structures, and contracts that power, and its work touches nearly every part of the company and a growing set of people outside it.
We're looking for someone to join the energy team in a special projects role: to take on the problems that don't sit inside any one deal or region, and to carry them wherever they lead. That means working in three circles. Inside Compute, with the teams that site, design, build, finance, and operate our data centers. Across Anthropic, with policy, legal, communications, finance, and the other teams that need energy depth or whose work shapes ours. And outside the company, with FERC, state commissions and agencies, RTOs and ISOs, utilities, industry working groups, and other large energy customers.
It's a "figure it out / get it done" role for someone who can chase down issues while bringing real depth in energy: the kind of person who can untangle a power delivery problem with design and delivery in the morning, brief the policy team on what a FERC proceeding means for our sites in the afternoon, speak for us on a working group call the next day, and then pick up an unrelated problem the energy team needs solved that week. Much of the job is building coalitions among complex, multi-functional groups of stakeholders, and then running the project all the way to completion.
What you'll do
1/ Inside Compute
Working with the head of energy, pick up cross-functional problems as they arise that have no natural owner, work them with the teams involved to a decision, process, or tool, then hand them off and move on to the next one.
Connect the energy commercial leads with site selection, data center design, delivery, operations, and finance, so that everyone plans on the same assumptions about power: when it arrives, how much, how reliable, and at what cost.
Write the strategy documents, decision memos, and leadership updates that explain the energy team's choices to executives who do not work in energy.
Build the processes and tools, with Claude, that keep the team's commitments, open decisions, and stakeholder record current, so none of it depends on one person's memory.
Run the team's planning rhythm: priorities, headcount plan, consultant roster, and follow-up on open decisions.
2/ Across Anthropic
Be the energy team's first point of contact for policy, legal, communications, community relations, finance, and other teams, and make sure their questions get a fast, accurate answer from the right person.
Serve as an energy subject matter expert for the policy team and work with them on the company's positions on energy issues.
Give communications and community relations plain answers on what a site's power supply means for local rates, reliability, and emissions.
Keep what we sign and what we say in public consistent with each other and with Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment.
Prepare energy team leaders and executives for outside meetings, panels, and testimony, and follow through on what comes out of them.
3/ Outside the company
Represent the energy team in the industry working groups, trade associations, large-customer coalitions, and research collaborations we belong to: sit in the room, shape the work, and bring back what matters.
Working with policy and legal, engage with FERC, state commissions, agencies and legislatures, and RTO and ISO stakeholder processes on the issues that affect our portfolio.
Tell the commercial leads what a proposed tariff or rule does to a deal early enough to change the negotiation.
Build and keep relationships with utilities, grid operators, regulators' staff, and counterparts at other large-load customers.
Manage the outside counsel, consultants, and analysts who support this work: scope, budget, and quality.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years in energy policy, energy markets, or energy strategy.
Have built coalitions among complex, multi-functional stakeholder groups, inside and outside your own organization.
Have run projects to completion, from an unclear question to a finished result, across teams that do not report to you.
Can read a tariff, an energy services agreement, or a FERC order yourself and explain what it means commercially for a large customer.
Know how state commissions and RTO or ISO stakeholder processes work in practice.
Write quickly and plainly, for executives outside energy and for outside audiences.
Have good judgment about what to say in public, who should say it, and when to say nothing.
Are comfortable with unscoped work and with switching between very different problems in the same week.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with data centers or other large loads, on the customer, developer, or utility side.
Commercial experience: time spent negotiating utility service agreements, energy services agreements, or PPAs, or advising the people who do.
Time in a chief of staff, strategy, or consulting role.
Direct experience in a FERC or state commission proceeding, or in an RTO or ISO working group.
Familiarity with gas as well as power.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,555 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Revit is one of the brands in the Belkins group of companies. In 3 years, we’ve grown to a team of 25+ people located all over the world, and so far we’ve made a positive impact on more than 150 clients who trusted our team with their growth and outbound (emails, LinkedIn, cold calling).
At Revit, we show up every day because we love selling ideas, creating new business relationships, solving challenges that might seem impossible, and getting results where others couldn’t — so that like-minded clients who trust us with their outbound and growth can become our years-long partners.
With more extensive support from the other companies in the Belkins group, our 2027 goal is to grow 2x in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping quality high across the board — from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients who match our values and value proposition.
Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.
This is not a place for everyone, but if you’re looking for a world-class culture and an opportunity to grow, build your career, and make an impact, you’re likely to enjoy being part of Revit and building the future together with us!
About the role
We're looking for the first marketing person at Revit — someone who will own both our brand and our growth. You'll work directly with our Co-Founder/CEO Nick, the core team across all verticals, and the other brands in Belkins Group.
Our goal for 2027 is to grow 2x, both in monthly recurring revenue and in the number of inbound and outbound deals. Brand is a big part of how we get there, but this role is measured by pipeline and revenue.
Right now you'll be the only person in marketing at Revit. Some things you'll do yourself, some you'll hand to vendors and freelancers, and as we grow, you'll hire and build a team. You'll work closely with Sales, Delivery, and our cold calling team, without managing them directly.
Nick recorded a short intro to the role — watch the video
What you'll do
Own the outbound pipeline:
plan and run email and LinkedIn campaigns through the Belkins platform, work with a freelance SDR on scheduling, and own the Revit Growth Program.
Lead the website and content:
refresh the website and sales deck every 6 months and own our content overall.
Grow our presence on LinkedIn:
weekly posts, social content, and the Revit Growth Newsletter from idea to send-out.
Shape the brand strategy:
choose the focus and key initiatives, and manage projects in Asana.
Build our reputation:
Clutch reviews, case studies, 4–5 one-pagers and 1–2 client interviews per quarter, together with Delivery and Sales.
Bring calling into the mix:
work with our cold calling team lead to test calls as one more pipeline channel, and align messaging, target segments, and KPIs with your campaigns.
Own the numbers:
work with Sales on ICPs and close rate and with Delivery on segments, and present marketing KPIs at our monthly camps.
What you bring
Senior B2B marketing experience in services:
you've worked on brands that sell services, not products, and you know how B2B buyers decide.
Growth you've owned:
you've been responsible for pipeline or revenue numbers and can tell us what moved them.
Brands you're proud of:
you've built or led brands you can show us.
Range with one core expertise:
you're comfortable across website, articles, case studies, SMM, and outbound, and you're especially strong in one of them.
Experience with vendors:
you've worked with agencies or freelancers to cover areas outside your expertise.
Practical use of AI:
you use AI in your work with high standards, not generically.
Taste in design and content:
you can tell good work from average and push it to the right level.
Fluent English (C1/C2):
clear writing and confident communication across teams.
Pace and ownership:
