About HIVE
HIVE is a new business center on the full 14th floor of i-Rise Tower in Barsha Heights. 119 private offices,
four meeting rooms, a podcast studio, a café and a 30-seat lounge, all run by one team at one address. Our
promise to members is simple: everything you need to work, nothing you need to worry about. We open in
December 2026, and we are hiring the people who will make the first impression.
About the role:
We are looking for a senior and junior front desk & member experience to join our team. As a
front desk & member experience, you are the first person every member and guest meets, and the person who keeps the floor running everyday. You run the front desk, look after members from their first visit to the day they move out, support sales
with tours, take payments, and make sure every room, service and request is handled the way a good hotel
would handle it. This is a hospitality job in a business setting. The senior role also covers for the manager,
prepares proposals and focuses on client work. The junior role focuses on phones and general admin. You
work in HIVE own app and CRM, so everything you do is recorded and paperless.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and visitors
Welcome every member and guest by name where you can; offer water and tell them what happens next.
Register visitors in the app, issue visitor passes and let the member know their guest has arrived.
Keep the reception desk, lobby and lounge presentable all day: tidy, quiet and ready for a tour at any moment.
Handle after-hours guest access requests and the building’s visitor and parking registration.
Phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and call answering
Answer the main line within three rings; reply to WhatsApp, e-mail and website enquiries the same working day.
Answer calls for members who use the call-answering service, in their company name and with their greeting; take the message and log it in the app so the member gets it by app and e-mail.
Log every new enquiry in the CRM with source, needs and next step; never leave a lead without a follow-up date.
Bookings: meeting rooms, podcast studio and zoom cabinets
Take and confirm bookings in the app; explain prices and the 8 included hours a month to members.
Prepare each room before the booking (screen, cables, water, clean table) and reset it after.
Send quotes for guest bookings and studio sessions; follow up until confirmed or released.
Check no-shows and late cancellations and record them for billing.
Sales support and tours
Show offices to walk-ins and booked visitors when the manager is busy; know every office type, view and price.
Send the offer from the CRM after the tour and hand the lead to the manager to close.
Keep the availability list current so nothing is offered that is already reserved.
Support brokers and agents who bring visitors: register the referral in the app before the tour.
New members: move-in
Guide new members through the online steps in the app: company details and identity check (KYC), signing, payment.
Check identity documents against the originals at handover and confirm it in the app.
Hand over the office with the move-in checklist and photos; issue access cards to each team member.
Explain the house rules on day one: no food or drinks inside offices (pantry, café and lounge only), noise, visitors, parking.
Members day to day
Receive and log mail and courier deliveries; notify the member the same day and keep a signed hand-over record in the app.
Handle team changes: add and remove people, issue and deactivate cards, replace lost cards (and charge the card fee).
Take requests for extras (parking, phone line, printing, team time, IT tasks, café on account) and record them so they reach the monthly statement.
Write down what members ask for or complain about and tell the manager, so problems are fixed before they grow.
Politely remind members of the house rules when needed and record repeated breaches for the
manager.
Payments and billing
Take payments at the desk by card machine and cash (within the cash limit) and record each one against the invoice in the app; the member gets the receipt at once.
Run the daily cash-up at closing: cash counted and card-machine total checked against what was recorded; report any difference the same day.
Help prepare the monthly statements: check room hours, printing, café and studio lines before the manager approves them.
Follow up unpaid invoices with friendly reminders, as set by the manager.
Facilities and housekeeping
Raise facilities tickets (air conditioning, lights, internet, doors, furniture) in the app and follow them until closed.
Coordinate the cleaning team (3 times a week per office) and the quarterly pest control and deep cleaning with members, giving notice in the app where possible.
Walk the floor several times a day: meeting rooms, pantry, zoom cabinets, printers, toilets and lounge; fix or report what is not right.
Keep printers stocked, check paper and toner, and help members with printing PINs.
Move-out
Confirm the last day after the member gives notice in the app; book the handback.
Do the handback checklist with photos, collect every card and key, and note damage for the deposit statement.
Opening, closing and safety
Open and close the front desk with the daily checklist: lights, screens, rooms, lounge, doors and alarms.
Know the emergency plan: fire exits, first aid, evacuation, and who to call for building issues.
Never give access, keys or information to anyone not authorised in the app.
Team time and community
Deliver & ‘‘team time’’; requests for members (bookings, travel, sourcing, small admin tasks) and log the hours.
Help run the monthly members; evening and small events.
Cover the café counter for short breaks when the barista needs help.
Experience in admin, customer service and client care. Where you learned it does not matter.
Warm, calm and well presented. Problems get solved with a smile.
Fluent spoken and written English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
Confident with software: bookings, invoices, a CRM. Quick to learn new tools.
Happy to show a space and talk about prices; you like people and you like a tidy floor.
Based in the UAE and able to start within four weeks.

About the Role
As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Claude Agentic Solutions team, you will lead the delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in highly regulated industries. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes.
This is a founding team: you will help us to build technical playbooks and define the processes and repeatable patterns needed for us to scale this emerging motion. You will champion our mission in the field, ensure world class delivery, and bring insights back to our product and research teams on a regular basis.
You'll own engagements end-to-end, from SOW through production deployment. You'll work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers who build the technical solution, while you own product scoping, stakeholder management, value measurement, and the organizational complexity that comes with deploying AI agents in enterprise environments. You need to be technical enough to hold architecture conversations with engineering stakeholders and polished enough to run executive briefings with C-suite sponsors.
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement.
Structure SOWs with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses. Translate customer business objectives into a sequenced roadmap that FDEs execute against.
Lead technical discovery:
map customer workflows, identify constraints, define MVP scope, and shape the solution architecture for custom agent deployments.
Run day-to-day engineering execution and delivery
across Anthropic and customer teams. Keep progress unblocked and sequenced. Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path.
Own product scoping for field engagements: d
efine the MVP, author requirements documentation, prioritize the engineering backlog, and manage scope against success criteria as requirements evolve.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery.
Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications across technical leads and procurement, and represent Anthropic's technical credibility with senior business and engineering leaders.
Own value measurement and ROI:
define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, run pre- and post-deployment measurement, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
Codify reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks. Extract what works across engagements and feed field signals back to Product and Research to improve our platform and models.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity: security reviews, legal approvals, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics.
Manage scope and change: handle evolving requirements, set expectations, negotiate contract modifications, identify risks early, and escalate with clear context when needed.
Run delivery operations: sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting.
Travel to customer sites to build relationships, unblock delivery, and accelerate adoption (25–50% expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership — this could be technical engagement management, technical program management, or technical product management, founders/startups, technical-adjacent backgrounds, professional services, consulting, or enterprise software.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Can lead architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and pressure-test technical decisions. You won't write production code, but you will own the technical direction of engagements alongside FDEs.
Have a track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decision-making, ideally across multiple workstreams in regulated industries.
Have executive presence — polished, credible, and comfortable representing Anthropic to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
Have a builder's mindset — you're here to create a function, not join one.
Strong Candidates May Also Have
Experience in financial services, healthcare/life sciences, or pharmaceutical verticals.
Background at a Forward Deployed Engineering company or professional services and consulting firms.
Exceptional understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
Experience with regulated industries and compliance requirements.
Experience managing delivery teams with embedded engineers at customer sites.
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, tool use patterns, and orchestration architectures.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
Descript's script-based editing features are at the heart of why creators trust us for their highest-stakes content. Product launches. Client interviews. Marketing campaigns. Content that represents them to their audiences.
As Lead Product Manager of the Narrative Editing team, you'll own how users capture, edit, and perfect their stories. You'll shape the script-first editing that makes video as simple as a document, the recording and writing tools that let users create without leaving Descript, and the AI regeneration features that make edits feel seamless and natural.
This is an opportunity to shape features that professional creators depend on while working with cutting-edge AI, a product users love, and a small, collaborative team where your impact is immediate and visible.
What you’ll do
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their creative goals, and the evolving AI video landscape — and use those insights to guide the editor roadmap
Bring Descript's taste for great video into interactions and defaults, so creators naturally produce polished, professional work
Continuously expand our editing capabilities with frontier AI technology by partnering with our AI Research team, launching features like video regeneration and automatic speaker identification
Own the recording, script generation, and translation flows that help users achieve their end-to-end video workflows directly in Descript
Ensure Descript scales reliably for larger teams and more complex workflows
Who you are
You’ve built deceptively powerful tools:
You have 5 or more years of product management experience shipping creative tools or workflow products that feel simple enough for everyone, but scale to handle sophisticated use cases. You are a systems-minded product thinker who excels at designing intuitive experiences for complex, end-to-end workflows.
You start with the customer
: Plenty of “AI products” start with the technology and they all suck. You care deeply about understanding customers, and have experience in doing customer discovery and defining features that solve real problems.
You are a fog sculptor
: There are aspects to our editor and its design that do not have real competitors yet. The product intuition and design conventions have not been decided. You are attracted to ambiguous problems, know how to ask smart questions, and translate ideas into action.
You care about craft:
Our product is not a hype machine that runs on empty promises and vaporware. We think our product will be successful because people love to use it. That means you sweat the details. But without the sweat, because you aren’t stressed out.
You are funny, creative, maybe kind of weird
: Ok, this isn’t a hard requirement but Descript is kind of a quirky place and the people who love it tend to
like
that about working here. So, just want to drop a hint early on. Also, the sense of humor is important because even though we take our work seriously it’s still just, like, video creation and editing. We aren’t flying rockets into space so let’s all have a good time.
The base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $290,000. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above.
About Descript

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team in a high-visibility & high-impact role driving AI adoption across a small number of strategic accounts in our Enterprise Tech segment. As our dedicated Outcomes AI Manager for Strategic Tech Customers you’ll be their partner and trusted advisor helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - API, Claude Code, Cowork, and other surface areas.
You'll work with a book of global technology leaders to actively deploy AI and reshape the technology landscape. You’ll be working with key partners who are moving fast and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with LLM technology. Your role will entail developing genuine partnerships with the customer and key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their multi-pronged business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team, you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, drive model and use case optimizations, implement change management strategies, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers in complex, matrixed organizations; understand their business and objectives and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion
Own customer operations across the lifecycle of each account, maintaining a structured operational assessment (customer readiness, operational health, strategic alignment, enablement strategy, adoption intelligence) that grounds comprehensive account and success plans and Executive Business Reviews
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Cowork, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of each customer, and the patterns you see across your other Tech accounts, to proactively drive consumption planning and the value story behind it, developing credible ROI hypotheses and quantifying outcomes that build the case for continued and expanded investment.
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities across Claude surface areas (API, Claude Code, Cowork) to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer’s thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic’s product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Ruthlessly prioritize across the account's many business units and workstreams, building programmatic, repeatable motions
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting
Native English and Spanish
Experience working with F500 technology companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at the exec level—ideally including high-growth and established tech companies.
You understand what it means to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs (multiple functions, hundreds of users) for a product that requires C-suite sponsorship
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns across a set of diverse stakeholders—from developers and product managers to executives and end users
Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong relationships and driving measurable outcomes — you can run multiple enterprise motions in parallel without letting any account go quiet.
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems. You have built with Claude Code, automating your own workflows with agents, skills, and tooling.
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality

The Role
As Junior Marketing Manager, you will make sure the content of our client is relevant, engaging, and drives results. You will turn platform trends into clear ideas and briefs, plan and run creator activations in German-speaking markets, and use performance data to improve every round. You will work closely with our client's Partnerships Manager, their influencer team, and their Performance Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Ideas
Content intelligence:
Follow what performs on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts in DACH and beyond, including formats, opening hooks and storytelling angles, and explain why they work.
Ideas into briefs:
Turn these insights into concrete content ideas and clear, creative briefs that give creators direction without losing their own voice.
Creator feedback:
Review creators' content before and after it goes live, give practical feedback and help them improve their next posts.
Learning loop:
Compare what worked and what didn't after each activation, and feed the learnings into the next round of ideas and briefs.
Campaign Activations
Activation concepts:
Develop activation ideas that create genuine moments around our client's products, such as challenges, routines, launches and seasonal moments, not just product placements.
End-to-end delivery:
Run activations with creators, covering briefing, product seeding, timelines, content approval and go-live, including creators sourced by our client's influencer team and Partnerships Manager.
Coordinate Activations:
Work with our client's Partnerships Manager and influencer team to coordinate activations for our campaigns. Brief creators, coordinate product seeding and track content delivery against agreed timelines.
Paid amplification:
Work with our client's Performance Marketing team to choose which creator content to run as ads on Meta and TikTok, and use their data to sharpen future briefs.
Results
Own the results:
You are accountable for the results of your activations, including reach, engagement, discount code sales and cost per acquisition, against agreed targets.
Monthly report:
Summarise results, what you changed and what you recommend next.
Fresh thinking:
Bring ideas to the wider marketing team for campaigns and our own channels based on what you see working with creators.
Requirements
Must-have
Native-level or fluent German and fluent English, written and spoken, with strong knowledge of the DACH social media and creator landscape.
Strong interest and understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer/creator marketing: you spot formats, hooks, and trends early and know what drives engagement. Ideally you have some experience creating content yourself.
1-2 years of working experience in a high performance work environment, management consulting or marketing in a high growth company preferred (internships count).
Comfortable with data and analytical reporting: ability to track campaign performance, read metrics in Google Sheets or Excel, and draw clear conclusions.
Proven experience in using AI tools for marketing productivity (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
Structured, proactive, and highly organized execution, able to juggle multiple campaigns, creators, and timelines simultaneously.
Strong writing and communication skills to give clear creative briefs and feedback to creators in German and English.
Nice-to-have
Experience with influencer discovery/outreach tools (e.g., Upfluence, Grin) and automated pipelines.
Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva) to demonstrate visual concepts.
Genuine interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or longevity.
